Went in there a few days ago, looking for a freestanding vape juice. My normal flavor is a blueberry donut but they didn’t have any. There was a blue frosty treat, hoping it wouldn’t be a menthol I went ahead and bought it. I wouldn’t classify it as a menthol, per se, but has a chill to it. Not a bad flavor but bold and blueberry. Worker was helpful!

The guy that was working accused me of having a fake (I am 21 and have a legitimate ID). It scans fine and is legit, Ive never had a problem before. He said he wouldnt let me buy the product I came in for and was issuing his right to refuse service. It was really weird and he was on a power trip or something. Apparently they dont accept legitimate IDs, so if you have one its not good here.

When I usually go there, Im served by Alex and she is great, but I was served by a different staff member and he decided He didnt like how the government did the lettering on my brand new I.D (im 20 btw so its still vertical by wi law). By the way, I was only in there to buy cones which you can be 18 to buy and I have been buying for the past 4 years. Highly disappointed because I usually Get great service

Limited, incomparable to Smokeclaire and hopefully not put out of business by the new vape shop opening on Claremont Street literally a block away. The owner was very nice and hospitable, but theproduct he told me he smoked constantly and had lasted him weeks already lasted me about 4 days. Has the same brands you can order online for twice the price.

I was in on 1/20/24 at 10:32 and I was served by a wonderful attendant. I would love for them to get recognition because her service was amazing and so were her recommendations! I forgot the name but she did give it to me! I got the vapresso Xros 3 mini and the pull is strong and pretty great. I got the finest salt nic in green apple citrus. Everything is great so far. They do a military discount as well. I will be coming back!

OK, this is a re-write rating. This store has fallen short as far as flavors and options for vapes. They are charging more than they should too. The last few times I went there, their stock was low and it seemed like they werent in a hurry to restock the shelves. I gave up buying vapes there.

Overpriced and way to uptight. Tried to buy a vape with my little brother sitting in the car (hes getting his learners permit so hes driving) he stayed in the car the whole time. They wouldnt let me buy for myself.

Using different points system. All points accrued r gone now. Same products & I hope service is the same too. Havent needed it in awhile. Will update my review upon my next visit.

I got exactly what I was looking for and the customer service was fast, the store attendant (I didnt get a name.) answered questions, showed me where the product was and prices, he helped me pick out the merchandise i asked for and rang up my item all within a matter of 3 minutes. I like the fact that I didnt waste any time, that I was in and out of the store without distraction or unnecessary bull. Straight to the point. (One thing I have learned to appreciate more of now days.

This is my go to vape shop! Always getting new brands and flavor- I love the new manage! She is amazing! I’m in and out within 5 minutes!

The guy working the counter was so informative and showed us around as it was our first time in the store. We were also greeted by his sweet doggie. Was nice to see a puppy face while shopping

This vape bar has an extreme array of product, also the customer experience was executed professionally. Not, a tobacco shop, although they do offer tobacco products. I generally base my reviews off of customer experience, which Azara did fairly well, the cashier was more than helpful and very knowledgeable, where my inexperienced lacked. Regardless, as far as product goes. This place has EVERYTHING. Good job, all around. Isabella, was the Gal that helped me. Definitely, recommended.

I had problems with my vape device I bought from a different store but they still looked to see if it was fixable but it was actually broken. Then did very well suggesting what newer, upgraded model will still work with some of my old tanks and coils. I was very pleased and am very happy with my new one.

Just had Tess at the counter and she was so amazing. Told me the disposable vape deals (one type was like 3/$20something! Im from MPLS and that blew my mind!!) She even had me test them before I left to ensure none were duds! Just made me a new regular for sure! 💙🌌💙

Multiple times!!!!!! Ive bought a mod and was unable. To buy needed accessories like glass or coils. I suggest going online unless in a emergency. Its sad because its convenient to be able to go to a store and get what you need. Rather than waiting for the mail. But if you cant get what you need from the store its useless. Cheaper online as well Ive been a customer for over 3 years today was my last attempt at getting what I needed. I will be going Online from now on. And its not like I bought something and went back a year later. The day I bought the mod there were five other mods for sale. And they did not have coils for the mod that day. They were supposed to be coming in within a week or two. Now theyre completely out of that mod and they still dont have the coil thats just the last mod I bought. Not to mention theres other stories I wont get into.

The staff was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. The amount of choices is a bit overwhelming, but the clerk walked me through their system. They didnt have the type of juice that I normally get, but the guy ordered some for me to the store. I cant say enough positive things about this place

Different style than what I am familiar with. One of the largest selection of flavors I have seen and appears to be made in-house. Their juices are very high in PG, although not stated, its a dead giveaway with the deep and rich flavor. Next time Im up that north I would love to stop back in and try other flavors.

Staff was VERY helpful and informative. The two guys who helped me and my friends (Dalton, and another guy) were super nice and even let us try a bunch of flavors before we decided which to get. Highly recommended.

Blown away by the extensive selection! Pricing was also very reasonable. What was even better was the 42% sales going on because of 420. Because of the sale, we tried something new & loved it!

Very friendly, knowledgeable... whenever I walk in, someone is right there to greet me and help me find whatever Im looking for!! Ive always had my questions answered.. its a good, clean, laid back environment. definitely worth stopping in at at least checking on what they have to offer

Not where I usually stoped for vap gear, but definitely not a bad spot. I was in a hurry so I stopped here instead of driving all the way to my usual spot. Everyone here seems friendly and very helpful. I like the atmosphere. I grabbed coils and they helped me pick out some batteries. Again I was in a hurry. No problem. I was in grabbed my stuff and was out as quick as possible. I would stop here again.

