Panda Foot Massage

Went for a couples massage, good massages but they started talking to each other in Chinese while giving massage, my boyfriend gave them a tip and they wanted more and were pretty demanding about. Like they wanted each of us to give them a tip a 30 dollar tip for a 120 dollar massage. It was humiliating and weird. Other times they put you in the massage room with loud music because there is a barbershop next door.

This is my go to place when it comes to massages. I work sitting down all day and go to the gym regularly so I get alot of pain especially my lower back. Kylie, is amazing. She massages the pain away and is definitely knowledgeable in what she does! Prices are also reasonable and the staff is so friendly. I love coming to this place !EDIT: I had originally left a good review because Ive had a good experiences, I am not sure what changed. I was a loyal customer and filled their card that offered Free 1 hour Foot Massage clearly stated in their card. When I tried to redeem the card they stated they can only do $10 off. This is clear false advertising and I just want others to be aware of the let down.

This is the nicest massage place I’ve been to. very relaxing and they are really nice, massage always leaves me relaxed and waiting for the next one.

Had a great time at this place! It was super clean and the prices were reasonable. Me and my partner decided to get a couples massage, but they didnt have us in the same room. They just opened a door between our rooms.But hey, shoutout to my awesome massage therapist! They were so accommodating and asked about our preferences. The massage itself was amazing, left us feeling relaxed and refreshed.The only downside was the front desk. It was hard to communicate with them because of the language barrier. But overall, it was still a great experience.

Lady that was doing my massage answered her phone while doing my massage and even left the room to speak on the phone , then she came back to continue but her phone kept vibrating. It was annoying. Also they are rude if you don’t tip the right amount they expect.

I had a great foot massage. The location is very clean and the staff is excellent. The only thing I would remove are the signs at the entrance and front desk with the forced and suggested tip $10 to $30 tip is a lot asking. I would much prefer to tip based on the quality of the service, not because I feel obligated to.Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend Panda Foot Massage to others.I would like to add that I understand that tipping is a common practice in the service industry, and I am not against tipping altogether. However, I believe that it is important for businesses to be transparent about their tipping policies, and to give customers the option to tip based on their own judgment.

Definitely not as good as at their last location (a few doors down and smaller). This was my massage: back! Thats it. I paid $80 for just my back. That lady pulled up a chair and rubbed oil on one leg from knee to ankle for a good 15 minutes just rubbing oil on my skin (no message at all) and then 5 min. on the other. She massaged my feet 15 min. like I put lotion on them. She did not massage my legs, thighs, shoulders from back or front!I tried to call to complain, was told no English and the owner had to go to China. I am so disappointed with this level of service and I will not be going back. This must be new management or something. Not friendly at all. I was so angry I just left when she was done. I will no longer tip until AFTER services have been done moving forward.

This place is amazing they offer a stamp card that after the tenth stamp you get a free massage....the place is clean affordable and they have great customer service

Did the 60 min foot massage. Took us back right at the time of our appt time. So relaxing! The environment is amazing and everyone was so kind and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back again.

I visit this place almost every weekend. They make me relax, and when theyre done with my body and feet, i feel so fresh and stronger. My favorite guy is Tom, and the best woman massager is Lana. You will thank me for this information after your massage is done.

Ive had a foot massage and a full body massage, and they both were good. The prices are reasonable as well. $40for an hour foot massage and some body, and $70 for an your and a half full body.

Not as good as it used to be. One hour boiled down to more like 40 minutes because of long disappearances for no apparent reason. Also said they only take cash, so I paid cash. But when it came time to pay, since I only had $82 dollars on me, I showed the lady my wallet inside and explained that I could only tip 20 dollars total for two 30 dollar foot massages, which is a 33% tip. She had the nerve to ask for the reminding $2 in my wallet! So I gave it to her and silently left, knowing we will never return.

Weve been to panda massage before; my husband and I dont live here, and every time we come back to visit, we will get panda massage; my husband likes this place the most, the masseurs are very professional to help us relieve fatigue, they know peoples body parts: ok Relaxed my body; I really appreciate them and we will be back, ！

The massage was amazing! The price was reasonable. Location: parking is a bit small and there is a barber shop who plays their music loud next door. Would recommend ear plugs if want silence but I definitely would go back for the massage.

