Bamboo Garden Massage Studio

Autumn is a very skilled massage therapist. She knows how to work through specific sores spots while also providing complete body work. The atmosphere in the studio is very relaxing with pleasant background sounds/music. As a nurse I have years of chronic back pain. I was so happy my coworker told me about her when I moved up here to the coast. I would highly recommend her!

Would definitely recommend Autumn to others. I typically characterize practitioners as technicians or healers. I prefer the latter. Autumn is a wonderful combination of both!

At my most recent massage Autumn added a few moments of lymphatic work. I cant begin to describe how wonderful I felt after her careful and gentle manipulations. I felt energized in a way I dont ever remember a massage creating before. Thanks Autumn.

Always welcoming and professional. Autumn listens to what your goals are in getting a massage. But then her hands and fingers listen your muscles. Thats the most important listening! She knows rights where to go, how soft or firm to get how body back into tip top shape. If only I could go to here once a week!

I was super tense throughout my body when I got in. Autumn was excellent. She applied perfect consistent pressure. When I left I felt totally loose and relaxed. EDIT: I have been seeing Autumn for a year now. Im a runner, and my appointments have become an important part of my recovery and training process. She is very intuitive and knowledgable about what areas to focus on for my atheltic pursuits.

My wife & I went in during our honeymoon for a couples massage. We were both very pleased. The staff were very friendly, the office was a relaxing environment, & they were very professional. We left feeling refreshed & relaxed. It was the perfect addition to our honeymoon weekend!

I Bought a deep tissue 60min massage for my husbands birthday. He had not been able to turn his head for years, she worked on a trouble spot and he can turn his head some today. He will go back and buy the bigger package. She was awesome according to my husband. He is a happy customer.

I have been to Bamboo Garden Spa three times and every time experience was magically rejuvenating. The folks there really take care of you, and the spa rooms are clean and accommodating. You are provided chilled infused water, hot tea, plenty of towels, and top notch service. The massage therapists are repectful, professional, and highly skilled. The environment is very relaxing. I cant say enough good things about Bamboo Garden Spa. Treat yourself or a loved one to this special place, you will be so glad that you did.

Best massage Ive ever had. inviting and healing experience. thank you! the facility jyst changed and is different then what most reviews talk about. simple, clean massage studio not spa with perfect ambiance for relaxation. recieved massage from autumn and I felt so relaxed but as though every bit of tightness and pain was worked out.. such a well balanced massage. if i lived in fort Bragg, I would definitely come back, but perfect vacation experience.

Couples massage was fantastic! Facility was instantly relaxing and the staff were friendly and respectful. I would love to visit again if we are in the area, and I definitely recommend this spa to others.
