Did not get what I ordered my total shouldve been 75 maybe 80 bucks got charged 90 and some change already went back cuz they forgot to put the bud in the pop top container like completely. Very upsetting didnt even get offered anything In advance either 😕

I visited a couple times, everyone is so nice and will fill you in on any questions you have. Full of friendly faces from the moment you walk in.

They messed up my order somehow between the counter and the register things got lost idfk.They apparently are unaware of how much things cost because after I had to ask for a recipe because everything I ordered cost 150% what they said it did. The whole messed up, regrettable and last visit Ill ever do there lasted almost an hour because the person was moving slow af.One star because I couldnt do a 0

Quality is bottom tier just in general. Warning cart users save your receipts! 50% of the time they don’t work very limited selection as well. Checkout is also a huge pain as they have 2 lines for some reason but nobody goes in the right line. Never coming back ill drive 30 mins out the way for quality instead ✌️

This location is awful. The people are some of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Did not walk me through anything. Didn’t offer to show me what I was looking at since it’s my first time. Today I placed an online order for 3 items, within minutes of placing it, I got a call back saying the Hash I ordered was not available, and what would I like instead? When I decided, within another couple of minutes I received a message saying my order was ready to pick up. Oh yeah, did I mention the incredible inventory that they always have and the slashed pricing? Plus the whole staff is so knowledgeable and pleasant. Very impressive organization.

Had a bad experience with a budtender! She was horrible with a bad attitude, hope I never have her again! I usually have a nice one that recommends, great, and communicate. She has a funky attitude from the moment we walked in And she overcharged me wasn’t even listening to what i wanted! Her vibe was bad from start to finish! The best dispensary in the Detroit area If not my favorite by far. They have the best bud tenders Always very knowledgeable and very friendly this is my favorite shop and it will be my favorite shop for a long time. Will never go back to this spot. Big ole lady budtender acting like I’m hassling here when I’m trying to buy carts. Also low on choices. And more expensive than same carts at most other spots. Even the old man security dude was rude and short. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Absolutely terrible, online stock does not match what they have in store, and then they proceeded to lie and say that the other location has it, when that’s not true either. Why the hell am I able to place a pickup order and pre-pay for something you guys do not even currently have in stock?

Everytime I visit this place it seems to be staffed by teenage girls. As them about a strain that good for pain and they just start throwing around unhelpful words like vibe and buzz. Also the accessories are out of control. Hats, bags, shirts etc. they need to hire some knowledgeable adults and focus on the cannabis not the toys.

No deals on bud, even ounces and the selection isnt all that. They’ll charge you extra without saying if the weight isn’t exact because all their flower is deli. This place is in walking distance and I’d rather go elsewhere sadly.

I am hoping to get my money replaced or product because they sell products that are expired which is illegal and the packages were unsealed which isnt common I have tried every brand in Michigan. They reminded me of the gas stations owned by foreigners selling expired candy while living tax free for 7 years then they change the owner and do it all over again. This industry is meant to heal but some dirt bags want to get rich by scamming and then not paying half the vendors anyway. Dont go here if you love cannabis go here if you like expired junk at a average price
