Kimmy was an amazing massage therapist! She truly listened to my concerns and addressed them with care and expertise. Her kind demeanor made the experience even better. She also used some unique techniques that no one else has done before, which I absolutely loved. Highly recommend

My husband scheduled me a last minute magnesium float for the Saturday before Mothers Day. The front desk was really busy but the staff were so sweet and kind and got me into my room on time. The float was incredible - the room is private with its own shower and complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. They had floaties available to rest your head on and earplugs in case you didnt want water in your ears. They had an aux cord with an apple charger (but sadly no USB-C) to play podcasts or music while you float. The tub itself has a light that you can leave on or turn off. I felt like a new woman coming out of the float! In the locker room, there are lockers where you can change into a comfy robe and sandals, and lots of items to sample like moisturizer, body butter, and face SPF. They also had 2 hairdryers and even a diffuser for the curly ladies. I highly recommend.

Wow, this SPA was amazing. From the moment, our group of five ladies began our reservation to the final service. Outstanding service. We will always drop by the Summit, when we are in town.We all had massages and pedicures. They left us wanting to stay forever.

My husband and I went here for our anniversary last year and we loved how professional and timely the entire experience was. Each part of our experience was also very relaxing--we did a facial, a massage, and a float. We will definitely recommend this medical spa to everyone.

My husband and I visited Summit float and spa for the first time this week and I have to say we waited too long! Everyone was so kind and so professional. The massage therapists were very good… I would have to say excellent… And very friendly. The atmosphere was lovely and we enjoyed relaxing afterwards. The spa is really beautiful as well. We already have, a second treatment scheduled!

Just amazing in every way possible, I booked a massage for my mom’s birthday while she was in town and boy was it worth it! She is a little bit picky when it comes to these types of things and she just loved every second. She talked about it all day. Even while I was just waiting for her they had a relaxation waiting room and it was perfect, I would go there every day if I could. The lady at the front desk, I’m terrible with names, was amazing, she came back periodically to check in and see if I needed anything and just overall amazing with customers and all around great staff, they know what they are doing and are amazing! I could go on and on, but simply put I would recommend them to everyone!🙌

I had a massage with Meagan and it was absolutely amazing. This spa was very clean. I love the relaxing area, they have snacks and drinks to enjoy before and after your appointment. My massage didnt feel rushed and she was able to get a lot of knots out of my back and shoulder. When the massage was done, she went over some stretches to do thatll help and suggested I come back for a cupping massage to pull more knots out. Meagan was very professional and knowledgeable. I am already looking forward to my next visit and cant wait to book with her again!

I loved my experience at Summit Spa & Float in Eagle Mountain!! Dawn was my massage therapist and worked wonders on my back and neck. Having had major surgery on my back I really needed a good massage. Dawn was definitely just the one to help me. She knew just what was needed. I would highly reccomend her for the best massage ever. The staff were very welcoming and took very good care of me. It was an amazing experience for sure!!!

Loved my massage. This was my first visit and from the moment I walked in and left I felt pampered. Tess did an amazing job and worked out some very tight muscles! I left feeling great and will be returning. I drove 30 mins & it was worth it!!

We have been using Summit Medical Spa for over a year and so far they have excellent service, very accommodating, and the facility is the cleanest I’ve seen.They offer robe/slippers when you arrive and you can shower before your appointment. The lounge has chocolate and tea with comfortable seating before and after your appointment!I recommend Alisha Devey who has great pressure and is willing to spend more time on trouble areas for your massage!

My husband surprised me with a 90 minute Swedish massage at Summit and it was amazing! I will definitely be back in the future and I can’t wait for my next treatment. Kimmy was awesome!

I went to this place for a pedicure and manicure before a cruise. Pedicure was ok. Manicure was not good. The first picture was the job I got left with. The next morning I called and told them how dissatisfied I was. They squeezed me in since I was headed on my trip the next day. The next lady completely started over on my manicure. It felt like it was done better but it started chipping off after just 48 hours. Second and third picture. I was just baffled. Gel polish shouldn’t do that after 48 hours. I spent way too much money for such a terrible job. I ended up after a few days on the cruise ship just picking all of it off because it was so embarrassing. I’m sorry. I hate to leave reviews like this. I appreciated their willingness to redo it and squeeze me in but the second time wasn’t any better.I can’t speak on their other services. I hear those are fantastic. So maybe do all the other services and skip the mani and pedi.

