I have had a few reiki massages done here and was so impressed! I go to Cara and she’s the best. Very comforting and attentive and she is very gifted!The atmosphere of the spa is incredible! It has been a pleasure visiting here.

Thanks to my facial appointment with Brittany my skin feels hydrated and soft. She took the time to explain everything she was using and make product recommendations. She did an excellent job massaging my shoulders and face.

My experience here is just speaking with the front desk over the phone. She was really kind and understood my situation. I will try it out one day, hopefully soon!Lily

This place has been a true disappointment. My Husband and I were excited to switch from a gym that our work was paying for at zero cost to us, to paying $160.00 per month to join this sports club with the added amenities.Unfortunately, the amenities are poorly maintained and are never turned on. We love a good sauna and steam room, but its embarrassing when you have communicated through e-mail multiple times, given feedback directly to the employees, and posted reviews and they still cant seem to turn on their sauna and steam rooms for them to be ready for their members.The front desk employee has been very helpful and is super friendly, but has advised there is nothing she can do outside of us contacting the owners of the business. She also filed a formal complaint, but we are still waiting to be contacted back from the multiple e-mails and reviews posted. It was also mentioned the maintenance/janitorial morning crew are not experts at working the sauna and steam rooms and the main person only works Sunday - Wednesday.The amount this sports club charges for their facility and amenities does not meet the expectations of a true sports club and is disappointing.Updated: Some improvement. Rooms are working consistently.

I have been member for two weeks. So far the facilities i have used have been clean and well maintained. The club hasnt been very crowded. Based upon other reviews, it appears they have upped their focus on being friendly because they have been very nice to me so far. I havent used the kids areas so I wont review them but they are there. The facility does seem to be very family focused and family friendly but I have never seen any children interfering with my ability to use the facility. The cost is hard to beat.

There never prepared for people. The rooms are always off and dirty. The eucalyptus spray is never full. This morning the guy did not turn the steam until 645 they open at five and im normally on my way out.Updated, the rooms are working and maintained. The gym is fully stocked. With everything open and working, i recommend this club.

Expensive rates for a very limited workout selection, front desk accounting staff is very rude. Requested to cancel membership a month prior and some error was made, when accounting representative Danielle P called and interacted through email she was extremely rude and argumentative. Not extremely happy about paying for a service that was supposed to be cancelled but not end of world however having a representative become combative and argumentative and threaten credit damage through collections is very unprofessional. Will not be a returning client to this gym and will not recommend to anyone local. Cal fit is 12 min away and half the price with more to offer and a staff that doesn’t try to become confrontational over a gym bill.

My husband and I took a tour of the club and were very impressed with the amenities and services provided. We thought for sure the monthly fee would be too expensive for our family, but were shocked to find it very affordable. We have been members for about two years and have really enjoyed the club. Our children love the kids club which has ping-pong tables, video games, computer games, movies, crafts, and even homework helpers. The equipment is in good condition and it does not seem to get too crowded. I have also tried a few of the classes and found them very welcoming. If you are looking for a gym where you can just go and get your workout done, without talking to anyone, then this may not be the place for you. Everyone here is friendly and you will likely see many people you know.

Parents, beware of this gym’s daycare facility. They do not have a play center policy and because of this do not regulate their staff to child ratio. My infant son was left in his car seat sleeping in another room with a half door and I was told he was checked on every few minutes. A simple baby monitor would ease this issue, but the general manager stated the staff may not hear the baby on the monitor and besides, the door was half open and staff could see through a window to check on the babies in the nursery. Point is my baby was not supervised while he was in their care like a was promised. I would expect supervision for every child. However, because my child has special needs, after I complained about him not being monitored, we were turned away from play center services because they were not “medically equipped.” We had already been taking my baby for 2 months prior to being turned away for his disability. This facility is not equipped to watch any infant and I’m glad I found out sooner than later how irresponsible this daycare facility is. If you have children and need day care while at the gym, go to Lifetime. They may cost more but being treated with respect and knowing my child is safe is priceless.

