Ive visited many times. Its always a clean and friendly environment. Quiet, and the massage is a perfect balance of firm and soft, deep, and shallow. Its very acceptable and appropriate to give feedback if the pressure is too little or too much.The last few times, Anna was walking on my back. That experience was even better, I guess its good Anna is maybe 100 pounds at most, just right for back walking.Ive seen Anna many times and routinely have her focus on my rotator and lower back, results of being in an office chair too long.You will most certainly not be disappointed.For those visiting for the first time. Be direct with the strength, if you prefer deep tissue, tell them, if you prefer a lighter touch, tell them.I look forward to my next appointment with you!

The facility was clean, staff was friendly, and the prices were low. I filled out the form asking for a deep tissue massage, added essential oil, eye mask, and foot mask. The massage was more of a vigorous, flat handed, rub instead of a massage. My best explanation would be when you’re a kid and you tell your parents you are cold so they run you really fast to try and warm you up. Unfortunately, due to a language barrier, I wasn’t able to better explain the type of massage I thought I had paid for. She had left the room, with the door open, while my bottom was rather exposed. I, of course, adjusted the sheet but was surprised by the lack of awareness. I think staff would benefit from more training on massage therapy. Other than the massage, it was a nice place.

Booked a couples massage. After we were on the tables we were asked to wait 15 minutes because “there was a problem.” After the wait, two people came into the room and without a word started the massages. One of us was given a bolster under our ankles, the other was offered nothing. The two therapists continued to talk to each other which ruined the relaxing experience. One therapist left the room with no explanation, five times. Each time leaving the door open to the hallway. There was a lot of noise and commotion.One of us had a good massage, the other was not great.

My husband and I set up a couples appointment for a deep tissue, one hour session. The whole experience was magical. The overall environment was perfect, and the service was superb. Very clean and nice music too. We will absolutely be coming here again.

Edit: ok maybe they started earlier but the clock in the room said 705. Your website says that you do accidents but if I had an injury I would be crying. Your therapist do not know the difference between a muscle and bone. Slow down. It is not required to move at 90 miles an hour. And to tap my receipt for more tip is a total no for me. Pay your therapists enough to not depend on my tips.Massage was just someone rapidly rubbing me. Paid for the cupping which was my first time so I cant review on that. When I went to pay she tapped at a sign that stated to tip atleast 20%On top of that my 90 min massage was cut short by 10 mins.DO NOT GO HERE. I went to school for massage and these women are just hoping for men that want happy endings. That is now what theyre website advertised very disappointing.

Went today 05/19/24 and wasted time and money! If you want to get an oil rub, go to this place! But if youre looking for a relaxing MASSAGE, STAY AWAY from this place. 20mins in it, despite of telling her how i want it, i refused to continue bc the entire time she was just spreading oil on my upper body! I wouldnt even consider it as a light massage, literally it was just rubbing oil on your body! Wasted $70 and time!

This was my first experience here. Mary did an amazing job!! I got the 60 minute full body massage. She was very thorough, made sure that I wanted the deep tissue massage, and checked in with my comfort level often. The rooms and massage bed were very clean and had relaxing music over speakers wired into each room. I feel amazing afterwards and almost euphoric. I am going to make monthly appointments.

I had a horrible experience. The massage I requested was for medium pressure therapeutic. What I received was a glorified rub down. When I asked for more pressure I was massaged for literally 2 minutes with too much pressure to where I said it hurt. Then back to just the rub down. To top it off, after the session when I was changing someone walked in on me half naked. So extremely unprofessional.

OMG. That was the best massage I have ever had! It was a 4 handed massage with CBD oil and my pain instantly went away for a day or so (mixed Connective Tissue disease pain). Cant wait for my next one!!!!

