Just had an incredible stretch session with Nathan. I was only able to squeeze in a quick 30 minute session, but man I wish it was an hour! He is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly! He did a great job making sure I was getting a good stretch but was still comfortable. I can’t wait to go back!

It was a great massage experience, I went there with pain and tense shoulder and back muscles and this was my first time there and Sunny was my masseuse and she is just amazing and healed my back with her great massage therapy. thank you I had really great massage experience after a long while.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for years because I found my favorite massage therapist, Sunny, who remembers and knows my problem areas and always lets me walk out relaxed and rejuvenated. Few months ago I felt like my skin needed some help so I booked a facial. The esthetician, Niyousha, was patient, knowledgeable, gave me good skincare tips. Ive gone to her several times for facials already and my skin looks better. I think Ive found another keeper at this location.

Miss Niyousha is always the best and she makes my skin feel so smooth. Can’t recommend her enough! She also adjusts her treatment to what my skin looks like. The best!!!

I went in for a 90 min session that included rapid tension and a custom deep tissue massage. It never disappoints with Manuel. I think of Manuel like the magic man. He is very knowledgeable and he knows his stuff. I’ve been a member of ME for 14 years and although I discovered Manuel in the past year, he has become my top favorite therapists for deep tissue therapy. Manuel listens. This session he focused on my upper and lower back and glutes. I left me feeling so rejuvenated. It was worth every minute.

Sonhui is by far the best massage therapist I have ever had. She keeps notes on the tension in my body from one session to the next. She checks in with you as the massage progresses and is very responsive to requests. Also she is very pleasant and professional.

I have had several excellent massages (in 2023) with Kassidy D. She is a great provider who tailors the massage to meet your needs. She was also the most effective prenatal massage provider who I saw during my pregnancy. Highly recommend.

Sue always does an amazing job! She is skilled and technical. Sue’s work is based on how your body responds. If she feels something tight or crunchy, she spends extra time on those areas. I absolutely recommend!! And thank you, Sue!!

I do not review often but I need to warn fellow consumers! Do not sign up for a membership or come to the Falls Church location. I signed up for a 6 month membership and when I called to cancel they stated I was tied in for a year. I was told I had to reach back out in March to then be able to cancel for May! Being a high risk pregnant woman, I do not benefit from massage envy and learned of the ability to freeze your account from the Fair Lakes location. Side note, Fair Lakes is where I go the most because they provide great service but because they are franchises, they are not able to help me. I called Falls Church again to try and freeze my account but of course it is not that easy. Apparently they require my medical records and first born child to even consider cancelling my membership. This experience has been so stressful. I will not be a returning client and will ensure my family and friends are not scammed!

She was super helpful and really funny. My skin feels great!!

Michelle is incredible. Im about to move to north of Baltimore but will be coming back to see her. I havent found a good masseuse that I want to consistently go to for a long time, I almost canceled my membership.

James was wonderful. I loved the extra touches of having a cushion under your arm/shoulder when face down and then under your head when face up. He did a great job with deep tissue.

The massages in my opinion were not good at this or nearby locations. My big complaint is Denise refusing to allow me to cancel and even penalizing me for doing a freeze(refusing to let me cancel after the freeze) when it’s a month to month membership. I’ve paid a year of dues and am forfeiting massage credits so that should more than cover any freeze payments they want to squeeze out of me. They’ve been non responsive to emails and took weeks to get back to me on cancellation requests. Much worse than a gym membership so I’d be careful.

I did not enjoy my Massage Envy experience. My masseuse was super friendly and chatty; however, I really wanted to relax during my massage. I wished she didn’t talk as much. In addition, I filled out my massage preferences when I checked in. I indicated I did not want my face or scalp massaged. My masseuse still did both areas. I was so surprised when it happened that I didn’t say anything. I could clearly see both areas were marked red on the digital screen in my room so I know it was on my profile. At the end of my massage, the front desk staff gave me a very lengthy spiel about becoming a Massage Envy member. That is not how I wanted to end what was supposedly to be a relaxing experience. It would be more beneficial to first ask if someone is interested in becoming a member before starting a full-blown sales pitch. The whole experience made me uncomfortable and it was not worth what I paid. I won’t be back.

