I don’t understand the bad reviews but hey I am a business owner and I definitely understand you can’t please everyone. This place is GREAT!! Tina was amazing!! Best massage ever and it was MUCH NEEDED!! She paid attention to detail (what my body was saying to her) she just did amazing! Jess at the front was awesome as well!!! I live in Texas now (was home visiting) and she said if you need any products shipped to you just call and I’ll ship them!! Amazing because once we left my husband said we should’ve got the rose petal soap lol…sauna amazing, mimosas great of course! Just a great relaxing experience!! Keep it up ladies!

We had an absolutely FANTASTIC experience at the spa! The space was very relaxing and my massage was wonderful but what really set our experience over the top was Donna! What a wonderful ambassador she was making sure our experience was top notch! We will definitely be back and HIGHLY recommend this spa.

My husband and I went for a couples massage and it was fabulous! Every staff member we encountered was super friendly and welcoming. I would recommend making an appointment especially on the weekend, as they keep busy. The massage was incredible the massage therapist helped us both feel so relaxed and comfortable. I had a prenatal massage and they accommodated no problem and were so nice and gentle making sure we were both having a wonderful time. The relaxation room was lovely and they offered champagne and water upon getting settled. Very clean and relaxing environment, highly recommend! 🧖🏼‍♀️

Had a truly delightful experience at the Spa at Silver Shells! This was my first visit to the Spa. The relaxation room was everything it should have been. Comfortable, restful and also conducive to striking up quiet conversation with others interested in doing just that! Lisa was a wonderful way to start our visit...so welcoming, thoughtful and engaging. She was also excellent on the phone helping get us set up. My sister and I both had 80-minute custom massages. My therapist, Gina, was excellent! She pinpointed my areas of need and had suggestions for what I could do on my own to get further relief. When she invited me back, I only felt cared-for and not pressured. Yes Ill be back!

Love this spa! I usually get a deep tissue massage when I come here. Some masseuse are better than others. Tina is phenomenal at what she does. I enjoy that they have amenities like a pool, gym, hot tub and a steam room. They have showers and they even give you a reusable bag for your wet clothes. They do offer a mimosa, water and light snacks. I stayed here all day enjoying all they had to offer.

My husband and I had wonderful facials with Samantha and Ryan today. Jessica was extremely helpful over the phone. The facility has been beautifully updated... so relaxing. Bravo!

The staff was extremely kind and professional - It was nice to relax with a mimosa before my appointments in the relaxation room! I first had a massage that left me melted on the table, followed by a facial that was equally as relaxing. I would highly recommend either service! I also enjoyed the sauna/steam room after my services, and also had access to their pool and fitness center with my appointments. Love that its open to locals in the Destin area who are looking for a day to relax -- highly recommend!

Lisa and the team were fantastic! I had a group of ladies in town and it was raining so I called a few days ahead and they were able to accommodate our group and were incredibly welcoming, kind and went above and beyond. Plus the massages and facials were soooooo good! This was definitely a highlight of our weekend.

I loved my experience and I highly recommend.I received a few treatments here and the team and new management was wonderful. I booked two treatments, and ended up added a third once I was there. The original plan was to grab a bite to eat in-between my two treatments. Since I added the third that was no longer possible. My massage specialist Marie was able to order a salad for me and have it delivered to the spa. So thoughtful.The best massage I’ve ever had in my 20 years of getting massages. My massage specialist was Marie. By the end of my massage, I felt like all of the massages I had received in my life up until that point were fake-massages.She has a degree in sports medicine and after a brief consult before my massage (I signed up for a Swedish Therapy) we agreed to change the massage type to something amazing. Marie and I ended up going with a custom massage. She focused on all of my stress and trigger points. Along with manipulating my body (in a good way, no pain) through stretching and pressure holding.I had a very moving and emotional Reiki session with Tina. I was stuck in at a standstill when it came to my energy. I was not able to get a positive flow through me using all of my normal, tried and true techniques. I needed help. Tina came to my rescue. During the session I let her work her talent and I followed her instructions.My Vitamin C facial with Samantha was the perfect cherry on top to end my time at The Spa at Silver Shells. The environment was very tranquil and relaxing. Samantha was very gentle and gave me good information to take care of my skin.Thank you again to the team at The Spa at Silver Shells. Amazing experience! This is the first massage I’ve had where I felt like it was therapeutic and also relaxing. Tina could tell what parts of my body needed work and focused on those areas. Felt amazing when she was done.Also, love the relaxation room before and after…and don’t forget the free glass of champagne!Great experience with reasonable prices. If I lived in the area I would be a regular here.

