Renette, Nicole, and Lisa are fantastic service providers. I always feel comfortable with them. They all do both massage and skincare which is great. Having options and flexibility with my busy schedule is a win. I was recently in with a group for a service and the manager and front desk helped us get in all together and made for a memorable day. I love being a member here!

I was extremely overdue for a therapeutic massage and had never been to this location since moving to Hunterdon County. My first contact was via phone with Lily. I explained my specific requirements and she was quite helpful and reassuring while providing appropriate recommendations regarding therapists that fit my needs. I was able to set up a session for the following day. In person Lily was warm and friendly and I felt very welcomed.Next I met Lisa, the therapist I chose. She made me feel relaxed immediately and asked all the right questions for a first session together. Lisa was very professional and accommodating and she really listened. Halfway through our first meeting I knew I would make another appointment with her. I felt great when we were finished and so relaxed. My next appointment is scheduled and I cant wait! Thanks for the relief Lisa. ☺️

Had facials with Nicole and they are amazing! Nice and relaxed but Jackie for massage was perfect! She got rid of all the knots in my back. I’ll be back next month thank you all!

My skin is glowing! Kelly was great. She explained what each treatment was for. Explains the benefits and how often treatments should be done. I will definitely be scheduling another session with her.

Wonderful massage yesterday with Frances. Calming, so relaxing and she somehow got out kinks I didnt know I had. Wish there were napping pods I could crawl into after to take a nap!!! Great massage.

Cyndi at Massage Envy is amazing! I have never had a more relaxing massage. One time I fell asleep! She is very attentive and applies just the right amount of pressure.

So on Friday, July 5th my daughter and I pretty much had a horrendous experience with Massage Envy and their reception staff at the Flemington, New Jersey location. It was very disappointing seeing as though this was only our second time there in five years as it is just a treat for us.I made an appointment at the Easton Catasauqua location a few weeks ago, for Saturday the sixth, but didn’t realize that there was a scheduling discrepancy. So my daughter called up and changed the location to Friday the instead in Flemington. I know now that the receptionist at Flemington, Megan failed to let her know that the same exact facial appointment that was made in Easton would now be $100 more due to the “location” and that is without tip. Megan also stated that if we had proceeded to make the appointment in New York City that it would be $200 more.When I set up the appointment in Easton, I specifically asked for an estimate which would have been $70 a piece , $140 total and then a 20% tip of course. so once we arrived yesterday in Flemington I was told it would be $250 total and that’s without a tip.Needless to say all of the money I brought along, went to only one appointment. I let my daughter go and just did without, which is perfectly fine. My point of this is not to gain sympathy. It’s just to raise awareness that when the staff Massage Envy reschedule an appointment, it’s IMPERATIVE that you mention and oh by the way, there will be a steep, significant price increase. I even asked Megan if she mentioned the fact that it would be $100 more to my daughter and she plainly stated “no,” which I’m sure is all on camera. She did however, bring out a pamphlet and repeatedly, probably more than four times, try to push a membership package on us for $85.00, that would be the better way to go to avoid this type of “problem” in the future, and that’s on camera too I’m sure.Not for nothing… The facial and massage staff is lovely, but like I said we have been there twice now and both experiences were pretty much ruined and not relaxing because all the staff does the whole time they are massaging and giving you a facial is talk to you which is extremely stressful. But I guess that would be a whole different review.

I booked a 90 min massage with Jessica in Flemington yesterday. I felt so relaxed afterwards. She applied the perfect pressure n worked out the tightness I had in my neck n shoulders. I will definitely book with her again!

Have always thought all the therapists at Message Envy Flemington are excellent. I would now add Frances to that list. Had my first session with her and she helped me regain mobility in my neck which is a difficult thing for me to achieve

I have been a Massage Envy client for over 10 years. Thoroughly pleased with the facility, the staff and the therapists. Being a past Massage Therapist myself, I am very picky about choosing a therapist. Massage Envy has therapists for many modalities and whatever kind of pressure you’d be looking for in a massage session.

Brianna was great. I wanted a medium pressure and for exactly that. She found my knots and with just enough pressure to feel them start to melt away. I highly recommend Brianna and massage envy overall. With that my next service will be a stretch and I am so looking forward to it.

I have been going to massage envy for over a year now and my masseuse is Kristen. She is amazing, she really listens to your needs and she executes the massage as needed. She is also a very sweet lady and I recommend her to anyone that goes there. Kristen is really the best.

I have been going to Massage Envy for about 10 years and have been having Kristen Lee as my massage therapist for about 8 of those years, she is amazing and I always come away feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Kristen gets a 20 (1-10).

Kristen (K.Li) is very responsive. She asks how I feel and about any focus areas and addresses each during our session. She has a calm presence and listens well. When I complained about sciatic, she offered sacrum compressions that, over time, have greatly helped with the pain. She readily adjusts her pressure and technique when I give feedback during the massage. Highly recommend seeing her!

