It was my first time. I definitely loved the experience. Everyone I encountered, from the front desk to my massage therapist,was friendly, polite, helpful and professional. Made me feel right at home. I recommend Letty!

Highly recommend this location. My provider was Doris. She was amazing. She listened to every problem I had and really worked on my whole body. Its been years since I had a massage and i came out feeling really great. The front desk staff are also very nice.

Massage Envy was a fantastic place to go to. From the front of house service provided by Trish to the amazing massage and stretching provided by Josh I was 100% pleased by the entire experience. It was exactly what I needed and Josh not only helped me to feel better but he provided some homework for me to make sure my mobility and tense muscles could improve. 10 out of 10 and I cant wait to go back.

I’ve been calling for 3 days straight to cancel my membership, 2 emails to corporate and I am yet to receive their so called email for cancellation, I’ve heard so many stories about how hard they make it to cancel your membership. DO NOT do it it’s not worth your money, and yes I spoke with the manager and she confirmed my email and said I will be sending it in the next 5 minutes. I’ve checked my spam and inbox every 5 minutes since and the email it’s yet to arrive.

Everyone here was so nice and professional. Doris was so great. I felt very comfortable the entire time and I don’t think I’ve ever been so relaxed in my life. Would 100% recommend. I will absolutely be back.

Jane my massage therapist was ABSOLUTELY amazing and knowledgeable. The front desk person I believe her name was Trish was also amazing too. Very helpful, clean and super professional. Will def visit again!

Josh is amazing! Made my back pain go away and gave me tips on how to improve my posture. Trisha is also a friendly front desk personnel.

I had a really great time at Massage Envy. It was super relaxing and kind of like hitting the reset button. They really know what theyre doing there, making sure you leave feeling totally chilled out. Its definitely my new favorite spot for when I need to just unwind and take a break from everything.

Verónica did an amazing job! She found the problem that I’ve been facing for years on my right arm, I couldn’t keep it still for long periods of time. She takes time to hear her clients concerns and finds solutions.

Josh provided a great massage. He was able to release the tight muscles in my back and shoulders. He was extremely careful and y just the right amount of pressure to loosen my back muscles. My back flexibility is important to me since I am adjusting to a total knee replacement. Josh’s massage helped my low back and glutes stretch - now I feel great!

Amalia was amazing!!! As a working mom this was a very much needed massage. She made me feel so comfortable. Will definitely come back again

When u walked in for my appointment I was greeted by Evelyn in the most welcoming way. She was so pleasant and helpful I had a microdermabrasion facial and Jonathan was amazing. I left with the most brightest glow on my face that I never had before. I will definitely go back for more sessions with him.

This was the first time I had Anna as my therapist. She is great! She applied the right amount of pressure and spend a little extra time on my trouble areas. I highly recommend Anna.

Mrs. Letty always makes my experience so pleasant. I get the relaxing massage with her every month and every time I wish an hour didn’t go by so fast! She’s very professional and prioritizes my needs always!

Got a 60 minute firm pressure massage with Josh and an oxygenated PCA facial with Courtney and I walked out of here glowing, refreshed, and relaxed. They both were professional and made sure I was comfortable the entire sessions. I definitely recommend this location.

Just had an amazing massage with Ms.Letty on the Far East location. Ms Letty did an awesome job. She recommended the hot stones as an enhancement. The stones made my experience more relaxing and enjoyable, thank you Ms. Letty!

Fair experience. I’m not sure the techs have much experience. I’m unhappy about how hard it is to get an appointment at I time I prefer. When I do establish a relationship with an associate they are soon gone. I never know who will be my therapist.

Liza was very focused on getting my shoulder muscle issues addressed. Was quick to schedule a follow-up so that it doesnt come back. Trish at the front desk was very attentive and professional as well.

Doris on the El Paso East location was my masseuse and she did an awesome job. Totally recommend her!As far as Massage Envy, I believe they should be more transparent by telling people how the appointments work. You should get what you pay for, if you pay for a 90 minute massage, that is what you should get and not anything less. This is not told to you unless you notice. Again, Doris did an awesome job but I am unsure if I recommend Massage Envy.

I am usually skeptical about trying new therapists but Liza is an amazing massage therapist. I have had her several times now and she is thorough, listens and ensures you are comfortable in all aspects. I would recommend her if you want a nice relaxing massage.

I did the 90 minute massage with hot stones and it was amazing. My masseuse Josue was exceptional. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. Definitely a 10/10 rush over to Massage Envy off of Joe Battle in El Paso and you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Josue and add the hot stones.

