Joy the owner of Massage Bay, is the best. Shes very attentive to detail and actually listens to what you prefer. It honestly was the best massage Ive ever had. I have been in pain for quite a while and she was able to pinpoint those areas. I am feeling 100% better.

Ive been in twice for a prenatal massage and both times it was wonderful. They have the avocado pillows so you can lay on your stomach and its the best thing. For 80 glorious minutes I didnt feel pregnant. The rooms are clean and they require masks which made me feel safe. My last therapist was Kathy and she took great care of me. Highly recommend.

This was my first time having a professional massage, so I don’t have anything to compare it to. But the music and the smells and everything were very relaxing. My massage therapist (I don’t remember her name, sorry) was really good! I came out feeling great.

I got a deep tissue massage because my back has been in a lot of pain and Im contributing it to stress. Its definitely a different surrounding than most massage places but Caressa was great! My back is still a little stiff but way better than it was. I almost fell asleep it was so relaxing. I will be going again.

Storm is an amazing masseuse. She could tell exactly what my body needed just through touch. Book the 2 hour massage; you wont regret it. I went every week for the month. I bought their special and am looking forward to several more massages once I return to Boise.

My mom was in town and wanted to treat us with massages. We booked the same day of our appointment and had Kathy & Carissa and they both did such an amazing job. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a last minute massage!

Dropped my wife off for an 80 minute massage and picked up a different person! She was a ball of tension and stress when we booked and finished more relaxed than I’ve seen her in a while! Sounds like it may need to be a weekly thing ;) but in all seriousness, huge shoutout to Carissa for giving her a well deserved opportunity at relaxation and relief! We would highly recommend giving Massage Bay a try!

I’ve never had a massage before, but was feeling tension in my back and shoulders. Went in to see Kathy for a deep tissue and it was AMAZING. She’s great at communicating exactly what she’s doing and making sure it’s exactly what you need. Could not recommend this place enough!

Storm did an amazing job!! Just the right amount of pressure. The studio needs some improvement, the woman getting a hot stone treatment in the adjoining massage bay passed out and I could hear her snoring. I could also hear the sushi restaurant next door.

My therapist Carressa was incredible!! I highly recommend her deep tissue massage. Never had a more relaxing, therapeutic experience. I will definitely be coming back!!

The lady did a great job on my wife and I massage, recommend the deep tissue if your really tight. Felt great.

Best massage Ive ever had. Granted, I havent had many to compare to. I got a Swedish Massage. My body felt great afterward and it took away a lot of tension.

Good massage. Not a weird massage place but actually a good parlor. Only reason not 5 star is the ambiance was a little, informal for lack of better terms, for me.
