I booked an appointment with Liz & requested the postpartum massage. It was seriously such a (much needed) relaxing experience. Being my first massage I didnt know what to expect but Liz is very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. The massage was incredible and I am already looking forward to the next time I can book here.I wil 100% recommend this experience to friends and family. If you can- book your appointment you won’t regret it. :)

Liz did a phenomenal job at my visit, not only was my facial treatment incredibly beneficial, the massage techniques had me falling asleep from the relaxation I was experiencing. Would definitely recommend her for any and everything you might need!

After my surgery I was in so much pain, I couldn’t even walk properly and right after my first massage I felt a lot better and was able to walk better, today I have my 5th massage and I feel no pain anymore! Liz is so sweet, kind, knowledgeable and treats you with so much care!I will definitely keep coming to see her!!

This place is amazing! Definitely makes you feel relaxed from the moment you walk in. The space itself was very calming and therapeutic, definitely not what you’d expect from the outside. Liz was very attentive and walked me through everything from booking to the first session. I was pretty nervous about getting my first lymphatic massage post op but she was very attentive and talked me through each step and the best part - there was no pain! I walked out of there feeling great and able to regain control of my body again, especially after surgery. Overall had a great experience and I’m looking forward to many more sessions with Liz!

I bought 2 packages of 10 post lymphatic massage. it became increasingly difficult to make an appointment that wasnt too close together or to far apart to be therapeutic as the MD instructed. i asked for a refund on my second package. which was never used. She implied she did but the refunds never went through and I m still waiting for my $3,300 she hasnt returned.

I came here for a lymphatic massage because I was experiencing a lot of bloating in my abdomen area . When I first arrive here I was greeted by my first name the place looks great you feel relaxed with the scents in the air and the warm welcomes I was so impressed and left feeling incredibly relaxed. The massage in my abdomen help me feel relaxed during the process and I could feel the circulation going on in that area I would highly recommend her her hands were lovely and warm . She has so many services I recommend her She also uses very good quality oils and towels which make it a very luxurious experience. She offers ice sculpting for those mommys who want to loose stubborn fat with minimal pain and surely not the pain surgery would give you . Im loving my results ! Thank you so much

First time coming here,Girls let me tell you!! This place is amazing ambiance is so calm and peaceful as soon as I walked in felt the good vibes. My therapist was Liz and she was so attentive and courteous. I went there for a lymphatic massage and I was amazed on how different this place, Loved my massage didn’t hurt not one bit didn’t wanted to end lol, mind you I’m 6days post op bbl. The best lymphatic massages! Lizet truly has magic hands and the heated weighted pads are 10/10. I feel the red infrared light has really helped my healing process and will recommend anyone who is looking for post op care!

I got the endospheres treatment by Liz and it was AMAZING. The atmosphere she provides is so relaxing and beautiful; the massage bed feels like an actual cloud and she’s so accommodating and professional. Do yourself and favor and book a treatment!

Today was my first visit with Liz and it well exceeded my expectations. She is very thorough and explaining each procedure and perfectly incorporates the treatment with massage. She is an expert at what she does. I appreciate it how at home she made me feel and though it was a very relaxing experience I enjoyed talking with her during my treatment. The massage bed they have is top of the line and the ambiance is amazing. Would give 10 Stars if I could. Highly recommend this place.

As I searched for reputable lymphatic massage after lipo surgery and found Downey Skin & Body Therapy. I have felt so much better ever since coming to see Liz and Patty. They are both very professional and know exactly what is needed for you.I got a package and have never looked back, thank goodness I found them and am thankful for how amazing they had made me feel.

I couldn’t recommend Liz’s treatments more ! First she set up the infrared sauna for me to prep the skin for the ultrasound , and this was a great way to sweat and relax before treatment. Her space is absolutely beautiful with gorgeous ambiance, clean and organized. To prepare me for the ultrasound cavitation she gave me essential oils and a heated weighted blanket. I felt so safe and comfortable and very pampered. Liz was patient and answered all my questions and was very sweet. After the ultrasound she did lymphatic draining massage. She definitely has a healing touch and I will be back for more treatments for sure. I can also see results just after one treatment , my abdomen looks flatter and more toned. Thank you!

Loved the ambience, easy to communicate with massage therapist, was definitely a good experience. I was worried I would feel a lot of pain after my surgery but Liz was very gentle. Im glad I found this place! Will return.

