So I go here often for wraps or what not and I decided to buy a bong there and when I did there was a broken bowl piece so She got a new one completely different and when I came home to try it the bowl piece wasn’t even working there was no suction so I tried to call for the inconvenience because the girl working there switched it out with a totally different one I thought she knew her stuff since she worked there but apparently not cause there was no suction whatsoever I called to try to switch it out but she kept saying no all sales are final and when I asked for a refund I could get that it was still brand new but barley been used 1 time literally called the store 2 hours after I left and it didn’t even work that first time I couldn’t even get a refund for it to buy a new one or at least a new bowl piece so now I have a bong that doesn’t even work and money gone to waste for nothing.

Prices are like 6 dollars cheaper for elf bars but there’s a reason why. Every single time I’ve opened one they taste they already need to go on the charger, and they burn quicker. I’ve gotten the straw watermelon and now the mango peach I thought changing the flavor would help but I think it’s all their elf bars.

Always good to check a few shops if trying to get the best deals, but most of their products seem to have competitive prices.Employees are friendly, Stephanie is a gem and always helps me find what I need - especially when it comes to recommendations for flavors (refills & disposables).This location is larger than their nearby store on Rucker, but gets a bit busier especially with the riffraff loitering in the parking lots nearby.

Love the prices. I paid $13.99 for a 16oz bag and my son paid $23 where he bought his in Everett. I take a bus all the way from Seattle to shop there in Everett. The customer service is excellent and the friendliest store Ive ever shopped at.

Owners are always very nice and their prices are competitive. I can only give them 3 stars however, because they do not except coupons AND they charge you extra for using your debit/credit card.

Ok the manager at this location should get a raise. I for sure thought he was the owner. I came in with an issue from a past purchase and not only was he actually concerned with what my problem was, he didn’t even argue (even though I was probably wrong) and instantly found a solution and even sold me on something else that I actually needed. Folks in Everett, come here first!You will be taken care of, they are excellent, if I could I’d leave six stars.

The few people that work there are exceptional. Theyre very friendly very helpful very kind and they go out their way to make sure that you feel very welcomed and its very clean. Im pretty open inside. It has many options to choose from. And very reasonable prices. The only problem is there parking lot sucks.

Staff is helpful but items are defective. Its no wonder they dont allow returns when nothing works for very long after leaving. I got a pen that lasted maybe 3 days. A few months later i got a torch that BLEW UP IN MY HAND.

This is pretty much my exclusive place to purchase my vape accessories and liquid. The staff is generally knowledgeable and if theres something a particular day and employees know theyll just ask the other one. It was in really friendly in the prices are Id say about average. They do have a full shelf of e-liquids are discounted for like half of retail on average. I would strongly suggest the store for your Vape needs.

This is a great smoke shop, everything you need in one place. Always great service. They have a dividers for customers at the register. Theres a large selection of pipes and lighters, vape products and much more, I think they even sell toilet paper and cereal

Their selection isnt awful, but I imagine overhead for a retail vape store is extremely expensive. So if you cant order things online, this is probably one of your best options. You wont find any deals, but youll usually find something that generally fits what youre looking for

Excellent customer service from the few employees they have here. I go into this shop fairly often because of the cheap cigarettes prices and their abundant selection of accessories (for my daily green activities) that they always have available at great prices. They have a little bit of anything you could find at just about any other smoke shop in the area.

Large selection of pipes, torches, kratom, cigarette rolling accessories, shisha, hookah, and bongs. Good store with good prices. Only complaint is the parking lot is subpar, not enough spaces and uneven, tore my bumper off so be careful. Otherwise great store, great return policy compared to other smoke shops too and owner is helpful and friendly, just located in a rather unfortunate area with poor parking.

WAS, a good store until thevpwner decided to let kids run the store. They are constantly taking breaks, and are absent at times. They leave the lights on with open sign, yet they are closed. Its been ongoing and inconvienant. Id rather pay more money for tobacco smoke products where the store is open as it says according to the store hours. Ill bring my momey elsewhere until the bossman comes back.

I have been going here for several yrs since they opened on casino road and now they have a new store on 41st and Rucker and i have been to there lake stevens store where the red barn used to be good prices and excellent customer service.

I really like this shop. They carry a wide range of vape pens and cartridges. I go in there for my kratom and they have decent prices. I love the dude that owns the shop. He’s funny and legit.

Bought 2 vape Pens for 20 each. Were supposed to be 2500 puffs. I literally got about 40 puffs from BOTH. I Brought them back and explained and got told they couldnt help. I bought 2 more different ones and a smaller kind. SAME THING. when I opened the smaller one at home all the juice was leaked out of the mouthpiece. I couldnt believe it. Idk if they were super old and the batteries were just bad or the juice somehow evaporated but avoid this place. Go to a good store you can trust. I completely wasted almost $100. If it was just one that was bad Id understand, sometimes theres just a bad one in the bunch. But literally all 5 were trash I couldnt believe it. And they wouldnt even help me out at all when I explained

The guy runs this place is way cool. Ive gone in there for glass replacement on my tank, wasnt sure if it was right one, as I didnt have it with me, he gave it to me on the house. Said if it didnt fit just bring it back and he will try to get the right one. If they dont have your favorite juice, he will bring it in. Best prices on juice and tanks. He had the TFV12 20 bucks cheaper than I paid at another vape specialty shop a week before. This is my spot now. Thanks Global!

Do not buy glass from here! Super cheap quality, had lots of cracks but sold like good, and just had piece 5 break since February from here. This one was $175.
