Recently had a great massage here! It was relaxing and exactly what my body needed. They have a great staff to take care of men and women, and a couples massage room! The location was easy to get to. Again the massage was really relaxing. The therapist was attentive to my problem spots and her fingers did the trick. I would easily come here again if I was in the area

I had a great experience from start to finish... the massage therapist did an excellent job working on my knots and making sure I felt comfortable all the way until the end of the session. I would definitely recommend to get a massage at this location. Manager is very polite and attentive too! Love the experience! Coming back for sure!

Today, my cervical spine hurts so much. I searched for a massage shop nearby. It was so clean and exquisite. A little girl received me. I was very satisfied if I wanted to do it for half an hour. As a result, I was shocked by her technique for five minutes. There has been no massage for more than ten years, so I changed the time to an hour. Its the most perfect massage. Its so comfortable. I like you👍👍👍

Im not happy with the service I received here.I made appointment and told them I have lower back pain and Im coming in for treatment and massage therapy.When the massage therapist came in and without single preparation or warming the muscles, she straight pushed so hard on my lower back that I screamed from pain.A good massage therapist knows this to slowly increase pressure and not suddenly press pain points.Also, she kept massaging one spot that its in pain so long and move to another spot so long stay on it. And I have limited pain tolerance. Even when it was so painful and I ask her to stop she kept pushing. I mean am I joking to u? I asked to stop, u should respect that and massage based on my pain tolerance.I asked for massage for my left leg, and my back, but she kept massaging the spots I dont want even when I tell her I dont want you massage her for example my head, she kept pushing. I dont like to be pressured on my head.The worst thing is that I paid $93.00 and even though I wasnt happy with how I treated, I was forced to pay tip! I mean what are u getting the tip for?Also, another point is that I didnt get any information on my muscles, body, and required treatment. They barely speak English. I had a really hard time understanding what theyre saying. Communication is zero between client and massage therapist.Oh I forgot to say she asked for $20.00 tip and said if you pay I will massage your feet! I paid for one hour massage and I think I should get service where I ask for. She was so pushy about getting a big tip! Terrible experience.Overall, dont trash your money here.Update:Actually my pain is so much worse after a day of getting massage. You hurt me and my body. I want a full refund. Im in pain because of your unprofessional employees who call themselves massage therapist. Im having pain where I didnt have pain!!!!

I came here before last month and lady did an amazing job!! When I went back a month later whoever was there was so unprofessional … kept talking during the session, left the room to answer phone while massaging and didn’t let me know what was happening, and left me uncovered on the table without a sheet two times which you’re not allowed to do for any reason in North America if you have your underwear removed

Emmy helped me sooo much! I was suffering from the worst headache. She made sure to focus on my head, neck and back and put her all into it. I’m sore in a good way today and my heads feeling much better. Will be going back soon!

I had my first massage at Hand & Stone and it was great! The staff were super friendly, especially Katie the Manager! My therapist did a great job listening to my needs and making my massage exactly what I needed. I signed up to be a Member and will definitely be back every month. Thanks Hand & Stone!

Honestly, I didn’t enjoy my massage. I asked for the special that includes essential oils and either the language barrier was a problem or there actually is no special. She tried calling the owner to help translate but the owner didn’t respond and then I tried typing in google translate and I thought that helped but I’m pretty sure she just used regular baby oil during my massage. Then, another weird instance was that my bare bottom was showing during most of the massage. I’ve had many over the years and your bottom is usually covered by the sheet when they massage that area. I told her to do medium intensity and that was too soft, which is odd because other places ‘medium’ is approximately deep. Then, when I was about to leave, she asked for a tip. Honestly, I would’ve preferred not to because the service was subpar but I did anyway. On the plus side, it was clean and the masseuse was friendly but those are really the only positives.

Buyer beware! My wife and I decided to get an impromptu massage for the weekend. After realizing that our favorite massage palor was booked for the day, we discovered Relax & Spa on groupon. We booked a couples massage and schedule an appointment later that evening. After arriving and disclosing that we had a groupon we were turned away. The reception was unprofessional stating that we should have told her that even though nothing states that we need to say we have a groupon and she didnt ask when we made the appointment. The whole experience was a waste of time and money as we will not be giving them our business.