I went in to get my teeth whitened. It was my first time and overall okay. I was left in the room by myself during the treatment (which feels normal) and could feel pain in my gums. After the treatment, there were three spots on my upper gums that were left white. The technician seemed uncertain what to do and I dont think this is a normal side effect. The pain and the unintended bleaching/burning of my gums is why the review was only 3 stars. The place was pleasant and the person doing my treatment was very kind and personable. I did also sit inside waiting for my appointment for close to ten minutes without anyone noticing I was there or being at the desk to check in. That felt strange, but overall not a big deal.

Absolutely lovely facial. So relaxing. I didn’t want it to end. Emily was an amazing esthetician. So calm and sweet! Definitely recommend. I love Summit Spa and want to try everything there! The chocolate truffles are always a nice touch.

There is nothing like a spa experience and Summit Spa is unmatched. Pricing is indicative of quality service, skilled massage therapists, atmosphere, and add-ons. Spend a few hours here, your body will thank you. Levi is magic for massages and cranial sacral energetic work. If you want an experience where you leave feeling immediately better than you have felt in a long time, don’t wait to book your appointment!

I was debating on writing a review but i am honestly so shocked at how a basic set of gel nails looks this bad. The employees there are very friendly and professional and the place is beautiful and clean but unfortunately the service I got was not great. They did a gel removal as I regularly get my nails done and the girl was trying to remove them with the nail drill and she was having a Very hard time getting them removed, then one of the other employees there told her to use a different attachment on the drill at the end she had been goin at my nails for about an hour and my nails felt so raw and it was very painful. She then proceeded to do the polish, at the end my nails looked very thick and lumpy. I ended up being there for almost 2 hours And this did not even include shaping my nails or anything else. I am so sad this place didn’t work out as I live very close but after this experience I will not be going back.

Sent my wife here for her birthday. She absolutely lived it. She got a massage and a float session and they treated her fantastic. Levi was her massage therapist and she raved about how good he was. Thanks for pampering her!

The best spa I’ve ever gone into for services! I go in for all sorts of things from massages to IV therapy to laser hair removal, etc. and every time I’ve been 100% satisfied. The staff is amazing and will cater to all of your needs. They’re very informational and are there to educate as well. 10/10

I moved to Saratoga Springs recently and was looking for a massage therapist nearby. Summit Medical Spa is wonderful. Kevin gave me a massage with cupping that released all the knots in my arms, neck, and shoulders from working at a computer all day, and from several car accidents and sports injuries. He was amazing. I am definitely going to make regular appointments.

Did a couples massage, and they did a good job. My wife did the spa float and had a good experience as she is 7 months pregnant. I would add that their pedicure station is short-staffed and they dont have massaging chairs. That is a key feature of pedicure in my opinion, hence 4 stars.

I got a wax and tint. I had an appointment somewhere else that didn’t work out. So I made an appointment with Summit and they got me in same day. I met Mykenna and she was so sweet! Had such a wonderful experience and am very happy with my eyebrows. Very affordable and have package deals. I will definitely be goin back! Thank you Summit for taking care of me needs. Thank you Mykenna for listening to me and getting me the results I wanted.

I signed the 8 sessions contract for my underarm laser removal and I’m not really happy with the results after finishing the 8 sessions. The first 5 sessions was horrible and I still continue to shave. It wasn’t as much hair to shave on but I still shaved. I got burns on my left underarm on my 5th sessions. I never have had hair removal before so I had nothing to compare with and I thought it was normal to get some burned sometimes. I basically just trust the technician to do it right but honestly it was a failure. My first technician whom I’m not going to mention the name was really nice, sweet and kind but I realized later on that she was not doing the job right. The only reason I went to Spa Summit was becuase it is close to where I live. Finally another technician Caroline helped me on my last three sessions and she did an awesome job. Only then I reallized that my first 5 sessions was a waste.My 8 sessions was done but I’m really scared my hair will still grow in a month or two. Looking at the mirror I still can see some hair folicles that looks like about to grow in a month or two. I will not really recommend going to Spa Summit for hair removal unless you ask for Caroline to do the job.

