Great employees. Horrible prices on vape juice . Pod juice is roughly 15 -20 dollars at every other shop I go to . Here it was 21 after my 10 dollar discount was applied . 31 dollars for vape juice that’s 14 dollars online is a pitiful mark up. Otherwise great people and product selection .

Pricey..but very large selections....wish theyd come down a little bit seeing surrounding towns such as in Mukwonago at non Vape places, you can find similar and same brands a little cheaper.

Tori is an amazing employee! I went into the store and explained some of my issues to her. She knew exactly what product would help my problems. She was also very intuitive. She knew the issues I was facing that I didn’t admit to her. I have tried the product and it is exactly how she described. It is helping with the problems I have also. I highly recommend going here and talking to Tori!

The exterior of the building is absolutely gorgeous, fits in just right with the downtown roundabout in the city. The staff was very friendly and happy to help, got a set up with exactly what we needed before a big day on the slopes. I will be stopping at this store every time I am in the area in the future, keep up the great work guys!

This place is a personal favorite. The staff is always super nice, and incredibly helpful. Theyre very well versed in the laws and restrictions involved in the business they are and the products they sell. The staff reflect the business, theyre involved and knowledgeable. Its good to know that if I buy a mod Im not sure how to use or if Im having problems with my tank or coils, the staff is there to help me figure it out and correct the problem to keep me safe and satisfied. The juice selection is great and they make sure to cycle out the ones that arent well received. Their tank and mod collection is decent, and if theres something you need that they dont have, theyll tell you exactly where you can find it. I appreciate their awareness in their business and especially since most of them use a vape, its important for them to ensure you are safe and happy with what they sell you. NOTE: They do not sell CBD, glassware, tobacco, etc.

I was under a time crunch and needed a new vape quick. With my limited knowledge and budget with vaping I had lots of question. The 2 men that helped me were extremely helpful, fast, and friendly. I will most definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you for the great product and experience.

Love the customer service, unfortunately they dont always have the same coil selection or juice selection that a few other shops Ive visited have had. That said they are great! Almost want to give them 5 stars anyways.

Great location, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will spend as much time as they need to with you to make sure your are getting whats right for you. They carry only high quality authentic devices and accessories, way better than the cheap-fake China knock-offs youll find online. Everything they carry comes direct from manufacturer authorized distributors. Like their YouTube commercial says, dont take chances with online vaping suppliers.

This shop could be great, but its not. Its local, it has a wide assortment. Unfortunately, their return policy favors the store, not the customer. Everything is just great as long as you dont try to return or exchange something. If you do try to return something, expect a very long delay while the rude associate treats you like scum while he is on the phone apologizing to the owner. Then, expect a lecture on how vapes work. I wont ever go back.

Fast, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable staff and I love this shop because they refuse to put anything but quality products on their shelf Ive been going for almost 2 years now and every time I go in I usually just sit and chat with the staff for a few hours.

Went in today looking for a new mod and met a very nice man behind the counter. Could have walked out after buying my unit, instead I stayed and enjoyed a great conversation! The man knows his stuff about mods and life. Hope you get into the register my friend :)

Great vape shop! Stoped in wile on a road trip. They helped me pick a flavor, & some needed hardware for my vape. The staff let me work on my vape, and test my new repairs before I left the store. Granted, I was the only customer, but it was still nice of them to make sure I was road ready :-)

Good selection but you cant count on them if you call to see if something is in stock they will say yes even if they dont sell it anymore I called 2 different times trying to see if they had regular mango juul pods and both times they said yes they are in stock and both times they didnt have them. the second time they did have a knock off brand and no spot for original ones which is fine just tell the customer before they drive out there

Absolutely awful service. I go in asking for a tfv8-t6 for my tank. The guy gives me wrong coil and refuses to exchange it for the propers. The person working was saying that i was wrong/ignorant. What happened to even listening to your customer,how is this exceptable.

Received a BOGO coupon for signing up for their membership and when we went to redeem it the guy had already charged my card for bogo 1/2 off. He was not willing to fix it. The whole time we were there he acted as if we were a nuisance distracting him from fixing his own mod

Great place ! They are honest and go out of their way to help with what you need . Pam & Michael are very helpful . You can sit down and relax and decide what you want . Instead of standing and being pushed in to buying just anything at other shops .

Don’t have Apple Pay. It’s 2022 and don’t have Apple Pay. Also the Posh I bought I could’ve bought literally 11$ cheaper. Never coming back

This place would be halfway decent if the prices werent ridiculously high(this isnt Chicago) even if they fixed that the selection is still pretty small. Save yourself the time and go elsewhere. Or just shop online.