The location is situated in a townhome style building, which gives it a homely feeling. They are on the second floor, the rooms are clean and quiet and smell nice.Amy and Alla were so sweet and really good! They were attentive and made sure the experience was comfortable and the pressure was good. Such great prices and a great experience. Will be back.

Have never had such a poor experience. 80% was on one side of the body. Only did my legs and back. Less than 1min on both arms. Never touched my feet or hands, roughly pulled my hair so that my scalp was sort after… walked on my back & legs but kept slipping off

They force you to get happy ending and pay extra tip even if you dont want it. As for masssge , just do the same walk on back over and over then flip you over to caress you body to get you hype for happy ending. Don’t recommend.

I had good experience here with 60 minutes deep tissue. Feeling great after the massage, my neck and shoulders pain went away. Its small room but its very clean and look cozy. Thank you Amy! She did very a good job.

I’ve been to this place twice and had body massage with Michelle. I feel very relaxed after my massage and now I’m bringing my husband here for the couple massage.

We did a couples massage that went okay. I was shocked that they only did the backside of my body instead of both sides. The massage was interrupted a few times and they were talking and laughing alot more for my liking. Then when we walked out I went to leave a $15 tip for both of us (since the couples massage was $100) and she asked for $40. After I said I wasn’t tipping $40 (40% tip) she spent 2 minutes explaining why I should. I told her $20 she charged an extra $3 and I just left. If you’re unhappy with your prices you shouldn’t expect your customers to make it up in tips. It was our first time and you just lost a reoccurring customer!

These are my neighbors I live right next door. 0.3 miles away. They have always taken good care of me. I wish I could come for Annie once a week on my existing budget but that would be a stretch. Massage and other body Work therapy has helped me increase my available funds an income. The room is large well equipped quiet and private but my massage therapist stepped out three times during the massage.

Very good massage, pretty food place for me to release pressure after a long day har work. Will definitely recommend come here. The price is responsible too.

Wow… this place is fake review central!!!Definitely NOT a relaxing experience. It was supposed to be a 60 minute massage but ended up being 50 minutes. Maybe they counted from arrival?The part that really ruined my massage was that the masseuse is also the receptionist. She got 5 calls throughout my massage with the most obnoxious and highest-set-volume ringtone possible. After interrupting my massage with a full conversation with her potential clients, she would start again by whispering “sorry”. I understand help is hard to find these days but for the love of God, put the phone on vibrate. You can hear it just as easy in a quiet room. Also, leave the frikkin room while having a conversation!

Mina did an amazing job! Her massage skill is wonderful. I really enjoyed the treatment and definitely will be back. Highly recommended this place 👍

Very upset about the way I was tread. Maria the lady who treated me was very disrespectful. She end the session 10 minutes before time was up. She went out of the room four times to answer her phone and when I complaint about ending earlier she went to her phone to check the cámara and realize she was wrong , to late I was already upset . Left 15% tip when I could it leave nothing and she insulted me in Chinese after she saw her tip. Would never come back again.

If only I could give 0 stars. I will be contacting the better business bureau. The allegations made by the person I sent to this establishment are extremely disturbing!!! I caution people to question the services rendered at this place.

Ordered a 60 minute massage through Groupon. Made an appointment and lady answered in brisk manner not bothering to take my name/number. Came in today and apparently she “forgot” my appointment. Waste of time and money. Thankfully i was able to get a refund thru Groupon but I won’t be coming back.

Absolutely spectacular Lily was awesome and got rid of all my knots I felt like a new person afterwards. The place is clean and the therapists are pleasant and very experienced.

Did not enjoy I felt rushed. She even sat on the phone for 10 mins. And only walked on my back. I felt like I got the lazy treatment. She didn’t even follow directions, maybe it’s cause I’m black ?!?!

Worst experience my massuse bring her phone in my room I didnt count but atleast 5-6 times phone has rang with higher possible volume. When ever phone rings she answer phone and she just rub my body here and there with one hand and she doesnt even care to leave the room and answer phone call