I came for a massage due to a migraine that I had for 4 days. Dawn really helped alleviate the pain. I still had a lot of tension and will need to come back for additional work, but the girl at the front desk was kind enough to give me a free float due to the magnesium helping with headaches. I only did it for about 15 minutes because I don’t have the patience for it, but they were great to work with and very accommodating to help address the pain I had.

I felt so cared for the whole time I was there. The place was clean and welcoming. The staff I interacted with were kind and professional. I received a deep tissue massage and my body couldn’t have been happier. When I was leaving my mind was already scheming for when I was going to be able to go back.

Kevin was such a pleasure to talk with. He is gentle and knowledgeable. It was very relaxing. I am super modest and ticklish and I was never uncomfortable or tickled😊 Very nice thing to do for myself!!

I’ve been coming to Sunmit for over a year now, it’s conveniently located just around the corner from my house. I’ve done my services with McKenna and she is absolutely wonderful! She is very knowledgeable, caring and takes really great care of my skin. I se McKenna regularly for microneedling, chemical peels, seasonal facials and dermaplaning. I highly recommend all of those services and McKenna as your esthetician.

To be honest my experience here has always been fantastic. My one gripe has to be their website. It needs a bit of work. It advertises the mens waxing trio as costing $10 but I was rung up for $40 in person. Fantastic people! Fantastic service! Just a little bit rough on the website.

Levi really worked his magic! I was in bad shape and my shoulder needed to be “fixed” he performed trigger point therapy and my shoulder relaxed and I am able to move it normally! Thank you again Levi!!!!

I would give this 5 stars because Meagan is fantastic! But this was my first time doing the float, and the wi-fi didn’t work so I couldn’t listen to my music. And I kept waiting for the jets to come on and they never came on. I was told that I would know when my time was up when the jets stopped, but since they never came on, I didn’t know when my time was up. I think the float would be cool if those things worked but I’d have to give the float a 2-star right now.

The time I spent here was a breath of fresh air from everyday stresses, allowing me to relax and feel at ease while visiting. The spa quickly became a genuine and comforting escape. The facilities are always clean, and the staff beyond welcoming. Every member made me feel right at home. The spa director Rylee is very hardworking and ensures you get the best treatment possible. I highly recommend you use Summit Spa and Float.

Crystal is the BEST massage therapist in the entire world. She is very professional, knowledgeable, kind, thorough and she knows her stuff. She cares deeply for her clients and you can tell she takes great pride her in work with how well she handles her craft. I would recommend Crystal to anyone. She’s just simply the best there is.

I haven’t felt this pampered in a long time. I was provided water, two little granola bars and a chocolate truffle. They even brought me a warm neck wrap.Mykenna is darling and did a wonderful job with my pedi. She gave me a very generous amount of sparkles too. I can’t wait to return.

Each time I go to Summit Spa my massage therapist Katrina takes the very best care of me. I have seen her for 3 years now on a monthly basis. I carry a lot of tension in my neck and back. She knows how to read my body when she is working on me. After a deep tissue massage my body and mind feel better and rejuvenated. The facilities are so clean and well managed. I love the serene peaceful feeling that I get while I am there. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

I had two visits back in October. The first I brought a friend for her birthday, we both had a massage and facial. The facials were amazing, she explained everything to me and took in to account how I felt though the whole process. The massage was sub par, the tech let me know she was new, but the pressure was just so much, I had bruises after, and I did let her know it was too hard, I know I was flinching through much of it as well, she even pointed out how I wasnt relaxing and we talked about the pressure being too much to handle. We were treated to bathrobes and very nice waiting area with water, snacks, and wonderful vibe and a wonderful steam shower after the fact that we enjoyed for some time.The second visit I brought my pregnant sister for a massage and got a float myself. We were not invited in to get robes and sandals. I and to ask and treated myself to this side of the experience, having been there before I gave my sister a few tips and a tour of the place since it was not offered to us. I also helped myself to the waiting room as I was not invited back to relax and rest before or after my treatment. The salt float was not great, I have been to a few and here it was rough, all the salt was stacked in the corner (unsightly), there was too much salt in the water, when I got out I was covered in a slime. The tenant did not walk me through what to expect here, having floated before elsewhere I had to ask what I knew I should be expecting. My sister massage was great, she was treated by (Kevin?). He was great and walked her through what to expect, and took great care of her. he even walked us through some amenities after her treatment.While some experiences were great, there was not enoug of an over all care and attention to the clients to really feel a need to return.

