GRACE NAILS And SPA Falls Church

I’ve been to Grace Nails a couple of times prior to today, and they always do an ok job. I have never asked for a specific nail tech before, but now I will.Tracy did my nails today and did a phenomenal job. Usually, when I leave a nail salon, I can point out the things I’m unhappy with - especially when I get acrylics. Today, I didn’t do that. Tracy did a fabulous job in a short amount of time. I was in and out in an hour which is a rarity.I’ll definitely be back in a couple of weeks to see Tracy.

Today is August 9 and on July 19th I was in Falls Church and stopped into Grace to get my nails done. Today my nails need doing only because of the new growth. My nails are as pristine as they were the day they were done with the exception of the new growth. Grace uses quality product and in The 8 years Iv’e been going there I’ve never has a chip. It’s is unfortunate that I have never gotten this quality of polish from any other place I’ve gone. Thank you Grace for the quality and excellence of your services.

Finally, finally found a consistently great nail salon. Every nail salon in the Mosaic and Falls Church area are hit or miss. My dip powder, gel manicure lasts a full month with no lifting and chipping. Thats all I ever wanted. Thank you!

I went to Graces for a pedicure on my birthday. they did a wonderful job and were very kind and welcoming.

Helen is wonderful! It adds an extra hour to getting my nails done since I have to drive much further to get to her, bit worth it every time!

I called ahead of time to she if they had any appointments available for a mani-pedi and the lady on the phone said I could come in now if I wanted. I got their 15 minutes after I called and she was able to see me right away. I was getting a full set with a gel polish. I told the lady I would like a coffin shape and she said she was able to do that. She starts on my nails and shows me the shape of them and theyre nothing like I asked for. I go on my phone to show her a picture of what I was talking about, she then tells me this is what I gave you. It is NOTHING like the picture I showed her. So she started to fix them to what I thought would be what I showed her. She shows me my nail again which is my pinky and the shaped looked good, when she was all done I go to wash my hands and I look at my nails and they are horrible, I didnt want to be a thorn in anyones side so I thought it would grow on me and after they were all painted and I left after getting my toes done I hated them and called another nail salon to have them fix it. After getting my toes done the lady said they were all dry and ready to go, I got to my car and they were already smudge. I am very disappointed.

I’ve been coming here for the last 3 months. Never have I ever disappointed. Tracy is my favorite technician. She knows what I want, all I have to do is pick the color and she handles everything. Good customer service!!! Recommend this place to everyone.

The workers here clearly care about what they are doing and put a lot of attention and detail into your nails. I absolutely love how my set turned out! Definitely recommend! 😊

I called at 9:00 a.m. and got a noon appointment and I was in and out within an hour. Helen did Amazing! Clean, smooth job! I will definitely be coming back here when Im in town and need my nails done.

Grace nails does a fantastic job. I got pink and whites for my engagement party and they turned out PERFECTLY. I had friends texting me asking for pictures of my nails after. I have also gotten a spa pedicure here and it was so relaxing that I almost fell asleep. Love these ladies, best in the area!

Ivy is amazing! She is so talented but also very patient and pays attention to detail. She made sure all my nails matched each other and really took her time. I will certainly be returning!

The worst service and experience. Guys look at the pic , she filled my nails with nail polish !! The lady was loud and violent and asked me to leave the salon when I started asking about this childish work . I kindly asked her to fix my nails, refused and threatened to call the cops if I don’t leave . Am a tourist and had to call my cousin to come pick me up . I left extremely sad and frustrated …since I have a special event to attend.I never ever wrote a review about a business , as an entrepreneur I know how it feels when a client writes a review . But plz just look at the pic ! Save your money … there is so many professional salons in Tyson’s .

Very clean salon with good sanitary practices. The massage was great and the amount of time was well worth it. They really get in there with the deep tissue treatment. The dipping powder manicure was excellent, they even did a beautiful design on the spot. The dipping powder work was consistent across all fingers, very even and strong, lasting up to 4 weeks.

Went here before for waxing, V did an amazing job. I recently went in for a refill and the lady asked me did I want gel or acrylic color? I say acrylic color. I was not told until checkout that it would change the price of my nails. This “refill “ with acrylic color and a cut down cost me $85. I was like huh? This is the most anyone has ever charged me for a refill with acrylic color. Also I wanted a French tip which was agreed upon starting my service. The lady decided that it would not go well with the base color. This was not discussed again until I saw her putting on the top coat. The tech decided she didn’t want to do it again due to the color possibly clashing. I also feel like it was close to closing but I was there over 2hrs. Communication can definitely be approved. Good work but ask for quotes upfront and before any add-one are recommended.

The girls were absolutely wonderful ! I got eyelash extensions and the girl was so gentle and kind with my eyes. They turned out phenomenal and I love the shape and look of them! Stunning work and would highly recommend people to go! They looked at my nails and provided me with a healthier and stabler option given to my fragile nails, cannot thank them enough! Very sweet, kind and patient ladies. Thank you both so much !!

Very friendly, did a great job on my nails. I asked for a candy cane design, and she went above and beyond for me. Fair prices and free parking!

