Chris & Erika are true professionals. They deliver the best service and focus on your pacticular needs. My last massage with Sarah was heavenly! Her hands work wonders and I will definitely be back soon. If you seek pampering & quality, this is your place.

Done deep tissue massages are my fave but will definitely try hot stone massage next time. Good experiences so far therapists are very professional place is quiet and clean. Love this definitely will be returning.

Ive been to 2 appointment here for Reflexology w Chris. He does have the touch. I am a service connected disabled veteran. I have pins in my achilles tendon into my heel bone. Two pins in each heal bilaterally. Reflexology provides much needed relief and clues you in on other areas that might need your attention.. Tranquil Haven, a good name for this business. I highly recommend this locally owned family business. Check out the many services they offer. Support your local community.

The massage provided was great very relaxing and I enjoyed it a lot. Catie was super nice and considerate. The building and atmosphere need to be updated. It doesnt feel like a spa, more like an office that is now used for massages. The waiting area is the hallway and the bathrooms are very outdated and run down. It would be nice if there was a room to relax a bit after your massage.

The experience was phenomenal from start to finish! The atmosphere is inviting and relaxing and the staff is very professional and courteous. Love all the embellishments offered to really customize your experience. Catie was absolutely fantastic! She really makes you feel well taken care of. I would definitely ask for her again.

The services that Tranquil Haven has to offer are very nice but theres not a restful room to wait between services and I waited about 45 minutes for my massage. About a year ago when I was there with my husband, there was a quiet room to wait in, with warm chairs and restful music. Now it seems, that room is used for massages. I believe the experience would be so much better if this was provided.

Conveniently located with plenty of parking. Clean and peaceful environment. Catie was great she reviewed my intake paperwork we discussed my areas of concerns and she personalized a treatment plan for me. During the massage she checked in and adjusted the pressure as needed.

Chris and his team are so professional and knowledgeable! I was struggling with tennis elbow, and he was able to get me with a very experienced medical massage expert, Sara James, and she got me up and running and out of pain! Cant say enough about Tranquil haven and their staff!

If you go please don’t hesitate to ask for Rebecca or Becky she is the number one for that job! You will leave with your body absolutely relaxed and calm! My service provider was Srdan, and he was excellent at what he does. It was a very relaxing and beneficial first visit. He helped problem areas in my body, and a lot of my pain in different areas has been alleviated. The whole spa had a relaxing atmosphere, and I was very comfortable. Everyone I encountered was nice and made me feel welcome. I will definitely keep going back to Tranquil Haven Spa, and especially Srdan, as often as I am able.

I found Tranquil Haven by accident last year and utilized a few services. But when I knew I was having an extensive surgery and was required to have almost daily lymphatic drainage massages, I turned to them for help. Its been nearly 6 weeks post op and I can honestly admit the recovery process has been much faster than I expected. I feel like part of a team every time I walk through the front door! More like a loving family. Thank you to all the staff but mostly to Erika and Chris who have created something very unique ❤️

Ive been to this spa a couple times now and the experience has been wonderful! The atmosphere in the spa is inviting and calm as soon as you walk in. I received a great reflexology massage from Chris and he couldnt have been more kind, professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was extremely relaxed and satisfied after that massage!! I just recently saw Tricia and she was fabulous! I got a 90 minute massage and she went above and beyond to work on the troubled areas. She did such a great job in stretching me out and getting rid of knots in my frozen shoulder, as well as the knots and tension in many other areas that were very tight. She was extremely thorough and gave me really good advice about stretching, breathing and the importance of being mindful in doing those things. I would recommend her to anyone! The bottom line is that this is the best spa I have ever been to. Everyone is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly. They really want you to have a wonderful experience, and do so many nice things to make sure you come out of the spa feeling happy and relaxed.

I’ve had the pleasure of visiting this sanctuary on multiple occasions (and will continue to visit) and I can honestly say it’s like no other place I’ve been to around here. I went to Tranquil Haven initially because I have terrible feet. I have so much pain. I worked with Chris with some reflexology on my feet and almost instantly felt relief. My feet are much better now and I have begun exercising again. I have also sent my wife for a couple spa days and she always had an excellent experience. Highly recommend them for whatever modality you may need.