I had a massage from Lily and it was amazing. The massage technique was Asian massage combined with Swedish massage and hot stones. The massage also was deeper than a medium pressure which was ok for me. My muscles felt great afterwards. I called earlier and they had an opening the same day, which is also amazing! So many massage places book so fast that its hard to get an appointment at other places. Also, when they mean 1 hour, they mean the full 60 minutes. Most places its 50 minutes and ten minutes of undressing/dressing. I love this place and will be back!Update: Ive been back a couple more times and Ninta, Jody and Jennifer are great too. My husband had a massage recently with Mary and shes great too.

I tried this wonderful massage spa yesterday. I came for a couples massage with my date and really enjoyed the atmosphere. I attached a picture of the room we had. It was clean and you can see well laid out.A few things that surprised me;- There was a clear view of a clock in the room so you knew you were not being cheated on time.- They had hot towels in the room! So the therapist never left the room for a long period of time as you see at lesser cheaper places- The massage was strong to my taste and addressed my needs (especially my lower back and shoulders, which are terrible.)Ive not seen a massage this well executed and professional before, and the best part is my partner also agrees!HIGHLY RECOMMEND

The best massage Ive had ever. My massage therapist listened to what I needed and adjusted pressure on the area. She checked on how I felt and was gentle where needed. I got the 60 minute body massage on only my upper by choice. I feel so relaxed, loose, and light in the best way. I highly recommend and will ne back!

The massage was honestly very good, but Im giving 3 starts for customer service. When I was paying, the lady told me I had to give her 20% in tip mandatory, I was like what? I just want to give you 10% tip, not 20%. She got very rude when I told her that I would give you only 10%. But well.. another thing when i was in the middle of the massage someone opened the door and was very unconffortable, it suppose to knok the door first because is your privacy.

Incredible massage, first of all. BEWARE OF PRICING!!I came in for $60 / one hour with hot stones.Was mistakenly given cupping and charged $93 and she insisted I tip. Took forever to explain I did not ask for cupping and showed my reservation. They still charged me $93.. so they got a $33 tip on $60.I cant seem to find a good massage that doesnt involve some sort of fleecing. It really sours the experience.

I visited the new Everett Location today. First thoughts were that I was very impressed with the new set up and building. Very clean, organized and I loved the new atmosphere. I was happy to see Cindy at her new location and she introduced me to one of her employee. I didn’t work with Cindy today like I usually do at the Mill Creek location, however I was highly satisfied with her employee’s skill level. 90 minute massage with cupping and essential oils. If you work out and train often, I would suggest add to your recovery repertoire!

I didnt go but I bought my girlfriend a 120 min massage for her birthday and she did even last 60min. She said she was in so much pain she started crying and she told the lady that it hurt really bad but she didnt speak good English and went even harder. I thought it was suppose to be relaxing not make someone cry.....

I’ve been getting massages for 20+ years, and I had one of the best massages ever last night (Tuesday, October 24)! The deep tissue massage paired with Hot Stones and CBD was exactly what my body needed.

Decent massage up until the end when they heckled us for more tip. There is a sign that says minimum 20% tip which in and of itself is a little ridiculous. But when we tipped the 20% they informed us that it was not enough and rudely informed us that we needed to leave more. They need to learn that being respectful to customers rather than begging for more money will result in more return customers and money in the long run. We will not be returning and would rather pay for a more expensive massage at a more professional business.

My husband and I went in for my bday for a couples massage. My husband’s masseuse did very well my husband said, but mine was aggressive, fast, and dug my bones in my back. I get massaged a lot and like firm pressure, but she was just rough. I should have left, it was unpleasant for me but I didn’t want to ruin my husband’s time. I’m still in pain! I want to cry.

I saw Soul Massage Everett just opened, and as a big fan of Soul Massage Mill Creek I had to see if it was related, and yes it is!What a treat. This location is very nice and relaxing, in a very easy-to-find location just across from Costco. There are more rooms, and the environment is clean and well-appointed.I love how attentive the therapist was. She is professional and very good at listening in detail where I was having pain and working with me on them.She made sure the massage was done completely in the time slot given. The hot towels were in the room, and so she never had to waste time going back and forth as some places do. 1 hour is 1 hour. How refreshing. This was nice compared to every place else I have been.I have done the extra services at their Mill Creek location and love the hot stone and CBD options. I highly suggest you try those!The service is so good deserves a good tip. The Therapist worked very hard, so people tip them well.