I would recommend Marcia for deep-tissue massage therapy. She is an experienced and professional therapist that I will be going to again. Lisa did a lovely body treatment and facial that really relaxed me. The entire staff was thoughtful and I enjoyed my visit.

We booked a facial (for me, which was really nice) and a massage for my husband. I was taken back for my facial, on time, while my husband waited for his service provider. He was 1st told his service provider was getting ready and setting up and would be back to get him soon for his massage . After my facial, i went back to the relaxation room and found my husband still waiting. The staff member told him they couldnt get a hold of his service provider, hence, he never received his service and sat, patiently, in the relaxation room for the service provider to get him. She said she wouldmake it right for him and said they could even try to book something after hours. (Never happened, btw).The staff associate asked us if we were going to stay to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi and even offered us a pitcher of mimosas that she would bring out to the pool area for us to enjoy. we agreed and went to the pool/jacuzzi only to deal with splashing screaming kids and NO MIMOSAS! She totally forgot about us so we said screw this place and left.This place was way too expensive for the sub par experience. My husband was refunded for his non existent massage, but I felt like they should not have told him that his service provider was getting set up when he was not even there. In addition, they should have updated him while he was waiting instead of telling him the service provider was not coming at all until 1 hour later. Not cool.

Went in with a hamstring injury & Marcia was absolutely great, I left in much better condition !!Can’t recommend her enough, will definitely be back to try the other services that they offer.

My sister and I had the signature scrub and wrap treatment and the reflexology massage. Both were amazing. Our technicians, Tina, Nuch, and Maria are very skilled and top notch. The entire staff was very pleasant and welcoming, start to finish. There are a few areas in the locker room that need some updating but minor. I will definitely return next time I am in town. Such a treat!

The spa atmosphere was great, Donna who greeted us was absolutely amazing and checked on us the whole time. The massage it self was amazing and the staff made sure we had everything we needed and were happy before, during and after our massage! Highly recommend this place! Thank you!

Had an Amazing facial with Derma-planing by Samantha. She did a fantastic job I swear I look 10 years younger!!!! The the amenities (sauna, relaxation room, and hot tub, pool) just made my day of beauty so much more.Jessica and Samantha are very knowledgeable about aging skin and their products. I can’t wait for my next facial I want to try their cryo-facial and maybe a massage or body wrap!!!Thank you the great experience I will be back.

This was my first time visiting Silver Shells Spa and it will not be the last. Each staff member that I met was incredibly friendly and welcoming. I received a massage from Tina! She did an amazing job. She went over and beyond to help fix/correct some issues I had been having with m back. She was attentive and made sure to personalize the massage according to my needs. I would highly recommend this spa as well as Tina!!