The team here is very friendly and welcoming. The general manager was attentive and efficient and my massage with Xiangsu was great! My shoulders and back felt terrible when I got there from a recent long car trip and by the time I left, I felt 100x better.

This is first time that I had a massage at this location. James was a great massage therapist and knew how to address the knots in my back. I am looking forward to book my next appointment.

I drove from Montgomery County Md (40Minutes) to this location because I was so unhappy with the current front desk & management at Gaithersburg location who are rude and have canceled appointments as I walked in for a massage (and no apology for the inconvenience).

Xiangsu is amazing and helped alleviate some knee pain that came on that morning. I woke up this morning and had no more pain. He’s wonderful and I appreciate him so much for helping me feel better.

Deborah is one of the best massage therapist Ive ever had. Great technique to really work my problem areas as well as relax me. Perfect level of firm pressure. She listens to your needs and your muscles. My neck and hip felt much better afterwards. Deborah is consistently an excellent therapist. Will try to book Deborah again next time. She might make me keep my membership!

Massage therapist was good, her name was Denise. The problem was that I did not get the 60 minutes I paid for. Between waiting in the waiting area and talking in the room and changing we went past about 17 minutes (2:47) from my appointment time, which was 2:30. And then Denise stopped about 3 minutes before the hour mark 3:27. In total I lost about 20 minutes… After complaining at the front desk I was told that customers never get the 60 minutes. The therapist allows 5 minutes in the beginning for undressing and 5 minutes at the end for dressing back up… my time lost was still more than these 10 minutes they allow…. This is enough for me not to come back…. to this location at least. Bad first time experience.

Manuel is incredible. Falls Church Massage Envy is top notch. Any of their therapists are a cut above any of the other Massage Envy locations. I made this appointment a day earlier and got Manuel. Never had him before, but he was wonderful. I prefer hard pressure and dread when they use their elbows, but Manuel glided over my muscles. THANK YOU MANUEL AND MASSAGE ENVY.

I have been to this location before and was pleased with the service. However, it was my first time having Kassidy as my masseuse. She was very professional and very pleasant! Kassidy did an awesome job in targeting the areas that needed the most attention. She made sure I was comfortable during the session and I left feeling very relaxed. I would definitely use her again!

This was my second massage with Kassidy, although my first visit at this location and I couldn’t be more pleased. She was patient and flexible with me (I had to call to let them know I was running about 15 minutes late for my 60min session 😬), but I still got a great deep tissue massage. She was also very helpful to give me notice of her typical schedule so I would be able to schedule longer appointments, which I need! She is also hard to get so I’m grateful. I’ll certainly be back for a 90minute appointment.

My session today with Sue was the best therapeutic massage I have ever had. She is highly skilled and knowledgeable about the human body. Her techniques and pressure were perfect for me. I was injured in an accident over a year ago and struggle with sciatica as a result. I left ME feeling better and more mobile than at any time since then. I will definitively return!

I highly recommend James! Not only did he make me feel very comfortable, his professionalism was outstanding! I was literally able to close my eyes and not think for the duration of the massage, and he was able to get to the deep knots in my shoulders without me feeling as though he was using a white hot poker to do so! Susan K is a light to medium firmness masseuse who is extremely professional, kind, and outgoing. She checked on me several times to ensure I was enjoying her degree of firmness and we also reviewed points of focus prior to my session which she most definitely did focus on. Overall, I felt relaxed and feeling refreshed after my session was complete. I also had a wonderful experience with Sarah, the Assistant Manager of this location who was very courteous, professional, and charismatic. I really enjoyed the atmosphere of this location will definitely be returning!

Monica was very thorough in addressing my complex skincare needs. My skin still feels great the next day, and I can see a visibility improvement. She also made it a relaxing experiencing. I highly recommend scheduling with her if you can.

I went for a massage this week because my shoulder and neck had been in a lot of pain. I saw Sue at Massage Envy in Falls Church. She did an amazing job of working on it. I had a great massage experience with Susan. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions relating to the pain symptoms Ive been experiencing. She also provided me with some great advice on keeping my muscles relaxed post massage. I will definitely return for periodic massages!