I LOVE Summit Float & Spa!!!! I would absolutely recommend them for post surgical lymphatic massages. The staff here are all the greatest of all time! The kindness they have shown me has made me a customer for life! I recommend Katrina, Kevin and Meagan for massages. Highly recommend!

Kevin is AMAZING! I had a 2 hour massage with a different therapist.. that was not great... so I stick with Kevin.The facilities are nice. When I have had curiosities about facials... the staff has not been helpful. I still want a facial.. but dont know what to book.

I have back pain quite often and Sienna at Eagle Mountain was fantastic to work out all the tightness and knots! The environment was serene and relaxing. My body has been rejuvenated and feels so much better and I’m no longer having muscle pain. I just wish I could get a massage everyday! 😄

Ours was a sisters trip from southern Utah and it was wonderful. I am a former runner, and have gotten massages regularly for over 20 years. The massage I got from Kevin was one of the top massages Ive ever gotten. He was amazing! If I lived closer, I would be scheduling a regular session with him. And. . . . next time Im headed up north, I will definitely try to book him!Pedicure was fun. Wonderful girls, friendly and cute. Of course the pedis were all I expected.

Terrible customer service, the receptionist ignored me for over 10 minutes no hello, no welcome, not even ‘I’ll be with you soon”. I waited for 15 min total and left. When I arrived there wasn’t anyone at the desk. Five minutes later she walked in but on the phone and acted as if I wasnt even there. I walked around the room several times but she stayed in the phone another ten minutes so I left. Don’t care to ever try them now.

Angie did a great job on my prenatal massage—the goal was to feel relaxed and she well exceeded that. I appreciate that she made sure my baby and I were both comfortable the entire time. Also, make sure you go early to relax! Great spa!

I have been going to Summit for some time and taking advantage of their float pod and massage services.I first began traveling out to Park City, and now to their new Eagle Mountain location.With all of the options available, I am more than willing to spend my time and energy to travel to where I find the best service.Summit has never disappointed me.I am taking the time to write a review after seeing some of the lower ratings to ensure that all views are presented. It has been my long standing view that what makes a great business is that they stand behind their work and make right what has gone wrong.Summit has never given me a reason to be dissatisfied, and has always listened to my feedback.I just finished an amazing 120 minute massage with Paula that was AMAZING, and I recommend this place if you are looking for a good place to relax!I will definitely be back.

Summit spa is amazing. I’ve been going to Sam for the past 3 years, and she has completely changed and improved my body with a 2-hour massage every 3-4 weeks. I travel over an hour one-way each time, because it’s worth it to me. Sam is professional , skilled, and caring. I had my first massage at this location last week and it was great! Paula did a wonderful job and made my experience very relaxing. She was welcoming, calm, and warm. I will be going back soon to see her again!

Well I scheduled a facial and a massage because I had heard great things from Summit, I came in and the gentleman at the counter didnt understand why I didnt get my paperwork filled out and I explained that the link had expired. After getting all that situated it was a couple mins after my appointment and I was still sitting in the waiting room. Finally he let me know that the paperwork had been submitted and he showed me to the back and talked about the amenities that they offered. I had enough time to chew a truffle and went back for my facial. The technician was a little green but did a great job and I was looking forward to my massage. I ran to the restroom and noticed another client receiving slippers and a robe. I went back to the waiting area and grabbed a honey stick. The client walked in and I asked her what she was in for and she told me a facial and massage. I said oh ok, I got up and walked to the front. I told them that I felt a little left out in their pretreatment routine and canceled my massage. The new receptionist assured me that I should have gotten a robe, and I assured her that I did not. I know this comes across very prissy but I would rather pay Grand prices at The Grand. Summit has lots of growth and I wish them the best of luck

