Just wanted to say thanks to Mike for honoring their faulty products. I came in yesterday and bought a kiwi Pam EscoBar, and after driving off and tasting the flavor it was obviously burnt out which was frustrating. So when I came back in today Mike was able to trade it out for me at no cost. Thank you for such incredible customer service! I recommend this place.

These guys are amazing. Great prices and high knowledge of the products they sell. They will break down everything with you up front and help you decide. They get you fitted with what will serve your needs the best. Thanks to them I have not had a cigarette in 4 days.

Placed an order for batteries and they sent a shipping label but never sent out the order. After placing multiple calls and emails they finally sent out the order but it was not the items that I ordered. After asking if they would rectify the situation they placed the blame on me. There are many better vape companies out there that will stand behind their products and have amazing customer service. This is certainly not one of them. Highly recommend using one of the many better vape shops out there unless you enjoy getting ripped off.

Great Vape store! as a new vape user, all the products and such stores offer it can be kind of intimidating. The guy behind the counter was so knowledgeable and helped me select various brands and flavors that I very much enjoyed! very chill store!! thank you Vapertech!!!

They have the best prices, and a great assortment of vaping products and juices. And they have a pool table, and coffee. And for those of you with babies/children under 21, and no sitter, they do curbside pickup. Thats awesome for those of us with no one to watch our little ones while we run to the vape shop. Plus the staff is extremely knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and very friendly. I just wish they had a rewards system like innovapor has where after 10 purchases you get a percentage off your next purchase, as we left innovapor to shop here. Occasionally they ask for my phone number and I get points but its rare and I dont even know how the point system here works.

Everybody in this store is extremely helpful. Bought a new rig today, and while I was setting up in the store, discovered the newly purchased tank was leaking profusely. Was offered an older model of the same product, and got a new coil tossed in as well, no issues since. This is far from my first purchase at this establishment, and certainly will not be my last

Not the store it once was. I used to recommend VaporTech to everyone, as I saw it as a top tier shop in terms of product and customer service. The selection is still decent (the only reason for 2 stars), but the customer service has fallen off a cliff. I used to look forward to going there because it was nice to chat about vaping with friendly and knowledgeable employees. Now, it feels like I am being treated as a burden for coming to your store, and the basics of customer service, such as asking how you are paying, offering a bag, or asking if I have a rewards account seem like too much work for these employees. Just thought ownership might want to know these things are alienating loyal customers such as myself. Also, I’m posting as a warning to others who still think this is the top vape shop it once was.

Definitely one of the better vape shops Ive been to. This location has a pool table, soft drinks, and a nice bar to hang out while trying flavors. Their e-liquid selection is good, although Id personally like to see less house juices. The staff and people hanging out there were friendly and knowledgeable. The selection of equipment (RDA/Tank/mods) seemed to be more than most other places.All in all a great experience!

This place is great. Its not the closest vape shop to me, but I prefer to make the extra trip to stop in, because I know Im:1) welcomed and greeted with a smile - every time.2) going to find great tasting house juices that I will actually use.3) in the hands of experts.Make sure to pick the right day of the week to take advantage of the great savings they offer!

Get deals for regular customers. Be sure to get registered to earn rewards. 1 point for each $10 spent. Ive referred many friends to them. The customer service is amazing! The only thing is since they stopped using an app you cant check your reward level. Theyve added some changes to their reward program. Nice!

Its refreshing to see vape shop employees that not only know their craft but are passionate about it as well. Nick and Jake spent about an hour showing me the intricacies of rebuildable tank atomizers and seemed enthused to do so. Shop has a great atmosphere and wide variety of flavours for good prices. Definitely my go to shop in Denver.

Everytime Ive been in, everyone has been super friendly and helpful. They always have the flavors I am looking for, which most shops dont. This place isnt close to where I live, but would definitely go out of the way to go here again.

Cant say much for the other products they sell. This review is for the vaporteck slim heat. Dont purchase this pitular battery or any other version like it. Very very poor design around the button. Its very sensitive to touch so putting it in you pocket is a good way to put a few burn holes through your pants. But most importantly it over cooks my oils in minuets where theres nothing left. A very frustrating thing to happen to you if youre a cannabis patient. HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!

Ive been here twice now as I was shopping around for a vapeshop. Of the few I visited, they were the most professional and knowledgeable. Most of the shops I went to had a, I vape and the owner hired me on that alone. VaperTech actually has intelligent staff that knows their stuff, can answer your questions, and dont push you to the most expensive product or their house juices. You tell them what youre looking for and they know on the spot a few options that may suit your needs.