I cannot recommend this massage envy. They reactivated my account without notice and charged me after I had sent a written cancelation. When I called to ask them about this, they said they needed 10 days to process cancellations and refused to give me a refund. Not to mention the quality of some of the massages was low. It felt like they had no training.

Debra is always prompt, friendly, positive, and accommodating with regard to my goals for the session. Janice is also an excellent therapist and is very experienced, knowledgeable, and skillful. I highly recommend them both!

I usually see Janice at ME, when I have back issues. She gives an excellent firm pressure massage and knows how to work out the knots. If I could rate Deborah, I would give her a 1000 she is off the charts good! The massage was great. My neck feels so much better today, and she is also a sweetheart. Definitely recommend her and I’ll be going back to see her soon.

Xiangsu was a different kind of therapist. He employed what I think of as a mix of Eastern/western technique which was nice. He spent a good deal of time on my shoulders as i asked and it was very helpful. I was surprised by the leg work, no oil or touch on the skin, which I usually want, but what he did sure felt good.

Yesterday, I had my first returning visit since the pandemic started to Massage Envy Falls Church location at 7395 Lee Highway. On many levels, it was so needed although I didnt fully realized it until now. First, it was so wonderful to get a massage again and I felt totally safe!!! Good safety protocols in place that you could tell staff took seriously, which was important to me. Second, Sarah really made me feel comfortable when I made the appointment knowing my concern. She even remembered me from a year ago given we had spent time developing a plan to use my many accumulated points, only for the pandemic to suddenly hit and that plan went out the window. It was such a pleasure talking to Sarah again and I really valued her positive, uplifting attitude and her smile that I could hear over the telephone. And, it made my day feeling a sense of connection with people again and it made me happy it was Sarah!!Third, I had James and he gave me one for the best massages ever, really focusing on all the tension in my back and shoulder blades that I think accumulated over time given the uncertainty of the past year. I used to get massages all the time and appreciating them in the moment but something was very different about this massage--it felt so relaxing and represented a step toward returning to a normal life again that I didnt realize at the time. In hindsight, Im so glad my process to experiencing simple pleasures of life again has started with the Falls Church location of Massage Envy!!!P.S. Im returning next week for a facial with Haydeh. I had several facials with her before the pandemic and thought she was great. Shes very knowledgeable and I realized I trusted her expertise advice about skin care, which I played back in my head several times during all the stay-at-home time this past year. If youre still reading this, highly recommend you treat yourself to wonderful facial with Haydah too!!Book a tension-free, relaxing experience now at the Falls Church Massage Envy location and I bet youll be glad you did!!!

I almost dont want to mention my masseuse by name, so as to ensure I have max availability for next time! But alas...Denise gave the best massage I can recall having--it was really that good!! The 10 minute longer drive from my (former) usual location is well worth it!

Very professional and friendly from start to finish. Staff was very efficient and Denise my massuse, was great throughout the session. This was second visit, with Denise, and she was super.

Made a last minute appointment before close Friday night. The lady at the desk was extremely helpful. My therapist was Rob and he was one of the most knowledgeable therapists I’ve ever met. Definitely a high quality experience! 5 stars ⭐️!

Nothing against the therapist, she was likely following a routine, I don’t know. However, this service (stretch) was a waste of time and money. I could have laid on my living room floor and got a better stretch. Perhaps it was not targeted for active patrons but more so for elderly. If that is the case it should have been presented that way and I would have spent my time and money on another more suitable product or service. I do not intend to include this in my routine going forward. Very disappointed.

I received a massage that works on all the painful muscle areas, especially my back. It is not only helpful but also relaxing. Deborah works on any area that has been an issue the past month. I always feel better afterwards. She does a great job.

Xiangsu at this Massage Envy location is the absolute BEST. I book him a month in advance because he’s in such high demand - he can lay on the pressure but does it in such a measured and purposeful way… I always end up feeling 1000x better after he’s done than when I go in. Great reminder that I need to book my next session stat!