I can’t say enough good things about Summit Spa and Float. The massage therapists there have helped me get rid of neck pain that had been going on for months. They are truly the BEST at what they do. So professional and knowledgeable about the body and how it works.In the past I had been to massage therapists but none of them blew me away. They did at Summit so I bought their monthly membership and happily go each month. Regularly getting a massage helps my body so much. I also love their float pods and the science behind it. I get my lash extensions and brows done there as well. They are all so great at what their expertise is. I HIGHLY recommend any of their services.Every person who works there is friendly, efficient and professional. I have come to know the owners, Katrina and Sam quite well - both amazing therapists themselves. They are the backbone to the success and brilliance of Summit Spa and Float. I saw Roman for a 90 min, very customized massage. I, too, am a Licensed Massage Therapist, for 17 years. When it comes to choosing a therapist, I am very picky, as I need someone with the skills, abilities, strength and knowledge of anatomy to do the work I need to keep me going. Roman is this and so much more!! He is incredibly kind and talented and knows the human anatomy like the back of his hand. He was an excellent communicator in making sure that I was comfortable (pain of deeper, structural work considered lol) and that he was working in the specific areas I requested and needed. The staff was very friendly, I think the price for the little miss mani & pedi are too high especially since one of the nails fell off the same day of the appointment. They’ve scheduled a time to fix the nail, I just don’t know if gel should really be the only thing offered. Especially for littles.

Kevin was so nice and made me feel comfortable and safe while in his care. he paid specific attention to the areas of my body where knots were and where massage was needed. Kevin also went above and beyond by making sure i was okay with where he was massaging before beginning. he made great effort in prioritizing my needs and making it a comfortable experience 10/10 would recommend for everyone!

I had lash extensions and made a follow up appointment. I missed the appointment due to my daughter being sick. This business charged me A WEEK LATER for the full cost of lashes! When I called to find out why, the receptionist said that’s what they do because I had missed two appointments. I let her know it was only one appointment, and it was due to my daughter being sick. I apologized and said I didn’t know that Summit would do this. She simply replied coldly, “Well. Too bad you didn’t know.”Because this was the first and only time I missed an appointment, I would think there would be at minimum some compassion from the staff, but there absolutely was not. I will never give this place business again due to how I was treated.*Edit as a response to the owner:You posted a response that again reiterated the lie that I had two missed appointments. Then, at some point you edited your response to include the truth - which is that I missed ONE appointment.Again, I wasn’t worried about the money, (if there is a cancellation policy, I understand that) but rather it’s the attitude I’ve been treated with. The rudeness from your receptionist, your original response (and subsequent edit) seem to reinforce that customers won’t be treated with kindness at this place of business.

I love Summit Spa! I have gone back for so many different services because I have never been disappointed! I can’t even count how many massages and facial variations I have gotten at Summit Spa. I’m a customer for life! Oh and don’t get me started on how gorgeous the new Eagle Mountain location is! It is so relaxing! Going to Summit Spa is my preferred way of recharging my batteries.

This was probably one of the best facials and massages I have ever had. I had a seasonal facial with Faith and a 90 min massage with Kevin. It was amazing. I left feeling so relaxed and my skin looked so good.. I can’t wait to go back.

After a week of Chernobyl meltdown level stress at work and a new yoga routine that had my back crying Mercy!, it was time to get a massage. While I love me the Grand Spa in SLC, I didnt want to drop that kind of coin or make the drive. Id seen Summit Spa a couple of times and decided to give it a go. So glad I did.The spa is spotless and I was warmly welcomed, offered a robe and slippers, water and a nice lounger to wait for my therapist. Kevin soon appeared and escorted me to the treatment room. He asked what brought me in and what I felt needed attention. He asked about pressure and any sensitivities and then it was time to get to kneading the demons out of me. Before I knew it, I was semi-conscious, in the best of ways, enjoying a pretty much perfect massage. Pressure was just right and was absolutely what I needed. It was excellent. Highly recommend Kevin. HEs a highly skilled massage therapist. Also appreciated that the treatment room was free of any essential oil aromas or the like. The music was spa-y but not I will beat the tar out of the next Yanni/Enya/digierido mashup.Glad I found Summit Spa and look forward to going back.

