This is as good as it’s going to get for El Paso. Great DJs, basic drinks, and nice nighttime atmosphere.

The Briar Patch ! Very dirty especially the bathrooms needs a make over . Was frisked at the door so geto . Not even a hi from the bartenders. On gay pride . The old Briar Patch was better when Klaus and Don Randino owned and Gilbert Marqus the manager !!!

There’s a difference between an actual queer space and a bar that is happy to take money from queer people. This is the latter. Straight bar cosplaying as a gay bar.Not wheelchair accessible.Terrible restrooms.

Worst bartender I’ve ever experienced, very rude and wouldn’t accept a valid drivers license and wouldn’t give a valid reason why. He was more focused on giving out free shots to EVERYONE of his friends in the bar. The man at the bar shouldn’t be a bartender if he wants to represents this bar y’all are losing money on your liquor he’s making y’all lose your business for free shots. 9:40pm OCTOBER 3

Atmosphere seems to be deteriorating, it looks like it was a nice place , but probably because there is not good management.Hopefully this bar survives . Best of luck 🤞

I am so very impressed by the DJ they had tonight! He knew exactly what he was doing and I absolutely loved my time here for that very reason. The drinks were good and so was the ambience. Obviously Id go back.

Too crowded. Employees were too busy at the bar to help but the atmosphere was cool thats about it. If you wanna have a good time come here. If you want to get overcharged and wait forever for a drink this is also the place for you

It was my first time here. I had always wanted to come here but never had a chance namely cause of the corona. But they finally opened and let me tell you it was awesome. The mood felt welcoming, the bar was quick to get me my drink. The people were in a good vibe and the music was great. I danced the night away

Our bartender is great fun and friendly!!! We are driving back to Santa Fe nm and decided to spend the night. So we got a room at the historic Hotel Gardner. Julio my husband and I are chilling great vibes. Thank you we will always come back telling friends🙋🏾‍♂️

Horrible and unprofessional! DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD HERE; ONLY CASH!!!!! I haven’t been there in forever since COVID, so my friends and I decided to go last minute after 1am. Obviously I didn’t drink much and I tipped appropriately, but when I checked my statement two days later when the purchase cleared, they simply changed the tip to whatever they wanted! I literally have receipts. This is ridiculous…..

This evening I was elated to be attending a birthday party that ended up at Epic Night Club. The music was great and the vibe was poppin’. As usual.... however today when I entered the bar and was waiting for a drink I was approached by a bartender that made me feel as though asking him for a drink was the hardest part of his evening, much less his job. I could not believe the level of unprofessionalism I experienced. Angel the bartender needs to get a reality check. He needs to do his job and that’s it

Bought 2 drinks during my first visit, this morning saw a 25 dollar charge on my debit card. Will be disputing with my bank. Crazy homeless people also seem to love to park at this place.

I want to tell you about a story about a local bar that really cares about its patrons makes them a part of the family from the manager all the way across the spectrum of the bartenders and even the most special bartender Edward Angel who has been a godsend to this location greeting everybody with a smile and treating everybody as if they’re the most important person the only improvement that could be made here is to have three angels it sounds heavenly to me.

Angel the bartender needs to be fired. He thinks hes the owner of the bar and I dont understand where he thinks its okay to kick people out because he thinks ” its his job” Im tired of this bartenders. They think they own the place and they dont.

Always such a pleasure to come have a drink! The staff is so kind and attentive! Angel is the best! From the doorman Fernie to the manager Nadine, this staff is phenomenal!

Ive visited about ten times and they always make me feel welcome. The inside bar is dark and cozy and the patio is great.

Bartenders amazing, but security horrible!!! I was taking a video for social media to post and security toll me to get down from chair when I was taking a video!!! They suck

I love all the new updates and the new management is the bomb they Rock and the bartenders are great with great prices on the drinks. When I was there Richard was the bartender I had great service at our table.

Management is so close minded, they are not supportive of latin individuals. I get it its an american bar but sill bot play latin music. Made a special request to the DJ and they told me they were NOT allowed, due to MANAGEMENT..... smh

I cant believe that the Briar patch is anti-puppy! My friend got kicked out just because he was wearing a puppy hood! And the security guard (the short and stouter guy with the pony tail) was incredibly rude about it too. Disappointed, Briar patch. ☹️

Nice place to grab cheap drinks and enjoy some good music, they have DJs regularly so you are definitely going to find a style of music thay you like

Karaoke is available on Tuesdays and the service is great. There is a TouchTunes machine available if music isnt already playing or a DJ set for the evening.

My friend was practically physically kicked out by the security guards. Angel the bartender needs to get fired. I won’t be coming back.

My party and I were physically abused for trying to use the restroom before closing time. At 1:50 according to the manager is the time they close down the restrooms.

We stopped in en route to Phoenix as a suggestion.The day bartender was awesome and friendly and made on of the best margaritas I have ever had.
