Relaxing atmosphere, friendly service. Hot tubs are clean and relaxing. Massage services are amazing. Staff offers water throughout your stay as hot tub and massages can be dehydrating. I could have sat by the fire in the lobby for the rest of the day after the Blissful Hour!

East Heaven is incredible. We booked a 30-minute outdoor tub for my friends birthday. There is free admission on your birthday but your guests will still pay their portion. Its $30 per person for 30 minutes in an outdoor tub. The outdoor tubs make you feel like your in a mountain vacation town. The wooden tubs really make the place special. On this particular day, it was snowing and we had a great time soaking, chatting and laughing as the snow fell on us. After, we headed to Osaka for birthday lunch. It was a delightful snowday birthday celebration! Make a reservation in advance and check it out on your birthday. You cannot go alone though so bring along friends or a special someone.

It is unforgettable and I will go back. The waiter is very polite, clean, and private. My baby and I spent a pleasant holiday here.

This place is amazing! The water is clean, the service is outstanding! They were kind and accommodating, the rooms are big able to fit a group and perfect for just a couples day or night out!

We are from NYC and I came here with my fiancee in the winter of 2012 it was our 1st time in a spa. We had a crazy extraordinary, amazing experience, so much so that when we were done we felt so loses in our mussels and joints that we had no strength, it was so difficult for us to get dressed and even to put our boots on. We were so relaxed we thought if a cop pulled us over they were going to think we were high on something so we decided to stay in the Sheraton Hotel for the night. The funny thing was our arms felt and seemed longer and we felt so lightweight for about 4 days super relaxing. We got married shortly after and traveled Europe to Venus, Paris, Santorini, Turkey, Ephesus, Israel, and Athens. I Central America, Mexico, Peru, Nicaragua, Coast Rica, and Honduras. In South America Argentina, Paraguay, Brazil. and everywhere we have been we can’t compare to East Heaven SPA. Nothing compares to our first experience, It’s now 2023 time to go back.We couldn’t remember the name of this place and address but fortunately, we found the key chain. We found on online again. We hope that when we go back it was as good as it was in 2012.

What an amazing experience! We have never done anything like this before but we will absolutely be doing it again. The tubs are extremely clean and they feel so good just soaking in them. We did the blissful hour - half hour tub, half hour massage. The massage was also excellent, James did a great job on me, I felt so relaxed for the rest of the week and even just thinking about it now makes me feel good! We cant wait to afford to go back!

Unreal. All the tub rooms are private, clean and relaxing but the rooftop tub room is seriously a dream. Only critique is we were left waiting in the lobby for a few minutes before our massages, which was super awkward. Granted they had a rush of walk ins and calls and only 2 people on desk so I cant really fault them too much. We will absolutely be coming back many times. This place is magical.

An amazing experience. Everyone took exquisite care of us. The place was beautiful and clean. We enjoyed the Couples Paradise for our honeymoon. The tub was gorgeous and romantic, very private under the afternoon sunshine. And the massage was out of this world! I couldnt believe how reasonable the price was, too- a double hour massage and half hour hot tub for $230. Thank you so much for the most special part of our trip to Northampton!

Great experience. Bought the 30 min hot tub and massage. Should have done the 90 minute massage... will definitely do it next time, there will be a next time. Very clean environment and great atmosphere. Staff are very professional. Massage therapists were beyond great, the deep tissue for $5 extra dollars was more than worth it. They were so busy but my experience was flawless. Great business to handle the flow of clients. Truly a great place to go for a relaxing day.

Its a unique place! I enjoyed how we had a private room (we did the indoor option). The jets were really aggressive! We got a half hour and it was too long because of how hot the water was. I liked how you could select the music but we couldnt hear anything with the jets being so loud. It would be too awkward to go into the lobby all wet to ask for the music to be louder. Theres not really a dry place to get dressed after the tub so that was uncomfortable. There are bathrooms but no hairdryers or anything to help you look presentable again on your way out. The hot tubs are very deep, so your hair will get wet even if its up. The staff was very friendly. I kind of thought it would be more spa like than it was for the money but oh well. It was a cool experience.

Has been my favorite place for over 25 years! The individual, private rooms are simply decorated with your choice of music played. Each room has a shower, and towels are provided. Staff are calm & friendly. Very nice atmosphere all around.

