Went there since Im out of town and no other place was taking appointments.The website is easy to use and navigate. I booked an appointment pretty much the day of. I went to the building and I was greeted right away by staff.I got the 45 min body massage. I was surprised how they didnt ask what areas I wanted them to focus on.Sometimes when they work on my back, it hurts and I dont really want that to be the focus area.The time did go by fast and I did enjoy the experience but I wouldnt call that a full body massage since my upper and lower extremities were barely touched.Prices were good which was also the main reason I chose this place.

I was having a lot of back pain after surgery and couldnt sleep. I found this place online and got an appointment for the next evening. Their later hours are very convenient for me. I just did a 30 min massage and within 10 minutes my pain was gone. This was months ago and my back has been great! Definitely would book again.

Worst experience ever. Took my bf for a couples massage for his birthday. He has a spinal injury and the massage I got was sooooo rough and he said his was the same. I think I made his spine worse with this gift I was trying to help him… Didn’t feel like any massage I’ve had and my mom worked with the woman who massages the basketball team the Bulls…. Do not waste your money!!! Every other place is was better…. They didn’t even know we had booked weeks ago… bad bad and pain edit: his birthday was in December… not today… we got an extremely awful awful massage… like no technique but cause as much pain and damage as possible

My wife and I often come down to this area and we’ve always noticed this massage place. So we decided to give it a try wow we feel so lucky they are absolutely amazing. We have had plenty of massages in our life and this is one of the best! So while your looking at reviews I hope this will help you decide on this place, the price is great it’s super clean and the staff makes you feel so welcome!!

Did not relax one bit with my massage! Besides, the construction going on my massage, My massage therapist left the room five times and no technique was used just a lot of pushing. Also, must be a language barrier, I said quite a few times that I had varicose veins And showed where they were located and that’s where she continuously massaged only one femur. For 90min and the money spent I am very disappointed and very surprised there is no intake form? People with certain health conditions can very easily die on the table. I wish I could leave a positive review but need to be honest.

I scheduled a last minute massage, requesting a female masseuse. Online booking website was super easy to use. Since they had an opening at the same time, I asked my partner if he wanted to get in and he did. When we arrived, the massage was set up as a couples massage. I responded that while we were together, I didnt schedule a couples massage, but went with it as there appeared to be a language barrier. I explained I needed focus on my neck and shoulders, due to tension.When entering the massage room, we realized the room had open windows near the ceiling, providing no sound barrier to the lobby. At that point, we should have exited the massage as it made me extremely uncomfortable.Instead, we dressed down and prepared for our massage. The 2 masseuse entered the room and I was frustrated to find that the male masseuse started working on me, the female on my partner.Despite vocalizing the need for attention to be placed on my shoulders, the therapist went through what must be a set routine of massaging, ignoring my request. That coupled with the consant ins and outs of customers, and the telephone ringing, which we could clearly hear through the open wall above us, as well as the male masseuse from the perspective of someone who only prefers female, provided a non-realxing experience that I will never return to.

I tried to schedule a 2 hr couples massage for my husband and me, for our anniversary, the website doesn’t allow you to add the next person, and then I was scheduled for a 2 hr massage, starting at noon and the next starting at 1pm. It wasn’t like I was trying to schedule right away, it was 6 weeks out. Uggh!The phone isn’t answered as a business phone, the greeting is “Hello”. Plus, you don’t know who you are talking to, and the people who answer can’t help with any questions about scheduled appointments. This was a very disappointing experience.

The best place to get the most out of your money! It was a full hour too. I had Henry as my masseuse, and he was awesome. I like my massages firm, so it was perfect, you can also request it softer. Hot stones felt amazing, and K felt so completely relaxed; it was a phenomenal start to my day. Would come back in a heartbeat.

My husband booked an appointment for me for Mothers Day, and this was the best experience of my life. I have never been so relaxed.My masseuse was Sally, and she was incredible. She focused on my problem areas (neck and lower back) and was careful around my knee, which I had just had an injury on.She was incredibly thorough, and every once in a while I thought, my hour must be up soon, shell probably start to wrap it up...NOPE! I was pleasantly surprised with warm oils, lotions, and hot stones. she even massaged my FINGERS. There was a lot that I wasnt expecting from this massage but I absolutely loved it.When I went to leave, she told me to wait a moment, then gave me a rose and wished me a Happy Mothers Day, how sweet is that 🥺I will be obnoxiously recommending this place to everyone I know, and I will probably make this a monthly treat.

My husband and I love this place. We can get an appointment right away and their hours are conducive for working people who need evening appointments. Its very clean and quaint and they do a great job. Theyre also some of the friendliest people youll meet! Highly recommend.

Stay away from this filthy place. This was the worst massage I have had in all my years of massages.

My husband LOVED his massage. I was not as pleased. I had told my masseuse to use less pressure a couple of times and he would resort back to too much pressure. I felt like someone had kicked me all over for 2 days after. I had paid for our massages prior to the service and signed my receipt. After a week of pending in my bank, the charge went through with an added $40. I called to request my $40 back, and without any questions, they took my information and sent me a check for $40 which arrived quickly. Another person may appreciate the extreme pressure so Im not going to speak poorly of the business because other than my masseuse not listening to my request, I was satisfied with the service for my husband and appreciated them getting the $40 back to me quickly.