I have been a member at this gym for over six years, and I love everybody who works here, they have a new employee in the play center is called Michaela and all she does is wearing tons of make up as if she’s going to the night club , you never see her playing with the kids or taking care of them the way Linda, Paula Kathleen or other women do! She needs to go to another department that she doesn’t need to deal with the kids and chidren

The gym carries a lot of good stuff under their roof. Unfortunately, they also carry staph infections and are happy to share them with you. They have big bathrooms - remodeled within a year that you’d imagine would be clean, especially after C19. But this is sadly not the case. There are no real efforts in cleaning, and lots of grime. I’ve never seen a deck brush scrubbing the tiles or a gong brush in someone’s hand. Just some spray and pray and a meager effort to wipe it up. A little Ajax on the end of said brushes would clean up the place and maybe remove some of the infections that are spreading on our skin. Folliculitis, ring worm, and other fun stuff will happily be a part of your daily routine.

I joined this club within the past month despite the fact that the hours weren’t really early enough solely for the fact that they offered childcare. They had a kids night out coming up this weekend and I was pumped to see on their website that it was for children 2 and up. My son is 2 1/2 and potty trained. I then went in to sign my son up and was told he had to be three and I said “really your site says 2” so the girl went and checked with the childcare and was told it would be fine. I paid and even updated his card so I could have someone else pick him up for me. I had plans. I was then called this morning and told by a very patronizing woman that he had to be three and I would be refunded. I am so upset as this was one of the main reasons I am even a member there. I will be leaving as soon as I can!

It is a perfect gym if you are looking to workout and dont need all the extra things. They have a perfect slection of weights and machines and there is alot of cardio equipment. The pools are also heated year round. There is a steam and sauna and locker rooms and they provide towels and other basic things to clean up. The kids club is great and the staff at the kids club and gym are great. There is also another of restaurants around to get a meal after a workout.

Front desk and office staff outstanding. Friendly, caring and professional. Margaret is a terrific person. Those who post negative comments and reference “old lady” comments need a wake up call about life. Must be a very depressed and negative person. May want to start by looking in mirror.

The place is great . I see people wineing lol clean . Nice people . Great equipment. Pool and tubs are very nice . Great with kids and pricing is very fair.. 👍😇and as far as the childrens center? Awesome with the kids . Safe clean Great people !

Kinda expensive considering half the stuff doesn’t work and there’s only 2 benches 2 squat racks and 1 deadlift matt. too many useless machines that never get used and way too expensive to have to put up with that. also closes at 8 on the weekends… kinda stupid if u ask me

Was with them for a year. Equipment is a 4. Sales is a negative 4. Trainers attitudes toward people paying their salaaary who want to work out in peace is a negative 100. Staff at the counter is great..I have to say if you never seen my face b4 in that gym Im obviously new and if I happen to answer a call on the weight floor does that give you the right to basically yell across the floor at 6 am to get off the floorThats RUDE....can women-trainers has roid-rage? Enjoy your late 40s lady stay off the juice; pay attention to your attitude.As for the weight warden with the #mountains ..roughly putting away weights around me doesnt help me get the point to put my weights back it just reminds me of my wife roughly doing dishes to help me get the point that she want s me to do the dishes ....so not worth 100 bucks a monthBTW sales staff saying that the difference between you and 24 hours fitness is that You are a Club doesnt make you a club...treating your customers like they are gold makes you a Club The only thing about this place that makes it a club is the money you have to fork out for EVERYTHING ...keep you f-ing q-tips and mangy towels!!.. Im going back to a GYM - F the Club

It’s incredibly difficult to get an appointment. If you want a Saturday appointment expect to wait at least 2 months. Massage experience is good, but not worth the wait.

Love this place! I go every 4 weeks for facials and deep tissue, every person I’ve gotten is wonderful. And they sell image skincare line !

The old lady at the front named marget is very rude. Every time I come in here I always try to be nice asking her how her day is going, but she is always very hateful towards me whenever I ask a question and is just straight rude

Its expensive for what you get. Its a plain gym with a rude staff. Im not asking much but you have to Reserve your time and a third of the time you go though calling and making appointment and they never enter it.

There equipment is in very good shape , very nice pools and hot tubs , basketball court is amazing , front desk is very good