I buy all my juice here, good bunch of guys. My only gripe would be that they are about a month behind on the latest and greatest gear. Ive never seen a retailer that struggles with ordering and keeping their stock updated.

The employees lack at customer service. They also were not knowledgeable about their products. They will basically lie to you to sale you something. Their return policy is the worse I have ever seen and they were not up front about it, its hidden in the mix of the other posters hanging up. Lastly their prices are the highest I have in any vape shop.

Ive been going to this location for about 4-5 years now. I go nowhere else since Ive found this jewel!The staff is both helpful and friendly. If have a question, then they will answer it in detail. The great variety of vape liquids are delicious and easy on the finances. There are many kinds of units to choose from.

This is my favorite shop. Awesome staff, well educated in their merchandise. Good vibes, always a sense of welcome every time you walk in. And their juice selection is INSANE! They have everything you need, whether youre a beginner looking for a simple e-cig pen, or more advanced, looking for the new RDA or mod to add to your collection. If your mod of a component isnt working, somebody in there is bound to know how to fix it. Need a coil build? They gotcha. From standard size, Nanos, macros, or even more elaborate builds. They can do it. Check this place out. Its worth the visit. Youll always go back.

Great selection, knowledgeable staff, great prices .I usually shop online but when picking up something new I like to be able to see it first. I called around 15-20 stores looking for a squonk box mod and the profile RDA (highly recommended as well) and this was one of two shops that even had squonk boxes, and the only one with the profile RDA I wanted .They had extra coils, great selection of juices and good information on them. I live across the metro area but this is my new vape shop. Very friendly staff, pay this place a visit whether its for some new hardware or some juice.

These guys rock. They know the answer to any question I have asked them, they always have a smile on their face, and there always happy to see guests walk through the door. Ive tried other vap stores but there really is no comparison. They also gave a veteran discount on top of their VIP discount. Try the xaphan from their premium juice line, its amazing.

I feel bad that I dont remember the guys name that helped me but, he was incredible. I went in just to look around while I was waiting for a massage next door and Ive never really thought about vaping, I smoke cigarettes and I have wanted to quit but, just kept going back. I was looking around and the guyhelping me wasnt pushy or trying to sell me on anything. Just asking me questions about what I was looking for. He suggested the perfect vape for me and spent a good 15 minutes letting me smell all of the different juices. He showed me how to fill it up and charge it. I have only smoked about 2 cigarettes since then and I am so happy I walked into this store to browse. Your employees need a raise because they are what keep customers coming back. I wont go anywhere else.

This place is THE BEST vape shop I have ever been to. The guys in here always treat me so well. I went in for my first vape almost a year ago and they walked me through the entire process with no judgement. A lot of vape shops can be pretentious and make you feel uncomfortable but here I felt very welcomed. They always help me and answer all my questions. I know I am in good hands when I enter. I would highly recommend this place to anyone no matter if you’re a vape beginner or have been vaping for years. This is THE PLACE to go!

VaporTech is made up of a great bunch of guys. Extremely knowledgeable about their products. They dont rush you or pressure you in any direction if your getting a new setup. Great impressions every time I visit. Repeat fan of this place.

This is a great vape shop! I work all over the Denver metro so unfortunately due to the Denver traffic etc I am forced to stop at a different vape shop and everytime I wish I was able to go to vapor tech. Ive been meaning to post a review ever since the first time I went there however Im always busy with my family wife and kids or work so Ive put it off for too long today I wanted to make sure and take time to recommend this shop to anybody looking for a vape shop to go to. Nick was very helpful hes the manager and is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer all my questions and I had a lot of questions. Ive Hit a few E-Cig Shops in the Aurora/Denver Area, Im impressed. These guys as they say ROCK!!! Laid Back extremely informative, and will build you a unit around your price point….Fix your system if it is good enough to have repairable (OR) replaceable parts. Due to their, Excellent choice of parts & accessories. After my first visit, I Brought Son & then my Wife she is the next convert awaiting her next pay day to pick up her E-Cig System She designed …. Shop staff is so friendly easy to talk to staff & customers for Knowledge or Tips…