New visit 9/19/23:After going to a doctors appt to discuss the diagnosis on the pain in my back, I provided Josh with the update Taking into consideration the information I provided, he preceded to explain how the diagnosis is affecting me and how it explained the areas we have been concentrating on during our sessions. Josh gave me some guidance on stretches that could help in alleviating some of the pain, and recommendations for our next session.I always appreciate Josh’s professionalism and experience with my concerns.Look forward to our next session, unfortunately it always seems so far away!Thank you! ☺️4th Visit:This is now my fourth visit with Josh at Massage Envy and as usual I am very pleased with the service. Josh takes the time to find out if I have any problems and directs his energy towards trying to make it better. Upon arriving, I explained certain muscle tensions that I had around my shoulder and neck, he concentrated on trying to help identify the main areas causing me this problem. We worked on not only the muscle, but also some stretches to help Alleviate that muscle tension. Josh is always very attentive and helpful with our sessions and relieving any aches or pains I may have. He has been working on my back with a sciatic nerve, and it has helped enormously! Ive been going to massage envy for over 7 years and during that time I encountered 2 amazing therapists but unfortunately they are no longer working for the company. I was jumping around therapists to see who could match the previous ones and I finally found her!!! Her name is Amparo! Shes so detailed with her craft and nurturing and makes you feel absolutely comfortable. Shes very experienced and the pressure is perfect. She makes it a point to learn about your problem areas and goes above and beyond to make sure shes getting all the right spots. If you are new to massages, give her a try, I promise you will love her. If you already receive massages and dont love your therapist as much as I love seeing Amparo then you need to try her!

I went for my first facial yesterday afternoon and had the greatest experience! Courtney was easy to talk to which made me feel comfortable from the start, and made sure she had all the information she needed from me (any allergies, skin type, skin goals, etc.) before proceeding. She explained to me all that was going to be applied on my face and even advised me of any tingling sensations I may feel during any of the facial applications. It was a very enjoyable experience and I can’t wait to return! Thank you Courtney!

I had my monthly massage with Josh and it was wonderful as usual. Josh is my regular massage therapist and he does a great job at communicating with me to ensure all my problem areas are addressed. He uses the perfect pressure for deep tissue to release the tight areas. He is very professional and also provides me with recommendations at the end of session on stretches to continue to use to alleviate the areas of tightness he encountered. I look forward to my massages monthly.

I’ve been seeing Leyla a year now for my facials and I am amazed at how different my face looks now compared to when I started. Leyla is very patient and has directed me on how to take care of my face after each procedure. I highly recommend you going to her.

Yolanda is the greatest. She is an expert on taking care of tension and aching muscles. You always feel refreshed and well relaxed after her massages!

Ok so I’ve had massages before but this was my first time to massage envy and I got the 60min full body massage with the rapid tension relief. I’m a mom of 3 under 4 so I have a lot of tension in my shoulders, neck, and lower back. My massage therapist was Josh he was amazing I asked for firm pressure and I got what I asked for I’m so happy I will be following up the plan to help release more tension in those areas. I’ll just be going to the Spokane wa location. Sadly thank you josh so much you were awesome!

Josh has been my massage therapist for many months now, and every time I have a session he is on point! He listens to what my massage needs are and focuses to provide the adequate pressure needed for that area. As a result not only do I feel more relax but he also provides recommendations on what to do to assist those areas with proper stretches throughout the week. He is knowledgeable, and professional. Recommend 10/10.

Maria D. Is an amazing therapist. Her knowledge of the body and how to apply just the right amount of pressure is wonderful. I get a pretty deep tissue massage and she is able to find all those problem areas in my neck, back, and glutes. I suffer from sciatic pain and she helps to alíviate that pain. I also would recommend the 30 minute stretch before your massage, I have found this very helpful and beneficial before my massages. My visit yesterday, was perfect, and exactly what I need after my work week. A 60-minute massage with two add-ons. The first one was 10 minutes of rapid tension, and the second one was lavender blend so I could relax. Then, it was game on. Yolandas massage technique reduced shoulder muscle tension to the point that I felt sleep. Thank you all for your excellent customer service giving on the phone, via text, and face to face. It is much appreciated.

Josh was my massage therapist for the day and did a really great job. Focused on the areas I was feeling tight and really did hit the spots where I was feeling pain. Definitely recommend 10/10.

This was my first visit to this location and although it is quite a drive for me it was well worth it. Mayra was amazing, she worked on the knots I had in my neck shoulders then helped me with some stretches. Looking forward to my next session with Mayra. Great experience.

I’ve been seeing Paulina for months now. If you’re looking for a deep tissue to target problem areas she’s your girl! She also has the most beautiful/positive personality so getting settled it’s extremely comfortable with her. It doesn’t feel like a stranger because she’s outgoing and attentive.

Always professional and personable staff. Yoly (Yolanda) is exceptional in that she listens to you on areas to work on and is spot on with levels of pressure to use and being symmetrical throughout the session.

The staff are all very nice. I’ve normally carry my stress in my shoulders and neck. Josh is a great therapist, very professional and helps me feel allot of relief.

Love it here! I’ve tried facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion and massages. Everything has been great. I’ve also been a member since before Covid. Josh is my go to for massage, he is professional and has made my experience great!
