Where to begin. First The requested you pay upfront. Odd but ok. Maybe they have been scammed before. The massage was a decent one. Not my best but far from worst. On my way out she demanded a tip. I said Ill give you a 20% tip and she said no and pointed to a sign that said if I liked it I give her a 45% tip and blocked the door. I said no and she pointed again at the sign. After I said the sign is wrong and no one tips that high and I dont have to tip period, she accepted my 20% tip. Never had someone bully me into a tip before. Funny because I was planning on coming back here and instead they lost a customer.

AVOIDI dont even know where to begin. I called to schedule a massage for my wifes birthday which I prepaid for. When she arrived a week later they claimed to have no record of her appointment. Just what everyone wants when they walk in!!After finally getting this straightened out when the employee called the owner she finally received one of the worst massages of her life. The women giving the massage seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Several times the sheet covering her was pulled off of her and left off.This was one of the most uncomfortable and unpleasant experiences.

I have been going to Bluemoon for about a year now on a regular basis and I have always had a great experience! I have used brand name massage therapy companies in the past and Bluemoon is so far beyond the brand names in the techniques they use. My first Therapist was Angela and she was very professional and used techniques that I had never had used on me. I have chronic stiffness due to a health condition and she really made me feel so much more flexible. After about three months I called to make an appointment with Angela and was informed she had moved to Florida to be with family. I was apprehensive about making another appointment but after explaining to the lady on the phone, Kelly, she assured me she could give me the same care. That was in late March of 2022 and I have used Kelly ever since! She took even more care to make sure that I was getting the flexibility I needed! Kellys number one concern is for her customer! I was disappointed to read in some other reviews that some customers had, had a negative experience with a different therapist and while I knew this therapist I never actually had a massage from her. The management did take the necessary steps to correct this issue as that therapist is no longer working there. It was okay, at best. She could barely speak english & was difficult to understand. I was asked to pre-pay which I thought was odd. It was freezing cold in the entire office like maybe furnace was broken? After my massage, I handed her a 15% cash tip & she refused it & pointed to a piece of paper that said if youre happy with your service you should tip 30%. Again, I extended my hand with a 15% cash tip. She stepped over & stood in front of the door & wouldnt let me slip by her to leave. She just kept pointing at the sign. I felt forced to give her my credit card (again) & let her charge me for full tip even though I didnt feel like it was a very good massage. She got her full tip, but I wont be back to this place!

I have been to Bluemoon Massage several times and have had a great experiences each time. Jennifer does an excellent job and has always taken great care of me.I have some very tight areas and appreciate the pressure she is able to use to help with the pain I have.I have easily had over 100 massages in my life and can say Jennifer has been among the top masseuses I have been able to work with.The facility always looks and feels clean here, and everyone I have met has always been friendly and accommodating

I had the same tip experience. The massage itself was fantastic, cost was $140. When I was done I tipped $30 (21%+). She said I was a bad tipper. I was surprised but said that was all I had in my pocket. She told me to go get my charge card and give her more. I should have taken my $30 back but I left it with her and walked out. I had intended to buy several gift cards for family members. Not now! What a lousy experience after such a good massage!!

Ive been a regular customer here since Kelly opened in 2020. The massages are sensational and therapeutic, the atmosphere is pleasant and thoroughly professional, and the value received for your money is beyond compare. After more than three years of regular massages here, I can honestly attest to the fact that Im in better physical condition now than I was in July 2020. And Im 76 years old!

I hate to give this review bc I have gone to Bluemoon several times and LOVED it! But….I was there Sunday 5/8 and had a 2pm appointment. I have never seen this particular lady working there before so I had no reason to assume it would be any less spectacular than previously but I was wrong. First of all, she barged in the room without knocking while I was changing, to inform me that she was still eating lunch and it would be about 10 minutes. The massage itself didn’t seem professional at all. She didn’t seem to know what pressure points etc like the other therapists do, she basically just rubbed massage oil into my skin for 90 minutes. At the end, I went out to the desk to give her a tip which amounted to 20%. She then proceeded to ask me where I live, how much I paid for my Louis Vuitton purse I was carrying and THEN handed me BACK my tip and said “you can do more?” I thought maybe she was referring to the fact that I didn’t pay for the massage itself but I had done that when I arrived so I quickly said “oh no I already paid for the massage when I got here”. She said “ no no, I mean you give me more tip? That goes to the house and the tip is just for me. You can afford more no?” I was floored!!! I said “I think the tip is at my discretion”, left the $20 bill on the counter for her and walked out. I couldn’t believe it!!! I wrote this review in hopes that the owner or manager (hopefully she isn’t either) becomes aware of it. I was absolutely flabbergasted!

This is the best massage I’ve ever had. It’s clean and the staff have a very professional skill, makes me feel relaxed after massage!

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. We were able to get a same day appointment and it was the best massage I have ever gotten in my life. Kelly was amazing! Perfect pressure! They are professional and friendly!I won’t be going anywhere else!!

First time getting a massage and they were really nice. The atmosphere was really relaxing. The lady who gave me my massage asked if I was comfortable several time. Id recommend it. Its also really affordable, 30 minutes for 40$.

Went for a couples massage with my husband and loved this place. It was so clean and peaceful the masseuses definitely know what they are doing could not be happier ❤️ We’ve found our place and will definitely be going back

I was intended to visit this location today for a massagem but reading the reviews I changed my mind. I notice a bad review 6 months ago and then same kind of issue 2 months ago which tell me owners did not fix the issue.

Enjoyed Wendy- she was amazing! I went in not knowing what to expect- what it lacks in frills makes up for it a million times over in skill! She’s awesome!