I have had amazing experiences at the Flemington location! Lisa S. has been my massage therapist for years! I’ve followed her from location to location. Beth H. is also fantastic for a firmer hand/pressure. I alternate between them and I am always happy when I leave!

Best hot stone Ive had in a long time. Byranna did touches like a high end spa. I was sooooo relaxed! Also her 90min massage, wonderful!!

Great massage! I prefer firm pressure. and that she did for 50 minutes. Worked knots, seems clear that she is very experienced.

Like many, I work in front of a computer most of the day. I look forward to my regular massage especially between my shoulder blades! Jess is a very skilled, professional therapist who listens and adjusts the massage based trigger points. I definitely recommend Massage Envy and Jess as part of your health management.

I get a therapeutic massage as opposed to one strictly for relaxing. It really helps my body cope with living! I am not going to give the name of the masseuse because she gets booked, and I love being able to work with her and want her more available! Lol

Q is always great. I always leave feeling relaxed. When she says my time is up I reply that 90 minutes couldnt have gone by and wish I had another 30 minutes plus.

I was in the other day before my scheduled time.Apparently my massage therapist was running late.I entered the room at 2.07 pm and she started at 2.10pm. I assumed my 6o minutes would be till 3.10pm but it ended at 3.00pm. Ten minutes is ten minutes. And I’m a monthly customer.I will not mention the name of my MT. as a professional. She is very nice and personable and have had her before. But you should get your full 60 minutes.

My favorite Massage Envy location. I recommend Lisa, Jackie, and Cyndi. I usually treat myself to a 60 min massage, and every time I have had a relaxing experience, and left feeling rejuvenated. I prefer this massage envy location because it is clean, spacious, conveniently located, and the massage therapists are very kind, professional, and talented people. Also, any phone calls with receptionists have been positive.

Enjoyed the massage, but the front desk neglected to communicate my request for CBD to my massage therapist.

My wife and I both went here on a promotion they where running, but then nudged / pressured signing up for the membership. We became friendly with the ladies upfront and one of us decided to sign up while the other didnt. I wasnt able to use the membership because the massage therapist I was using left. (I suppose it was the high turn over rate the others warned about.) My wife (whom is not a member) called to schedule a facial and tried to utilize my membership by pay the $10 transfer fee. They claimed since she could not use my membership since she had received services there before. The contact states you cant transfer to other member, which she was not.. After arguing with the manger. I gave up.. Dishonest way of doing business.

The only good therapist is Bryna but she barely has any availability (probably because all the other members know this good so she is always booked). I do not recommend this Flemington location as not all the therapist I tired met my expectations so membership is not favorable.

Mediocre massages with very limited weekend evening & weekend availability. But what really made me cancel my membership was their handling of the pandemic - did not freeze fees as all other memberships did. When policy changed to allow waivers I was never notified, so still billed until I contacted them. Literally 8 texts & 6 emails to get it done, thanks for making it easy & doing the right thing M.E. 🙄

A single working mom with a high pressure job and two kids in college, taking a little time for myself insures my sanity (and my familys safety LOL). I dont know what I would do without my amazing crew at Massage Envy. I joined their monthly membership plan several years ago and have used it towards both massages and facials. Having had both at a number of different spas in the past, their monthly membership plan was right in line with the competition.Twice during that time, I had to suspend my membership for six months due to financial challenges. That can be embarrassing, but the staff never drew attention to my situation. Instead, they reassured me that they would be there for me when I was ready to restart. Everyone from Ashley and the front desk staff (who welcome me by my first name) to my amazing anesthetist, Cyndi, I have always been treated like a VIP!

One of the most unprofessional people I have dealt with .I was sick and cancelled my appointment on the morning of the appointment as 1. I hadn’t received a confirmation call which I receive usually so I wasn’t even sure if I had one 2.I didn’t want to expose the staff as I was sick .I was told by the receptionist that calling to confirm an appointment is a courtesy call which is untrue as everytime I have gone I was told I will receive a call to confirm ( which I have always) so this was a lie told to me that I was called the day before which I clearly didn’t. I was told that the therapist has to be paid for her time so I will be charged as I didn’t cancel in the 5 hrs window.There have been 2 occasions I have been cancelled on while I was at the location for an appointment for certain emergencies of the therapist which can happen I understand that .We plan on cancelling our membership and despite the fact that we have so many unused sessions .This place is overpriced and the management is rude and unaccomodating for sickness or emergencies.The service is good from the therapists that’s the only reason we had continued but the experience from the management has left a bad taste time and again

Buyer beware.I made the mistake of falling for their high pressure sales and signing their contract. Things have changed, I am unemployed and was diagnosed with RA. The only way they will cancel my contract is with a note from my doctor. The last massage I had there was extremely painful with the therapist pulling at my shoulder he knew was in bad shape. When I call to talk to the manager, Nicole, she just yelled at me over the phone. Certainly not good customer service.

Subscription is a limited use scam you are pressured into, that also auto renew. Taking advantage of people here... It’s a sub par budget massage business. With poor service to customers.