If you want a relaxing massage this is not the place to go. It was very impersonal and felt rushed. I also had to pay before I got the massage which I’ve never had to do before. I was called lady a lot which was odd. I’ve had massages by many different people and this was the worst I have ever had. The door was left slightly open and I only had a very thin sheet on. If someone walked by they could see in the room. Also, the woman kept leaving the room to go do other things. The technique was very fast paced and off. She never used her hands and only used her forearms and knuckles and did this at a fast pace. I definitely felt like a number going here. I will never go back here.

I was tired, sore and not feeling the greatest; and a massage after work sounded like the best thing at the moment. I dont find many places that book same day, so I was very excited to find I could get in today. I think the man I booked with was Henry, for a chair massage. The massage was AMAZING. Sorry if my body was sliding weird to the side. He released what ever was being held in my back and shoulders. Would definitely recommend for a busy person who prefers to book the day of or book for next day. Im definatly going home to nap with a giant smile on my face.

Update: I have now gone more than 15 times here and used many different masseuses-.Every single time I come in, they get me in on a pretty short notice and hands down best massages every single time! Every one of you does an excellent job and I leave feeling like a million times better!! I train and work horses and farm for a living so get pretty sore and it is hands down my favorite place for massages, I never can plan ahead days in advance to book one, and almost always can get in the same day for a massage or the next day. Thank you!!Amazing!! Love this place!! I have gone three times now and each and every one was wonderful! Excellent deep tissue massage, each time I have gone it was a whole different massage and all were excellent. Highly recommend.

I think this is one of the best massage experiences I have had. We booked a couples massage and were able to be seen right away by friendly, kind staff! The facility is clean, welcoming and relaxing! I never had a massage like this one- I cant explain it but, it was a full body and the most relaxed I have ever been! The staff here is extremely talented! 🖤

I received the best massage I have ever had at Olive Leaf. I have gone to quite a few well known massage places around here, and I would chose this place over those. I had their 1 hour Combo Massage and 30 minute foot massage done. Their Combo Massage treats muscles and joints. They also use stretching and hot stones as apart of their technique. Once they are done with an area of the body they put hot towels on you. I didnt once tell the lady where my sore spots were, but she found them all and worked harder on those areas.At the end they even gave me a New Years gift! The experience was wonderful! Do not let any of the bad reviews effect your choice to go here. I did pay with a check when I went there due to their internet having complications. So I would recommend making life easy on the ladies and bringing cash or check. Thank you Olive Leaf Massage!!

Was here again last week, been going here about 2 years. This is the best massage in my opinion. Jenn worked on my shoulder pain and worked out the knots in my back. The hot stones treatment is the way to go, it seems to loosen the knots better. The girls are very professional and the shop is clean and quiet. I will always be back!

I’ve been here multiple times and every time they give the best massage I’ve ever had. Not a “frills” overpriced spa that I wait for months to get in either. I love this place and the price is amazing!

We just arrived in town and searched on Google, where we found this business that offers excellent couples body massage. My wife and I really enjoyed it; the pricing was reasonable, and they provided a deep tissue massage.

Massage was quite good. Needs the ambiance. No music and interior of space is rundown. I could hear people talking the whole time.

I have had several massages at Eastern health massage and each one is better than the last. I have had routine massages for several years and no one has seemed to instantly know where my knots and tension is quite like the ladies that work here. They are friendly and it is easy to get a massage at short notice. I would recommend you give this place a try, especially if you are dealing with chronic head, neck, or back pain.

Good massage but terrible service. I called the day before to set up an appointment. When I got there at the scheduled time, the woman told me that they didn’t accept walk-ins even though I made an appointment, and they advertise walk-ins are acceptable. After she looked at her book, she said fine. When I went to pay with my debit card, she said cash only even though I paid with a credit card last time and was never told that I needed to pay with cash on the phone. I said I had no cash and then she took my card as payment. Lastly she rudely pointed at her tip jar and told me to tip her, which I did but hated the fact that she expected me to. This place needs someone who’s friendly and professional to run the front of the store. I don’t think I will return after this disappointing experience.* I just noticed that she charged me an extra $2 on my debit card for a service fee, which I wasn’t notified about during the transaction.

This place is walk in, they do also have call ahead. I just got my 45 minute table oil massage and I feel so much better. My masseuse relieved so much pain and tension and I feel so relaxed. Very grateful

Called for an appointment for a couples massage for 7 pm on Saturday. Reconfirmed the appointment on Friday.We arrived at 6:45 pm Saturday night and the lady at the desk said that we didn’t make an appointment. We drove up from La Crosse and were really disappointed.

Definitely like working with the same women Feng who does a great job making me want to go back. It does get somewhat spendy if u want to tip but its definitely worth the extra tip for how u will feel afterwards.. Feng speaks pretty good English and she is very nice to talk to. It is a nice realaxing facility in a good location, and u can get free tea.Would definitely consider calling in and making an appointment since there is maybe only two people working there sometimes that I have noticed.

Went there for couples massage .was 130 gave her 140 .would not give change . During massage kept leaving room . Then when we go to leave demanded a tip. Will never go back .and massage was not very good .and was very noisy sounded like someone gitting floor with hammer.

This is one of the worst place if you want to relax. The massager keep on going in and out and attending phone. The communication and client handling is very poor. I would suggest not to visit here of you want to have good experience.
