Jared Miles is a Renaissance man in the art and science of massage therapy. He demonstrated to me a skill set that covers a wide range of attributes necessary for an excellent massage. More than saying it was great, I would like to tell you why it was great!Jared has a good understanding of human anatomy. He can get a read on problem areas and knows where to target specific muscles, tendons and ligaments to address pain effectively.Jared communicates clearly to understand needs and preferences. Perhaps more importantly, he listens to feedback during the session and adjusts techniques as required.It seems that Jared has an innate ability to empathize and intuitively understand needs. More than a massage, but a keen sense of giving. There is a zen-like quality to his presence of mind.Here’s a good one. Massage therapy is physically demanding. Jared had the stamina to provide consistent pressure throughout my 90 minute session.Last but not least, Jared is professional, respectful, and maintains proper boundaries during the massage session.A few thoughts for your consideration .👍

My neck and back were a tight mess. Xanati, asked where I need the most attention. Wonderful by focusing on my problem areas with deep pressure, but also providing some relaxing massage as well. Xanati talked when I wanted to talk and was quiet when I started zoning out. Highly recommend Xanati!

It was my first time in a long time, getting a massage. My therapist was Candice. To start, the office and the massage room are very clean and smelled nice. Im a bit of a neat-freak and cleanliness is important to me. The booking and payment processes are simple and pretty straightforward.I have several military related injuries and Candice was very patient with me as well as understanding about my pain levels. Shes a wealth of knowledge and was able to really relieve a lot of discomfort I was having. Shes very professional, methodical, and accommodating. If youre able to book with her, I highly recommend it. I am absolutely returning for regular sessions.

I was lucky enough to get a same day 1hour appointment with Tunde last Friday. She is usually booked way out. She is incredible & I understand why she’s booked so far out. This was my 2nd time seeing her & I’d forgotten how gifted she is. Felt like a new man walking outta there. Will definitely continue to go to her.

I love this place. You can book yourself online and easily get a same day appointment. I threw my back out last week and I’ve already gone 3 times 😆 I’ve seen Liz, Mishel, and Marita. Each therapist has been nothing short of an awesome, and highly knowledgeable in their field. It’s also super affordable. 1000% recommend!

Went in with some lower back issues and left feeling brand new. Maritas experience and expertise was second to none. Marita also presented a very comfortable caring and relaxing environment. Will definitely come back.

I have been getting massages from Taylor for most of the year and they have been awesome however todays massage was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I talked to him about some issues I am having with my neck, shoulders and achilles and asked him to focus on those areas (I get 90 minute massages). Oh my, did he deliver.I was so impressed with how he took what information I gave him and truly focused on the areas I asked him too instead of just going into a standard routine. The focus was with the level of pressure and time and yes some pain that goes along with it that was needed in the appropriate areas to work on knots, tension, muscle soreness and tightness.THANK YOU TAYLOR!

I scheduled a massage with Tunde. I have been going to her for years. She is literally the best massage therapist that I have ever been too. She has only been at Idaho Massage for a short time, but they certainly brought in a winner when they invited Tunde to join their team. Nice waiting room, clean restrooms, ample sized massage rooms. I loved it!

There are a lot of massage therapists working here, so try a few until you find one you like. After trying a couple, I got a massage from Kate, and it was awesome. Ive been destroying my hips and lower back going too hard in the gym and then sitting all day at work. After 75 minutes with Kate, Im feeling significantly better, and she didnt put me through too much agony. The prices here are good, they clearly dont waste resources on unneeded staff, and the scheduling process is easy. Worth a shot.

Really enjoyed my first facial with Jacqui, was like a combined facial with shoulder and neck massage. VERY relaxing and best of all, my skin feels and looks so much better. Efficient without feeling rushed, helpful without being over-eager. Competent. I loved that she didnt talk the whole time so I could really lean into the time and leave all the more relaxed. Have already booked my next one with her!

The therapists here are good, but my first massage was supposed to be 90 minutes and I was charged for 90, but only received 60 minutes. The therapist noticed right after I left and promises to make it right if I book with her again. My second time, I brought my husband in for a couples massage. Again I wanted a 90 minute massage which we got, but when we came out we were miss billed again! I think they just need a receptionist to keep matters straight. This place would be a 5 star for sure then.

My fiancé and I got a couples massage last night. I was so happy that each therapist really discussed our wants and needs with each of us and customized our massages to our needs. The environment and decor was beautiful and inviting. I loved the hot towels. The pressure was perfect from the start. I left feeling blissful and relaxed. Perfect date night!

