I just had the most incredible massage this evening. I heard Ruyi Massage was the place to go. So today was my 1st experience there. Danny worked very diligently to free my knots and loosen up my shoulders. I literally feel like a brand new person. Absolutely, the best. I am already thinking about when I can go back. 10/10

I had one of the best massages that I have had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease.Danny has an exceptional touch and intuitively knew exactly where my tension points were without me even having to say a word. His technique was both gentle and effective, melting away the knots in my muscles and leaving me feeling completely rejuvenated.Danny knew all of the spots that I needed more attention on and he tailored the massage to address my specific needs.I left feeling lighter, more balanced, and utterly blissful. I cannot recommend Ruyi Massage enough. If youre looking for a truly transcendent massage experience, book a session with them and ask for Danny I promise you wont be disappointed! I will most definitely book my massages at Ruyi whenever I am in the Destin area.

Whew! We were visiting Destin and wanted to treat ourselves for reflexology and massage. Danny and Leo were both amazing! The ambiance and atmosphere was nice.Both made sure the pressure and service we received was to our liking. This is my second time coming so of course I would recommend!

Nothing short of Ah-mazing!!!! I have been seeing a reflexologist back home for 2 years who retired a few months ago and I have not been able to find anyone quite like her...until today! Leo was so, so good. The pressure was perfect and he knew exactly where my pain spots were. I go home in a couple days and Im planning on coming back again before we leave. Place was extremely clean and they were very friendly. I highly recommend!

I have been all over Houston, TX for reflexology over many years, and many places in Las Vegas on and off the strip.This place is true reflexology and practice it well… not a foot rubbing salon with a reflexology name.Highly recommended…would drive up to an hour for an hour session if I i lived that close.Just do it. Thank me later.

Awesome!! Went for 2 massages this week. 60 minutes and then back for 90 minutes while on vacation this week. Very clean establishment and polite staff. Best massage Ive ever had and I highly recommend it if considering a massage!

I’ve got a few back issues and as a result have had many massages. This may have been the best massage I’ve ever received. I personally prefer deep tissue and this massage therapist absolutely nailed it. She had 10+ years of experience and it showed. Highly recommend Ruyi Massage.

Meh. Make sure you book the older guy. My husband and i got a foot massage - I watched my husband get a fabulous foot massage and the young guy would rather be anywhere else but there. If I had not paid already, I would have left after about 10 minutes when i realized it was going to be terrible.

Danny was wonderful! I told him I had neck pain and he made sure to focus on the knots around the neck and shoulders. Very friendly, accommodating and cleanly!Highly recommend!

Wow! We decided on one last thing before leaving Destin and chose this massage place. I am absolutely coming back. It was a wonderful massage! I like a lot of pressure and this was great.

**DON’T COME HERE!!**I booked a massage for my boyfriend for Valentine’s Day. His appointment was supposed to be at 2:30 and the lady texted me pushing it back to 3 because “another customer was late” (which in my opinion is very unprofessional) but whatever, I went with it! Once he gets there and the lady is doing his massage she kept leaving and walking out during the whole thing. After that she then cut his hour massage short by 10 minutes which is not okay since I payed $77 for a whole HOUR. Once he tried leaving the lady asked for a tip and since he was not happy with the experience he was just gonna leave $10 even though he could’ve left nothing. She kept trying to type in $17 then $12 even after being told multiple times to only put $10. I guess the lady got angry and told him to “not come back”. My dad has been coming here for years and recommend this place to me but after this experience neither one of us will ever be coming back.

Had a reflexology foot massage from Leo and I felt like I was walking on air afterwards! I highly recommend Leo, he is amazing, I will definitely be back often!

10/10 experience. Dont listen to the one star comments. This was my first time going and the second I walked in the door, it was all about me. The masseuse is very intelligible in her craft and after I left I felt like a newborn giraffe. Very nice and clean establishment and great price for the quality. I will definitely be going back.

My kids (teens) and I all got 60 minute massages. I was a little skeptical based on the appearance from the outside, but received an EXCELLENT massage. The only reason my review is not 5 stars is that my kids didnt receive the same level of service (hot stones, aromatherapy, etc), even though their massages were the same price as mine. Also, they switched masseurs for my kids half-way through, and my daughter was very clearly not comfortable having a younger male touching her, and it kind of ruined her first massage experience. Highly recommend the older gentleman, though!