Went here for a girls day and had such a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. All the ladies there were super friendly. I personally got the Bellabaci Cellulite Be Gone Cupping. My therapist was Ana and she was AMAZING. She explained everything thoroughly and just had an amazing nurturing energy. I will admit the first go with the cups on your legs is extremely uncomfortable, I literally thought maybe Ill just do one leg and quit, but the therapist reassured me the times after would be less sensitive as your legs get used to it and she was 100% correct it still is rough but nothing like the first run through, as they say beauty is pain. In this package you get your back cupped, then the main focus is where ever your targeted problem area is, then throughout you get massaged on all your other limbs as just a regular massage sometimes she uses hot stones or hot towels depending on what your bodys needs are. Obviously this treatment is not a one time thing, although Im pleasantly surprised with the results after 1 treatment and most certainly will be coming back for another! You do get a glass of lavender champagne at the end which is lovely along will use of the other amenities. I personally just used the steam room, sauna, hot tub, quick dip in the cold pool then back into the hot tub to kind of shock the body, then showers. The hot tub is in need of some loving because its quite loud and some of the inside area is a bit dated, but its all functional and once youre relaxed from your treatment you probably wont even notice. Highly recommend this place though and will for sure be making a follow-up appointment!!!

Couples massage was good but overall the price isn’t worth it. We spent over $300 dollars for an experience you can get at a regular massage parlor. We went there for the extra amenities such as the sauna and pool but the women’s sauna was not working and while in the pool… I was asked by an employee if I had a wristband to be there. It was just not the relaxing vibe we wanted and paid for 🤷‍♀️

We went here for our anniversary. We had a couples message, pedicures and manicures. We had the best time! Very relaxing. Message was amazing! We both agreed that it was the best messages we have ever had. My nailed and toes look great for the beach. We will be back in the future when we come to Destin for a visit.

Marcia provided my treatment, deep tissues massage, for 80 minutes. She was very cordial, professional and knowledgeable regarding her trade. I will definitely return for a follow-up treatment.

I went to silver shells for a massage and facial.Tina is absolutely amazing! She’s very sweet, knowledgeable and skilled. I do a lot of weight training and have chronic back pain she made me feel like a new woman. I’ve had a few massages done by her now.If you get a facial, Nuch is who I would recommend she’s awesome, she’s super sweet and professional. My skin never glowed so much after wards.I’ve had such lovely experience with both it’s the place I recommend to everyone who ask me.

I had an 80 minute massage with Tina, she went above and beyond to help work tension out of my shoulders and neck. She is very experienced and listens to your issues. The spa was clean, and relaxing. I’d definitely back.

This spa was incredible! Last minute booking for my husband for Fathers day and they not only made him feel special but they also made sure my balloons and gifts were secretly placed as a big surprise on his massage bed! They ensured he knew where all the amenities were and that he got his robe, slippers and his mixed drink to walk around and enjoy all they have to offer. Very friendly, beautiful place and professional!!! I definitely recommend!

I recently came in to get my hair lightened for spring/summer. Christina was very knowledgeable and listened to my preferences, making the whole process extremely smooth. The entire staff is so sweet and never fail to make me smile. I absolutely love my hair and am already planning a massage and facial for my next visit!

We came here with a big group and stayed in multiple condos throughout. We were told no alcohol at the pool and no speakers around the pool area. We wanted to hang out as a big group with our friends and management said we were being to loud and rude. And they evicted us from our condo, they gave us a few hours to clean up our room and get out or there or they were going to have the sheriff arrest us. This was a horrible experience, especially in front of young children. The kids were crying and they had zero remorse for throwing us out. If you are wanting to go to a place to hang with friends. This is not it.

Upon entering the spa and checking in for my appointment, I was led to a locker room with a sauna and a dry room. After warming up a little there was still time until my appointment. The staff took me to a lounge room and offered complimentary beverages. The massage itself was splendid and the atmosphere was very relaxing. Lovely spa with lovely staff. Worth the price.

