ECig of Denver

I have been in search of a new E-Cig and was not very educated in this area, I knew some, enough to know what it was i was wanting at least. But it turns out, it was ok, because I was educated by the polite and respectful clerk, (Axle) that stepped up immediately to assist me. I was so happy that I had chosen to go to this establishment that deals strictly in this area, E-Cig and accessories, as the employees have been well trained, are very educated regarding the products and services they offer! But the greatest of the entire experience, the patience I was shown, considering that the knowledge that I had walked in with, was not much at all, if the employees were not as informed as they are, I would still be searching for that just right E-Cig, as they would never have been able to satisfy my needs and end my search; based on the knowledge I brought with me! I would recommend this establishment to everyone I know, and eben those I dont! Hopefully my experience will encourage more of you to give them a try! By the way; Strawberry/Banana Id AMAZING! And I highly recommend this little device if you are just starting out, and the price is not ridiculously high, all of the products I examined were all very well priced!

I love this vape shop! Their house juice is great priced and tasty and doesnt burn my coil out like other premium juices! The staff is amazing! Ive been going here for 3+years and wont stop anytime soon!

Been coming here for years. Ive had a couple issue in that time, but they have always handled them well and took care of the situation despite my grumpiness. Great house juice and great service is the norm. This is the kind of small business that needs our support right now more than ever. Very good at what they do and totally go the extra mile to make people satisfied. You just dont see enough of that these days.

This is definitely a great store. The employees are very kind and super helpful. They all have great sence of humor and are extremely friendly as well. The house juice is amazing and the price is excellent. They have great glass selections also at great prices. Matt and Brian have been more than helpful in all my many visits. All in all this store is fantastic.

These guys are great. Flavors are spot on and you can tell it is a quality juice, great pg/VG mix, creates big clouds and lots of flavor, they are open late, and very helpful! I will definitely come here for all my juices now, it is affordable and great of you are in this neighborhood! I wish I had spotted them sooner honestly, dont hesitate to give them a try they are amazing!

I only started vaping a few months so Ive got nothing to compare prices on. However one bottle is 15$ for the kind I like and lasts about a month... Thats loads better than 140$ a month on cigarettes so... Cannot complain 😝Staff is always hella nice and helpful. Helped me loads when I went to get my vape, replacing atomizers because I like to burn mine, and great suggestions on juices - Ive yet to buy a kind I dont like.😍😍

This is my number one Vape shop. Prices are very good and E juice is in amazing. I lost my tool to change my coil‘s and they let me borrow one of theirs. Very friendly and very knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend this place. And they also have a good selection of other smoking accessories if you know what I mean. If I can give 100 stars to this place I would.

I love these guys, everyone is always very friendly and helpful all of the staff are knowledgeable in their products. And they can custom mix any flavor you like and will continue to tweak the mixture of flavor until you are completely satisfied. And one of the best parts about this store is with their house juices that they will customize they have the lowest prices than anybody else out there. I give them 5 stars and 3 thumbs way up!

Had a wonderful experience today here at Ecig of Denver at the Federal Heights branch. Came in for some coils, and the staff took the time to ensure I had the right coils for my device. I also bought some great juice at a wonderful price. Mikayla, the sales rep, was absolutely great to do business with. Ill definitely be coming back to this store in the future!

E Cig of Denver is the best vape store around! Sona has helped me with so much information, since I started vaping. She is always in a great mood, and is very knowledgeable. I wish they could bring back the House Juices, wishful thinking I know lol!

This place is awesome and has the best customer service that Ive experienced from any E-cig shop.They do carry a wide range of premium juice as well as there always famous house blends. Definitely worth the drive for superior juice and superior customer service.

I have been to both stores now, Federal Heights and the one off Colfax.I think that the Colfax employees are very rude and not very personable.The Federal Heights employees are very respectful and willing to help you. Ive never had a bad experience walking into that store.Sometimes when I try new juices, my vape does not like them and the juice fries my coil.

Im new to this vape stuff so I wasnt sure what I was looking for. Luckily the staff was helpful, I had Mimi helping be pick out a good flavor for my first time. Her suggestions were great. Ill definitely be going back here. Thanks Mimi for making my first time as less of a headache as possible.Plus they got fish to stare at if your stoned... oh and right next to some good pizza.

All of you commenting great prices must not look anything up. On every vape device you consistently charge between 15 to 40 dollars more than the 4 vape shops within 5 miles of this place. Even coils this is one of the only places open on a Sunday at 6pm and Id rather go with out my nicotine then knowingly buying this owner a rv/vacation house/boat. If you come here 4 times a month save your self 100$ in that month by shopping elsewhere.

