This is an exceptional vape shop. The owner was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. The stock of juices and mods was the best I had ever seen. This is where I will go from now on.

Very bad service, I bought a vape and it was damaged I went to get a solution and they didn’t answer meThey should choose their employees and make them know what they sell.

Miguel was super nice and they always have the flavors I want.

I bought a vape and next day I went back to store and they say they can’t change but they can give me discount for 2nd one. How can you guys expect me to buy 2nd one when the first one wasn’t good

Most of there vapes and product are stale wouldnt recommend coming here..Brought in a brand new stale vape full of juice and they wouldnt even give me a discount.

Zee is quite knowledgeable of the products and is always so helpful when I come into the store. Given the current pandemic, Ive visited a few times and there has never been a time he hadnt had his mask on which is quite impressive for a germophobe like me. He does well in remembering a usual face and would often know what I come to purchase before even saying. Very kind and personable, thank you for service!

I bought a device from here and when I opened it I found that it is not working completely it turns on and off I can not return it because of their policies

I have never had anything remotely close to a negative experience here and that is thanks in great part to the wonderful staff. Martha in particular has always been exceptionally great and kind. Yaz is also a very nice guy i must admit.

Z, Martha, and the manager are all super friendly! They are all super welcoming and already remember my usual order! They have awesome drinks, candy, and a great selection of vapes. Highly recommend!

I go in here every week for pods—best staff always extremely helpful!! They know my order now and I can be in and out in under 60 seconds. Got a new vape battery here and the gentleman talked me through their whole selection for 10 min+, ending with me buying the best battery I’ve ever used! They also don’t mark up their stuff ridiculously like most other tobacco shops. Amazing!!

I cant get over the customer service here. These guys really take the time to answer questions, and develop a relationship with each customer. I always see satisfied customers learning about the more complicated aspects of vaporizers, or repeat customers picking up their preferred tobacco products. The selection is great, but the people are even better. Just an all-round great spot. I highly recommend it.

I will definitely be going back to this establishment. The customer service here was excellent which in my opinion is NOT the norm at most tobacco stores. The gentlemen was very knowledgeable about the products as well. He swayed me from what I was originally going to get, to what I believe will be a better product overall.

Always go here for ALL my vape needs! ...Ive been living in the area walking distance to this store for about 5 years now and the people that work there are so amazing. THANKS ZEEThey always become close friends to the point where my husband (who knows nothing about vaping at all), can go in there and tell them who he is and either he can just scoop whatever I need ...or if he wants to get me vaping stuff for a gift. He just has to ask them what Ive been vaping lately and he (they) never gets it wrong... You dont get taken care of like that very much anymore...

The customer service is great! I cant speak highly enough of the personalized service here. The store has very competitive pricing and a very large humidor. My wife has fibro myalgia and is always in pain. So I asked these folks to help find something that can help. They have all kinds of all natural stuff that helps Go there you wont be disappointed!

I was in a bind because going to pick up my girl friend, who had run out of vape juice, from the bus station at 9:30pm, and I got out of work at 8:45pm. I called the store ahead of time to ask if I could swing by a couple minutes after they closed to pick up some fluid for my nicotine-deprived significant other and the owner was so nice and understanding about it. Though I was rushing to get out of the store to let the nice gentleman go home, I did see that they had a good selection. According to my happy girlfriend, she said the menthol fluid was of very good quality.

My new regular spot for hookah/tobacco supplies! I just discovered this place yesterday while searching for a better local shop, and I couldnt be more satisfied with the service, selection, prices, and cleanliness of the shop!I dont know if I had just grown accustomed to the poor service at my old shop, but going to this place felt like getting new windshield wipers. You know how they slowly deteriorate, and you dont notice, but then you finally change them, and its like a night/day difference? Then you think to yourself, This is so great! I cant believe I put up with the old ones for so long! Why didnt I do this sooner??Well, I didnt do this sooner because these guys just opened, and I was fortunate enough to do a search yesterday instead of months from now. The gentleman in the store yesterday afternoon told me that they just opened this week, and will be having a grand opening next weekend.Also, I was talking to another customer there that had the same sentiment as I did about this shop being so much better than his old one. Only the old place he was talking was a different one than mine. So thats at least 2 regulars from 2 different shops that are much happier here.Seriously though, its great to have a new shop that will provide some fresh competition to the area. From my experience here, its no contest. This place has exponentially better service and much better prices on top of that! There is a great selection of really nice hookahs, awesome vapes, and quality tobaccos. If you are in the area and need any of these supplies, I highly recommend this shop. Time to change out those old wipers!