The place is so easy to find plus parking is available right in front of the shop. The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. My husband and I had an excellent outdoor hot tub experience (in the middle of winter)! Thank you Sean for the short tour. After which we had a couples massage - very relaxing courtesy of Charlotte and Josiah. An experience well worth repeating soon. 😉

Amazing. I love coming here to sit in the wooden barrel style tubs, look up at the sky, and disassociate. This place has great and friendly staff and is always a good choice for some tension release after a stressful week. I hope they can recover quickly from their recent fire because I miss being in a hot tub outdoors.

I have been to East Heaven 3 times. Tonight I went with my 2 friends for a relaxing evening. The front desk associates Sean and Katie were absolutely wonderful with assisting us in many ways. The massage therapist I had was Morgan, she gave me a swedish massage that was beyond amazing. Out of 4 messages Ive had, this was the best. I will absolutely be going back to her and cannot wait for my next visit. Thank you so much for the excellent service!!

The staff members are great and very help full. The place is clean. The hot tub was just so relaxing and amazing. And the message was fantastic. As for the prices they could do better when couples come in and do both hot tub and message or maybe offer a lil more in the hot tub like wine and chocolate strawberries. Over all it was amazing

We drove an hr to try this place out. We schedule outdoor tub for 2 and 2 paradise massages. Somehow we paid for two massages but they only scheduled one. So yes we did get refunded for hot tub an one massage. The place looked awesome. I just wish our services were met. The host moved us both forward to fill out the sheet as if we were both getting a massage knowing only one masseuse was on duty.. and instead the working masseuse advised us of the mix up at that point we were confused. I wish the host had communicated with us 1st an try to rectify the situation. Again they did refund us the hot tub an one massage but, we did drive an hr for these services to end up disappointed an waiting in the car for an hour for my significant others massage to be over.

First time coming ! Came to celebrate my birthday, and through the Covid the staff/place was wonderful. The hot tubs was a good experience and the ambient was spectacular. Definitely will be back. Place was very clean so it’s a plus

Ive loved East Heaven since I went to college in the area... theres nothing like it.The outdoor tubs are my favorite -- I recently tried their new solo soaking tub, and wanted to share that it doesnt have jets like their larger tubs, and isnt quite outside -- its in a private outdoor enclosure. For anyone considering booking this option! I did enjoy it, but for my next visit, Id probably arrange a larger party and return to the larger outdoor tubs.I was also happy to see they have great covid protocols in place that allowed me to relax and never worry -- the reason we all visit East Heaven in the first place!

We love going here. Its so relaxing. My now-husband first took me when I was still in law school. I left more relaxed than Id been in years! 30 min is a good amount to start with. Try the outdoor tubs at night if you get the chance.

I brought my boyfriend here for a gift for a half hour hot tub and hour massage. We were 100 % satisfied. All of the staff was very polite and professional. We already have our next appt booked. I am shocked to see that some people can write a bad review about this place when there is really nothing bad to say about it at all! I am so glad I decided to come here it was a great experience and I cant wait to come back!

This was the best experience I have ever had. My husband and I went for our 10 year anniversary this past weekend. I called with questions and booked with front desk. The man that helped was very accomodating and made me feel welcomed throughout call. When we arrived we called ahead to confirm entry (covid safety) and we checked in quickly and smoothly. They provide towels, so just bring comfy clothes. You can change in bathroom downstairs. We got the private rooftop hot tub and the spot was awesome. The tub temp was perfect and the 45 minutes did not feel rushed. We moved downstairs after for our separate one hour massages with Lauren. She is amazing. I dont know how we will live without this in our lives regularly now. The room was inviting and calming and the table was comfortable. The therapist communicated well and was attentive to any problem areas, while paying full individual attention to every finger and toe, and problem areas as well. Its a a few hour escape that will leave you feeling relaxed and at peace. I recommend doing the hot tub and massage package, they compliment each other. We will be back within a few weeks.

What an amazing experience. These are not your average hot tubs. The Japanese aesthetic and gorgeous teak wood and tile indoor tub rooms create a luxurious and meditative experience. Ive yet to try the outdoor tubs, but they look equally as immersive in the midst of rock garden, bonsai, and statues. They also offer tub and massage packages. This is a must visit for anyone looking to relax!

There is nothing like an outdoor hot tub on a winter’s night! I’ve loved going to East Heaven for years, but savored this time all the more due to being able to enjoy an outdoor hot tub amidst Covid. Their facility has always been clean and efficient, and they easily upped their precautions without taking away from the experience. Thank you!!