I am so happy they have an ecig of Denver in my area. I used to vape for three years quit and well I’m back again. I remember liking ecig a lot for the quality House juice. I felt so welcome right when I came in. I told the girls my story and was so happy to be back. Their house juice is fantastic. They have a watermelon menthol very similar to an old juice I used to vape. I have a strict vaping budget now and I really can’t afford the premiums. I don’t miss them either. This company has a wide selection of juice for every type of vaper. From fruity, tabacco, menthol and desserts. The service is very nice and I would recommend ECig of Denver to anyone wanting to vape. Thank you so much for today!!

Great store but i got a charger after spending over a hundred dollars in the store i was told that when it comes to charging your batteries that it was the best and fastest charger. 6 hours later i was like wow they should be good, put them in the mod. the percentage was 46% with over 5-6 hours of charging!!! so now i just have a new charger in box because they wouldnt take it back. i was told if it works so they cant take it back okay then.

This place is like no place Ive ever been! Its one of the only times Ive been to a shop and had someone offer to help me find what Im looking for within seconds. The guy helping me was patient as I asked questions about upgrading my set-up and giving me juice recommendations since Id never tried any of them before. And dont let that insanely cheap price fool you; this is some quality e-liquid, totally on par with $19.99 30ml bottles that other places offer. They mixed it for me right there, and none of the flavors seemed to need to steep, like some cheap e-liquid Ive purchased online.Im really glad they have a membership program because I will DEFINITELY be going back.Edit: I also wanted to add that they have great hardware, including some MMJ accessories which is cool to see, because a lot of vapor shops shun the marijuana vape scene. The customer service at this place was some of the best Ive seen ANYWHERE. Also, try the Dragonball Z flavor, its amazing!

Ive been purchasing from eCigs of Denver since September 2013 when there was just the store on Colfax. Ive moved away from Denver, but continue to buy from them over the Internet. Theres a bit of regulatory ID hassle to go through, but once on file with them, its smooth sailing. I vape their house juice exclusively. Its fine by me and the price cant be beat. If you order from them over the Internet, expect great communication on the status of your order and great customer service should you have a special request.

We will ONLY purchase e-juice from E Cig.*The prices are the best Ive seen in a lot of shopping around.*The variety of flavors available is great, something for every taste.*You can choose your nicotine level, which is a fantastic tool in managing your own quit path.*Each bottle comes labeled with the flavor and nicotine level- again very handy to keep track of things when you have more than one vape-er in the house.*We also purchase our coils through E Cig. Their prices are comparable to other retailers (maybe even slightly higher than others), however their knowledge and support of their products makes the difference negligible. When weve had coils fail prematurely, or even entire packs of them fail, weve been given excellent customer service, education and replacement of the defective products. (Which, when you think about it, is pretty awesome when its not like weve saved the bad coils to show them. They accepted our word- which I appreciate!)We recently moved out of state, its been difficult to locate a similar retailer anywhere nearby. Even online retailers cant come close to the prices, products and service weve found at E Cig.We now order online, which is very simple (their site is very user-friendly, or you can also order over the phone). Weve had a couple issues with orders, which were immediately addressed when I contacted E Cig. Just moved here from MN last night and needed some juice. A quick Google search brought me here and after reading the reviews I figured Id give it a shot. I was shocked at the cheap price of their house juice, normally paying much more at home I was thrilled. I told the very young looking employee I normally vape peach and that was what I wanted. He replied sounds good then proceeded to open up his dripper and juice it up instead of getting my order ready. Once it was ready he started ringing it up but stopped in the process to clock another employee in who even said why dont you finish helping him first and then the kid who was helping me said it only takes 30 seconds and still proceeded to clock the co worker in. After this sour taste in my mouth I was shocked at how far from anything peach the juice tasted and how awful it was. I have had straight peach juice from a dozen different companies at home and all tasted like peach. I now see why their house juice is a couple bucks.

Not impressed with their juices. I’m going to have to throw it out, it’s unusable. You get what you pay for in price I guess. Also the store smelt like cigarettes! The staff was incredible helpful and polite so 3 stars for them.