Raed has been absolutely amazing every time Ive come in. Ive been in about every week since theyve opened and never been disappointed. He is always willing to chat and cares about his customers. His vaping selection is outstanding as his his cigar and hookah selection. He is steadily expanding his selection of cigarettes but is willing to find and order anything in particular as he did with me. He always keeps his customers informed and stays ahead to make sure you arent disappointed. Best and cleanest tobacco/hookah/vape shop in all of Northern Virginia.

When I bought my vape here I was given great advice on the products and life itself! Mainly a vape shop with a decent set of humidors and a big hookah section. They do have traditional pipe tobacco - a few varieties of Captain Black and some more expensive tins, including a few hard to find ones. Probably 25-50% more than online retailers, but great to be able to get this stuff locally and they had some stuff that has been hard to get recently.

Best service ever!!! Great people the owner is super helpful and friendly, the prices are cheaper then anywhere I’ve ever been and the nice young lady is so sweet. Had little candy baskets for spooky season.

This differently the most expensive store I have seen. A small hookah pack is $4.22 with taxes!!!! Even 7/11 charges 3.25 and in normal hookah stores like khan Khalil its 2.23. Service is nice but prices are jumped up on everything! I hope a Yemeni business man sees this and open a store nearby :) would not recommend!

Zack has no idea what he is talking about! There is no one with the name mohommad at tobacco plus one. Great customer service and the best prices in the area. Ive been trying to quit smoking FOR EVER, and some friends of mine quit by switching to vaping and stepping down the nicotine in the fluid. I went into this place to ask a few questions about vapes. Reed explained all the different styles and option and differences in the price range based on features. I ended up buying an awesome vape. He helped me pick a juice with the right amount of nicotine and an awesome flavor, and showed me how to fill and use it. Excellent experience!!! Reed was awesome.

This is a great place for a cigar, hooka or vape. Ive bought cigars several times and find they have good prices on what they offer. I recently bought a new vape battery and had problems with it. Abdul worked with me to identify the problem and help me fix it. They are very friendly with a great selection on everything they sell.

For purchasing a vape as a beginner, you cannot have a better experience than at TP1. Their customer service is top tier. The person on duty was always quick to try and get me exactly what I was looking for, or recommend an alternative that made more sense (Im a beginner). I would recommend this shop to anyone, experienced or not, who is into smoking/vaping/hookah to check out this store its really cool!

Owner is beyond kind and charistmatic as well as giving great info on the produxt you want. Everything sold is A1 quality products and get the most bag for your buck, promis you will not be disappointed.

They sell fake disposable vapes that dont work. They make you try them in the store and then they stop working hours later. Waste of money. There is a place called thickercloudz not too far from this. Better products and service. going back there from now on

Tobacco Plus has Outstanding customer service. From the moment you walk in you feel welcomed by their cashier. They have a variety of vape selections and also vape juice. I always get the best deal at tobacco plus and I encourage more people to go and check it out!

Great shop depending on the type of smoke youre looking for. I went in looking for D8 and CBD products, which they have but it was limited. They do have a good selection of rolling papers and cones, but I dont recommend if youre looking for glasses since it was overpriced.

Best vape shop ive been to. Very fair prices on juices and vapes , and great customer service. Been to vape shops everywhere and this is the best one where I feel welcomed. I recommend this one to anyone whos starting off or even anyone who knows what theyre doing. Customer service is huge and they really know what theyre doing. This is a fantastic place to shop.

Good vape and hooka supplies, good cigar selection, too. In fact, this is one of the few places in Northern Virginia where you can buy with Apple Pay or Google Wallet, which is a big plus.
