I drive 45 mins to come here! I don’t regret it Ever!! Great price! Nice Nice people. Fast service! I never feel rushed at all. If I had a suggestion I would recommend allowing public bathrooms to the customers. I drive a ways and I don’t mind but not being able to use the bathroom sometimes is a hassle. Front desk guy can be more welcoming but that’s about it. No real negatives I go pass several dispensaries just because of the experience.

Very unprofessional and rude. I simply notified the person doing my checkout that the register wasn’t accurately reflecting the current discounts they were offering and I was overcharged by a significant amount.It’s a shame my concern wasn’t handled in an appropriate manner, because I do business with them often.It was a simple math issue to resolve had they took the time to address it. Instead gave me only half of what they owed me, while making me feel inadequate and dumb.

If I could give 0 stars I would , went in to create account for promo of 50 percent off with 40 percent off coin next purchase upon arrival I notified them I wanted to create an account , I was told I already had an account (which I did not ). So I informed him of not creating an account if someone has made an account it would mean they stole my info . Long story short guy at the counter tells me he can leave a note for (sterling) but there’s nothing he can do. The budtender had told me (“your complaining a lot but not buying anything you must really need the 50 percent off”) at that point I was upset because not only am I being told that I made an account without my knowledge but now that I am “broke” I let everyone know that down the street at the “verb is herb” they don’t give me this problem. The other bystander came over to help us out she honored the 50 percent off because comes to find out I never had an account in the first place the guy at the counter was wrong and couldn’t man up or admit that so he stormed off like a toddler. I brought a few friends the following day to have them check out the spot only to find out I have been “Banned” when they scan my ID. This is just a prime example of “entitlement and lack of customer service when it’s needed the most. There’s plenty of better dispensaries around so there loss 👌

Their lookah bear doesn’t need to be charged for TWO weeks. Their weed selection is cat approved! Bought two different strands of shake, was suppose to be 28g and one of the bottles was less than the other. It would be nice if the products came sealed so we as customers know what we are getting hasn’t been tampered with.

So my 1st time a fire ants was disappointing, I told them I was a 1st time customer and that I was on a tight budget, they sold me .5 gr cart for 40$ total, I thought....ok if thats the best deal...I told a few ppl about my purchase and a friend lmk that every weekend they have a vip sale where you can get pretty good deals. I literally went back the next day, which was a Friday and got the same thing for 17$!! Couldnt believe that in an empty store on a Thursday afternoon that not one of the 4 staff members I talked to bothered to mention the sale, even after saying I was working with such a sm budget ( Im a widow and disabled.) So when I returned the 2nd time on Friday, I felt a Little rushed but that was understandable bc they were really busy, but still when ppl spend that kind of money on recreation they should make it a positive experience at the very least.Upon returning home, I opened a cart and enjoyed it,..but when I opened the 2nd cart it was broken in the foil pouch, tiny pieces of glass and oil smeared on the inside were visible., bc I opened it a week after purchase I had already disposed of the receipt so now I feel doubly let down by fire ants....there are so many dispensaries to choose from,..I want the one that actually wants me to come back every week! Cmon Fyre Ants, do better!!!

I was pushed to replace my choice with a more expensive Rand and then condescended against when complaining about the price difference that wasn’t my fault, it’s the whole preorder system. I wouldn’t have driven from Holyoke if they didn’t have what I was told I was getting. But of course, to no avail, did I get the original price I was emailed with while the employee continuously muttered about the price being different, belittling my choice and calling it the budget brand , if I want the top grade I have to pay for it. The issue wasn’t paying, the issue was the continuous disorganization in regards to pricing. Do better next time. You’re not a computer it’s not your fault, however, it is your job to fix it. 5 star for Dante. No stars for the two gentlemen that decided it was more productive to argue with me about price then it was to honor my preorder. Very simple stuff here.