I would 0 stars if I could ! the whole experience felt rushed and the lady was very demanding to leave a high tip, Its the next day and i feel worse than how i came in. at first it felt good but It became too rough for my liking. Felt like i got in a fight with a grizzly bear

We’ve gone the past two weeks for a couples massage with combination back and feet. It has been wonderful. We had come before and did not have as good experience in the front but the music and temperature is perfect in the room. I know alot of other reviews comment on the payment up front. I do think it’s odd and uncomfortable for us too. However, some places make you leave a credit card to make a reservation so what’s the difference. As long as we continue being treated with kindness and get great foot and back massage, we will return.

Horrible customer service! Believe all the reviews regarding a tip the lady demanded a tip of 20, 30, or 40 percent which I felt like due to massage and customer service was not warranted. So I advised I was not going to tip then she proceeded to bully me and repeatedly ask me why am I not tipping and that they get no pay the price we paid for the massages goes to the owners. Horrible business and customer service will never come back or recommend.

I received a fair foot massage. The most disappointing part of my visit was the information I received prior to going to this place of business. When I called while looking for places to get a massage, they assured me I could come in and be seen right away. I specifically requested a female masseuse, and they confirmed that one was available. I informed them that I would arrive in 19 minutes, requesting a one-hour foot massage and a one-hour body massage.Upon my arrival at the establishment, the male masseuse informed me that he would be conducting my foot massage, while a female masseuse was busy with another client, and she would do my body massage after my hour foot massage . Although I reluctantly agreed, shortly thereafter, the male masseuse informed me that the female masseuse wouldnt be able any longer to to perform my body massage, and I would have wait an additional hour after our agreed-upon time. Come to find out,, the female masseuse scheduled to do a couple massage be douse it was more money. The accommodated them before me, delaying my appointment by an hour.Since I had already agreed to the foot massage, I let the male masseuse finish and then left. Do not recommend based fair massage and them them not holding my appointment as agreed over the phone .

They don’t deserve 1 star ! We would never go back there. We made a 12 o’clock appt and walked in the door and 12:02. They told us we were late and they took someone else back. I do not believe that to be the truth. Terrible way to do business ! We scheduled a 90 minute session and they tried to tell us they could do a 30 min foot massage. we will never go back there. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Take your money elsewhere to someone that appreciates and respects their customers.

Good message. We spent $172. For two messages. Upon checkout they demanded 20 percent gratuity and was upset when I gave them $20 for a total of $192??? Would never go back ….very arrogant and didn’t understand the gratuity amount is up to the customer. So they lost a customer. Will not recommend.

Wasn’t impressed. Wanted tip up front before service. I zeroed out tip line and signed. Upon departure, lady said we must tip according to percent on receipt. There was 3 of us and I said no! We tipped with cash but the lady was demanding more! My massage was to be a 60-minute full body massage which was more like a rub down by a female who kept sniffling like she had a cold. Never massaged feet. Again, my massage was like a rub down.DO NOT recommend this place!

Went in for a foot massage and a 20 min chair massage at 7pm with Danny - the foot massage was great and relaxing but the neck, shoulders, and back massage was amazing! Great pressure and he also did some light stretches. Will definitely return and highly recommend.

Took my son and daughter here 12/11/2022 2PM appointment. So the first thing that made me uncomfortable is they ask you to pay before the massage, but OK maybe that’s protocol? Then on tip place I left blank due to you would give a tip depending on how the service was, correct me if I’m wrong!? The lady at the desk aggressively says NO NO!! U MUST LEAVE TIP- i thought again the service hasn’t been done yet and I would like to wait but went ahead and added a 10 dollar tip just so she would stop waisting time because we were now on our massage time. She then hollers at me and points to the bottom of the receipt.. NO NO!!! YOU CAN NOT LEAVE SMALL TIP!! SHE THEN POINTS AT THE 20 30 or 40% spot and says you must do one of these!! She was so aggressive I just scratched the 10 and added the 20% I WILL NEVER RETURN!! This was such an uncomfortable situation for me!! And my thought is .. had she of just waited she probably would have gotten a 40% tip because both my son and daughter we’re very satisfied with the massage minus it being 10 min short due to her robbing me in the lobby! It’s truly how this situation felt! Go somewhere else if you want to feel comfortable! I assure you this is NOT the place for anyone!!!