An absolutely poor experience. I want to start off by saying that when you get a massage here you’re paying for a 60 or 90 minute time slot, not a 60 or 90 minute massage. I arrived 10 minutes early to my massage. They had me wait in the waiting room until my therapist got me. Instead of having me fill out my waver form when I got there, they waited until my 60 minute time slot began. They then included me getting undressed and my therapist running through the procedure within the 60 minute time slot. My therapist was very unprofessional, she talked nearly the whole time and made very unprofessional comments about my weight and ADHD. She legitimately asked me how much I weighed and if it was normal for me to move so much (referring to my adhd). She continued by only working on one part of my back, not even my problem areas. When I asked her if she could focus on my problem areas she said that we didn’t have enough time left in the massage. She did “cupping” on my back to help with knots, which did absolutely nothing due to how she applied them, they kept popping off the whole time. She also included me getting up and getting dressed as part of the 60 minute time slot. In total I maybe got a 40 minute massage that didn’t even help my back. I came in with knots and left with the same knots. I absolutely do not recommend this place.

Josiah is more than a massage therapist, he is a corrective massage therapist. I have osteoarthritis in my facet joints and have had cervical spine fusion C3-C7. I have had chronic muscle pain for the last 7 years of my life. I got massages just to have my body “feel good” for 90mins. All my previous massages did just that, I felt good for 90 mins during the massage but that was it. Josiah is the first therapist that I have gotten 2-4 days of pain relief. That may not seem like a lot to most people, but people with 24/7 chronic pain know it touches into miracle status! I will be returning to Josiah as long as he is available to do massages. Thanks Josiah for working to correct my issues and giving me a life that is less painful!

Ive been coming here for quite a few years now and all of the therapists are great. Theresa helped me after I painted my house and had knots everywhere. I highly recommend all their therapists and for people to read the Our Therapist section. No matter who you pick, it will be great, relaxing and rejuvenating. Thank you Theresa!

Im visiting from out of town and booked a massage with Taylor. I explained an issue Ive been having with my shoulder and neck-he was very kind and helped me relieve that pain significantly in just one massage! Huge relief. I wish I lived nearby so I could book again. Very clean and professional environment and I loved the fountain noise in the room!

Had a fantastic massage today with Ken at the Eagle location! Definitely the best massage I’ve ever had! He worked out so many knots and I swear my posture was 1000 times better after leaving than when I showed up. :) I will definitely be recommending him to friends and family.

My first visit with Idaho Massage was with Theresa and the quality was absolutely outstanding! The balance between light and deep pressure was perfect, she took the time to actually fix some areas, and used amazing stretching techniques. I basically walked out unable to remember my name out of sheer bliss. I have a hard time relaxing while being socially engaged during a massage, but usually end up chatting the whole time, anyway. With Theresa I didnt stress about how to end th pleasant conversations so I could turn off and relax...she picked up on non-verbal cues better than any massage therapist Ive had. I really felt she put thought into what I needed, as an individual, opposed to a generic massage Ive had a million times. I also like the option of multiple therapists with varied styles available in one location. Ill definitely make the drive from McCall to Eagle for my massages in the future!

Liz performed a 90 minute deep tissue massage on me and WOW! My whole body feels like all of the tension and stress just got evaporated from me. Shes a miracle worker. Will definitely be coming back.

Ive had a great experience at the Idaho Massage in Eagle. I choose Marita as my massage therapist because of her bio. Im an older athlete. When I first went in to see her, I was training for an Ulta Marathon, and a swimming & biking event later in the year. My whole body hurt. I explained to Marita what injuries Ive had in the past & currently what hurt. She is a miracle worker. I walked out of her office a renewed person. I had no idea that my body could feel that good after my massage. I highly recommend Marita!

Since moving to Meridian 7 months ago, been on the hunt for a regular therapist. I have been massaging for 13 years and, well, at this point I am selective about my therapist. I want a knowledgable, professional and personable therapist who can work out specific trouble areas and can still offer a relaxing session.When I got here, I checked out a lot of places (online) for employment and to just get a feel for what the area offers in therapeutic massage. I will still check out more businesses, but for now, I found my therapist.I booked a 90 minute deep tissue session with Taylor at the Eagle location. The intake process was painless and quick and we followed covid protocol. I can talk a lot during my sessions, but choose not to this time so I could really get a good sense of his technique, flow, pressure and quality. It was great. In fact, I knocked off a few times and had to fight it off. Hey, Im not going to sleep through a great massage session.I asked Taylor to give extra focus to areas being affected by my plantar fasciitis. He did and included a full-body. The pressure was spot-on. I booked a follow-up session in a couple of weeks.One of the things I like about Idaho Massage is that it is run by/for massage therapists. The background information says therapists work here as independent contractors. They make more from each session in this scenario than working at Massage Envy, Elements or Massage Bay. I like knowing my therapist is being compensated fairly. The rooms appeared decorated individually (therapist decorated?), dont know, didnt inquire. I could hear some sounds from other rooms and doors, but nothing that affected my relaxation.If you are a long-time massage person or looking to have your first session, I would recommend this business and location. I have not been to the Boise location, yet, so cant say anything about it.