I am five months post op bbl and I had been eating badly recently so I booked for a body treatment with Liz to help mold and tone. My body treatments consisted of the infrared sauna, a body scrub and mint body mask with some vacuum treatment for cellulite on the back of my thighs. The office is so clean and organized. Throughout my treatment patty and Liz were very pampering making sure I was comfortable, you can tell they care about the details of your service. The office was super relaxing and all of the products used smelled soooo amazing!! My scrub was done with the perfect amount of pressure applied not too rough at all, the mint body mask was amazing cooling sensation to help tone. You could literally see and smell the fresh mint in the body mask! My time in the sauna was so relaxing, I was given essential oils on a damp hand towel to smell while in the sauna and the blend of oils helped keep me feeling refreshed in the sauna. During the vacuum therapy to my thighs a weighted blanket was placed on my shoulders and this literally felt like a big cozy hug at this point I could have fallen asleep as I was super relaxed! I am so happy I found this oasis to go relax and pamper myself. I will definitely be coming back for more body treatments as I had such a luxurious experience!

Liz is the best! She is very calming and makes you feel comfortable. She takes her time and is detail oriented. I’ve had a facial and body scrub from her and loved both. Highly recommend her for anything you’ll love it!

It’s now going to be 2 months and I could not be happier with Liz and her massages we started with multiple pockets of fluid to now moving towards maintenance and sculpting. My surgeon even stated how the massages have implemented the results. I highly recommend if you want someone who can take care of your investments to go with Liz!

I received the Buttocks Enhancement & Cellulite Reduction service and I am very pleased with my results. My buttocks looks AND feels more sculpted/lifted :) The overall treatment was 100% painless and nonabrasive. I received the cryotherapy treatment on some fat areas on my tummy and I am SO happy with my flatter tummy results! I got the endospheres therapy treatment and I absolutely LOVED IT! I came in as a non post-op client and Liz was super nice and welcoming! I saw some results after the treatment and can’t wait to come back for another session. I also bought her compression garment and the quality is amazingggg. The space is so welcoming and wonderful. Liz was really thoughtful about each step in the Ice Sculpting treatment. Relaxing and therapeutic. I loved having classical music in the process and specially was pleased to have a sauna experience afterwards.Look forward to my next visit!

I just left my second session and I feel great!I am one week post op from a 360 lipo/BBL surgery and was told to get a lymphatic massage a few days after surgery. I looked online and couldnt really find a lot of places that were close and specialized in post op lymphatic messages. I found a few on Instagram, but it was sort of sketch because they didnt really specialize in what I was looking for.I came across this page and I reached out and Liz was so nice and informative. I was able to book an appointment relatively quickly for Tuesday at 10pm.The studio is pretty close to the freeways and theres tons of parking. Since appointments are back to back, youll only be allowed in right at your appointment time. It is a small studio with just two rooms. I was Lizs last patient of the day and she was the nicest! She walked me through everything. It felt amazing after. Up to that point, I could barely move. Liz was gentle and so kind. She helped me changed and helped me into a new faja I purchased from her because the one I was wearing wasnt giving me enough compression that I needed.For my second session today, we focused more on my abdomen and it is already feeling so much better after leaving.If youre looking for someone to help you post-op, Liz is your person. You need to come checkout this spot! They took such great care of me. Beautiful space super clean. Great staff! I went in and used the Infrared sauna and oh my goodness Ive never felt so good sweating out all the toxins. They check up so often with water and cool rags that have aromatherapy as well💚 just heaven. then we did the DERMO-MASSAGE for Body Contouring 😉 and my life is changing!! Very little discomfort in the process. Large comfortable area to lay down while they worked. I feel great and cant wait for the next appointment 🤗

Loving Endospheres therapy! Its the most soothing and comfortable way to sculpt my body. It feels like a massage and I get lympth drainage at the same time. Im concentrating on my butt & thighs and will add photos later. Liz is super sweet too!!

I’ve never gotten any kind of pampering before, but Lizet made me feel safe and cared for. she’s extremely informative. answered all of my questions, which helped me to relax. she started off with heat compression therapy to prepare my body for the treatments. i have some insecurities regarding my legs, so she went in with radio frequency and cavitation. followed by a body molding clay mask. to end our session, i sat in the infrared sauna. which helps sweat out toxins and impurities. my skin is glowing and looks a lot healthier. the stress i normally feel in my legs has melted. i highly recommend expressing your needs, so they can be easily met. a wonderfully, relaxing experience that i look forward to having again soon. thanks again, Liz!