TERRIBLE! No way did they go to school for massage. My 6 year old could have done better! Both my husband and I could not wait for the hour to be done.Not only was the massage basically rubbing oil in a circle for 60 minutes, they kept talking to each other. Why did the women keep answering the phone when there was a boy at the front desk?So disappointed.

So very accommodating! No appointment for me and my daughter, but we were worked in with no wait! Very elegant and relaxing atmosphere! So extremely clean and comfortable. Massage was one of the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve paid for many!!

I have gone to every massage place in Fort Walton and Destin and Miramar Beach. This is absolutely by far the best place. Dani is incredible. I’ve been here over 100 times and will continue to come.

I was planning on rating this pla e as a 5 after the massages that my wife and I received until we were walking out of the building. First off, I had already paid before our services and signed my receipt, the guy at the desk tried to force me to pay a tip because he felt like your prices arent high enough for the work for two people giving out massages for 60 minutes and said that the owner doesnt pay them that the tips does. Immediately my bs radar came on so I told him to take that up with the owner since he tried to force me to pay him a tip. Then he told me not to come back. All because I didnt want to go to jail in Florida, I did the most respectful thing and walked away. This place wont ever receive my support ever in life again! Oh yeah, Im a retired soldier at that but this is how I got treated. Be careful who you mistreat.

One of the best massages Ive ever had!! My husband and I went in for a couples massage last minute as we were coming into town for the weekend. They were able to fit us right in! Gigi gave me my massage and Summer gave my husband his. We both really enjoyed our massage. Nice, relaxing and comfortable environment

We went in for a two person massage at the same time. The place was clean, the masseuses gave a good massage, and were friendly. However, they accepted more than two phone calls during the middle of our massage. The ladies also had a conversation with each other during our massage. They did whisper at least, but Im not paying you $200 to take phone calls and have a conversation with each other during my experience. I cant believe I was dumb enough to leave a tip. I only did that after the owner/manager came running after me demanding a tip. I wont go back there again.

I and my husband came in and the male started massaging one of my husbands feet and only to stop in mid-activity to tell us that they would have to provide a refund to us because a white couple had called before us and we were both at the old locations. Keep in mind it clearly states that they are a walk-in service. The money was returned to our card but I just don’t think that is how quality customer service is done. He still had butter location on the one foot and leg that the man men the man massaged. This is not a place that provides service to African American people, please avoid them and spend your money someplace else.

Got a couples massage here today. The massage itself was pretty good however I did not like how you pay first. Also the lady who was giving me my massage kept answering the phone and talking to people calling in it was extremely rude. The worst part was at the end we were walking to the register to give the lady a tip when she chased us down and said wait you have to pay your tip. She said I worked hard you have to pay your tip. This is not how you get a tip it was almost embarrassing and insulting to me thinking we we’re leaving without giving a tip. However due to the way I was approached she did not get a tip and our waitress at dinner got a great tip !

I went with a friend and we took the couples massage.The massage was great and the staff was very professional. They a very good job and I feel fabulous.The price was also excellent and after 5 massages you get a 30m free.The place was clean and smelled very good.The only detail (although they were truly kind) is that it was hard to communicate as their English wasnt the best. But like I said they were super kind!!I also like the fact we did a walk in and they made it happen within an hour. That was also great.Anyhow I am totally going again!!

When I went in I could barely turn my head. Came out feeling so much better. This place is wonderful. The masseuse is extremely professional and has some serious strong hands. I feel rejuvenated. Prices are great also.

Scheduled a couples massage, showed up on time, got settled into treatment room, and just one person entered to do do the massage. We were told to wait for five minutes for the next person to show up and begin. Within a few minutes a female showed up, began massaging my wife. The door chime kept sounding and they kept leaving and entering the room.. in total three different females showed up and massage my wife, the fourth person was a guy. I looked up and saw a man about to begin treatment, informed my wife who stopped him.... my wife was topless, and this establishment did not have the courtesy to ask her if she was okay before the guy entered the room. So in total 4 different individuals were sent to treat my wife...not professional at all. Not to mention with all the going and coming, the DID NOT give us our entire hour of treatment as we paid for. This was supposed to be a relaxing event but it was more disruptive and stressful than relaxing. Will not go back again. Two stars because they did do a good job with the massage itself.