Christy gave me the most relaxing 90m message I have ever had!! She just let me lay there soft tones of the music and to destress and just let go. It felt so good. Its hard for me to fall asleep when getting a massage but boy she had me almost there a few times!! I am not from Boise but I will most certainly come back and see Christy again when I do!!

Went in for a couples massage today and it was HEAVENLY! Katie and Danika were super friendly, knowledgeable and STRONG but always making sure we were ok with the pressure. Had our first cupping experience as well and it was amazing! Great location, lots of parking, quiet and relaxing!

I was having back aches and pains. I was able to schedule an appointment the same day with Marita. She is very knowledgable and gave a great massage. I was very thankful that by the time I left my back didnt hurt anymore.

Roger is amazing! He is very professional and so kind. I originally booked in for a regular massage, but he does ortho work also. I opted for the ortho work, since I have chronic musculoskeletal issues due to scoliosis. I’m so glad I did! It’s nothing like a your run of the mill, relaxing massage. Instead, he focuses on stretching out and putting pressure on targeted muscles to release tension and improve range of motion. He also gives you lots of small exercises to do at home that will help long term. I already feel so much better after just one session! I will definitely be returning for more sessions. Do your body a favor and go see him!

I came here and got my very first massage ever and had the best experience today with Nicole Houk. She was the SWEETEST person ever and made me feel so so comfortable. I live in Nampa and this place is worth going all the way out to Eagle. This place has AMAZING service even the girl I spoke to on the phone booking my appointment was a sweetheart. Outstanding customer service and amazing deep tissue massage. I didnt want to leave. I will be going back here to treat myself on a regular occassion now.

I may be a bit biased due to working here, but I love the atmosphere. Everyone is kind and understanding. The staff are all super flexible and willing to help with anything! Cant say enough how much I love working here! I havent seen one person who has left Idaho Massage unhappy :)

Have had two different massage therapists. If you don’t mind conversation throughout your massage and like a softer massage, not a real sports massage or deep tissue then Marita was good. If you’re looking for myocardial release and a deeper massage that you can REALLY feel then James is your guy!

Aubrey did an amazing massage! I love the communication and insight she has. She fixed my problem areas and went above and beyond! I highly recommended her!

Jamie Testin gave me a 90 minute massage and for the first time in years, (probably 4 years) my lower back is not aching while I am trying to sleep. I havent woken up once during the night since my massage. I highly recommend Jamie.

Extremely unreliable!I made a reservation for a prenatal massage for my wife for mothers day. The masseuse, Amaya, texts me less then 5 hours before the appointment around 11 am saying she has came down with strep throat is canceling on me. I dont even know where to start with that... If she has strep throat then she should have been feeling symptoms the day before, or giving the benefit of the doubt, when she woke up. But why is she canceling after 11 am? Either was she would have known about it earlier and didnt even bother to contact me sooner so I can plan on getting my wife a mothers day gift. The alternative is she didnt have strep throat and came up with the most obvious reason to cancel, maybe because she had her own mothers day plans later in the day and didnt realize when she took the reservation, so she ruins my wifes mothers day. After I replied and told her how upset I was about it she just doesnt reply. So I message again asking if she could possibly find a replacement. She then replies that she has been looking for a replacement but if that was the case wouldnt she want me to know that from the beginning? Why am I the one trying to figure out what should have been her responsibility to begin with? After a while she seemed to find someone who could do a much shorter time slot for only $10 dollars less and less then an hour and a half to get ready. I had to decline because my disabled daughter has a strict feeding schedule and that option didnt offer any kind of compensation for a lesser service. My day is ruined and I dont plan on doing business with Idaho Massage in the future.

Jacqui Pelkey gave me a wonderful facial. My skin feels hydrated and smooth. Her facial massage was top notch. She really took her time and was very thorough. I will be back.

I had Aubrey for a deep tissue massage today and I can say without a doubt it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I am a chronic pain sufferer and she listened to me, ask questions, and did an outstanding job! I will be back!

This is the best Massage company in the Boise/Eagle area. Every therapist I have seen has given me an amazing massage. I have been to both locations and I will not go to any place else. Very healing.

I am writing this for my grandmother who is technologically challenged. She has gone to Marita several times for various issues and comes home grateful for the experience. Marita seems always to take extra time with her, giving her exercises and other self care tips to keep her going between sessions.

Great customer service, online bookings are easy and convenient with 2 locations to choose from. Many of the massage therapists are excellent from my experience over the course of 5 yrs now. Highly recommend this place.

Marita Kerby is always fantastic and alleviates my stressed body. In over 30 years, Marita’s specialized training has been the best at getting rid of my neck and shoulder tension and pain.

Ive only had a handful of massages in my life, and most were at resorts while on a vacation. But I have to say this place, and specifically Katelyn, is absolutely legit! Wow! So good, so relaxing....ridiculous! Will be back!

Taylor is a great masseur, takes the time to figure out my problem areas and focuses on them. I like deep pressure and Taylor is able to provide that and adjust as needed.