I had occasion to be in Southern California for a couple of weeks in late March and early April. I was there at the behest of one of our customers who wanted the “The Old Guy” to help update some equipment and train new employees. My job does not involve desk time. I spent most of these two weeks on a ladder or on all fours crawling in places where old men should not have to go. At the beginning of the second week, my wife joined me. By the time she arrived I was so fatigued that I could hardly function. I was thinking I might not be able to complete the job I had been sent to do. My wife suggested that we get a massage. We regularly get massages at home, so I know what a good massage is. She scheduled us an appointment at Panda Massage and we headed over at the prescribed time. I was a bit skeptical. We were greeted by a gentleman in the front area where we waited just a couple of minutes. As I looked around, I could not help but notice how clean everything was. Our massage therapists came to greet us. They escorted us to the massage room where everything was in perfect order. We told them that we wanted to have a deep tissue style massage. The place was spotless. The environment in the massage room was perfect. The lighting was subtle, but not too dark. There were no distracting sounds whatsoever. My wife’s therapist was Carrie and the lady that worked on me was Lana. Lana’s technique was nothing short of amazing. Very quickly she had my back and shoulder muscles relaxed and comfortable. From there, she proceeded to work out all of my trouble spots. My wife had a similar experience. She was very pleased with her massage. The hour passed way too quickly. Both of us were revitalized and “fixed.” Thank you to my new friends at Panda massage. I cannot speak highly enough about the quality of service we received. Bravo!!!

Terrible and unprofessional customer service. DO NOT COME HERE TO GET MASSAGE!!! I SWEAR TO GOD!!!I visited here with my sister and mom, we were hoping to get some rests from our Disney trip.I will never ever come back here to get massage. Overall all the service was terribly horrible.I got massage from a girl who didn’t speak English so that I had a hard time to tell what I wanted to ask for while I was here. Her customer service was extremely unprofessional. She was all the time yawning and looking at the clock as she was COUNTING DOWN the time she can get this massage done from me. Her dully attitude was getting on my nerves so much, the way she did the massage was really poor, her nails weren’t clipped so when I got a head massage, my scalp was being scratched...she almost smashed my leg-bones due to she was not caring of her customer(me).So I nicely asked her to put more pressure and do somehow better. However, sadly, her attitude has never changed. She was still yawning she was not even trying to do better and satisfy customers.After the massage was done, I told the manager about my rough experience, but he was not taking me seriously and he was laughing at me of losing my temper. I am very disappointed with all the service here

Visited with a friend, fair environment, however, I am giving a five star because the service was excellent. great scent right when we walked in the door. Love they way they have iPad check-ins, and we were offered water. the massage session was amazing, just the right tensions and not too talkative, highly recommended place. will be back

For my first foot massage ever getting, I gotta say I was impressed. It was amazing. I had a foot and body massage done. Highly recommend Daniel. Very relaxing . Price was not bad 40$ for 1 hour . Most definitely coming back.

The service is fine, the cleanliness is fine, what is not right is that they get angry when you dont give them the tip they want.!!!My husband and I went to have a massage and when he finished, he gave 10 dollars of tip to each of the massagist and they told him there were 15 for each one..!!!And that is happening almost in all massage sites.!! ☹️

Very busy today. Had to wit for a little bit even with an appointment but they made up for it. They do a good job here and thorough. I wanted a lighter touch today and it was a little more medium hard. But it was what I needed. I had alot of tightness in my calfs and lower back from walking alot. She really helped to make it feel good again. And then at the end with hit rocks that wer soo hot. But again exactly what I needed. Now I feel great and ready to enjoy a few days off of work. This is my 2nd visit and I will be back again. Please make an appointment. They have quite a few technicians but they stay busy. Lota of walk in while we waited and they had to make appointments or try later. Good prices also. Check it out. 😃

Man at the counter will mess up your schedule. I asked for A certain staff for me Masage when I went for my appointment he said she’s busy and tried giving me a new lady. He did this twice. Acts dumb as he don’t understand!! He needs to be professional not cut throat.

It was a decent massage. I asked for the foot and body combo but got everything but my feet.