I highly recommend the B12 shot and the Immunity Boost shot and IV treatment!! My body does not absorb B12 well, so no matter how much I take, it barely moves my numbers at all. Then I started getting the B12 shot at Summit. My B12 levels have never been higher. Then I got the Immunity Boost shot. While my whole family was down with a nasty cold and strep throat, I barely got the sniffles. The next go around, I started to feel a cold coming on, I raced to Summit and got the Immunity Boost IV treatment. My symptoms were much milder and I was over my cold in less than half the time everyone else was. So I am a believer!!

I had a 2 hr massage and it was great! The therapist listed to what areas I wanted worked on and the pressure I preferred. It was a wonderful experience and if Im ever up North again I would visit the spa again for sure!

I had my eyelashes permed (curled) and my eyebrows tinted. Also gel nails done. My esthetician was Kaydee and I highly recommend her! She was professional yet fast, and really knew what she was doing. She has done my eyebrows several times and they always look perfect!

Update:The Owner Katrina just called me and we talked about this experience.As we both agree, mine was just a feedback and feedbacks are needed to any company to grow and expand their business and provide a great service.The owner took a great care of my situation and I’m seriously happy about it because it means they do really care.So let’s start with the good thing, the only good thing. McKenna. She is great, she is a sweetheart and my following words are not an attack to her. But the service itself, I am speechless how bad it was.I usually go to do my brows and lashes to a lady in Draper. I live in Eagle Mountain so I was happy that I found this salon as I didn’t want to drive to Draper just for brows.I should have tho.I PAID for the brow wax/tint.Little to say, they didn’t have any scissors in WHOLE salon, to clean my brows. How???!!!! I am paying 20$ for what?! So my brows are messier like the were before I entered in the salon. Let’s talk about the tint. I had tint where I didn’t have eyebrows!!!!! It looks awful and as much you can try to clean it, it doesn’t come off.The lashes itself are great and I have no complain about that.Let’s talk now about the blonde guy ( a kid) at the reception that chews gum like the gum is trying to escape from his mouth. An arrogant kid, doesn’t even say by/hello, mumbles and had zero customer service. I asked for membership plan (as I was maybe interested) and he could barely get it right. It would have been fine if he wouldn’t have said to McKenna “oh I don’t need your help to practice for membership.. I know what to say!!”Like really???!McKenna, if you are ready this: don’t take it personal, I really think you are a sweetheart.But I would never ever come back here again.I would like my money back from my eyebrows service, that was inexistent.

I really like this spa. I have gotten a manicure and a massage.The massage got my knots out. I couldnt even tell which arm had the tricep tendonitis bc the soreness was gone. They have some really innovative things on health I like and would like to try sometime.

My wife and daughters have always loved their experience at Summit Spa and Float!! My daughter had an injury that resulted in a concussion in her Senior year which kept her out of dance for 6 weeks. Doing a couple floats resolved her headaches and allowed her pass concussion protocol within a week! They are awesome!!!

Román is a massage therapist with a background in dance which gives him a unique ability to target points of tension in the various muscles and bring relief- I recommend him highly.I took a float after massage and actually fell asleep my muscles were so relaxed. The float is AMAZING - if my sleep patterns get out of wack- a float restores REM sleep and renewal along with it.I have also loved the IPL and cupping on the face. Losing fine lines in the face is one thing I don’t mind loosing.Summit spa and float Is my place to restore and relax

I dont know if they advertise on TikTok, but if you ever feel like you need a mental reset from all the weird dances you see on there, a float will wash all that out of your mind!Take a break from life, treat yourself, spend an hour or two here.

Summit Spa has been my go-to for massage for the past several years. I teach daily fitness classes and I can testify that the time and money I spend in regular massage is paid back to me through fewer injuries and missed classes. Summit Spa is the best out there for sports massage.
