I had an issue finding the correct coils for my vape and Lauren went above and beyond to help me our. She was so nice and professional. They gained a new customer because of this experience!

Super helpful. I came in needing to restock after a thief. Not only was she awesome, they had my preferred products on hand, a complete line of Geek Vapes. In one stop I was able to restock all my needs in my preferred style. I am super grateful she had my back and got me back on track so quickly and conveniently. They replaced one of my disposable vapes without questions. I felt as if there was something wrong with the original one I bought but still they gave me a new one. I’ll definitely be coming back in the future. Thanks!

Ive spent several weeks searching for a REAL vape shop here in town with a knowledgeable staff that actually cares about their products, and what they sell.At last, Galaxy Vapor finally put my search to an end, providing outstanding customer service!

Horrible customer service, was helped if you can call it that by the rudest person I have EVERE been helped by. Spoke to me like it was a problem for me to be there, he was a Caucasian male with a hat and glasses, belive he had tattoos too. I certainly will NEVER go back and give that establishment my money.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted and helped to find the juice I was looking for. The doggo is a very handsome and very friendly young pup.I forgot to ask the price before paying and was happy to find the same price as I used to pay at a different store. Galaxy is closer to me than having to fight traffic to go to the usual store. I am always leery about buying from a new store. I was pleasantly surprised. I now have a store much closer to my house and it will be the only one I use great quality products and friendly service. I highly recommend Galaxy to anyone who vapes!Update: I cant stress enough just how nice everyone is!

Great shop. Justin is super knowledgeable. They offer a wide range of juice, which includes 2 of my all time favorites. They work with local vendors, keeping money in our economy and supporting smaller local businesses. They also carry a wide variety of replacement parts and the patience to help you fix what you got vs pushing new equipment at high prices. Very friendly people. Surprisingly I have never waited for more then 1 customer before me. These guys are good at what they are doing. I give my highest of recommendations.

Went in for vape juice as my usual store has been out of my juice for months!!! Lots of selection! They had my juice! Guy behind counter was super nice and seemed very knowledgeable which doesnt seem to happened to often.. this will probably be my new vape shop..

Great place to go for e-liquid and other vape-related stuff. The staff are friendly and helpful. I appreciate how helpful the staff are; they truly want to help you understand the products and find the perfect vapes and liquid that fulfill your needs. Pricing is consistent and fair, and the products are very good quality. Justin is amazing, and never makes me feel like Im asking dumb questions. He really has a friendliness and patience that I dont see at other vape shops. This is a place where youre treated well. (Even Jethro, the Galaxy Vapor Dog, greets me at the door and offers his paw in a gesture of friendship... You gotta love that!) Highly recommend.

Their selection is pretty big and the only shop I’ve been able to find my type of coils. It’s a chill environment and everyone seems knowledgeable. The only problem I have is the price. A juice I could by at a regular smoke shop is $19 where at this place it’s $28. Can’t afford to come here

I love this shop and have for a good 8 years now. Teri, Justin and owner Joe are absolutely the best of people and will happily take the time to help you find whats best for you. What separates them from most shops is the fact that they dont want to just shove something expensive in your hand and send you on your way. They arent after your money. They want you to love what youve purchased and hope that it meets your desires. Lots of juice choices, lots of vape accessories and mods. Will recommend to everyone!

Guy was cool, but beware/verify products prior to leaving. Elf bar not authentic (ran code 3 times on website), charging the same if not more than other places. Still tastes good, but definitely not authentic product.

Terry was fabulous to deal with tonight. Super knowledgeable and helpful getting me set up and on top of it she is so nice! I have been to multiple vape shops before and have had bad experiences with them trying to sell you just anything that they can but Terry listened to what I need and my problems in the past with different tanks. Great store and people!

The lady working when I went was not wearing a mask...actually, she was eating her lunch out in the open in the front of the store, and didn’t bother to put one on to help me (we were not standing 6 ft. apart when I was at the register). there was a dog? dogs are cool but I wouldn’t expect to see one inside a store with no leash. on top of that the lady had weird vibes, made me feel like I was bothering her even though there was no one else in the store (maybe for interrupting her lunch that she was eating in the front of the store while it was open?). maybe I caught them on a bad day, but I wanted to mention that I did not have the same great experience all these other reviewers talked about.

Needed a new mod and the guy was more than helpful in getting a new one as well as showing me how to use it. Got the Geek Vape. Also the golden retriever there was such a delight!I will be shopping here again.

I drove all the way from Covington to Everett which is an HOUR drive to get better customer service! After the terrible service I received from their Renton location, I called them to inquire about their policies and how they would handle my situation and thats what made me commit! I just bought a device Tuesday and for the three days of having it, it was pooling liquid all over the place! After telling them what happened with their Renton location, they made it very clear if I was willing to trek to Everett, they will take very good care of me and they DID! Justin and his mom were so apologetic, super knowledgeable and really listened to everything I was looking for got me connected with the device that met all my needs. They both were very informative too about their products and juices. They even showed me how everything worked, literally explained the details about how to use the products and how to pair it with juices and showed me tips and tricks. I highly recommend this place for your vape needs!! Thank again to Justin and his mom (I apologize about forgetting her name but she is definitely the sweetest too) for all that you both did for me. The trip was well worth it!

