Unique Massage spa El Paso

Customer service was great! They accidentally scheduled us for a different day, so when we showed up for our appointment it wasnt available. However, they had one available 30 min later, so they still accommodated us. The massages themselves were amazing! We got the Swedish Couples massage and we loved it! We had Jimmy and Michelle, definitely recommend them! They also had complimentary wine while we waited, a nice touch.

My daughter and I were in town for our birthdays and they were able to fit us both in for same day appointments. It was very clean and smelled wonderful! Carlos gave me my massage and he made me feel very comfortable. It was one of the best massages I have ever had. I highly recommend this facility!!!!

We just called to schedule 2 massage and the lady that answered the phone was rude and sounded really annoyed. She kept saying “like I said”, every question we had she just sounded annoyed. We were considering booking here but if this was just on the phone I can’t imagine in person. They also go by 2 different names “bienestar spa & Unique Spa” check the other review as they have similar complaints. I recommend Unknot instead.

New to this establishment! Did not disappoint. Not only did they fit me in on very short notice but the environment was very zen and welcoming. Monica truly had amazing hands and made me feel comfortable and left me floating on air when I left! As an ER nurse on her feet night, that is a dream come true!

First time going & it was AHHmazing! I cannot say enough about their exceptional service from the phone call to book to the actual massage. Everything was great! It is a clean and very welcoming atmosphere all the way around. Dont think twice, book now!

The outside of the location is actually labeled bien Estar massage but is affiliated with unique massages just to clear up any confusion. When you walk in you begin to relax immediately. The staff at the front desk are so professional and polite and they take care of you quickly and efficiently. Prices are pretty fair and new customers get a 60 minute massage for 49 dollars which is pretty hard to beat! They have several massage choices including deep tissue and stone massages as well as the one I got which was the Swedish massage that came with the new customer deal One. You can pick a preference of a male or a female masseuse and they are very professional and caring making sure the pressure is right for you and you are comfortable throughout your session. The rooms are small but beautifully decorated and they have gentle and soothing music playing in the background. Each bed contains a sheet and a blanket if you are chilly and although you do remove your clothes except underwear I never once felt exposed or awkward which was a big thing before I was able to try this wonderful place. The sheet is moved for each part of the massage and tucked in so you never feel indecent. My lady was wonderful and I will edit this review when I get her name as I’ve forgotten it but she did a perfect job! Took her time and didn’t rush while still hitting every body part and getting out all my knots and sore spots. I would definitely recommend this place if your sore or tired or even just want a special treat for yourself that won’t break the bank. I will be back for sure and want to try the deep tissue massage or the hot stone massage next!

So I enjoyed my massage. I got a 90 minute swedish massage and even had a nice conversation. It was a great overall exsperiance that makes me want to stop by once more before I leave even though this was a week vacation for me. Only issue I had was originally trying to find them because unique massage and bienestar massage are one in the same though Google has it listed as two separate locations but cant hold that against them.

My husband and I did the 90 minute hot stone couples massage and it was amazing! We both had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

They helped my wife with lymphatic drainage and were very informative. Very friendly staff and relaxing environment. Will go again soon

My boyfriend and I had the best couples massage here. Its in kind of a random location, but dont let that deceive you, this place is fire!