The best vapor store Ive visited! They have a huge menu of good juice (3x what most other stores carry) and a wide selection of mods, tanks, rebuildables, and drip tips. Whats more is that the prices are fair. Compared to their competition, hardware is roughly 33% less expensive than anywhere Ive seen. Most importantly, they have the best customer service of all the vape stores Ive visited. I bought my first RDA there tonight, and my atomizer was built right in front of me for free, then I got to sample juice out of it before settling on a couple. Its great to visit a vape store that isnt run completely by what seems to be ex cons and crackheads. And I dont mean that Vapertech is only good by comparison. These guys know their stuff, and they care about helping you

I am really upset with this place. I live near VaperTech, I work in Golden, and I go to centennial and littleton often, so Ive been visiting a ton of vape shops around denver. I have a couple favorites around town but I wanted to find one in my area. This is definitely not it.I was buying a new ecig and they have a double points five star day, so I wanted to buy it then. It takes me at least an hour to get to them in rush hour so I called to see if I could purchase it by phone. They said no, ok no big deal, so I booked it over there after work. This was also the only day I could go and get it because of my work schedule.I get home, excited, open my box, and see that they have given me the wrong color. I call the guy and he laughs and said yeah I heard you say you wanted the silver one but for some reason I just gave you black.. I was upset, but it was ok. My boyfriend was willing to go by on his lunch break and exchange it the next day. I got home that night, excited, and saw that they had given me the wrong thing again... The older model. I was so upset and I had to cancel plans on saturday in order to be able to go take it back. When I got in there, I told them I was upset and they laughed. They said oh theyre right next to eachother on the shelf and they laughed. And that was it. It was even more upsetting. They seemed like nice, personable guys, but you also need to be professional.I went out of my way to purchase a product from their store 3 times and they couldnt get it right. I could have just bought it online for 20 bucks cheaper but I like supporting local stores. If they screw that up then what else are they messing up?! The least they could do is actually give me what Im purchasing. Very disappointing.The good thing is that my favorite shop just opened a new store down the road, so that will be my local store from now on.

Walked in after getting a cheap e-cig and cheap (i.e. fake) e-liquid from a head shop to try and get some real products to help me quit smoking. The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They tried my e-liquid and could tell right away that there was no nicotine in it (even though it was labeled as such). They have a table to try all their homemade flavors, all of which are incredible. They have everything you need from different vaporizers, parts, and flavors. I wont go anywhere else for my e-cig needs.I walked out with 2 awesome flavors for a great price!!!

Everytime I come here it doesn’t matter who’s on the register they always seem super irritated that I walked in and that they have to work. Literally every single time. They make sure to let me know that my patronage is somehow a burden by having an attitude the second they see me or anyone else walk in like it ruined their chill sesh

Employees Knowledgeable & kind, store is very clean, massive selection of Vaping Devices, Coils, Vaping Liquid & all kinds of accessories. As a inexperienced vapper with a burnt coil in a unique Vape, Breeze2, I walked in greeted the shop keep & inquired about a coil which I knew nothing of. The shop supplied me the two types of coil for both Nic salts & Vaping liquid. Maybe a 5 min visit.

I absolutely love this place they have amazing house e-juice. The house juice is the best of any store I have been to any they already have good deals on them. The staff knows what they are talking about and thats a big plus.

Just walked in today to replace a faulty eVic control head, and to my surprise -- they had one!Long story short -- my main gear and backup (eGo VV Passthrough -- SLB) both failed on me, leaving me with only a cheap usb eGo clone to use. I scrambled to find a store that could at least carry any portable eGo VV battery to tide me over, and found a different store (that charged $30+ for a cheap eGo clone). Then I found VaperTech, and decided to swing by -- and was surprised to find out the gear they have is extremely impressive!Kanger ProTanks, Innoken batteries & mods, tons of styles of eGo (VV, 3.7, usb passthrough), Kanthal (28AWG & 30AWG), custom e-liquids -- basically all the gear youd buy online but would have to wait for shipping on.Heres the kicker -- their prices are good. Really good. I got a replacement eVic control head for cheaper than I couldve online (even without shipping). Great stuff, knowledgeable staff, all around a great experience -- thanks guys!Anyway, this shop is the deal. Check it out, and Im sure youll be pleasantly surprised.

A few awesome houseblends! Sams circles & dragon punch are my favorite. If you like flavor in your vape try 0 nicotine almost too good to be true. Great store I have a bunch of rewards points & free juice from the rewards program.

This location and its bros are a nightmare! Keep in traffic and find a real shop that is willing to help you make educated decisions on how you spend your money!