I LOVE Massage Envy Falls Church location. The front desk team is amazing and always helpful. They start your visit with a smile and friendly attitude that keeps you coming back. The massage therapists are great. A 5 star, but the business practices are a1. Not happy with my experiences. Such as, was charged monthly for a year.even though I was never there. When questioned I was told I was a member. Recently I received a gift of a 90 minute massage. It said 90 minute massage on the gift card. However, I was told that would only be if I was a member so I was not allowed a 90 minute massage. Seems very poor business model. Will go somewhere more reputable. Too bad since the massages were good.

I just had my first massage there and it was beyond what I expected. Far better than my previous Massage Envy locations. Having an athletic build its hard to have people who can break down tissue and really do work. I had David and he was really awesome. If you like mid-heavy pressure and someone who hits the hard spots, he was fantastic. The facility and staff were super nice as well. Excited for my next massage!

Manuel is the best! 90 minutes” massage and I’m better than ever! Just enough pressure and he really pays attention to where I need the most work.

The massage by James was great, no complaints. Unfortunately, due to the recent actions by the company, I will be canceling my plan that I have had with ME for the last decade. The Assistant Manager was unconcerned when I told her this and happily said she would send me the cancellation email. I will be contacting the Corporate office to provide the details. This is the worst service I’ve received in the past 10 years.

I have been seeing Haydeh for off and on for almost two years now. She has made my skin glow and I get so many compliments on how great my skin looks. I have also gotten a massage with Mr Manuel who will make your soreness disappear!!! My mother sees Deborah regularly also and won’t stop talking about how awesome she is. Everyone at this location is great!

Came in with chronic neck pain/lower back pain + horribly tense shoulders and it felt like Deborah went above and beyond specifically for my issues, even though I’m sure she does this for all her clients. I was in the best mood for the rest of the day because my body could finally relax. She also talks with you so that you’re comfortable with her but also doesn’t talk too much where you are distracted from your session. Will def be coming back :)

While I recommend the company, I do not recommend this particular store. I have been a massage envy customer for years. This was the first time I tried to use their services while traveling. I made the appointment for 90 minutes massage the evening before for the following day at noon. On my way to the appointment, being from out of town I called to verify the location only to be told I had been taken off the books. When I asked why I wasnt notified I was told a voicemail message had been left. I checked my missed calls and voicemail log only to discover that statement was a lie. Heres a clue, cell phones maintain a call log!!!!!God forbid I cancel on massage envy without proper notice...Sadly, I will have to wait until I’m done with my travels for a massage...

I’ve been seeing Haydeh for facials for years. I took a break when I moved overseas but moved back and was so happy to see she was still doing facials at Massage Envy. She really knows her stuff, and my skin is better with her care and expertise!

Debra was spot on locating the tightness in my muscles especially in my shoulders and lower back and by the end of my session I was feeling less discomfort.

I love Massage Envy, especially Manuel C, who has been the massage therapist I see most often. His pressure is just right and I am totally comfortable knowing I’m in such good hands. I like how this Massage Envy location’s staff are friendly, professional and courteous. I’ve been coming to this location since October 2020, and I’ve been impressed with their COVID-19 safety measures. Everyone is required to wear a mask and have their temperature checked. They also have enhanced their cleaning throughout the facility. But most importantly, and the reason why I keep coming back, is Mr. Manuel. I suffer from upper back and neck pain due to an old injury and the need to sit in front of a computer for hours on end for my job. Mr. Manuel is an amazing massage therapist!!! He easily finds my stiffness and knots and really goes to work on them. If you are looking for a medium to firm pressure massage, Mr. Manuel is absolutely the best!!!

She was fantastic. Janice has strong hands, a big heart and checks in about pressure level several times. She has great energy and I highly recommend her!

I was charged a credit transfer fee and no credit was transferred.I called after my husband was charged for his massage and no one could help me said someone would call me back the next day.. that was weeks ago.No one answers the phone now.

My appointment was booked barely 24hrs, prior to my visit , I got to the place and realized that they didn’t specify if it was a male or female who was going to be the masseuse, it ended up being a male, and I explained to them that I was Muslim who has the hijab and could not be massaged by a man, the lady tried to move me to a later time with a woman but it wasn’t convenient , she ended up charging me full price of the massage for canceling my appointment, even though I came in with my daughter who also had a facial so it wasn’t like i didn’t use any of their services at all…. First impression totally unfair. I will never use this place again.