Excellent and happy service every time we come here. The hot tubs and rooms are immaculate and if you go for a rooftop tub you will not be dissapointed!! Rented by the half hour for $30 per person with a two person minimum this is a great way to get out and relax for an afternoon. They also offer massage and tub packages at varying rates.

One of the few places around here that you can rent a hot tub in this area. Theyve been in business for nearly 40 years. Never had a bad experience there. The place is always clean. The tubs are always relaxing. And if you need a good massage, this is the place to go.

Very nice place! Main downfall was that the water was WAY too hot, I felt like passing out and just wanted to lay down. I had to hop out and use the shower to cook down with the cold water. It was definitely a fun experience with my boyfriend but my head was pounding from being too hot so, I might wanna try the outdoor one next time so I can sit out and cool down better. Just with there was a temperature gauge that I could control myself so I wasnt too hot

Incredible spa experience! As someone who has been to quiet a few spa’s. This one of the BEST I have been to! My friend and I went for her bday and bought a couples spa package. 30min hot tub followed by 30 min massages. Such a luxurious and relaxing spa! They made the experience feel special and luxurious. East Heaven is a haven for early spring rejuvenation in Northampton. I felt an immediate tranquility upon entering the spa a quarter hour prior to our outdoor hot tub reservation. The one hour timing was perfect as was the space, pristine, private, open to the sky and the afternoon sunshine raking across the wood decking surrounding the tub. A heavenly experience, highly recommended.

I had to reschedule last minute due to weather unaware of their cancellation policy. After initially being told I could not get a refund I spoke to the owner who was very understanding, professional and kind. I came to East Heaven for the first time today and I can already say I can’t wait to go back! I had a massage with Rebecca and she did an incredible job. She was very thorough, welcoming, and professional. I received an hour full body massage and she did an exceptional job working all my sore spots from head to toe. It has been a long time since my body has felt this relaxed so thank you so much, Rebecca! The spa itself is beautiful, very clean and quiet. All the other staff members I interacted with were equally kind and welcoming. I also feel like their prices are quite reasonable for the exceptional level of service I received. I can’t wait to come back and try their outdoor hot tubs. Thanks again!

This place is A1. The ambience is out of this world. Weve tried the outdoor and indoor tubs, and they are both great. The massage services are also great. They make you feel very comfortable, and you leave feeling relaxed, and peaceful. Will be back monthly for a massage!

This place inspires me! I love to soak outside in the Japenese style tubs, bubbles no bubbles, any season...for me there is always a reason to visit East Heaven, because I deserve it! The facility is clean the staff are helpful, not always friendly but they get the job done. In addition they have couple massages available which is quite a treat!

I went right before they started renovations... Beautiful unique place for a date.. Out mommy daughter time... Or relaxing by yourself... The hot tubs are very private and extremely invigorating 45 mind is all you need.. Although they usually go over to a full hr... All fall winter early spring and apparently every other day this summer is a great time to go...I do hope they reopen quickly

Ive always really appreciated the ambiance and the relaxing tubs here. Unfortunately, Ive become quite disgusted when noticing the slimy wall and seat area of the tub we had last used. This is the 2nd time that I have felt this, and its really quite appalling.The idea of having these tubs are great! Especially under a cold snowy night with a full moon. However, I am having a difficult time making another appointment to return now that Ive been turned off by the germy slimy tubs. I wish these were cleaned more often. Slime does not accrue within 24 hours of usage - even when used in excess. Please clean your tubs more frequently and post your new guidelines when you have made these amends. I would really like to return, but under healthier and more sanitary conditions.

Nice atmosphere. Have been here twice now did an indoor and outdoor hot tub and got a massage. They had a good selection of music to choose from. Place is very clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend.

This is a very nice facility, with several tub options, including a roof top tub, which is an excellent location during those warm summer nights. You can listen to your own music, at an acceptable volume and if you have a Bluetooth speaker, make sure it is waterproof. Alcohol is frowned upon, the last time I checked.

My partner and I had the outdoor hot tub experience at night, and it was so wonderful. Our local hot tub spa closed due to covid, and East Heaven was exactly what weve been missing. The only thing I wish they provided that some other hot tub spas do, is ice water. I know that a pitcher by the tub may not be doable due to covid, but definitely something to consider!

Normally we have a great experience but this time we were put in a room that was like the size of a walk in closet and it was up a spiraled staircase that didnt seem safe. You could barely move around the room to get ready for your massage. It felt super claustrophobic. We especially felt bad for the girls who performed our massage, you could here them bumping into the malls repeatedly. When youre spending hundreds of dollars to be there you deserve to be put in something better than a closet sized room. This place is normally great. The staff as well. But the upstairs room is definitely a deal breaker.