The widest variety in the county of Snohomish that I have EVER seen! Also, the staff are extremely helpful, very educated in the industry and very friendly. I had the best experience at this shop than I have ever had, they literally saved my life (and my lungs!) Yesterday! (You know who you are!) I will send everyone their way hands down! They have a lot of good vape juice selections and other vape things you might want or need.Coastal clouds and juice head are 2 of my favorite brands available here in lots of varieties.

They are great people who care about there shop and there customers. I have never had a bad experience with them. They are quite friendly and willing to give advice. You can sit down and talk to the friendly other customers who walk in.

I drive a extra 30mins to come to this store. The juice selection is perfect and constantly improving with the help of the customers. Unlike the previous poster, I have never received anything but the highest level of customer service. It is what brings me back. Most shops are boys clubs and I get ignored (Listen up, 112th).Every employee I have worked with has been well educated on product lines and recommends exactly what I need. If I dont, they happily give me an exchange.I would happily recommend this shop to any and all, but a HUGE shout out to women vapors out there- GO HERE if you appreciate time and attention.

Stopped by here after having a horrible experience at Clouds the limit. Right away the staff apologized for the experience I had to go through it at this business and offered to make it right. I told them I only had $40 to spend, after spending over $200 at the other retailer. The staff was very knowledgeable and friendly and in the end they even ended up taking a few dollars out of their tip jar to make everything work. I would highly recommend this retailer for anybody looking for Vape merchandise

Charges 25-30% above retail market for products. I understand wanting to survive the slow market due to the virus but this guy gouged me. Won’t be back. Will continue to order online elsewhere. Charged me $80 for 2 sets of batteries and coils. I pay $52 online with shipping from a storefront elsewhere.

Good selection but apparently this shop can afford to annoy half of their customer base by announcing their support for a Republican candidate openly via a sign in their window. Certainly their prerogative. Its also mine to shop elsewhere.

Staff was easy to talk to. The sales guy helped me pick out the right vape for my needs. Prices were good and the formation about the vape I bought was informative. Couldnt ask for more.

I usually have a very good experience with vaporland but this particular visit was a little different, & just awkward. The guy that was working just didnt seem like he genuinely liked his job. I literally felt bad for wanting to try juices before I purchased anything. I hope this guy isnt working next time I go in...

Galaxy is one of my favorite locally owned shops to visit. I regular there for more than just great products, Galaxy has great knowledgeable staff and respectful customers who are always willing to offer suggestions with what their favorite Galaxy product is. Visit Galaxy Im Auburn, Renton, and Everett. Each store is similar but different and each store is worth a visit.

This place has the nicest staff and a great selection of juices and mods. Definitely my go to vape store. The blonde employee who works there is the nicest person ever. If I could give more stars i would.

This is pretty much the only vape store i go to, unless im outta town. Theyre super friendly, and are always willing to help, and make sure youre getting exactly what you need. 11/10 would highly recommend this shop. Great folks all around

Amazing selection and friendly staff. You could get lost in the flavors and come out with something you didnt expect. E juice selection was massive. So i would recommend coming here first because they will probably have it.

There was some middle age scrubby looking guy who was there working who lacked anything close to customer service skills. Was really rude I planned on spending a few hundred on a new mod but he didnt want to sell me one and recommend a cheap twenty dollar box. I left and took my cash else where and never looked back.

Love this place. They went above and beyond to help me .I had my infant granddaughter with me and couldnt go in so a young gentleman came out showed me many different oils to try .Finally found ones I liked a lot He rang up the oils and coils, he even gave me a discount, then he brought me out my change.

A lot of cool people here, chill atmosphere. Always been satisfied with their service and selection. If they dont know the answer to your question, they will call somebody who does. Went in on Friday the 10th of May. Ready to quit smoking cigarettes. The employee that was there at the time. Was quite knowledgeable about the products they carried and was able to direct me to a particular vape pen that should be able to help.I can now say that of today, I have only had 5 cigarettes since that Friday. Started out with a 35mg Blue Raspberry juice. Went back today and grabbed some 50mg Watermelon and Mango(separate flavors). And am well on my way to quitting, after having smoked American Spirit for 20 years.

FANTASTIC! This is the best place I have been able to find for e-cig products in the Puget Sound area. I came from Colorado where the e-cig craze is oddly much more popular and widely available- Tobacco Joe gets it. This guy is on the leading edge of the inevitable decline of tobacco cigarettes. He took the time to allow me to sample myriad different types and flavours. Ultimately, I was just too attached to my brand (FIN) which he did not carry. I stopped back in today and was gifted a months worth of FIN products. WOW. I wish all businesses operated this way (ie building a strong and loyal customer base via knowledge, and above and beyond customer service). Seriously, I am a cynical man and this guy won me over big time. If you live anywhere in the periphery of Everett- go here. The shop is small but well stocked and if you want to be treated first class- this is the place.

Poor selection, janky looking store, smelled kinda bad, which is a feat for a vape store. Most Vapes smell like fruit or candy, so no idea how they could make is smell like moldy laundry.

Sells vapes that make that make people feel sick and nauseated. manager even admits they have had problem with certain vapes and still push that same product on people and refuse to return or exchange. do not buy from this store.