I love this place! The people at the front desk are very nice and professional. Theres a comfortable members lounge with zen music to help set the mood. I purchased a membership after my first appointment and have not regretted it. Ive been paired with a great masseur who listens to my needs and does an excellent job. I have been coming to the Falls Church Massage Envy for almost ten years now. I have been with my current masseur, Mr. Do Kim, for six years! He has seen me through two knee replacements. Massage became critical therapy for me to keep my joints supple and moving, despite my joint issues. I am a strong believer in massage therapy as it has helped me remain active. Mr. Kim is a master at deep tissue, and listens carefully to the needs of the client. I strongly recommend both Mr. Kim and this location. I have also worked with other massage therapists at this location, and they have all been top notch.

This Massage Envy location in Falls Church deserves a 5 for sure! ! My massage therapist, Deborah was very effective in relieving the sciatic pain I was experiencing. Also, very relaxing at the same time. Deborah is one of the best massage therapists I have experienced over the years. I will try to book with her again when I am back in that area of Falls Church.I have also had services at the Vienna, VA location, and the Waldorf, Md location. All of these businesses are well run and have highly skilled massage staff & Mgt.My experience with these Massage Envy businesses have been1st rate!

The visit was well overdue! It appeared that the facility was doing everything right to keep everyone safe. Always love the front desk folks....so very calming.. Jacob found all the sore spots and made them feel great! Cant wait to go back and keep up the maintenance massages.

I had a massage yesterday with Jacob - someone I had never seen before. I’m always nervous to try someone new because you never know what you’ll get and having to endure 60 or 90 minutes of a bad massage you’re paying for is a disappointment. But I was so happy with my massage. Jacob was amazing. I was in quite a bit of pain in my back and Jacob took the time to find out where it was so he could work on it. And instead of digging his elbow into the tight spots he worked on it with the right amount of pressure to alleviate some of the pain not exacerbate it. Clearly I was very pleased. The only problem is I can’t get another appointment with him any time soon! I must not be the only one who likes him. 😉

Haydeh is deeply experienced in her field and anticipates her clients needs based on their unique lifestyle and circumstances. I know I’m in good hands with her when I come for my appointments. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. The staff was very friendly not to mention the massage was so relaxing. I was so relaxed I had to fight sleep. When I to my massage therapist that we both laughed and she said Honey go ahead to sleep this a place to get your stress out. Again great experience, why I am giving it a four of five, the hot towels were not hot more like Luke warm and you pay for an hour but you only get 50 mins.

I had a microderm treatment with Haydeh and it was amazing. Haydeh was very knowledgeable about my sensitive acne-prone skin just from the consultation. I felt comfortable the whole time, she was very gentile with my extractions and I will be returning to her! Not only did she give me a great treatment, but she spoke to me about my routine and gave great recommendations for me to implement in my routine to prevent future irritants. After years of facials, this was the best facial experience I have had.

I had a 90 minute massage today with Sue G. I have been enjoying massages for years and I have to say that this was the best massage I have ever had. I will break down what the word best means: 1) She listened to my concerns 2) She focused on my concerns and found the source 3) She relieved some pain while relaxing me which allowed me to completely enjoy the massage. 4) She stretched my areas that were bothering me and told me stretches to do at home. I will definitely make my appointments with Sue G!!!! Thank you!

This was my first massage in Falls Church and also my first massage in many months. I have a lower spine stress fracture and have been sitting on my couch working from home, so my back is all sorts of messed up. Rob did an amazing job. After just 90 minutes I feel like I will be able to sleep pain free for the first time in months. He used a variety of approaches and was communicative and professional. Sad to hear he will be leaving in a few months!

Jacob listens to your needs and actually follows through . He always focuses exactly where my muscle tightness is and helps my pain tremendously. He can tell me which muscles are tight or tense and then proceeds to work his magic . I don’t feel sore after the massage . It is the perfect amount of pressure . He is strong but gentle and really knows whet he is doing . He is courteous and professional. He also gives suggestions of other treatments we can try or at home stretches to help . I highly recommend him!