This place has a decent selection of ejuice and their service is good for that. But I would strongly advise going elsewhere for mods and supplies. They have a 3 day return policy, any problems with your purchase after that and they wont even look at you let alone the product you purchased from them.

Love the remodel! Huge huge selection of e-juice and glass products and so much more! Fun, friendly and helpful staff. Wish they had a clearance juice section like most vape shops but I love that I can go somewhere in town for a very custom flavor as well as amount nicotine.

Love this place! They usually always have what we need and if they dont they will call around until they find what were looking for. The downtown one is good, dont get me wrong, but I love the friendly and helpful staff here.

Talk to Johnny, new guy but knows his stuff. Hell tell you what juice is worth buying and what sits around. He also looks out for people on discount days. Real friendly and real easy to chop it up with

Always rushed for the employee can sit back down ...parked outside for 1 hour while employee in bathroom 7 other ppl showed up but sign on door days be back 5 minutes was over an hour... lost business in that hour

Over priced on almost all products, Vape juice is not good quality and always tastes off. Can get almost everything azara has at iconic vapors for cheaper plus way better quality Vape juice. Azara also feels dirty where iconic has a nice clean feel. Used to shop here and will not go back to any of their locations.

Purchased a 1500 hit vape on Friday. Battery is DEAD and blinking by Monday. $25 in 3 days. I’m not a regular smoker and there is definitely juice left. There is no offer of a refund, partial refund, nothing. The guy tells me I should have “hit it before you left the store so now it’s past the warranty period.” I don’t know many folks who will spend $25 every 3 days on a disposable and I certainly won’t again. Absolutely ridiculous IMO! I’m now looking for a different vape shop to sell me good product that lasts more than the three damn days.

My wife shops here and they treat her well. I go along as I often drive but they have plenty for me to look at. Some of there glass peices are quite amazing.

We just moved to Chippewa Falls and decided to check azaras. Luke did an awesome job of helping us get great juice for a great deal, he even took the time to explain more about our coils and what works best! By far the best Vape shop Ive been too & they can expect our business for a long time to come! Thanks Azara!

Horrible horrible horrible customer service. Asked for the evolve plus xl coils .She Hands them to me and I didnt think to double check the employees work. Guess I should have .she sold me the coils ( wouldnt sell a single, can only get packs here I guess according to their law). I wrongly assumed she knew what she was doing as she works there. I went out to my truck and asked wife to place a coil in my pen . She immediately noticed they were wrong .I then immediately went back inside to pay extra for the ones iI neede .lady then tells me too bad. Sales are final .I asked to speak with a manager and I was again told too bad. How is this even close to somewhat ok customer service. She messed up and because I trusted the shop employee I am now screwed .what a world we live in. You can be rest assured I will happily go elsewhere or order online. Until azara begins to employee knowledgeable people I will no longer shop with them.

Had no idea about vaping until I called here on the advice of a relative. The guy was so helpful, couldve sold me an expensive vaping machine but instead steering me towards a $20 model in case I didnt like it. Have great tips and was obviously a knowledgeable person when it came to vaping. He even have me a sample of the vaping liquid. Clean store, knowledge of products and friendliness all go for a 5 star rating. Thanks for the help, advice, and product. I know my needs will be met and would recommend this store to anyone. Will likely be back

Be very wary of their delta 8 and 10 products. Both brands I noticed being Cake and ZEN do not have good reputations for their purity when it comes to contaminants and cutting agents being used.

My 22 year old friend and I came here and even tho he has a valid license they wont sell. Unhelpful uninformed employees yet again

Great selection of vaping devices and vape oil. They will mix just about any flavor you can think of and up to 24 mg of nicotine. The staff is courteous and helpful and their vaping oil prices cannot be beat! Oh, they will refill your old glass bottle at a discount too!

I went there 10-8-19 about 1:30 p.m. and rob was super duper helpful. He answered all my questions that I had about vaping. Ended up upgrading to the swell kit by vandy vape from a Novo 2. Ill continue to shop here for sure :)

Great selection and their employees are beyond exceptional! Sweet and knowledgeable about their products! The shop could use some cleaning, however.

For the younger crowd that enjoys partaking in non-intoxicating smokables. I will continue going to the grown up establishments where alcohol is served and intoxicating smoke fills the outdoor sitting areas. No offense, just not for me.

The Service at The Water Street location is horrendous 8 out 10 times. Go to London Road to be treated like a human being.

Its a cool place. They dont really know how to setup hookahs. Everything is over priced waaaaay too much. The employees are nice and the store is dope tho. Find what you want and just order it online

These guys are super helpful! I went in today to buy a new vaping device. I had a lot of questions about the different devices, and all of my questions were answered knowledgeably and with patience. There were no attempts to upsell me which I highly appreciate. At the end I decided upon the Smok Rolo Badge and two of their in-house juices: Red Beard remix and mr. freeze. Ive only tried the Red Beard remix so far, but I can see why its one of the favorites. Super tasty and flavorful, I cant wait to try the other one. Terrible service. Stood in there for ten minutes and some dbag with gauges in his ears and black hair never came up to help me find what I wanted. I will never be back and I hope he gets fired!

Disappointing that a $30 Battery - that is found to only last 2 hours on a charge - purchased 2 weeks ago is only worth 10% off the purchase of a replacement. I guess repeat business just isnt that important.

I went to buy puff vapes and they have the highest prices ive ever seen for them. Ill buy online for half the price. Id buy local but not for double the price ive found in stores in other cities or online.

Azara is my go to for vape supplies. I was accidentally over charged on a busy night, but the store manager got everything sorted for me with no hassles. Great customer service 👍

Very nice people who work there but the vape juice they concocted for me was a real witches brew as it tasted horrrible and ruined my brand new coil.

The in house vape juice isnt something Id recommend, but the customer service was good and friendly.