One of the best massages I’ve ever gotten. They did fascia and muscle work - I feel like a new person!

I did not have a good experience at all. First off they made us pay up front which was very odd. We came in with a party of 5 and was not told until we paid that we would have to split up. The lady doing my massage was on her phone for the first 5 minutes of my massage which is obviously not what I’m paying for. They had no music to create a relaxing ambiance and talked to each other the whole time. Even after we told them up front we didn’t want a back massage they did a “preview” of a back massage in order to get us to change our minds. They made fun of my feet and made me feel really uncomfortable to the point I wanted to walk out. They pressured us into a leaving a tip as well. During the back massage, that they pressured us into, they left to take other customers! Will not be back.

I was excited about being able to book a couples massage last minute for my trip here. I had originally wanted to book at another place but she had no openings. So we came here, first off for a couples massage they placed us in two different rooms, not what I was looking for. Next is they wanted the payment up front before even taking us back to the rooms, makes an uncomfortable situation like we are going to leave without paying? Then after the hours they added 30 minutes, being hard to communicate I told the guy who was massaging me just give me whatever my husband paid for. So they had my husband out and paying before I came out the room. I confronted them that I did not request for additional minutes and I wish I could record the look on their face of being caught up in their hustle. After we left my husband said the lady that was massaging him kept asking him to leave a Google review and had him pull his phone out just to leave the review. Well guess what I’m the one who leaves reviews. So here you are!

I paid 150 dollars for me and my daughter a 60 minute massage. not too bad but then was leaving and lady said put tip on the receipt for my credit card. i put 15 dollars. she said i had 2 massages that’s not enough. damn i already paid 150 and they thought 15 dollar tip wasn’t enough. i’m not rich. totally unprofessional. tip is optional

The service here is terrible. The masseur always massaged me with one hand while serving me, and the other hand was always playing with her mobile phone. What was more, she was interrupted every five minutes. She kept walking out of the room and back and forth. I walked out of the room several times and was very perfunctory. I strongly recommend that you dont go there for a massage. Its a waste of my time and money. She keeps asking me to add time because I need to charge a separate fee for adding time. She just wants me to spend more! When I first walked in, I told me that two people would give me a massage at the same time. I charged two hours for one hour. I didn’t agree. She was a little unhappy and looked at me with contempt, as if she was saying: dead poor! She gave me a massage for an hour, and I paid a $20 tip. She was still very upset and asked me to tip a little. It was too bad, I wont go to this place again! It is strongly recommended that everyone do not go, otherwise you will regret it!

I had to leave this place a review. I was last minute trying to book a massage with it being a holiday weekend. Everywhere I called was already booked especially for a couples message. When I clicked on this place the first few reviews were bad and their website wasn’t up to date so I was like nope not doing. After calling place after place and everything being booked, I decided to give this place a try. I called and they did have an opening. We had a 1pm appt and I called to see if I could change it for 4 and they did.Let me tell you this was the BEST message my husband and I ever had. Sophia did my husband and either Mike or Mark did me. We get massages regularly and nothing has come close to it. I high recommend this place. I don’t know where they learned their techniques but they have mastered their craft!! I will definitely be back the next time in Destin.RUYI massage, keep up the excellent work!

Booked a massage there for the 1st time and it was amazing. Did the two therapist at a time and it was 4 hands of total relaxation . These therapist treat you like you are special and you are pampered beyond words . Sophia was my main therapist but I didn’t get the name of the second woman . But if I did , I would remember it. Ask for either one and you won’t be disappointed .

Danny did an amazing job! I did a 90 minute Swedish style massage and I was so relaxed the whole time. He made sure I was comfortable and nothing was too much or too little. I got to listen to music through my own earphones and I loved every second of this message. Definitely worth the money!

Came here for the first time with my husband and it was GREAT! I feel so relieved that I even fell asleep! The lady who did my massage used a good pressure throughout and focused on the most tense areas. The place was very clean and they were very professional. I will definitely return.

