Massage Envy

Got it for my husbands birthday present and he had never had a massage before this and I couldnt handle knowing that so I was happy he wanted to take advantage of it while we were on our vacation. He has literally been in a great mood since and the first thing he did when he walked into the Airbnb where we were staying after coming back from his massage is OH MY GOD WE HAVE TO GET YOU ONE! So it was a great present! Thank you to you all for helping me make it special.

Josh is incredible!!! My sciatic has been bothering me for years, and he fixed it completely in 2 massages. Even after my forst massage, I felt 10 times better. And he was very nice. I highly recommend his skills!

DO NOT SIGN UP for their membership. They will send you all the documents needed to sign for termination of the contract but CONTINUE to charge your card MONTHS after having signed a cancellation contract. STAY AWAY!!!!They sent me the cancellation contract in January and here we are mid-May and sill being charged.

Took my teenage girls for facials on Springbreak. Emerald did an excellent job educating my girls and providing outstanding facials. Im no stranger to ME but this location was great from staff to deco.

Terrible massage. Rebecca did not put much effort into the massage, even after requesting firm pressure. She would massage the same area over and over and intentionally avoided the tense areas that required more pressure and work. She was also late to the massage and then left early. $119 down the drain.

I really enjoyed my overall experience at massage envy. This was my first time ever getting a massage. Miss Nicki at the front desk was super kind and was able to squeeze me in last minute while I was here on vacation. And then Becca was my massage therapist. She is awesome! She was great at communicating and listening to what I wanted and what I was comfortable with. She also took the time to visit with me and I really appreciated that:)

What an incredible place! Very clean and professional. My massage therapist was very educated and friendly. It was one of the best massages I had ever had! Afterwards I had a stretch session that left me feeling taller and relaxed. I would highly recommend coming here for self care!

Priscilla was very good. She listened to my needs, adjusted in the moment to my pressure change requests and was very friendly and professional. I was on vacation, and strained my back, so I knew I would not have a great time. I felt 90% better after she worked on me for 50 minutes. Shes a great conversationalist too!

My friend and I got a facial with Carrie, and she was absolutely wonderful! So kind and encouraging, and she helped me understand the next steps to take with my skincare routine. Carrie also told us about some fun local stuff to do on what we thought would have been a slow rainy day, so I’m super thankful Carrie was our esthetician!

He didnt massage my feet. I dont know, maybe it wasnt included in the gift certificate my family bought for me. Also, this guy uses a LOT of lotion. I think you guys should know that and make sure the customers who are going to be massaged by him are okay with that much lotion. Also, you should recommend that your customers put their hair up since their masseuse will be massaging their necks. I havent had a massage in years, so it didnt occur to me to do that.

This was the 2nd massage I have ever had. The 1st one (different place) I was really uncomfortable the whole time for whatever reason. Going into this one I was scared of being uncomfortable again but no Priscilla was AMAZING!!! She made me feel so comfortable and relaxed!! She did an amazing job! I will be back very soon! The staff was really friendly & professional!! If I could give 10 stars I would!! 🤩🤩

Stephanie gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She was able to do deep tissue consistently for 90 minutes and found all the areas that needed attention. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Massage Envy Destin is always a dream. The staff is so wonderful! They really work hard to take care of their clients. I booked a 90 minute with Brad and had the best time. He has so much knowledge about what he does! He explained how my muscles connect and knew exactly what to do for my issues. Thank you!

Rebecca was great! She listened to me as I told her my areas of concern, the level of depth and pressure I wanted (very deep tissue), and made sure I was comfortable. She maintained my desired level of depth for the entire 90 min massage.

I absolutely love Donna! She does a fantastic job every time I see her. Check in/out process is quick and easy. The facility is clean. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful.

Monet is a terrific therapist…..extremely qualified and professional. You need to make sure she is happy and content. You’d be hard pressed to replace her. She has helped me more than several doctors!

So my massage therapist was wonderful . Completely professional experience. Was able to work out the stress in my shoulders and back. It literally was one of the best massages I’ve ever had and I have had 100s over my lifetime. Completely above the board and extremely professional. A few days later I still still felt good and thought I’m going to send a gift to that therapist to let her know how much I appreciated it. Lo and behold I get a call from the owner or manager saying how unprofessional and inappropriate it was for me to send this gift. Really? Chivalry is dead at massage envy. Political correctness and intolerance gone amok. Typical of what society has become. Sadly I will never be back because I would feel too “uncomfortable”. It’s too bad because that therapist was great.

Damon is an excellent therapist he knows exactly what areas to work on. He makes you feel comfortable and he is highly professional. Prior to coming in my muscles where so tense and I hadn’t been in for a massage in a long time. I walked in having pain and aches and woke up this morning feeling fantabulous. He does a wonderful 90 min focusing on all areas that need work. I will see him next Friday and I will keep coming to him. Hopefully massage envy knows the value he brings to their business. I had the best massage from Tara yesterday! Every time my husband and I come to Destin on vacation we always go and get massages at Massage Envy. Tara was very professional, listened to my needs and went above and beyond my expectations. I highly recommend Tara! She was amazing!!!!!

