It was a great visit to this shop, very kind and thier service level is higher than the others

This is one of the best smoke shops Ive been to in the Los Angeles area. They have a tremendous variety of pretty much anything you would traditionally buy at a smoke shop. And its not expensive in the least bit. The guy working was super friendly and helpful. Not only that, but he was patient with me (because I ended up grabbing six different items over three separate transactions, within a 13-16 minute window, because something else would catch my eye the 1st two times I went to leave after making my purchase(s)). I even felt the need to share some pictures of what I ended up leaving with. All in all, as far as smoke shops go, this one is hard to compete against. I also bought a 508 battery for herb cartridges but left it in the car so it didnt get its picture taken.

Customer service was quick attentive and very friendly. Id recommend this shop to anyone. Selection was wide and affordable.

Went in today for the first time and was pleasantly surprised by how helpful and patient Ray was with me. Ray helped me choose the right e-juice for vaping. He earned my continued business. I also picked his brain on mods and he took his time with men. Great customer service. By the way I purchased Gods Gift by Bomb Bombz, its a Strawberry/Guava blend.

Omg I would definitely recommend this place to everyone in Downey. Awesome customer service, they are open until 2:00 am in the morning , the owner is so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with awesome selection of glass products and Vapes. Will return back soon for sure.

Bought 2 vapes from the store, one was a floom infinity (sounded like the flum float, and the owner assured me it was the same company, just more puffs). the floom infinity is certainly not the same, I asked the guy to take it back and give the original brand that I liked, but he wouldnt take the loss to ensure a repeat customer.

I went here it was way before 1am when they say they close and they were closed way before 1am and I paid for a uber so I was way out of money. They shouldnt lie about the times that there open.

The people are friendly, the prices are reasonable and on occasion theyll cut you a discount. Although I havent seen her in awhile the owners wife is a very sweet lady!

Went to a few shops around the area looking for a nectar collector and this was the most fairly priced. Staff was very helpful and showed me how to properly use the equipment. Would recommend

Little pricey but my other weed pipe committed pipeicide and jumped off the counter and fell to pieces and it was close to where I was,prefer friends shop in maywood on gage ave.

This place is horrible. Same problem as the previous review. They sell used products. Dont waste your money on used products he will pretend to know what your asking but he doesnt know anything about vape pens mods tanks or juices. He couldnt even put a tank on a mod he was trying to sell me. Worst place ever.

Ever since ethey changed their number they never answer their phone. Or more specifically they answer and hang up, I can hear the music in the background.

Theyre way too expensive when you can buy the same items on San Pedro for a 1/3 the price and they close all sales are final like Chinatown where they sell cheap defective things and refused to give you refundBuyer beware