Go get a massage and ask for Dany! He did amazing!!!!! I asked him to go hard on my lower back and he did such a good job!!! Really really good massage. He was great. My only thing w this place is the fact that is loud.. you can hear the dryer or washer going on .. and the business next door making noises, no matter at what time you go. But definitely, if you’re looking for a good and strong deep tissue massage, he is your guy.

My bfs n I first time coming for some foot massages and I definitely would come back. Currently 33 weeks and my feet have been killing me and coco had them feeling so light. My bf n I been working so much n this was much needed. Great service and very nice staff thank you Coco!

I would not call them Ruyi massgei i would call them rude massage.They asked no questions and, in the end, became a little hostile when they asked me to give them a tip, and i said no. They asked me to never come back. Believe i will not.

Hands down one of our favorite places to come every time we are in town. The establishment is very clean and welcoming. The massages are so relaxing and enjoyable, it’s a bitter sweet when your time is up. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for us. We will be back again.

Visited twice in one week. My friend and I had a full body message that was excellent, acupressure points they hit were amazing. 2nd visit was a 30 minute foot message and 15 minute chair message (neck/shoulders). Absolutely wonderful. I wont hesitate to go back for more massage!

They pestered me to leave a review, and when I agreed, the girl who worked the front desk reached over my phone and pressed 5 stars for me and waited til I hit post to walk away. So thats why they have such a high rating. The massage was good, yeah, but that interaction was off-putting and they probably do that to everyone.

Did a couples massage with my husband a few weeks ago. I enjoyed it. We only did 30 minutes the only thing is that they didn’t understand what we was asking. We was trying to ask if we could add another 30 minutes if we wanted more time at the end of our massage. I think they thought we was asking for a free 30 minutes lol but other than that it was fine. I would go back.

We were in town for NYE in destin, Fl and wanted to a foot massage for my boyfriend and I. I called the Salsa Massage but when I called they said they will send us to a different locAtion but was own by same owner but different location. (Which was Ruyi Massage).. We were sent via text to go for our appointment to a different location and when we arrived it was Ruyi massage. We were asked for pay first before our service.I do not recommend this place if you want quiet relaxation.The door bell was extremely loud! And each time the door rang.. they stopped middle of session to attend to the door. I did not like that. They also were talking amongst themselves in their native language in middle of our couple’s massage! And constant getting up every time someone walked in…door chimes were extremely loud and can be heard during the massage. Constant interruptions!We asked for a foot massage originally but some how ended up in couples massage. (Which was not so great) i dont think they know what they’re doing. My bf and I and were not satisfied with the service. We paid $152 plus $30 tip! Massage was awful! I do not recommend this place!

Just got my massage at RUYI massage in celebration for my 40th birthday, this place is absolutely amazing. My cousin and I had MT - Coco and Jessica, and they’re both so sweet, professional, and so respectful. I highly recommend RUYI Massage. This was my first massage and I’m hooked!!!! My honey and I came in for Foot Massages. The atmosphere was Warm and Zen-like. Danny did such an Excellent job. He made my stress melt away. We will definitely be coming back. ❤️

Great massages, did wonders to our backs! a little bit of inconsistency in services to our group (free hot stones vs not for half our group). Something to be aware of is that they are very aggressive about tipping. We tipped 15% and our party separately got very confused looks and we’re asked to tip better. Ended up leaving a 26% tip in the end which felt like a bit much

Bonnie was a very nice young lady & quite beautiful! Her massaging was very very thorough indeed! I was very pleased! My muscles & back area felt SO much better!!! This is my third time back.

I shouldn’t be told what to tip or what to review. We were wrapped in a towel and not a sheet. The room for our couples massage was freezing. And my massage felt rushed. Amy didn’t ask where my problem area was and barely listened when i told her what area. Luckily my boyfriend paid because i for sure wouldn’t have tipped! This is my updated review due to therapist literally standing over me and selected 5 stars for herself. I will not be back if I’m Destin again.

Every nice masseuses. We had a couple massage. I dont generally like to share a room but they were professional and funny so it was better than I expected. Never had this technique but it was more relaxing than I thought it would be. Did not finish the whole body in the hour massage is my only downside. Mainly concentrated on the back and neck,. Didnt get much on legs or arms. None on face, hands, feet, or front of legs and my quads needed work. Overall good experience.

