The older guy shorter , I suggest no one go there when he is there at the register, he does not give deals, and tells people the maximum amount of money to pay for something. I bought a set of atomizers a week ago for 16$ and I went today, and he charged me $25. Theres no way I suggest anyone go there when he is there.

Cool little shop! Stopped in to grab some screens and decided to check out the head shop portion. Walked away with a nice little silicone piece, and actually reasonably priced! Guy was helpful, asking about my needs, seemed willing to go the extra mile. Will definitely come back!

I was just there. They, the sales person behind the counter, dont wear masks, and seem to feel justifiedin doing so.Their customers dont wear masks either!When I asked why, I was told: he is just exercising his personal freedom.In my opinion the place is a petrie dish just waiting to infect someone. I will never shop there again, period.Ive seen 3 of the nicest people in the world die from Covid19. Im sharing this review to help you keep safe.John

I had such an amazing experience here with my friend. They were not open to the public just curb side only, which we didnt know being out of town. The woman was so helpful, she asked for a description of what we were looking for and brought us out some beautiful pieces to choose from so we could decide. Highly recommend giving them a call ahead of time or ordering online!

Very cool place, very friendly staff, just be aware, raw cones purchased are fake. And got charged more than the authentic cones… they may not know, or they might. Not going to assume. But they are clearly fake. Comes came with plastic push stick, authentic cones never come with plastic push sticks, the packaging looks tacky, and there’s no “ raw” watermark on the cones.

A wide variety of products with a knowledgeable staff. I came in with a hardware issue, and the gentleman there was happy to spend very attentive time solving the issue. I was especially impressed with his professional demeanour with less than an hour until he closed. Prices are competitive. I would reccomend this place. Thanks!

Way over priced. Not knowledgeable. The man and woman both blatantly lied about cost of taxes for nicotine, not realizing I know better. Im actually shocked they havent gone out of business with the better shops around here. Especially Jersey Vape. Theyre a force to be reckoned with. This place is my absolute last stop. Last time I went in the man was rude, let a customer who came in after me cut me off and while trying to help me was on a phone call ignoring everything I said. Yet I tried to have a polite conversation and he couldnt even fake it. Theyre not friendly at all and are very bad at faking courtesy.

Pricing is a bit high but the shop looks awesome inside! Great pieces and products. I’ve been told they sell to underage kids, and even know some who have bought things from here but I hope they continue to not do so if they are.

I stopped in this vape shop on my way home from work the other day and was quite impressed. The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and knew exactly what I needed. This shop has an impressive selection of various smoking products from premium vape juices, wraps and papers to cigars, they have it all. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and will definitely be returning.

Horrible customer service! I went in the store today for a new baby beast coil. Retails for 6 Bucks at every other vape shop... she charged me 10 Dollars. Bought the overpriced coil anyway because i wasjust in town making a delivery....long story short. I buy the coil. ... Juice it up... And nothing... Obviously a dud coil ... I go back in to this store to let her know its not working... And she made me feel like I was trying to get over on a $10 dollar coil... She kept saying thats its my device and not the coil.. and that she doesnt sell bad coils..... After about 10 min of back and forth , she finally decided to try the coil on a store device .. and what a surprise?!...same results... dud coil!!! ..She then gives me a new coil.... Obviously the new coil started right up..... All that time wasted ... Horrible customer service!!!! annoying!! Good luck!

Karin went above and beyond when showing me pieces I was interested in, and she took the time to make sure I knew how everything fit together and worked. She was also so patient answering questions I had about some other products available in the store. I will most definitely be back.

Not good. Stay away.Was sold a vaporizer for $40 over what it can be bought for online, a model that has inherent problems, and then was ducked by the owner when I wanted to come in an exchange it. Charged cash and no tax was collected which is against the law.Reported to NJ state division of taxation. Now Im stuck with a junk unit when all I wanted was to exchange for a different model. Not worth the trip.Overpriced, no return policy, and Vinny and Karen couldnt care less about doing right by a customer that spent over $200 in their store in less than a week.Karin was not in the shop after 1 pm like I was told she was when Vinny told me to come back. So two wasted trips.She admits to having very little knowledge of the products she is selling. Smok and Vapor DNA told me anyone in the business knows the G320 is junk.No posted policy about not returning electronic devices. No tax collected, which is against the law.Vinny quoted me $85 on the kit the week prior when I spent $50 on coils and juice for another unit I own.Would have been happy to buy a more reliable unit as the G320 has issues with the battery door breaking and the screen going blank which is all I am waiting for to complete my miserable experience.Do the right thing, take the junk mod back, switch tanks to a better unit, and that will leave you with a shred of credibility. You know where I work, call me any time.Otherwise, spread your BS somewhere else.

Hands down best prices on premium juices I’ve seen anywhere else I’d have to spend 20-25 on high voltage they sell it for 15 on top of that Karen might not know a whole lot but she does everything she can with what she does know great customer service everytime I’m in the shop