Thought it was unprofessional how we walked through the lobby in our robes to get to our massage. I dont think those massage therapists are even licensed. I get weekly massages. I know what a good massage is this was by far the worst. No oil was utilized. Just lotion. It didnt do anything to me. Water was provided from a fountain... not even complimentary water bottles. It was ghetto and too pricey for the service.

I miss this place so dearly! Id always go on my birthday when theyd have half off tubs. It was something to look forward to in the dead cold of March. Come back soon!!

Get yourself an hour hot tub session. Though the price is a bit steep your hour will be at least an hour and ten minutes. You can listen to any music you want if you use an indoor tub. Great place for couples or groups to get some down time and relaxation.

Its my second time there and its so relaxing and delightful. Well make it a point to come back more often. I strongly recommend the couples paradise package. Amazing experience with an awesome staff!

Great place to soak! go for the outdoor one if you can. even on a cold day it really is heaven. its like being in a tree house cabana. you get a huge enclosed private space with a large wooden hot tub, a stall shower, plenty of room to lounge. great value.

Went for a couples massage and half hour hot tub package and it was very delightful. James and Susan were awesome and the massage was well worth the money. The only negative was that the hot tub seat was a little slimy in some areas.

This is long overdue since its been a good 3 years or so. When we went, we had an awful experience. We had a slight emergency that came up and the receptionist gave us a difficult time about cancelling. We havent been back since and dont plan to ever go back.

Great hot tubbing! But they charge per person instead of per private tub, which seems exorbitant. Why would one person renting a tub for a half hour cost $25 but 4 friends renting the same tub costs $100? Can towel costs and cleaning for 4 versus 1 really be so high?

I have gone twice and had an amazing time. The staff is helpful and friendly. The tubs are super clean and nice and hot. Plus they are themed nicely. The massages are great and worth it completly

I am writing a review on East Heaven in Google Reviews because the survey provided after my appointment had timed out a few hours after the survey was sent to me in an email and would like the public to know about my experience. I came in with two of my friends for a package deal of hot tubs and hot stone massages. We were scheduled for half of an hour in the hot tub starting at 8:15PM and our massages were supposed to start at 9PM. We arrived 15 minutes late and asked if we could have some extra time in the hot tubs and not get the 15 minute break in between the hot tub time and the massages, yet our bell was rung at 8:45PM giving us roughly 15 minutes in the hot tub. Denied extra time in the hot tub, we went to wait to get our massages and had to wait an extra 20 minutes !!! we waited 20 minutes after the 15 minute break between the hot tub and massage and did not stat our massages till 9:20PM. We went to get massages and one of my friends and I had the couples massage and I was told before hand that we would have a choice of a male or female massage therapist, yet when we got there we had no choice and one of the massage therapists had to be a male which we didnt want. Lastly, the massage therapists barely applied pressure to the body . This was a very bad experience to all three of us and will definitely not recommend your spa and services to anyone else. Absolutely not worth $140 per person for the service we got .

We came here foe our first time last March to celebrate our birthdays, and have been back on a monthly basis ever since. It seems silly now to get a massage WITHOUT a tub beforehand. Thanks for always being so accommodating!

Went for a couples massage and let me tell you, I definately got my moneys worth.Dave was professional, friendly, engaged and very skilled in his craft. I went to see him after injuring my shoulder 3 weeks ago. He briefly assessed my needs and did exactly what I hoped he would. My girlfriend said her mssage was great as well. We will definately be going back and have already booked our next appointment. Very satisfied with everything!!!

Absolutely a treat for your body. Clean and friendly service with piped in choice of music. Shower with body wash and towels in each cosy, warm, private room. Hot tub was perfect temp surrouned by wooden decking. Massage also available. Your aching muscles will thank you.

This is indeed Heaven...the smell alone is worth the price. I usually love how it lingers after i leave. The rooms are really romantic and the water is amazing....i cant recommend this enough

Tub often here. Relaxing place. I would recommend outside tubs inside get very stuffy. Only real complaint is the water from the showers is extremely hot, might even be hotter then the tubs. Would recommend bringing a bottle of water with you.

Been going here for awhile, never any issues. Trying to make a appointment and it’s all of a sudden such a issue. Keep getting a run around of saying to call back different days. Really do not understand this hassle to make a apppintment. Won’t take my business here anymore. Made a appointment for a different place no hasssle.
