Place came highly recommended by several people I know. I went into the store not really knowing anything about the products I was interested in... Turns out they didnt have what I was looking for, but the folks couldnt have been nicer and more helpful...

These guys are freaking awesome! Something happened with my mod and they graciously took care of me. I was expecting to drop some more money on a new one (tank wouldn’t connect) but they worked with me to get it replaced. I will never go to another vape store 😊 THANK YOU!!!!!

I have been a customer at Cincy Vapors since they opened and I wouldnt switch shops if you paid me! The main reason for that is the excellent customer service they provide. I have been in the customer service industry for years, and definitely know the value of being treated kindly by knowledgeable staff that are quick to help you. That aside, their inventory is extensive, prices are very reasonable, the atmosphere is laid back, and the staff keeps you coming back. Oh! And I love the juice bar...so many flavors, you cant go wrong. If you havent already, go check them out, you wont be disappointed.

Friendly and knowledgable staff, will take time to help and answer questions. Excellent selection, a little pricier than other shops, but worth it for being treated well. Would highly recommend.

Best store around. Good, kind, generous people that know what they are talking about. Never had any confusion from them. I go in tell them what I need and they know exactly what it is I want and offer more help than any other vape shop Ive been to. They were willing to help me out and get me what I needed when I was short on cash more than once.

Super nice ! But I ended up over paying by at least $50 plus when I got my new $90 smoker home it didn’t have a battery so watch out for that... so make sure you do your research first on whatever it is you want to buy from the store

Get so my juice and coils here. Everyone is always friendly and helpful. Never had a bad experience and the prices are reasonable. Pretty good selection of juices. They also sell mods and tanks, CBD products, and coils.

I have recently switched from smoking cigarettes to vaping. All the staff have been very helpful in teaching me how to use the products! They made it so easy and are always nice when I stop in with a question. Whether I buy something or not. I highly recommend!!

They say they close at 5:00, but I showed up at five till 5:00 and they pretended I wasnt there along with another lady. theres a lot of competition to be acting like that. who ever owns this place may want to take a look at who they have working for them. if that was the owner better start looking for a new job

This store was great! It was my first time ever buying a vape kit and they were very helpful. Had answers for all my questions. Were very patient and thorough telling me everything I needed to know. Even helped me prime my first coil and load my tank. Thanks guys. Will be back!

Everyone at Cincy Vapors is very knowledgable and personable. Theres plenty of space in which to hang out, which is nice, because theres a lot of very good juices to try. Theres something new nearly weekly so that gives me something to do any given day in any given week. Great shop.

The Fairfield location is the only vape store I go to. Besides the fact that they have my favorite juice, the employees are really great. Any time of have had questions or problems with a vape, they are always helpful and polite. I actually came in last night, they confirmed my vape was broken, and offered me suggestions on a new vape to buy. I will be honest and say I almost decided to just buy it online because it’s cheaper, but I decided I would rather give my money to the smaller business that has always done me right (and the fact I was able to buy my favorite juice at $8 off didn’t hurt). I hope the employees are treated well because they provide excellent service.

Just purchased my first mods and Im ecstatic about them. I got an upgraded tank and a larger battery with 2 bottles of liquid for around $30. Excellent prices. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for anything vape related

I love cindy vapes. I have tried to shop other places for my vapes and my oils and I always regret it. I do not live close to them at all. So everytime I need something for my vape I have to make a 30 minute commute to get to them. But it is very much worth it. Their sweet southern oils are the best I have found anywhere. Their prices are great. And much better than any other place Ive tried to go. I love the smoothness of their oils. And their great customer service is very educated on their products and are great at matching you with the perfect oil or vape for your taste or style. They literally have something for everyone different tastes. Whatever you may be looking for I know you can find it at cindy vapes. I will never try to shop at any other vape store ever again.

Maybe I caught them on a day whem stock was low. Not the best selection of devices, salt nic or disposable vapes. The staff is friendly though

Ive been a non smoker for 2 years now and i do thank cincy vapors for being around and providing all the mods and juice to keep me smoke free.. Their staff is always A+ and the prices are great for a local store! Ill always be a customer and recommend everyone to visit if your trying to quit the stinkies

Friendly customer service, prices on premium vapor very reasonable. I really like how you can test most of the vapors before you buy them. Worth trying them out if youve never been there.

Cincy Vapors is a nice spot to pick up supplies. Huge selection of juice to choose from, and a friendly staff. Owner is a cool guy and actually invests profits into improving the store, currently theyre redoing the HVAC system to vent vapor out of the store better. Him putting that money back into the store to make the customer experience better says all it needs to about Cincy Vapors.

They are always friendly and have a better selection of flavors than any other places Ive been to. They always have cotton for rebuildables unlike the place thats closest to my house.

I love cincy vapor, however the restaurant next door decided to create parking spots where you were able to once drive through which is an inconvenience because now instead of pulling through the parking lot and driving straight through the light I now have to hope I can pull out of the opposite side of the parking lot and into the turning lane, it also prevents emergency vehicles from having full access to the parking lot. Cincy Vapors, love them, The restaurant next door, can suck a FAT one!

Bought a kanger kit from another store on Saturday, started leaking Saturday wasnt able to make it back to where I bought it Saturday so my husband was taking it apart to check it out and broke my glass. Went to where I bought it Monday told them what happened they had no replacement glass and didnt offer to help in any way even though I only was able to use it for a couple hours. So I went to cincy vapors in Fairfield ohio, they were out of the replacement glass, but they tried another glass and when that didnt work they gave me another sub tank and two coils!!! They did everything they could to help me and I didnt even buy the kit there!! Great bunch of guys!!! Awesome way to take care of a customer!!! Thanks soo much guys. Ill be seeing you again for sure

Love Cincy Vapors. Helpful! Kind! Polite! I quit smoking many years ago- I was hospitalized with double pneumonia- & started using a little e-cigarette . I would rather vape than smoke, & Cincy vapors has been helpful in explaining products, & how to use them safely. All of their locations are great- & the Hamilton location went out of their way to save a promotional poster for my special needs son, & give it to him- he loves it. The fairfield location took my orders over the phone through covid lockdowns. Just above & beyond great people! Thank you to everyone at Cincy Vapors!!!

BEST VAPE SHOP within 50 miles of Hamilton. Everyone is very knowledgeable, and helpful. Purchased a mod and they showed me how to build my coils. They also have the biggest selection of eliquid and mods around! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

I have been going to the cincy vapors for a couple years now and they have always been a great resource for learning as well as a great bunch of people to just hang out with on an afternoon.

The two times I went into Fairfield store. Not very much help with products. Didnt tell me the extras I needed for my mods. Wasnt very helpful with the juices.