Jessica is the most skilled massage therapist I’ve had in some time. Great technique and hand pressure.... got rid of all the knots in my muscles. Very relaxing. I will definitely schedule with Jessica again.

Cher is always wonderful! She is so great at listening to your needs and always knowledgeable about any questions I ask! The staff upfront are always spectacular! They listen as well and great of offering upgrades to suit your needs for your session!

Carrie is my favorite for facials! She does an amazing job and has given me the best advice on products. My skin looks so much better already.

Becca was fabulous! She was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, along with being a great therapist. She was very helpful in helping me understand how massage could alleviate some of my back issues.

I scheduled an appointment to then get a call that they needed to cancel my appointment because 3 of their employees didn’t show up then I had another appointment today to then get another call which was them canceling again. The manager did reach out to me and rescheduled me today. Manger was super sweet and really worked with me! So I do appreciate the fact that they fixed it but just a little poor on communication. So I will be back though

Jessica was wonderful she was very very nice and very professional. But I felt like the procedure itself was not long enough. Ive normally done dermabrasion and its usually an hour. This was 30 minutes. I didnt feel like I got as much out of it as I usually do. But it had nothing to do with Jessica she was wonderful

The staff is professional and they treat you with. care. I usually see Donna. She is the best ever for a Swedish massage and she always manages to work out the kinks or fix my trouble spots.

My prenatal massages with Rebecca are life changing!!! She’s awesome and knows how to hit those pregnancy sore spots. I fall asleep each time and feel amazing! Wish I could afford to see her every week! Thank you so much Rebecca!!!!! :)

The minute I walked in and was greeted by Ruth who took my temperature. My massage with Damon was among the best I have had. Emerald checked me out and I left feeling great and happy for the warm service I received from everyone.

This was my first massage so I dont have anything to compare this to but it was nice and the therapist and everyone else were very friendly. The reason theyre not receiving five stars is because upon checkout the girl who ran my gift card would not return it to me, knowing that my wife told me to put the gratuity on it as well and bring it back to her, I asked her Is there any money left on the card? And her reply was no, there was $55 on the card and your massage was $55. Not wanting to argue I left it at that and headed home where I informed my wife that the gift card had nothing left on it, to which she showed me the receipt for a $125 gift card. We called them informed them of the situation and they had the card for me when I returned an hour later. I would like to believe that this was an honest mistake but I will find it hard to trust them again anytime soon.

Worst massage I have ever had in my life. Partially my fault for not speaking up during. I guess I was hoping it would get better or different. Thank goodness it was only 60 minutes...it felt like an eternity. I had a facial scheduled after that and it was wonderful.My suggestion is to speak up if you dont like something right away, I regret not doing that.Then I felt pressured when paying to leave a much undeserved tip for the massage. Uggg. Lesson here is to communicate. I wont be back but then again I dont live here.

Ive had several massages from ME but this is the first time Ive ever hurt like this afterwards. The therapists I had was nice, and also heavy handed, service at all locations have been great, but I need help to understanding why Im in pain. This is the only reason why Im scoring 2 out of 5 because of my pain.

Carrie is consistently wonderful in her assessment of the appropriate facials for me. An additional plus is she’s so delightful and I always feel better and refreshed afterwards!🤗

Becca never disappoints. She is able to release tension and soreness in my hip and leg from a prior injury every single time. She is awesome! I highly recommend her.

Stephanie is a very good masseuse.One item that does apply to ME and others is everyone wants comments. I do not have time to evaluate everything I do. I will of course give a bad review. No review is a good review.

I have a membership for my daughter and myself, I feel it is the best money I spend each month. Moheb gives a perfect massage from approach to technique, to type (depth) to asking and filling request... Truly an awesome experience!

I was excited about getting massages on a monthly basis. I signed up for the membership, but then massages were never available. I tried booking a month or two in advance, but the were still no therapist available. Its very disappointing and I wasted my money every month bc you can not cancel at anytime.