There was a huge line when we got in and only two people to serve the line. There were no menus displayed on either of the TVS on the wall, just one paper menu once you got to the front of the line, which as you can imagine, made the line move very slowly.We bought two pre rolls and once we got home, we opened the bag to find AN EMPTY TUBE. We paid for two pre rolls and got one pre roll and an empty tube. Won’t be going back. Waste of money.

This is truly the best dispensary I’ve ever been to. Not only do they have incredible prices, their customer service is incredible. I had an issue with an order of mine and the manager (I think his name was Matt, I am terrible at remembering names) helped me. I’m usually so anxious to speak up for myself when an order goes wrong or something but he was over the top kind and understanding and not only made sure the order was corrected, he went above and beyond to help. Besides the great manager, the staff is awesome. John (I think that’s his name) is so nice and always greets me with a smile. I can’t remember this other woman’s name but she told me she just moved here from AZ and she was so incredibly nice too!! I drive an hour every Friday to come to this dispensary. They’ve got a lifelong customer ♥️ I recommend everyone check them out!!
I went to this place once on a whim when I couldn’t find some thing at a different dispensary. They are super packed all the time and they are super pricey. I paid $30 for some edibles. Let’s just say I haven’t been back since. The staff when I went, there was really busy and wasn’t super friendly. I felt kind of rushed and had sense because they literally had a line outside the door when I arrived.
Good hooch for a relatively cheap price. Lines on Friday so ordering ahead can be better but the pre-order line can get long too but at least with the preorder you can lock in your deal before it sells out.

So I was at Fyre Ants Dispensary when I came up there for vacation just to check it out for the first time, and as soon as you walk in the atmosphere is fantastic. The customer service was awesome and the gentleman that helped me his name is Mike, and he helped me pick out something I had never tried before called vapor fuel strain....31% and it was high quality bud, I loved it and it tasted great. Will definitely be revisiting soon.

Last year I would have given a 5 stars for the everyday prices and customer service at fyer But now that everyday pricing is really not competitive compared to the local competition. The customer service has gone down hill, the only time you could go here is when they have a sale and pray that they have what you actually ordered. The quality of the bud on sale weekends also hasnt been that great. I would travel multiple times a week here n Im from out-of-state. Hopefully they get it together in the future.

The girl with the braided hair and glasses that had the indecency to ignore me at the door needs to be taught better customer service skills. We made eye contact and she just ignored me and walked away. I admit it was 8:57pm but you close at 9pm and its not like you are really doing much just standing around in there all day and moving things around so dont act like your job is so hard and you are that tired at the end of the day. Laziness will get you nowhere so buckle up kiddo for a very unrewarding life. Also theres some great deals here.

Ounces for $100 on sale. Bubba Kush half oz bags from snickle fritz for 65 or 75 last longer than most and is fire. Bubble gum ball machine in front of the counter gets you deals for certain colors. Def is my go to place if the medical spot doesnt have a better deal each week..which has been often lately!

Listen I love the fyre deals and even the weekend vips specials. I mean who wouldnt??!! Prices are absolutely fantastic. But the last 2 times I went in to get stuff I told them I wanted a strong indica and both times they sent me home with sativa dominant flower. . I guess ill do my own research which I usually do for strains ive never heard of but these times I was in kind of a rush. You would just think that with how great of a place this is, theyd be giving you what u ask for. I know mistakes happen but twice in a row?? Cone on guys!!!

After a good talk and some amazing communication skills on Fyres end, I feel the need to share how a company can make amends just by simple talking. Great management makes for great employees. Will definitely come again and tell all my friends how superb Kasom and his staff are.I have come here 15 times with amazing service. I drive an hour and a half today to be told that what I ordered was $40 more than what I was told because I wasnt a VIP. So I go to sign up and cant seem to get an email or text to say Im VIP. I bring up that I have ordered this exact product 3 days ago and got it for the price I came in today to pay. The lady says it must have been a new employee and youre wrongWasted 3 hours of driving to be told Im wrong. Horrible service and not even offered any option on their end to help and walked out with nothing.Will be the last time I come here I think.
