The atmosphere is great. Clean nice and a contemporary Southwest minimalist vibe. I also really like the ease of booking. I can usually get same day massages and booking takes less than 30 seconds…But Kayla M is the reason I love NOW. Her massage is like medicine!!! She really listens to your needs and delivers perfectly.

Kayla was fantastic! Level of deep tissue perfect. She worked out my stress points. Environment is so relaxing. Ester was warm and helpful. Price is a little high. I wish they had a 3 month membership. I would purchase that.

Kayla was amazing! Great pressure, she was very kind and happy to help with my problem areas. The space is super clean and way bigger than I expected inside. 25 mins was not enough though, its worth it to pay a bit more for the longer sessions!

Wonderful Experience.This was my first time at The Now. I was very impressed. The decor was inviting and relaxing. The staff was well versed in customer service, especially the front desk person. I had an incredible message from Pallavi. She asked about my preferences and followed them exactly as I wanted. I have been to other massage places in the area but this was by far the best experience. If you are looking for professionalism and expertise in a calm setting then look no further. The Now is where youll find it.

Been using for years. Never cancelled without notice, ever. I became really ill and couldnt get to appointment and was sleeping through cancel time. Uggh. Not how I do things but I live in Town Center and utilize this business and others regularly. They charged me for my missed appointment and I understand policy but goodwill and good customer relations is better than a bad feeling. I would have continued supporting this business over the upcoming years, now wont use. Keep good customers and people who tip your staff generously.

The Now is great for monthly relaxation massages with reasonable membership prices. Ardalan is my favorite therapist - skilled, intuitive and caring.

Everything awful. Rude, entitled staff. Well below average massage. Overpriced. One of the worst establishments I have been to in 20 years of getting massages. They put a lot of resources into aesthetics & marketing and not nearly enough emphasis on service. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

The first time I went when they opened it was really amazing. They did a great job. Today I went because my usual girl has been all booked up since the new year and I am used to deep tissue massage and sports massages. I was not able to get the same person that I had previously when I visited this location, so I tried another. Hands-down the worst massage I have ever had and I’ve had a lot. I write this simply, because I paid quite a bit of money for an experience. I could not wait to be over. The masseuse I go to privately charges me less for a 90 minute massage than they do for a 15 minute massage and she has 20 years of experience.I will say My massage therapist was very nice. She was a wonderful lady but unfortunately it really felt like somebody was just poking at my back and was painful but not in a good way like a deep tissue Massage usually is. Anyways, I’m writing this to maybe help save someone some money and time. If you do go ask for a girl named Ronnie she is the only one that I had a great experience with and the only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one

Had a wonderful massage by Stephanie. The facility was comfortable and very relaxing. Make an appointment early to get the time you want. But it’s worth it!!

I got gift certificate for a massage for my birthday 🥳 I had never been here before . I had this lady give me a massage her name is Asia she was so sweet so professional and gave me the best massage I have ever had !!! OMG When I walked out of there like I felt like a noodle I went home and took the longest nap . What an awesome massage! My massage therapist did an exceptional job at addressing my chief concern area. I hold a lot of stress in my traps, shoulders and neck. She spent a large portion of my appointment focusing on those areas and getting those knots out.Can’t wait to come next time. I will definitely be booking the 80 minutes next time because it felt so darn good!

I have been coming to The Now Masaage in El Dorado Hills for over a year now and have never had a bad experience. I had alternated between Ardalon and Sierra. However, when Sierra left, I took a chance on going to Malissa and she is fabulous. Ardalon has a run for his money with Malissa. I’m fortunate to have two great masseuses and Malissa - thank you so much for stepping in and truly stepping up to a challenge on making your clients feel great. Don’t worry Ardalon - I’ll still sign up with you too :).

I checked out The Now last week and it was amazing! So excited to have this new option in Town Center. The décor and vibe are so clean and modern. Everyone was super friendly. I love the back room... such a relaxing atmosphere with the ocean white noise and the softly flickering lights. I asked for medium pressure and my massage therapist, Brittany, did a perfect job. I signed up for the membership and cant wait for my next massage.

Ive had massages with Brooke and Andrew. Both did well! The setup is different than any ive experienced but it encourages quiet, which is refreshing. The membership is a fantastic deal! Tip your therapist 🙂

For the money I actually thought I’d get a real massage. Instead I got an elbow massage. When it was over I was left covered in oil. Didn’t even offer a hot towel for clean up. Go to a small parlor you’ll get a better massage trust me.

Had such a wonderful experience today! I had a fantastic massage with Brittany, it was the best massage Ive ever had. The front desk and waiting area were great as well, very friendly staff. The whole place itself was so beautiful and relaxing. I will for sure be coming here again.

Just an amazing experience! It’s exactly what I needed after a long couple years without body work. Time for a bit of self care. I felt like I was in Thailand, on the beach under a palapa….ambiance was top notch! Kristi was just the best masseuse with perfect pressure. I like the all the options though can be a bit when you’re looking for a massage.Will defiantly be back!

I‘ve been many places, but I like this place the most. Staffs are friendly. The unique ocean white noice make me feel so relaxing. Saied and Ardalan are very good with their unique techniques. I did signed up for their monthly massages since it’s a pretty good deal as a member.

First time at the now, probably thousandth massage, and this might be the best Ive had. My therapist was named marissa and she was incredible. Id go all the time both to get more massages from her and see if the rest of the staff is up to her standard, except for the cost. Not that it isnt worth the expense, but it is quite pricey, unforchunetly too much so for me to afford with any frequency.

Alba was so thoughtful and lovely! Very soft spoken, consent asked during every interaction. Really beautiful place and i recommend her and The Now!

This place is amazing! Walk in with all your stress and tension from the day and leave with peace and relaxation. Like going to a spa in Sedona without having to travel to AZ. Locally owned and operated. Brittany is an excellent MT.

Warmth, comfort and completely compassionate care in my session…. Brooke is caring, and attentive to the spoken needs I expressed.The environment is pleasant and supportive of a positive therapeutic experience.

Update after a few months of a massage every other week at The Now EDH...Every masseuse I have had in the last few months has been fantastic, each in their own unique and professional way.I just had an 80-minute Stretch with Saied - I would give it 6/5 if I could!

Saied provided an excellent deep tissue massage and was very professional. The place feels clean and smells wonderful.