For my first facial, It was absolutely amazing. I could not be a happier customer! It was quite a gift for an amazing birthday! Thank you all for being a part of it… Tiffany was great!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My wonderful husband booked a couples massage for us on our anniversary. When we arrived, we were told we should have been there at 3:00. My husband had written down 3:30 so there was some miscommunication and he even took credit that he may have written it down wrong but there is no proof as it is all through phone conversation. However, If massage envy had done their part and sent a confirmation this would not have happened. They stated they did not have the correct number, now tell me how they did not have the phone number correct when they called him originally to make the appointment. We then decide to go ahead and get a massage for the time remaining. You would think because of the mix up that they would go above and beyond to make the 25 minutes we had great. Wrong! The massage was horrible and I am not just stating this because of the mix up. If the massage was good, I would be the first one to give full credit. I have been to the massage envy at myrtle beach and Southport and both locations were very professional and we were very happy with the massages. We had agreed since there was not a lot time to focus on my upper body. However, she spent almost 15 minutes on one spot using her elbows the whole time and did not even get to one of my arms. I get deep tissue massages all the time and it is not about just digging your elbow in someones back. I did not realize my husband left a $10 tip for each of the therapist because he is just that type of guy. Had I had known that ahead of time, that would not have happened. I would never go back to this place. My husband had called and spoke to the manager and all he received was pretty much sorry for bad experience. What has happened to customer service anymore.

I went to Massage Envy on May 19 and had a one hour massage from Bria. It was excellent and the pressure of the massage was great. The owner came out and greeted people and the service was great. The review from Alan Duford must be a competitor or a prank and should be removed.

Massage envy in Destin is the best! The therapists are very professional and well trained. The prices are very competitive and affordable. I go in at least once a month to this location and have seen several different therapists - Bria, Nini, Jamey, Beverly, Mindy, Moheb and more - all great massages! Everyone at the front knows who I am as soon as I come in, very nice and welcoming. If you live nearby or even on vacation - definitely call and book an appointment!!

I dont like leaving poor reviews but I am ethically obligated to write this one:Stay away. This particular franchise is poorly managed with even worse massages. Customer support has been indifferent to my requests. I moved beyond 25 miles from a franchise location and they continued to bill me despite the cancellation request I submitted 3 weeks ago. Whatever you do, dont sign up for a membership like I did. They will steal from you.

I love Massage Envy. They are very clean. Because of coronavirus they want you to wear a mask. That was fine with me! Mindy is my massage therapist. I have fibromyalgia. She is amazing!

I have been seeing Tiffany for my facials on a regular basis since July. The change in my facial skin has improved remarkably. I love my time with Tiffany and will continue to make time for my facials!

Stephanie was fantastic! My neck was tight and she spent time really loosening it up. I prefer a medium to deep tissue and she hit the mark across the board.

Ive always had a good experience going to massage envy i have been a member for a little over a year and couldnt be happier. I gave it a 4 star only because the staffing seems limited there and dont have many appointments available

I was a member for almost 2 years, but I find the services at Hand & Stone next door much more spa oriented. Hand & Stone also does not require a contract also. I cancelled my members at Massage Envy on 9/9/19 and was charged 10 days later and told policy states it takes them 10 days to process the cancellation. Terrible practices. As a local healthcare provider, I will refer all my patients to Hand & Stone.Dr. Rolin

I called and spoke to the desk rep and seemed friendly and helpfully. I specifically asked if had foot reflextology. I was told YES. I wanted to book 90 minutes for my daughter and son in law each as a birthday surprise. The rep explained the rates and confirmed they have and do reflextology on the feet. I asked her to book 2 for Friday the 9th of March. Then she apologized and said, we Now have them schedlued. for foot reflextology and couples massage but I messed up for can only do 60 min.They arrive, the lady at the front desk was very nice.Whem it came for time for their massage, everything from that point on wasnt good. The massage therapists both were rushed, did not do foot reflextology, they just rubbed foot as part of the normal couples massage. They rushed thru their entire massage. They werent able to relax or enjoy it. They said it was the bad.I was disappointed for it was a surprise for her as part of her birthday. No even sure what the previous review refers to...this place is professional. The atmosphere is relaxing. I go once a week when in Destin.. The therapists vary with some offering deep tissue massage, but all have been great and well trained.

Carrie is always very kind and friendly. And she’s extremely knowledgeable about skin issues. She always makes my skin look better.

Made an appointment online since we were on vacation, the service was amazing. Kenny at the front desk was awesome, he was very knowledgeable and he answered all my questions, on top of that he offered me a quite place to seat while I was waiting on my husband.

The whole “sit in your car until we text you to come in” was a fail. I was waiting for Stephanie outside while she was waiting for me inside. Wasted five minutes of my appt time.

Brad was outstanding--I highly recommend him if you like strong pressure to work out those knots! Very skilled and great communication.

The massage was great....but the lack of a tranquility room and no warm beverage option prior to the massage was below what Im used to at my normal location. The iPad check-in and smart display in the massage room were nice though.

I’m pretty sure the guy fell asleep, twice. I have never paid so much for someone to rub lotion on me. This was the worst experience at massage envy I’ve ever had. Biggest waste of money.

Service is always good, but I’m finding it very difficult to find times to make appointments. I work and can only come Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday. Appointments are very hard to get, especially for facials.

This place is a joke.... the employees are very un professional... the fact that they dont report to the Law Enforcement.. when a sexual battery case happens is ridiculous... so if you want to be sexually assaulted feel free to go see them very disappointed in there service...
