Spoke with Sean over the phone discussing different vapes that they offer. Went into the store 30 minutes later and he was eager to show me different vapes they had in stock and was very knowledgeable. This vape shop has juices and vapes that I am not used to seeing in the Hamilton or West Chester area including different juices I have never heard of. 10/10 experience and finally a shop that offers a different variety of goods.

One of if not the best vaping store in the tri state super helpful to customers, very good selection, and very knowledgeable! Couldnt recommend any more! Just go there! Ive continued to go to this cape shop everytime I need anything for my vape needs and Ive yet to be disappointed! These guys rock and are so friendly and helpful! You gotta give these guys a chance at fulfilling your vape needs! 10 stars!

I’m from out of town and needed some coils and this was the closest place to me. I’m so glad I stopped. The guy working was so friendly and helped me find a couple new flavors to try, plus they had the exact coils I needed. It’s too bad I’m not from the area because I’d stop here all the time!

The owner is a super awesome guy. Very personable and honest person. The shop has a wide selection of vape juice, vape tanks/mods, and the disposable vapes as well.

Ground zero is a wonderful establishment with a fantastic owner. If they dont have something you want. Theyll try to find something comparable and look into ordering what you were looking for. All of the employees have an excellent all around knowledge about vaping products. They even have glass and zippos. They have the BEST selection around. Will definitely be back every week!

ROB WAS SUPER AMAZING!!! I walked in knowing compeletely nothing and was a little skeptical because I didn’t want to get ripped off, BUT that totally wasn’t the case. He was more than helpful and knowledgeable about what products he thought was best for me! He made sure I walked out of there with no questions! I see why they have 5 star reviews!! The staff is excellent! They are always friendly and helpful. Ground Zeros house liquids are the best around but they have a great selection beyond their own line. I dont go anywhere else anymore since they opened up.

They really deserve their great reviews. They fixed my mod which I was close to giving up on and they were so friendly and helpful. Im going to go here for all my vaping needs now.

Went there about a month ago and bought a new mod.. I had so many questions and these guys were so extremely helpful. We ended up talking for about an hour before I left. It seemed as if weve been friends for a long time. Super friendly group and a GREAT selection. Im sorry it took so long to post this! But HIGHLY recommend going and checking them out, you wont be disappointed... Did you guys get the stage going yet?? I still want to come and do some acousitc jams! Haha.

Amazing service! Helped me figure out which vape to get with my juice, unlike the other vale shop that I went to which BLANTLEY let me try to put nick salt into a disposable. This guy here is awesome, I thought I broke my vape and he was willing to check it out.. Come to find out just turned it off in accident 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for the kindness.

Absolutely love this place and I would recommend it to anybody. My favorite is one of the house flavors called Peon. Its sweet and smells like cotton candy. I always leave happy after a visit. 😊

If you are going here for kratom buy the pre packaged kracken. The sales guy talked me into the loose kratom they sell and it is no good.
