I had an issue where I had bought a salt nic mod here and they ran out of coils for it. I mentioned it 2 different times to an employee there, whoapparently never made a note to restock the coils. So I ended up selling my vape and then switched to disposables. I still had 3 brand new coils and a a full bottle of juice from the vape I had sold. Well the manager who listened to my bad experience, Jessica profusely apologized and did way more for me than she needed to do to make and keep a customer happy (me). 10/10 customer service from Jessica. She kept my business for this store. Give her a raise!

Owners only paid me half wages for my first 4 days. I got called in for a 3 hour shift to cover for my coworker that day and they expected her to pay me for those hours.. out of her pocket. Very shadily run. Told me if I stuck with it id be the manager of the Carmi store they never opened..

The owner of this particular store is rude and very unprofessional, especially to his employees. He belittles them in front of customers without a care in the world and they dont get any breaks in accordance with state or federal law and because of this they have a high employee turn over rate. I would recommend shopping elsewhere and especially never work there. The employees themselves are helpful and nice, the owner is rude and spiteful.