The juice is a good deal, it’s not that great though. I mean, you get what you pay for. That is not what this review is about. This review is about the horrible service I have received after being a loyal customer for multiple months.What has me upset more than anything, is that I bought a Smok G-Priv 2 for $180+ (girl said it came with batteries but charged me anyway, also said she would do 10% off that day if I bought it then - didn’t apply the discount - and yes I have the receipt to prove it.) That is not even close to what I’m upset about.Month or two later, my vape is “spinning” so essentially I can’t really get the tank off the mod.The girl (I didn’t catch her name) that “helped” me literally didn’t help me at all.She basically, no, actually said “there’s nothing we can do, it’s /ruined/ - but would you like to check out some of our other vapes?” She didn’t even look at it, hold it, glance or pass along any information to help me.I just bought this, asked for help, got none, and then got a sales pitch?Really unhappy with the customer service here.She then asked how long ago I bought it, and after I told her, she said I was past my 30 day store warranty. It was literally a few weeks past my “warranty.”When I purchased it, I was told I also had a 90 day manufacturers warranty - which she made no mention of, and didn’t even care to continue the conversation once I made it evident I’m not buying another vape!My girlfriend was here and heard everything. Hmm.. pretty misleading?She rolled her eyes at me when I said “Do you think Smok would be able to help?”Brian is basically the only thing good at E-Cig, he’s really down to earth and always helps when he can. He was a bit busy and I was going to ask for her help, but once it was apparent I wouldn’t be purchasing another vape it was made apparent my presence was entirely unwanted.I’m really upset with this, I had good expectations from these guys and I’m feeling pretty let down.Maybe if I get it touch with Smok, they can help me out, who knows - but yeah, to tell someone “it’s ruined, wanna buy another?” Is just rude.On the upside I did find a place and called them, and they explained they can and will fix my mod! So, I don’t know if the girl is uninformed or just lazy, but this problem is entirely able to remedied and to just throw a sales pitch at a broken vape, again, just awful customer service.Edit: Not even kidding, same day, I just fixed it myself. Yeah, my vape wasn’t ruined, you were too lazy to help me out. Absolutely ridiculous.

Best customer service and amazing house blends.Been to other independant shops but not a fan of their service.Here ive gotten to spark up long conversations. Get tons of advice on products and dont always feel like they are selling me a product for no reason like the rest.Been a customer weekly for years and happy most of them still work there.If i see something new i always check it out and i trust their honest opinions with products.They dont up sell EVER!Biggggg plus for me as if i have a 20watt compact device i like, why go up to 100 or 200 watts. They wont force any option on you.I could go on and on but just go in and see for yourself.Im sure you wont be disappointed.

Very stingy place. They dont even have testers of the juice the sell for $20.00. They even tell you its too expensive and thats why they dont invest. If you buy it and you hate it. Well.. Youre told to bad you wasted twenty and a smile on the managers dudes face. Ive spent $100s in that place over the last couple of months. Youve lost a customer for life.

There are plenty of vape shops near me but this place is more friendly, helpful and had better deals than any other shop Ive been to. Definitely worth going out of my way.

BEST SERVICE EVER from AXEL!! When you go in talk to Axel, if hes with someone just WAIT! Whether youre a novice or an expert Axel will blow your mind with his professional demeanor and knowledge as he really REALLY knows his stuff. Honestly, the dude was absolutely amazing. He hooked my man up with everything he needed to get started a little while back. My husband always spoke very highly of him but never got his name. I decided to just taggin along as Im pregnant and my husband is trying to quit smoking. He went in for some new juice (HUGE SELECTION btw plus custom flavs made in house!), while they were stacking their clients (just a few peeps deep, nothin maj) during a busy Sunday Axel was chill, he took the time and gave us and the gent after us his full undivided attention showing us ALL the latest and greatest products. You can tell he gets excited and has a passion for the industry. Axel was never high pressure, never tried to upsell us, never made us feel rushed or stupid. He answered all my silly questions as I was slightly intrigued and went into great detail while advising my man, yet never got too techy, instead he broke everything down in a way we could understand. I now know why my man drops as much $$ as he does there. Their prices are decent but its the service, knowledge, individualized attention and the custom juices you get thats made my man a client for life... Well as long as Axel works there that is. The other guys working there were alright. Unlike every other shop similar to this one the staff isnt duchy AT. ALL. Thank you Axel for your knowledge and unbiased honest advise!!! 👍🏻

If youre not cool in their eyes they will straight up ignore you. Two employees present yesterday,both helping one guy clean his mod. After five minutes I finnaly asked them how long it would be. I was immediately told at least ten minutes. The guy they were helping told them it was cool to help me, I say it I just need a bottle of juice and that I knew what it was. The guy just laughed at me! Literally laughed and said, ten minutes chief. Total disrespect that even the guy he was helping was shocked by. Guys like this are the ONLY reason I get my juice from zample box.

Best customer service and 0I would give this business a solid 5 stars if they had reasonable prices on there vape mods, tanks, starter kits ect... Thier premium juice is average price and thier house juice price is amazing however it is thick and burns up coils quicker then premium juice, I found mixing house and premium helps that and makes it price efficient at the same time.
