Massage Envy

In my self care era, I have been getting massages from Eli for a few months now. He is very knowledgeable, takes the time to understand your pain points and what your desire out of each session is. With his massages, Ive been able to relieve tension in my neck, shoulders and upper back. He has even provided stretches to strengthen the areas. Great value for the price.

I was in great need of a good relaxing massage. James was amazing, he listened intently and carefully to what I was looking to get out of the session and to make sure that my needs were met. The massage itself was amazingly perfect! He got all the knots and tension areas out and I experienced the most relaxing massage Ive had in a while! Will definitely be back soon to see him again and cant wait for our next session to come soon enough!

I had a 30 minute stretch session and 60 minute massage with Sarah Faragher yesterday.She is an amazing massage therapist! I came in with a lot of pain and stiffness in my R shoulder as I’m recovering from surgery. She performed massage techniques that I’ve never had done before that really worked to decrease pain and get more movement in my shoulder. I also appreciated her being receptive to my feedback on how much pressure she used. She not only adjusted her pressure but maintained it during my massage. I highly recommend Sarah!

I greatly appreciate the time James took to discuss the massage session, not only beforehand but also during the session. Other therapists have simply pressed forward, even though I was showing signs of discomfort. James actually inquired about my discomfort, asking me how I felt. At that point he adjusted the pressure and also explained to me what he was doing and why. I felt I was actually getting therapy for my body and not just “a paid for generic massage session.” I have already scheduled my next session with him. I can understand why he would be the lead massage therapist at the Everett, WA location.

Sean was great! He had wonderful pressure and made me very comfortable. Only one star off as when he started on my right side,it made my left side sciatic nerve hurt pretty bad,but this is not his fault,only my body!

Amber was phenomenal. Her technique definitely made a difference on my muscles. Very appreciative of her professionalism and allowing me to experience the massage without unnecessary banter. Highly recommend

I asked for Sarah to apply pressure as deep as she could. I knew she was light to medium but since so many of my massages this year had been cancelled I accepted 90 minutes with Sarah. Sarah doesn’t have a medium, the touch was so light on my scalp my hair was the only thing that received any movement.The other area was my toes as her nails applied pressure between my toes.

I recently experienced a fall wherein I sprained my hand and was banged up pretty good. April was incredibly attentive to my injuries and it felt AMAZING. I didnt realize how badly I was tightened up until she started her magic. Thank you.

I have no issue with my masseuse Eli as they did a great job relaxing my body and improving my well being. However, Massage Envy cares way more about their policies of making money than the true welfare of the clients. Because my bank account was hacked into, my account was on lockdown and therefore auto payment didn’t work. I called and made arrangements as to when payment would be received. But just because the payment would be later, it didn’t show my account as current and I was forced to cancel my much needed appointment. On top of this, I even had banked up hours to use, yet, just because of ME policy I wasn’t allowed to use them. I have been an ME customer for many years, even stayed with them in the three states I have lived in but feel they really don’t value me. Currently, I have to drive over an hour one way to get my massage because they closed the branch in my city. I’m really not interested in being a customer of Massage Envy any longer and would kindly like my banked hours refunded and my membership canceled. I am done being held hostage in a contract with a company that doesn’t give a rip about my well being. I will also be telling everyone not to ever give patronage to Massage Envy again.

Eli and front desk attendant, Melinda, were absolutely awesome when I visited last night. Eli perfectly targeted problem areas. While Melinda made sure it was a speedy sign in and out as needed by my schedule.

It took 5 visits to find the right therapist, a waste that was very expensive to trial l. Eli has an exceptional understanding of body function and proper pressure techniques unlike every previous experience at the Everett location. Very disappointed to see he is leaving

Eli was fantastic he made sure get my worst spots and he uses different pressures. This was our first session together and he checked in with me to make sure the pressure was OK.

April is the best! She is so personable and makes you feel at home right away. I love her style of massage, she works out the knots but not too intensely while at the same time making you feel relaxed and thoroughly massaged head to toe.❤

Eli is amazing! I usually go to massages just to relax, but Eli recognized immediately that I needed some serious work to get rid of chronic pain. Every session, he has been working out knots and tension and stressed muscles and tendons. After our last session, I am pain free for the first time in almost a year!

I had overused my lower back and mentioned it. Sean worked on my whole back/arms at my request and focused on several knots in my glutes that I hasnt even realized were there. Great overall massage.

I love Dianne. I only get facials with her. She is so good! Highly recommended! Im going to be heart broken when she retires and has a greatly deserved rest! Always the best on my list! I wont have anyone else!

I had my first massage service yesterday with Alexis and it was fantastic! The massage was great but what I really noticed was her attention to detail. I used to go to a strip-mall no-name massage place at a very similar price point but my time with Alexis was worth double! I hope I can find more openings in her busy schedule in the future!

James did a great job. I have been seeing him for more than a year and he is outstanding. Every time he responds to my concerns and works the muscles that need it the most. I am very happy with the professional quality of his work.

Alexis was amazing! I was in a lot of pain when I got there and after my session with her, I felt so much better. She did an amazing job with the muscle enhanced therapy as well. Both of the front desk staff were very nice and helpful as well.

I had never had a facial before. I had extra hour so I thought I’d give it a try. Diane was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. It was very relaxing and not what I expected. I’ve had for facials in the last year and it’s all because of how good Diane is. I highly recommend her.

I love love love massage envy only Everett Location though. I had tried many other locations but they not as nice as this one. All the therapists are well educated, front desk super friendly. Lisa is my go to for ache and pain. She fixed my problem in one visit and on top of that a good listener. Diane is my go to facial therapist. I have been their customer since day one around 15 yrs, is that say something? Love love love them.

