DO NOT, COME HERE IF YOU SMOKE HOOKAH. If you buy a defective item from here, regardless if you pay $100+ on it, this business will not make it right and you will be stuck with a useless product.I’ve been a hookah smoker for years and I am very experienced with anything that has to do with hookahs. I came to this shop to buy one since I am on vacation, I chose the one I wanted (as seen in the picture, red hookah). The owner was acting very suspicious while selling it to me and my wife, he did not want us to open it and go through it until we paid (no returns accepted here). He opened the box after my wife insisted, and he only let us see it while its bagged. There was no way for us to completely put the item together to make sure all the pieces work. They also do not allow you to touch the displays for further inspection.I did not put it fully together until the next day. Once I put it on the table I quickly found out how horrible the quality was. The glass on the bottom does not stay still on the floor or table, it keeps tilting and sliding even with water weighing it down, which if you smoke hookah you know how dangerous that is when you have coals. The plate that goes on top on the hookah that holds additional coals will not sit correctly almost as if it was not made for this particular hookah. The hookah is a double smoker, and if you have ever used one you know that it works like a single smoker, but not this one. With this one, the person who is not smoking has to place their finger over the hose hole to stop the air in order for the other person to smoke. This is obviously a defective item with several issues that would not be known until after use.Today (5 days from the original purchase date) I decided to go in to see if it was possible to return/exchange the item since this is not a case of simply not liking the item or not liking a flavor. The item is completely unsafe to use from the top to the bottom. The owner (who is the one who sold this item to us) spoke with my wife on the phone while in the store and essentially told her that we saw the sign that says no exchanges/returns, we also saw the item in the store, and there is basically nothing that he can do about the situation since we did not immediately come back. He also said that we can bring the hookah back to see how he can “fix” it. The item cannot be fixed, it obviously has several manufacturing issues and this item belongs in the trash. We “used” the item once, realized how unsafe it was immediately and did not smoke out of it.Again, if you want to buy a hookah, or anything expensive for that matter, do NOT come here unless you are willing to risk your money on something that does not work.Also, I am not sure how much other retailers in the area are selling the tobacco flavors for, but where I am from they typically sell me an entire carton for $25-30. I asked how much he could sell a carton for and his original offer was $60. He tried to sell it one last time at the register for $45, but I declined.In a nutshell: overpriced, low quality items and owner does not care about customer satisfaction with defective items.

I’m from out of state and tried to purchase a vape. i provided my real ID (I am 21) and they denied me because it “looked weird”. It was a very odd experience, the girl behind the counter was just shaking her head and smiling at me?? I asked them to scan it so they would see it is real, and they said they don’t do that there, and told me to try my luck at a gas station instead. I would go to a gas station if I was under 21 and knew I would get denied service, but like I said this was my very real ID and was shocked that someone of legal age could be turned away just because they don’t know how to accurately identify the difference between a real and fake one. I’m aware this area is big for underage students on spring break but please; if you are going to work in an industry that requires you to verify someone’s identification, make sure you know what is actually real and what is not. At the end of the day it’s not a big deal but it just felt degrading and I would not recommend this shop in the slightest.

SELLS FAKE CHINESE MADE EJUICE! POPCORN LUNG!I came into this shop about a week or 2 ago, worker didn’t really know much about the product after asking for salt nic I was recommended Mega Salt juice 55mg lush ice flavor. It didn’t taste very good at all and burnt my coils really fast. After some googling I realized that I was sold cheap trashy CHINA MADE EJUICE! And for $25 I expect a better product! If this juice was a cheap knockoff I wonder what else you sell that is FAKE! And by other reviews sounds like a lot of shady things happen at this shop! I hope the fda shuts you down if I ever come back to destin I will never shop here again!

If I could give NEGATIVE stars I would! This place needs to be shutdown. They are selling expired products at an astronomical price. I purchased this EXPIRED delta-8 on yesterday evening (1/1/2022). The 30 year old, indian/middle eastern store clerk was a fast talker and intentionally sold my sister and I expired products. I watched him tape this piece of paper on my product clearly covering the expiration date with this note before ringing me up. I didn’t notice it was expired until today (1/2/2022) I noticed my sister had expired products (Delta-8 gummies) which made me check the context of my product, removing this sticker to find an ALREADY EXPIRED DATE!!!! This place should be shut down & the staff member should be fired IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!!!!! A disgrace of a smoke shop selling faulty products to tourist in this area SMFH!!!! You all should be ashamed to even own a place like this!!!!!!! It makes me sick to even have to leave a review like this after spending over $80 in your store, I wouldn’t send anyone to spend a PENNY!

I took my Zeus Max tank in ,because I just got the tank and no nothing about it, to get a coil. The woman who works there sold me a regular Z coil and told me it would work that it was compatible. I got home and it wouldn’t fit, not even close. So I took it back and she said she had to call her boss and told him that it said one the website (witch it does not) that the z was compatible so they wasn’t at fault so, so her boss told her not to return the coil SHE SOLD ME and told me would work but I could buy the right one. Well I didn’t have much of a choice to get one but when I was checking out I asked eBay website the seen where it said that because I had been looking since she told her boss that, I was told we’ll you told us it was a z. I said no I told you I knew nothing about the tank that’s why I BROUGHT IT IN TO SOME SO CALLED PROFESSIONALS so I could get the right cool and they told me well there’s nothing they could do. Thank god I’m only in Destin for vacation because if this was the type of business I was forced to use on a regular I would just start smoking cigarettes again. SORRY WAY TO DO BUSINESS. She refused to give me her bosses number as well.

The owner is lovely! However, the lady at the counter was so rude! She looked over me and tried to skip over me. I asked her for help, she looked at me in disgust and pointed her finger in my face directing me away from her. Then I accidentally put my card in the wrong way and snatched it out aggressively. Huge attitude for no reason!