Edgar was super polite, asked where my problem areas were and made sure to address those areas, asked about my comfortability and got me a glass of water after the session. The woman at the front desk was kind as well. Everything was top tier. I will be back

Just left here :)They were able to fit me in as it was just a random thought coming from Home Depot.Amazing massage! All I can really say is that Margari (hopefully spelled it right) was top shelf. Never had a masseuse take care and attention as she did. Usually I get ones who treat it like they dont want to be there and I shouldnt be there either. The deep tissue and reflexology isnt for faint of heart but it was exactly what I needed. I will be going back for another one soon. This dude approves 👍Going to bring my sister and niece here when they need a girls day.😀

Amazing lovely spa and workers:) i wanted to switch our workers because i was more comfortable with a female massage therapist and the owner went out of her way to switch because there was no one else. they are so so kind and patient and welcoming i loved the vibes!! great skills as well my boyfriend fell asleep during his massage because of how relaxed he was lol but 10/10 woukd reccomend . they even give a little consultation after the massage and tell you your problem areas and where you have knots and the services that would help which i thought was so kind and personal :)

Hands-down the BEST spa in El Paso. Erika and her brother, Chris, have opened a top-notch business in El Paso. The facility is beautiful, clean and conveniently located on the west side off of Mesa. I cant recommend this place enough. As someone who has a bad back, it took me FOREVER to find a massage therapist that I liked. Erika is second to none (the best). LOVE LOVE LOVE!!

I love this place!! By far the best spa I’ve been to and the only one I’ll go to now. Chris and Erika are amazing and truly care about healing their clients. I’ve been to multiple massage places here in El Paso and because of my profession I get them frequently but after I went to Tranquil Haven I stopped looking for the perfect place. Tranquil haven has given me the most amazing experience I’ve had. They’re all very professional and the place is very clean and sanitized. Reflexology with Chris is life changing and deep tissue/relaxation massages with Erika are to die for! Both very gentle and you can tell they love what they do because they’re so good at it!! They have an app where it’s super easy to book appointments with no charge. I recommend it to everyone I talk to and no one has been disappointed with their experience there. Definitely a 10/10!!!

Chris and Erika, the owners, are amazing! Not only do they do massage therapy and everything that goes along with that (body wraps, reflexology, etc.), they also open up their establishment to other wellness activities! Always LOVE going to Tranquil Haven and sharing about them with friends and family!!! Super professional, always super friendly and welcoming. As a photographer, I carry lots of tension on my neck and shoulders. The deep tissue massage is actually deep tissue (unlike other massage places Ive been to that call lightly rubbing your shoulders deep tissue) and always makes me feel so much better and less tight. Its always a treat to be taken care of by Tranquil Haven! Highly highly recommend them!!

Becky is the best person to go to if you got muscle knot or foot pain. I always go to Becky and every time i leave after a massage i feel like a relaxed noodle. My first time at Tranquil Haven was a great experience. I was looking for some relief in my lower back that has been plagued with spinal stenosis. Erika provided my session, and afterwards I walked out of there feeling 10 years younger. Chris and his entire staff were very professional and made me feel comfortable with the entire process. Theyll leave you feeling like a cloud afterwards! Ive been with two masseuses so far and they are so skilled and really release a lot of the tension I build up from a stressful life. They also use a skin-safe massage oil that does not have any harmful ingredients like synthetic fragrance. I highly recommend this place! BUT PLEASE please please tip your masseuses, people! I saw someone walk out without tipping and it shook me, if you can afford a massage, do not be so tacky and inconsiderate.

Srdan was amazing, he was cautious of my allergies and broken finger. He gave me aftercare tips and tips on how to relieve tension and flare ups at home. Very professional from start to finish. If you get a chance to have an appointment with him take it!

I had such a great experience at Tanquil Haven!I am not the easiest client, but I knew from my first phone conversation with Chris, who was completely polite and courteous, that they cared about my neck and shoulder issues. I was quickly given an appointment and was told about Sammy, who gives the deep tissue massages.Sammy, who was very professional and knowledgeable about his work, listened to my chronic neck struggles, didnt talk over me and gave me the full 90min I paid for. He certainly had his work cut out for him with my neck and shoulder struggles and listened when turning my head a certain way hurt. I decided to treat myself for my birthday to a long over due reflexology session; I had never had one but have always wanted one. I read the reviews first and this placed seemed to be exactly what I needed. Well, Chris exceeded all of my expectations. And as the cherry on top, his sister, Sammy, was able to work a little on shoulder and back as well. They are the real deal and their energy is beautiful. I was able to release pent up energy and emotions on top of everything else (toxins). I want to thank you, Chris and Sammy, for creating such a memorable birthday for me. I had my first ever foot reflexology session at Tranquil Haven with Chris, and it was such a great experience. I have plantar fasciitis and regular foot pain, but I noticed that my pain subsided for days after that session. I will be going back!

With debilitating pain in my lower back, I found relief within 24 hours of having a deep tissue massage and cupping with Ciara! I am now able to roll over in bed without severe pain ! Excellent massage with Becky. Hands that melt away stess. Thats how I would describe Beckys techniques. The perfect pressure transports you on wings of a butterfly. This experience for me has been exceptional. I had a really bad knee injury and went to physical therapy for many months. Nothing was like the care I received here, specifically by Jorge. His clinical massage therapy relieved so much ache in my injured knee....it was unparalleled to anything else. This is an amazingly calm and peaceful place full of *and funny* therapists.