I am a very picky person when it comes to massage comfort. April is thorough, gentle, ...yet deep when necessary and always communicating to ensure my comfort. She has been my #1 for years now and I honestly cant imagine my life without our visits. ME and April together do a great job working with my schedule to get me in when Im in town. Lisa has the best ability to zero in on the spot that is causing the most discomfort and get the muscles to relax so I always feel so much better after a session with her.James was my masseuse today and we used cupping to loosen all my tight muscles. I was lucky enough to get April as my massage therapist that first time, and after my massage with her, I immediately signed up as a member and have been coming back for *I think* 4 or 5 years now!! I always try to book with April because she is fantastic- and also hilarious! Ive had nothing but good experiences here and everyone is so nice! Highly recommend!!

Alexis is a blessing to this earth. She is friendly and personable but an exceeding talented masseuse. I have had less positive experiences at massage envy from other practitioners but fortunately I found Alexis! She keeps it real and she provides incredible relief of tension, pain, and discomfort. Get on her books while you still can! She’s the best.

If you can stand a brief walk through a sad mall that has seen better days, Massage Envy Everett is one of the best places in the North Sound to get a massage. For easiest access, drive behind the mall so youre parallel to I-5 and enter through the back, then walk forward until you see the sign. Ask for April or Mykel if you want an amazing treatment by a highly skilled and experienced practitioner, and book in advance (their schedules are almost always full). If you like deeper pressure, ask for Russell; medium to deep pressure, ask for Stephanie. If youre looking for a great facial, ask for Hope. Im sure there are other great practitioners and estheticians as well - ask for Nicole at the front desk and let her know what youre looking for. The more specific you are about what you want when making an appointment, (pressure and style you prefer), the more likely you are to be satisfied with the Massage Therapist youre paired with. For best results book in advance! And guys, dont make inappropriate advances or jokes. These are professionals whove invested time and money training and building their skills, and they dont deserve to be minimized by low-rent jokes about happy endings. And please be nice to the front desk employees! They work hard and put up with a fair share of BS from grumpy & entitled people.

I received a gift card from my daughter and booked my first ever facial. Kya was my esthetician. Kya was so patient with me, answered all of my questions and was both calming and soothing in her mannerisms. Shes so kind and genuine that it was very easy to just relax and enjoy the experience fully.

Can’t get managers to call me.. there’s no support through phone (left voicemail). They have to throttle clients per “protocol” so don’t waste your money here on a chemical peel. They will give you their weakest treatment available even if your experienced which they don’t tell you till AFTER treatment. I wouldn’t have bought !! Very disappointed, I just signed up and I’ll be canceling ASAP.

Honestly, I feel ok after, but the experience itself was one of the worst I’ve ever had. The only way to describe: manhandled. It was rough and just felt inexperienced. Just weird. I’ll stick to the massage therapist I know from know on.

Called in as I was charged a lump sum amount. I was initially upset and confused. Ashley was lovely and clarified the issue. She was able to not only refund me a payment but got me set up for a wonderful day of self care for my birthday. James has always been the one to go to if you have really tight muscles or are looking for a firmer pressure for your massage, great client awareness, great communication throughout the massage to make sure the pressure is okay, or if he is on the right muscle, and overall a very friendly guy, I highly recommend him for people with an active lifestyle, he’s super helpful with getting those sore muscles and knots out, 5 stars everytime

Had been going here for a few years before we had kids. Always got the couples room with my wife every month. We always looked forward to it. We just recently got to have a date night and chose to get another couples massage. It was just as good as we remembered.

I highly recommend this place. I like that they can start early in the morning since I can start my day perked up by a firm massage that energize my whole body.

Over the last year I have called several times to set up appts for my person, yet my appts I have made were later not there, or lost or whatever other excuse the receptionists came up with. I have my appts for medical reasons but they have changed how they are booked and do NOT care when they screw you over. More recently, due to my person cutting availability to 2 weekends a month, I call in on the day thier appt book opens for the next month to make appts yet my appts still are disappearing. I am very, very upset at all of this so will call to see if I can make appts somewhere else since memberships are good at all locations . I do NOT recommend Everett location and thier lousy way of making appts.

If I could give them a zero star rating I would! Worst customer service ever and they are very careless! I booked a couples massage for a surprise for my husband on his birthday and I guess at the time of booking they either didnt realize I was pregnant or just carelessly booked me with a therapist who doesnt do prenatal massages. Thank you for ruining my wonderful night planned. Im 30 weeks pregnant and look like I have a basket ball under my shirt, there is no way I dont look pregnant. Never going back!

I had a massage with foot scrub and rapid relax massager as add ONS. These add ONS cut into time spent on massage to my dismay. Massage was good but I was not informed of facial services offered if I joined as a member. Initially when I tried to make an appointment online I couldnt get an evening or late afternoon time. I was told none available until November! I cant join when there is no chance of getting an evening appointment for two months!

Been going for a couple years - the staff is great, friendly & helpful. It took a few therapists for me to finally find one that goes deep enough.. I recommend a 90 minute for a full body makeover!

Parking behind Macys by NW Music Hall puts you close to the entrance. Carrie Hyldahl makes it a 5 star experience. Fantastic massage therapist and person; Ive enjoyed her very much! The Renton landing location is our home location where we began our membership. Working to use the last of our credits and cancel our membership. 4 stars because their pricing is high, compared to using Groupon, etc and pausing or canceling membership is not a convenient process (especially if you have any credits built up). Membership rules are not very customer centric.