I have been coming to Grace Nails and Spa for almost a year now ever since moving up to NOVA. The ladies are amazing and I would not trust anyone else to do my nails. I have never been disappointed in my manicures. Vy, Ivy, and Helen are the sweetest and always try to fit me in with my busy schedule.

Grace Nails did my manicure for my wedding and I was so impressed. I requested a specific color and they mixed a couple colors for a gorgeous natural light pink on my nails. The shape of the nail was perfect and service was wonderful. I dont get my nails done often but when I do, I will be coming here.

It I can give the places 10 stars I would I went there for my first time, first customer service was amazing I did my nails I couldn’t be more happier honestly they know what they are doing Ms Helen did my nails they look amazing for Christmas I recommend this place.

Lynn did a wonderful job with my pedicure and gel manicure. She took her time to be detail oriented and made pleasant conversation.

I attempted to get a pedi on my break here. I just wanted the $40 treatment and to pay extra for callous. I explained to the tech that my skin is sensitive and did not want to use that berry stuff they used with callous removal. After all I only wanted to move the minor dry skin from eczema. I do not have callous. Unfortunately she would not let me pay extra for the service separately so I had to leave

Clean and nice. make sure to make an appointment!! they are very focused on making sure youre happy with how your nails look and that its exactly what you want.

My experience well exceeded my expectations .I LOVE my nails. Im getting married in a few days and Helen took her time and really helped me relax. She was very easy to talk to and really did amazing work .needless to say I am in love and will be back! First time getting SNA. Couldn’t be happier with the final result. I’m so impressed with my new nails! They look so natural.

Worst place getting my pedicure. The woman rushed to do my nails and there was only one customer in the store. What’s the rush!!! Didn’t paint it right and had to put four coats on my nails. Now I have to wait for hours until it’s dried. SMH.

Went there for pedi and I am so happy. The lady named Ivy was not only a great pedicure artist but also a fantastic masseuse. I recommend getting the whole package!! Friendly ambiance. Clean.

The ladies were very sweet and welcoming. They removed a gel polish on my toes gently but effectively, and painted on a nice color. The foot massage included in the pedicure was lovely, not as aggressive and pinchy as some places. Their hot towels have a eucalyptus scent that they waft towards you for a soothing effect. Schedule in advance to assure service, and you’ll be pleased with the calm atmosphere.

Had an amazing pedicure done by Chi. Place was clean, quiet and everyone was very friendly and nice. Chi did such a careful and thorough job and it’s the best looking pedicure I’ve gotten in a long time! The prices are also very reasonable starting at $35 for a basic pedicure. Absolutely coming back!

I had such an amazing experience here! Ive been looking for 2 years since I moved to the area .. Im happy to say this is my salon now 🥰 Im also really excited to try their massages and facials. Their staff is so kind and welcoming. You will be happy you spent money here !

Drove a number of miles to get here from good reviews. Gave it another chance. The manicurist suggested me of SNS that chipped off the next day which also ruined my natural nails. I let her know what I wanted including the color but said another is better. I trusted then was disappointed. Also, she offered a higher priced pedicure and manicure with spa as was claimed, unfortunately,wasnt done good and werent really cleaned. Cuticles didnt even removed but claimed to have done it. To avoid being stressed, I told myself, wont comeback to this place. I thought they are better. SPAs Tip was included in the fee without letting you know and then I gave another tip which she didnt list.

After getting a pedicure here, the polish started chipping off the very next day (completely gone on one of my nails). I have never had a pedicure last this short of time, and within a few days, all of the polish was gone. It was frustrating as I paid good money for this to be done and it not even last.

I got a manicure and pedicure with my girlfriend and the service was awesome. The staff are very friendly and professional. I felt taken care of and totally relaxed by the time I left. Recommend to anyone looking for a good place.

I can’t get my nails done anywhere else! Ms. Helen and the girls always take great care of my nails. Everyone is so friendly and I highly recommend grace to everyone in the area!

Not particularly happy with my fill today. I started with one girl that filed one hand and passed me off to another girl once her regular came in without an appointment. Which I had! My right hand looks great because of the file the 1st lady did. My left hand is crooked and doesnt match my right hand. I dont believe Ill waste my time here ever again.

Quyen is my sister. I have been with her for 2 years now and she is wonderful!! Highly skilled and recommend for esthetician services (mani / pedi, massage, eyebrows, etc.). These ladies are lovely always warm and welcoming. Tracy is also great!

Best nail salon Ive found. Helen does an excellent job and my dip manicures last longer here than anywhere else Ive been.

I had a great experience @Grace nails with Chi. I would recommend to people who want to have a beautiful nail done. I had SNS manicure and totally enjoy it.

Total rip off. Paid for a $75 1 hour facial and got a 40 minute rushed face assault. I know this because there was a clock on the wall in the room. Also got a cheap DIY paper mask that you can buy for $2.00 placed on my face for 15 minutes.wow! Unbelievable. Never again.

What a lovely treat in the center of Falls Church City. I enjoyed having my feet and nails treated.

Upon completion of $35 manicure was told extra $5 for removal of old color. 1 week later my color peeling. Never again