The services offered are wonderful, but heavily dependent on the therapist (as is the case at most spas). I had a wonderful seaweed wrap for my first treatment with an excellent therapist. She massaged the exfoliant in so I got a massage and exfoliant/wrap at the same time. My daughter shared that her therapist simply rubbed the exfoliant scrub on and wrapped her. My masseuse for the 2nd treatment was less that wonderful. While an average massage, it was supposed to be a custom massage and it was barely a light Swedish massage, while my daughters therapist wrapped her in hot towels first, then stretched out her muscles before beginning a deep tissue massage that focused on problem areas (as a custom massage should). I will come back as the sauna, steam room and outdoor jacuzzi and pool were nice, and the relaxation room were lovely. Ask for champagne if they dont bring it to you, we were never offered any until my daughters therapist asked if she would like another glass of champagne, she immediately brought us two lavender-infused champagnes when my daughter told her we werent offered anything to drink. My advice is that when you book, ask for their best therapist. Im sorry I didnt get her name, but I the amazing young lady who did my wrap was very athletic looking with a very short, cute hairs style.

Incredibly over priced for the quality of service. The massage was far from sub par. My husband and I had a couples massage and just cause I’m pregnant they tried to up charge me for a prenatal when they did nothing different than if I wasn’t pregnant. The massage therapist made comments about me to the esthetician I was seeing about having an attitude when she was loud, left the room in the middle of my massage, and flat out not relaxing. Facial was okay. Go to STAY in Pensacola!

The Spa at Silver Shells rocks! The staff is friendly. They make you feel right at home from the second you enter the spa. They go all out with robes, slippers and champagne, if you dare. The staff members are professionals...they know what theyre doing. I am found of the signature facial and pedicure. I ve enjoyed other treatments too such as the couples message. What a great way to relax!

Love, love, love this spa so much! Nuch is the absolute best facial I have ever had. When Tina gives you a massage, you will think you’ve died and gone to heaven. And Louise at the front- the absolute kindest and friendliest person you will meet you your trip. 10/10 recommend!

I booked a spa day a couple weeks ago for myself and family (total 5 of us). They all had pedis and my boyfriend included a facial. The first day I went in I had a massage, facial, and pedi. The second day I booked a mani and reflexology. Both days were great and I was given a mimosa and the lavender champagne...delicious :) so I had two. I do not have any complaints about the spa or staff as everyone was accommodating and we each had a super relaxing time.

I have been going to Silver Shells for about a year now, and they are amazing! Jessica has done all of my facials, and her and Louise created a skin care/facial regimen for me that has completely transformed my skin. Ive spent years going to the dermatologist for acne and acne scarring, and they have done more for me with a few facials than 10 years of dermatologist visits! They are great!

I got a couples massage for our 1 year anniversary. Both ladies were very attentive, specified our massages to our own needs and also were very amazing with their hands! Great service from the front desk to the end! So glad we found another hidden gem in Destin! 💕

The ladies that work here are super nice. The building is cute there is a pool and a jacuzzi and gym and saunas in each bathroom. They provide towels and its very pleasant. Im a local and like to do a day pass for the sauna and jacuzzi. Its never too busy here so you will have plenty of space to relax

Gift Certificate Buyer Beware!! I intend on writing to the local newspaper and putting out a Twitter so that no one else gets hurt by Silver Shells Spa. Four days ago my husband bought me a $350.00 Ultimate Package gift for my birthday. He didnt know that I had a very bad experience at this place before and would not use this gift. I have not attempted to redeem any portion of this Gift Certificate, it has only been four days since it was purchased, and I asked if the Spa would please refund this certificate as I could not afford to lose this kind of money. They refused and told me I could buy product with my money!! The last time I went to this spa the quality of services was very disappointing and I came home with bruises on my body! They were told of my past experience but just didnt seem to care. When the manager called, my bad experience wasnt even brought up. Can you imagine any establishment refusing to refund your purchase, when the products or services are substandard or harmful? Its a real shame when taking someones money is much more important than providing value or a good customer experience.

This place is an unknown gem in the Destin area. They offer the full treatment from massages, to facials to Pedis and theres always a mimosas waiting for you. They offer a great Valentines special and usually they have a charity special during the Christmas season for donations.

Everything was sub par. I was cold during the whole massage with a fan going full blast in the room. Uncomfortable massage tables and the massage itself was not very good. I expected a lot more from such a nice place.