They made us pay up front. Ive never experienced that before. The massage was painful even after telling him three times that he was massaging me too hard. I didnt relax until the end when he was massaging my feet and at that point the massage was basically over. But thats not why I am giving this place 1 star. The kicker was when he answered the phone twice while he was massaging me and told the folks that were calling that he was working.

I just attended a foot massage session along with my group of 4 other women. one of the women in my group had called ahead to make sure the workers could take us at one time. we planned to arrive at 12:50 for our appointment at 1:00, we were running a tad bit late due to destin traffic. i kid you not the man calls our phone 3 times making sure we were still coming, we were not even late at this point. We finally arrived and booked our appointments all 5 of us just decided on the $35 30 minute foot session. they bring us in and they split our group up, the do 4 in one room and 1 in a separate room. This was not mentioned beforehand! i was in the group of 4, we walk into the room and the beds are unprepared but the workers finally get ready and start our massage. the workers talked back and forth non stop, the 2 ladies were on their phone. it was 100% not relaxing, no music played either. on my personal massage they just massaged an oily lotion into my skin in similar motions. another masseuse made fun of one of my members feet, which made her highly uncomfortable and upset. Then the lady proceeded to start a back massage on another member without permission, the massue then reminded that we choose a time and pay so she could perform a chair massage on two of my party members. the members of my party said it felt like the workers were trying to break their back and it was highly uncomfortable. then to top it off they demanded a tip! Dont come! ALSO THEY DONT RESPOND WELL TO FEEDBACK

Had one of the best couples massages ever! Will be back whenever I stay down there again!

I’ve been a massage therapist and a physical therapist assistant for over 28 years, and a massage therapist instructor as well.I’ve been receiving monthly (and sometimes weekly) massages for 30 years.I’ve lived in Southern California, Pennsylvania, and Texas; but I have received massages all over the US.I read some of the low reviews and felt education is in need! (And I want to share a personal experience as well).The therapists here are hard to understand. They are from another country. And their customs are different then ours. But it’s the knowledge they bring with them from their country that we are seeking. The techniques they utilize are not even taught in your basic, or even advanced, massage school in the US. They are DAMN good massage therapists. And priced very reasonably.The facility appears to be very clean. What I witnessed was the therapists utilizing good hygiene techniques and precautions.My therapist informed me I could pay before or after the massage. They tried to upscale me for more time, but I declined, and it was not brought up again (different culture people...)I personally ALWAYS pay before my massage. A good massage will leave you feeling a little light headed and not very grounded. This is why they give you water to drink, and you should take a short walk around the block to bring you back into reality before driving! The last thing I want to do is focus on paying, etc after a massage. Again, I always pay before my massage. It’s actually offered for YOUR benefit.I always bring a minimum of 20% cash tip with me and I give this to the therapist after the massage. Google “tipping”: server, hair stylist, massage therapist.... you should tip at least 20%. If you can’t afford it, you shouldn’t be eating out or getting a massage! It should be calculated into your budget before giving yourself the treat!I experienced a GREAT massage at Ruyi and at an incredibly inexpensive rate for the quality of massage I received. I do suggest you go with an open mind and know you are entering a different cultural experience. It’s a good thing. Relax and enjoy.And wherever you receive a massage, always communicate with them during your massage... requesting a “medium” or “hard” pressure is subjective. Therapists will use their best guess, but ultimately the responsibility relies on YOU to communicate. (Ie: I requested a deep massage, but there was an area on my back that I needed it lighter... I told her and she immediately lightened up and it was perfect). Always communicate.I know this is long, but I also want to share my couples massage experience at this facility. My therapists were Angela and Sophia. They were great and we thoroughly enjoyed our massage!But it wasn’t until hours later, about 7:30, that I realized I had left my necklace on the chair in the massage room. We went back only to be told that the room currently had a massage client and they would look for it when the room opened up. I gave her my number and prayed... it was not only a very expensive necklace, it held a lot of emotional value to me. At 9:30 they called me and said they found it! They stayed after hours so I could go pick it up (we were leaving for home the next morning).They were honest. And went well above their obligation to make sure I received my necklace back. I’m not sure how many massage facilities would have done this.(And these therapists were obviously there for the 12 hrs the facility was open. Do you realize what a long day that is? Massage is very taxing on the body. Please realize how hard they work, how knowledgable they are in their field, and how very important it is to tip them).