Highly recommended this place. I got there late by close to 10 minutes and I called to let them know, and both on the phone and when I came in, the very nice woman at the front desk said it was okay. Thank you for that! I got such a nice CBD massage for my back with hot stones. It was hard to communicate because the couple of people that I personally interacted with in the office did not speak English, but we used Google Translate for some things. It was a great idea initiated by the woman at the front desk, but for other translation-needed situations where we didn’t use a phone—it was hard. Still, this place and massage was worth it! I can’t thank you enough for your patience. Definitely going back!

I went to Cindy at Soul Massage in Mill Creek many times, and it was always above and beyond. I was so excited to see her opening in Everett last week, as it’s a little bit closer to my house. I saw another therapist today and her service was just as good as Cindy’s herself. I got a 90 min CBD and hot stone massage. Highly recommend this service for those of working from home and balancing all life things. Thank you so much, Cindy!

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! I guess it’s true when they say you get what you pay for. Asked for a couple massage sessions with my mom and had an horrible experience where the sheets smelled like they were barely washed I got hives on my chest immediately after the massage. Could barely relax since both the massage therapist were speaking to each other and BOTH kept LEAVING the massage room so my hour massage was more like a 30 minute session. With that they still charged me the hour price with on top of letting me know LAST minute that a tip was MANDATORY for their poor work that I would never tip in my life. If I was you I would go with another massage parlor!!! And yes to the question of if I came to your massage “shop” that has a VERY small desk with a gold Buddha that you hide your 20% GRATUITY sign behind and have those smelly musty sheets.

I came here Feb 19th for a 90 minute massage with essential oils and cupping for $120.Their place is located along with other stores near by. They also have a waiting room with a reception desk, and some small refreshments like water bottles and snacks. They have several separate rooms with frosted doors for privacy.Inside the room is a dimmily lit with a long massage table. The table has a dark brown blanket and white sheets. Youre supposed to undress and go underneath the brown blanket after they guide you to your room. The massage table is also heated, so theres no way youre going to get cold.My massage went very well and I think I might have fallen asleep for a few minutes while they were massaging. The person who was massaging me covered all parts of my body. My back, shoulders, arms, hands, legs, butt, and down to my feet. They mostly massage my back but did ask me to turn over so they could move to different parts of my legs, arms, and collar bone area.The cupping was pretty intense too. They use these cups to suction onto your back leaving bruises. Though, thats what youre looking for when you do get the cupping. Ive heard the darker the bruise, the more toxins were in the area from overwork. My upper back and shoulders were definitely more darker, given my work always has me working with my hands and such.Once I was done and after I dressed myself I paid with my card, though they also turned a sign saying that I should give a 20% tip or more. I paid the tip and all then thanked her, though her English wasnt that great, the massage was very great.

Great massage! Needed deep tissue to work on a back spasm. The masseuse listened to my description of the pain, and focused on exactly the spot that has been giving me trouble.So many times when you get massages they are just standard and work your full body. I highly recommend this business because they will listen to you and offer the help you need

Set an appointment for 6PM.. arrived 10 minutes early to fill out intake form and prep. Didnt start until 6:30. Therapist didnt bother to look at the form to see which areas I wanted focus on so I guess I got the full body experience. Requested cupping and two of the cups were put on such a high vacume, that I ended up with water filled blisters on my upper and mid back the next day which are obviously very uncomfortable and painful. Needless to say, will not be coming back. Honestly dont even know if theyre licensed LMTs.

I walked in without an appt and I got an amazing 90 minute massage with cupping treatment. The relaxing atmosphere was perfect. I will be feeling the benefits for many days to come. I will be back and I will most definitely be back!

Pretty hit or miss, really depends on your masseuse. I had one that didnt speak any English and only knew how to apply one level of pressure. It is problematic when you cant really communicate with the person working on your body.
