High End Smoke Shop, Everett

The owner gives off scumbag vibes. As I was waiting in line to purchase a Spacemax 5%, the woman at the register said it was $26.50, then the owner stopped her and told her to charge me $30. Okay, it’s only $3.50 more and maybe this isnt a big deal, but he lost a returning customer over $3.50. Plus the same vapes go for $15 so hes charging double the market price. Not a good look, especially when there are much better smoke shops in the area.

They are always pleasant and useful have what I run in for, however, a few worker’s don’t always seem to know much about what they’re selling!!

It says your hours are 10AM to 9PM. A few times I’ve gone close to 10AM and the doors are still locked with no one inside. Very unprofessional and lazy.

I’ve been coming here the past few years and always had a good experience. But the other day I bought a vape for $40 and it doesn’t charge. I brought it in today (2 days after purchasing it) and they won’t exchange it for a working one. I will never come back here.

I went to get a gift for my sister.The store was clean and everyone wore mask. The store representative named Ify was very helpful and friendly. He didnt mind answering alll of my questions and i had a lot. I liked that he was knowledgeable and cared about the store. I asked if he was the owner and he said no. I was impressed that he really cared about giving great customer service. Great job HIGH END SMOKE SHOP.

Im SHOCKED how this app follows me around. Uses my camera illegally. Im going to file a federal suit. Invasion of privacy.

Awesome smoke shop, had such beautiful pieces varying in all colors, shapes and sizes all at great prices. Employee Iffi was extremely welcoming and chill and helpful not like any other smoke shop salesman. definitely will be going here many more times in the future

When I came into the store I was welcome by the finest customer service thanks to Aracely, she was super nice and helpful, she answered every question I had. The place is so nice and full of wonderful stuff I can’t wait to go back

Eddy was great! Coils were a little more expensive than im used to, but only by a few dollars & the customer service more than made up for it! He even helped me clean my vape & change the coil! Let me try a tankful of a new flavor too. Great selection and service!! Ill definitely be going back

This is a very clean, organized, well stocked, and amazing store. If you need anything vape or smoke related, this is the place to go. The prices are hard to beat and they are always willing to help you figure out what you need. Definitely worth a visit!

Iffi was very helpfull and resolved my problem within seconds. I came in with a product I bought somewhere else, and Iffi still took the time to help me and resolve my problem. I know he could have just sold me something else, but he did the right thing. I appreciated him so much that I ended up getting a few things from the store, just because of his high class customer service.

I got charge 3 times from this merchant for something I did not buy. I use to go twice a week to buy tabacco and I found that they over charge my credit card when I went to talk to the sale man who was not helpful and I explained to him the whole situation but he told me to file claim to dispute charges with my bank. Once I left the store I found new charges even though I did not use my cc that day. I had to block my card and get new one. I was scared that they might have my credit card info and charge it once I walk there. It happened twice. I don’t recommend to anyone go there and give them credit card information.

Ive been here once, but it is enough to know I am going to come back.Ive havent been to many Smoke shops, only two, as I dont smoke. Yet, I vape. So, I did a lot of research on my own. So, I wouldnt be doing something stupid.The staff did know what they were talking about, as opposed to the other shop I when to. He, the person who helped me, was professional, and knew what he was talking about. Wasn’t dismissive, and tried to explain anything I might have had a misunderstanding about. And since I was going to buy a box mod, he asked If I wanted juice.When I asked for e-juice/e-liquid, with OUT nicotine, he didn’t ask why or give me an attitude for wanting e-juice without nicotine. Again, I don’t smoke. The prices I think are very fair. And the staff took time to see if I need anything, else, and NOT judgmental. I am happy with the things I bought, a mod box, with batteries, and two different e-juices. I will be defiantly back to buy more juice, and/or something else. It also helps that they are with in ‘walking’ distance.If I had to nitpick at anything at all would be that the gentleman that helped me has an accent, but then again so do I. At times, I had a bit of a hard time understanding him, which he just repeated what he said and I understood him just fine. And the other thing is that the store hours are not in the door or windows, but it does have a neon Open sign on the door. Leavening with a card, it says business Hours are Mon-Sat: 10:00 am – 10:00 Pm, Sunday: 10:00 am - 9:00 pm. Wish it had the store hours on the door, but that is really is just me nitpicking.

I went to the store and asked for an Aegis boost and the seller didnt even know what Aegis was. I told her its right behind you on the shelf. I asked what type of nicotine it took and she said regular nicotine. I later found out that it used salt nicotine. Bought the unit with along with a battery. Went home and the battery wouldnt charge. Went back to the store and the seller wouldnt replace the battery. Horrible customer service.

The greatest smoke shop In Everett. Small but jam packed full of dope, reasonably priced, and delicious merch, pipes, vapes and juices. I was the literal first customer ever at this place and I can tell you the staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Dont pass this place up. You need it they got it. Fontos, every flavor of games and backwoods. Every size shape color texture and flavor of rolling papers including the wicked cool clear cellulose papers. So many shapes sizes colors and types of pipes from small little 5 dollar pea shooters to double and even triple bowl pipes. A gigantic selection of shisha and hookahs for all you hookah heads out there. Any and all cbd types, from e liquid to actual cbd flowers. An entire wall of the store dedicated entirely to e liquid, from cakey and sweet to sour and fruity and any and all flavors in between. On top of their top shelf liquids they have a clearance shelf for us vapers with spare change. 15 bucks for 100 mls of juice! Try to beat that. I could rave about this place all night and day though. Seriously check this gem out. You wont regret it.

Execellent customer service. I can’t in on a very hot day and Iffy gave me ice cold water because he seem I was so hot from outside!!!! We come to this store often and they always have what we need.