It was really good. But be prepared Pay tips. They won’t let you leave if you don’t pay tips. Highly recommend

The massage was good (but not great), and a little unusual. Often, it consisted of constant pressure on tension areas rather than traditional massage techniques to release tension. She spent quite a bit of time working on my lower back even though I specified it was my shoulder areas that were hurting. This alone would have rated a 4 in my book but the conversation we had about price and tip dropped it to a 3. When I arrived for my appointment, I was asked to pre-pay for my $65 one-hour massage. I paid $70 in cash and did not receive change. At the end of the massage, the girl asked for a tip. I started by pointing out that she hadnt given me change and before I could finish, she said $5 wasnt enough tip. I agreed, gave her an additional $10, she acted offended and asked that I make it an even $20. I declined and departed.

Wendy and Jessica was amazing. Both gave us an welcoming and warm message. Helped us both workout the holiday stress with a full body massage and foot massage. 5 stars.

RUYI massage was absolutely great! We called last minute and got in 20 minutes later. At first we were skeptical because the massages we have gotten previously were with our resort, but MAN was this a good massage! Thanks so much guys!

Ok experience overall. Massage was good but dont necessarily trust the short worded reviews here. They take your phone and review themselves. Its slightly funny and they are somewhat nice about it, but just a bit odd.

Great massage for both husband & I. Deep tissue...wow! Felt like a rag doll afterward & completely relaxed. Only regret, didnt stay in town long enough to go a 2nd time. But will definitely return again.

I had an amazing 90 minute massage with Ping today. I like a deep massage and she used everything from hands to elbows to knees and even walking on my back. I thought I wouldn’t be able to walk like most harsh massages I get but it has been hours since and I feel great!Perhaps it was the Thai-like stretching she did or the bottle of water she gave me on the way out but I am very appreciative and am working on convincing my wife to escape the kids for a couple massage before we go back home (we are on vacation).It can be a dicey thing picking a massage in an unfamiliar area and we lucked out here. Drive to Destin 14 hours for vacation. I slept in the car wrong and had a sore neck and headache. I finally decided to try a massage to see if that would help. I did the 30 minute chair massage. MARY WAS AMAZING! I get massages back at home and hers was the best Ive ever had. I highly recommend it!

Came to Destin for a few days and its been raining. Decided to get a massage. It was absolutely the best massage I have ever gotten. I have been getting massages for years and without a doubt, it was the best. I asked for firm and that is what I got. She worked out knots in my back that I didnt know existed. Ruyi has a very professional, multi cultural and bilingual staff. The shop is very clean and well decorated for a relaxing environment. Appointments are easy to get. They have effective deep tissue massage, but I especially like the foot massage.

RUYI is by far the place In Destin for a massage. Their facility is clean, staff is very courteous and they have great prices. Ask for Sophia, you will not be disappointed.

Danny did my massage and did an excellent job. The staff here is very nice and attentive. Only complaint I have is the language barrier, it’s hard to communicate when doing business.

The massage my friend and I received was not good at all, it was super pricey for the service and not at all worth it. The lady that gave my massage left to do other things such as open doors, greet the front door and talked to the person that came in and never added more time to my massage. She didn’t really apply any pressure to a deep tissue massage and she didn’t massage my legs or arms much and didn’t touch my feet. She basically massaged my back through a towel for over half of the time. Then poured what felt like a gallon of oil on my back for the last 15 mins. No wonder why they make you pay prior to getting the massage cause people probably have walked out. Do not get any of their services! There is a reason they are the only one with openings.

Horrible experience, first of all the guy continued to walk on my back after I said it was painful, they pretended the card machine wasnt working, forced me to use their Atm and told me to get out 200 I was wondering why when my massage was only 150. I got 160 out and she never gave my change. When we went to leave they stood in front of us and demanded a tip I told her you guys already kept my 10 he said thats not.enough tip for 2 ppl run from this place they didnt do my feet or hands I should have listened to reviews and yiu can barely even understand them
