Rise and Be Well

Love love love this spot!! I go to the yoga classes consistently and every instructor brings something individual and special to their classes. Great for beginners, with opportunities to challenge yourself if you’re more advanced. They have other group fitness classes and workshops intermittently throughout the year that are fun and interesting as well. I’ve only done one spa service, but would go back for more. The front desk and Fractilize shop always has fun, pretty, and natural goodies for gifts. Highly recommend this spot to treat yourself and the ones you love!!

My husband and I had a couples massage and a mini facial to start our Saturday off while on vacation. Katrina & Diana were phenomenal. We had such a a great experience, our massages and facials were wonderful! I would definitely recommend booking an appointment!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at rise. We booked a private sauna and tub room for two, everything was very clean and the atmosphere was perfect- relaxing, welcoming, and calm. Would recommend to anyone in the area to check it out! We will be back to try their other services.

Do not even know where to start. Can not say enough about the atmosphere and the experience. 5 stars. The Lucia light therapy was one of the most exceptional self care therapies I have ever experienced. Being immersed in Audryas sound bath connects to your senses in undescribable deep ways. If you are on the coast stop in and find a session to fit your needs. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I really enjoyed our couples detox package. Everything was very clean and the attendant and masseurs professional and friendly. A relaxing treat for sure!

No money back on purchased products ( items, no services) even though it’s not specified in their receipt.Bought a yoga mat that turned to be slippery, heavy and very hard and when I came the next day… just store credit; even for people out of town.The gentleman in the store was very polite and I have no complaints about him but their policy is unclear and bluntly sneaky.Already DM the yoga mat company < Yune> about the incident. And will never buy anything else from this business.Just warning to the tourists coming to this area.

This place has changed my life! I suffer from terrible anxiety and panic disorder and since Ive found this place and have been getting the Lucia light no3 therapy weekly Ive noticed after every session it lasts longer and I am no longer waking up to the panic attacks that I unfortunately have grown so used to waking up to, I feel like Im finally getting my life back! And the owners are amazing people whodo everything they can to make you feel comfortable. I absolutely love this place and highly recommend it! Thank you Rise and be well!!

Couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing weekend between the breathtaking headlands and spending time at Rise and Be Well for a much needed recharge. Ryan went above and beyond to time our pampering perfectly so that me and my partner’s experiences flowed seamlessly together between our Lucia Light, sauna and float experiences. We were fortunate enough to wrap it all up with a 90 minute deep tissue couples massage. The only thing that I would have changed would have been waking up earlier to catch a yoga class!! The facilities were serene and impeccably thought out making for the ultimate relaxation therapy to complement our coastal experience. Rise is a must visit to anyone visiting the area. We will be back!!

In the area and on a short vacation, I looked for a good place to go for a massage. Google Maps posters were a big help (thanks!) and did it again with a spot on review for this place, Rise and Be Well! Had an hour long couples massage, and it was awesome. I ask for deep tissue for myself typically, and one might be surprised at how many times Ive had terribly disappointing/weak pressure massages even after trying very hard to direct the therapist to my needs. This has been met 2x in my lifetime. Once on Hawaii and then at the appointment here! I was sore in a very good way for days. Feel SO much better. If I lived here, Id buy a membership/package. Lovely, thanks so much!

My husband and I called last minute and they were able to accommodate us. Jess and Suriya were amazing, one of the best massages we’ve ever had! They both took their time with us, used the perfect amount of pressure. We were able to really relax and enjoy our massages. Thank you, we will definitely be back!

Love this place. It is an absolute gem in Fort Bragg — nothing better on a chilly day than to get warm all the way through with a hot tub, sauna, or warm yoga experience. The stuff is always so kind and thoughtful, and I always leave feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. Def recommend!!

I’ve been to a lot of spas in my life. A lot of saunas. I’ve had a lot of massages. And I can confidently say that this is one of the best spas I’ve been to. A warm and friendly staff team, great accommodations, luxury space, amazing and deeply relaxing massage, and great personal Jacuzzi and sauna.Phenomenal service, phenomenal place, phenomenal experience. 10/10 🏆

I had a couple massage but I sure want to try everything they have to offer from floating and reiki to light healing therapy and massage! Highly recommended ! Somewhat pricey though

I absolutely love coming here. I mean, where else can you find a sauna, jacuzzi, float spa, light therapy, hot yoga and massage all in one place!? They have very nice quality gifts and apparel as well as a thoughtful selection of self-care goodies. Highly recommend to the weary travelers in need of a soul recharge.

Have had both a wonderful massage here and the most amazing facial by Jada! If your skin is suffering, go visit Jada for a facial-she works miracles and is the absolute sweetest! My face hasn’t ever been this clear, thank you so much!!

I came in tonight for a float session while vacationing in Fort Bragg. The shop had a great vibe! The staff was very friendly & helpful. I really enjoyed my peaceful & relaxing float. Ill definitely be a returning customer during my future visits to the coast!

This place is amazing! Yoga and other classes are superb. They have 2 private SPA rooms with sauna and hot tub if you need to unwind (price is right). Massage therapists are professionals and youll feel rejuvenated after a visit. Sound healing and reiki sessions. And on top of that they have a float tank (even better then massage in my opinion 😊) and Lucia light therapy (very unique experience if youve never heard of it must to check it out). And they also will be adding new services soon (thai massage workshops, ayurvedic body treatments and dance classes). If you leave in the area or just passing by dont hesitate to stop by.Ohh, and they also have beautiful Fractalize boutique with yoga and other sustainable clothes.

I absolutely LOVE Rise and Be Well!! The float spa is unique for our area and the yoga classes are great for all levels. The atmosphere is very relaxing and rejuvenating.

It was my first time here and it was an experience I will remember. From the float spa, which is hard to find elsewhere in the Bay Area to the drinking of the cacao and shared spaces provided. I highly recommend.

Love this place – everyone is really kind and lovely, and the vibe is on point. I mostly come here for yoga classes, and havent been to a bad one yet – consistently high quality. Highly recommended if youre looking for exercise classes, fine gifts, a spa... etc! This place has it all, dont miss it

I have had a monthly membership at at Rise since January 2022 ! I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’m now in the best shape of my life!!All the Yoga Teachers are amazing. Each class has something different to offer. You won’t be disappointed!! The private gym is and clean and private!! Yay! . Everyone is friendly so supportive. I practically live here lol !! Thank you Rise and Be Well! Fort Bragg is so lucky to have you.! You have changed my life!! Woot!!
