My favorite vape juice flavor is something like a typical Non-Menthol default Vanilla Tobacco Flavor. The gentlemen in the store are always very polite and always have alternative suggestions for when I come in but I wish they would order and keep my favorite juice on stock at their location. Ive been coming here for a while and the service is always OK. But, the past few times Ive had Jake take care of me and he is awesome. By far the absolute best guy that works here

Awesome experience. Nolan was super nice and helpful. They have a chat option so I could ask questions and get a response quickly. The store was well stocked, clean, and organized. Very fair prices too. We plan on returning.PS; Thanks again for dealing with my husband last night.

Awesome group of dudes there. Very nice, and very knowledgeable! Theyre always helpful, the prices are super fair, and I love their selection of RAW products. Great selection of vape juices too! My boyfriend is always happy with whatever he gets from there too. Well be regulars there for sure! I got a new glass piece today actually! 😉

Best shop around, cozy atmosphere inside especially for a smoke shop. Workers are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable and genuinely want you to get what you pay for. I will support smoke world until I die.

This place has amazing customer service. I think I asked to hold and look at every single piece of glass in this store and they were still happy to help! Really great quality pieces for the best prices I’ve seen in buffalo. Also, best selection of wraps and papers of any store I’ve ever been in.

Just moved to East Aurora. So happy to know there was a vape shop here. Large store. Had exactly what I was looking for and more. Very happy to know that they carry my brand of coils so I dont have to trek to Hamburg to get them. Also they have insence. Definitely will be shopping there again!

Store is very well run, and has a very nice display for all their items. The staff know their stuff and are not afraid to show it. I came in a newbie, and came out an amateur. Would recommend.

Never thought there could be a shop like this in East Aurora. A cute little smoke shop with a nice variety of glass and smoking accessories. Aside from the glass they have a wide variety of vape products. The Juno line can be hard to find sometimes, was so happy to find out they carried the full line. Please consider checking out this little shop. A wonderful shopping experience.

Love this store. They always have music playing and the Inscence smells great. They have everything you can think of! The staff is really helpful and gets you exactly what you need. Definitely recommend

I went in on march 12th friday afternoon and my man working that night offered his assistance an i obliged, my dude found me exactly what i was looking for well in my price range so fast , provided great service and like always was chill as ever kudos and props to you guys

I went to Smoke World for the first time this morning because my vape broke and my usual vape store doesnt open until noon. I was pleasantly surprised as soon as i walked in. The store was deceptively large and had a massive selection of everything smoke related. They had 100s of different vape flavors at extremely competitive prices they had glassware and pipes and everything in between and the owner was a super nice guy who patiently helped me pick a new vape while i asked him 20 minutes worth of questions! I can confidently say i will be switching vape stores after this experience since the juice prices are out of this world and the staff was as awesome and accomdating as they were! :) A++

I love this shop.

This place is the absolute worst. 0/10. Loud music playing at all hours of the day and night. Rude staff as well as customers. Constant issue with customers and employees leaving trash outside the building. Staff and customers alike outside smoking pot. Do not recommend visiting but do recommend this place closing permanently.

Weird experience with employee. Paid cash and he added up our purchase in his head and then put the cash in the drawer. Asked for a receipt and he said he would write out a receipt because he didnt enter our items in the computer. Some sketchy stuff going on here.

This is literally the best vape shop in Western New York. The prices on their products are beyond affordable. The store is well put together and they are extremely clean. I recommend this place to everybody go get your vapes from this vape shop. When I say it’s the top I mean it’s the top🙏🏾
