Firewater

I was told they didnt do reservations. It was first come on the tables so I need to get there early. But after sitting by the bar for an hour. Someone puts up signs saying reserved. I called on Thursday to to see if their was a cover charge. Person that answered the phone had a nasty attitude. When I get there at a quarter to 8 was told promoter doesnt come in til 9 for birthday parties. Was not told that 2 weeks ago when called to make reservations. Guess you have to be a regular to get reservations. Ill stick to the East side fire water from now on. And the waitress took my drink without asking me if I was done 😡

While I have really enjoyed this place as the atmosphere offers a more mature crowd, planning for an event and getting information from them was HORRIBLE!!!! I would suggest that the owners emphasize the importance of customer service. Businesses are what they are because of the people that patronize it!!! I mean the lady that answered the phone, her communication, HER ATTITUDE and customer service overall was so poor, my interest plummeted in just a 2 minute call! Very concerning!!!!

One of Detroits finesse Clubs and Restaurants!!! I had my last Birthday here. The best choice Ive make in years. Great music and food, plus Dancing!!! Must do Tuesday Afternoon 12pm to 4pm Ballroom Dancing!!!

Dancing and great food... I appreciated the crowd was polite and just enjoying themselves, random folks just asking each other to dance... and the drinks were in real glasses... loved it... is there a afternoon schedule posted... ? Will be back....

Always a great time, the patrons are class and the music by none other than Mr. Tyrone Bradley is the finest in the metro area. Got to get back there when im done with shcool.

Service without a smile but a bit of attitude. Live entertainment often. Food is decent most times. Decor leaves a lot to be desired...

Ive been going to Firewater for now for 3 to 4 years and I enjoy it every time especially on a Tuesday morning nice Ballroom from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. come out and enjoy yourself

One of few places I love to visit for Chicago Stepping. Coming from Toledo, we visit here often, and yes the food if great!