I have been going here for a few months. My massage therapist is Mina. highly recommend her. And the front desk service has been excellent. When I was late (meaning I forgot my apt) after they had reminded me a few days before by cell phone, they called me a couple of times to see if I had forgotten. I got there in time to get my 30 minutes left of my 60 minute massage. You get charged for a no show. I knew that. My fault but they were very nice about reminding me of the policy. Read the fine print, dont think there is much leeway if you fail to show. Cant blame them. This place seems fully booked all the time and the therapist loses money or has to get paid, however you want to look at it.

Jacob was great! When I arrived, I had knots in my upper back and shoulders and it hurt to turn my head one way. Jacob straight away starting working on the issues of my back and shoulders and neck and by the time the hour was up, I felt so much better!

Deborah very professional and friendly. Hard to find someone who is able to address my deep tissue issues and flexibility stretching. Always a wonderful experience!

I have been going to the Falls Church franchise for years. This location is less ideal for me, but the layout has improved. James is great when I want a firmer massage and Susan is who I go to for good conversation and a lighter touch. I feel safe there with the mask ok policy for customers and employees. I learned more about their COVID cleaning process recently and it works for me.

The experience felt safe (given the current Covid restrictions). I was treated with curtesy by the front desk staff, was able to book future appointments and the massage therapist Jacob was thoughtful and explained completely what he intended to work on after I explained my issues. Jacob is one of the best massage therapists I have had , he is intuitive and able give me a great massage. We started the session with the RPM machine which helped release tension in my neck, shoulders and back. Jacob is a master of the RPM.

Xiangsu is best therapist in Massage Envy. I make sure plan months ahead and have several appointments on his calendar.

Best Massage Envy location I’ve been to (I’ve been to at least 4 in VA and SC). Xiangsu has always been professional and skilled in deep tissue massage to help undo all the knots from cycling and running. And the front-desk staff is very helpful and accommodating.

Many people I know think of massage as something to be enjoyed only on vacation or a special occasion. I like to encourage my friends and family to think about them in a different way--that they are a part of a healthy lifestyle and very important to being physically and mentally balanced. Between activities like running and riding horses plus long work days, its very easy for my muscles to tighten up and become sore. I use massage as a therapy to loosen and get my muscles back to their normal range of motion and enable me to live a (mostly) pain free life. I also use it to leave the day behind me and just escape for the hour that Im on the table. Massage Envy enables me to enjoy frequent and regular massages at my time/day convenience without breaking the bank. I am so thankful for finding M.E. in Falls Church and for their amazing therapists. The deep tissue massages and customization by each of my favorite therapists are truly of high quality. I have recommended this location and different therapists to many of my friends and family and will continue to do so!

So I just got off the phone trying to book a massage. I have found over the years that booking has become more and more difficult at this location. If you have a job, forget trying to get an appointment on the weekend unless you do it weeks in advance. Its incredible how this place is privately owned and can decided to raise the rates, but that they cannot process your cancellation for 10 days. They tell me that I cant get my massages that I have built up - 10 - until I pay for the ones they couldnt bill for because my credit card expired. Mind you that I got a letter about the increase in charges but not one explaining my credit card expired - which means I get billed for 4 months worth of charges and add on an additional 4 massages that are difficult to book. I have to use these massages in 60 days. I suppose I should be thankful for the lawsuit that said they had to give 60 days instead of the original 30. I cant wait to get rid of this membership.

This location clearly needs some help. I have made at least three appointments for a massage at this location only to be told that the person I had scheduled wasnt there for some reason. What makes this especially frustrating is that I drove 5 miles to get there and only found out when I arrived or when I was already in the car on my way. Indeed, it happened again today. I scheduled a 1 pm appointment on April 3 only to be told the therapist, David, wasnt there. The front desk manager explained to me that I had booked online, which is handled by corporate and hence it wasnt their fault. Needles to say, that explanation didnt sit very well with me.

Visiting from out of town, arranged a deep tissue massage with Kassidy. She was friendly, professional, and very effective. Great massage and great experience.
