Great personality, I was able to Relax and Enjoy the Great massage as Deborah worked on the areas of my body that were hurting and tense. Afterwards I felt Great and will continue to visit at least twice a month to relieve pain and stress.

Anjilique is amazing!!! My first time here and she listened to my concerns and zoned in to an area I have had issues with for years. I feel amazing! Slept better than I have been n months last night…I will be back and will request Anjilique for certain. Thank you for making me feel so incredible!

First time here and had an amazing experience with Kat (Katherine). She was accommodating, was great with the massage and techniques. I would definitely recommend!

I really enjoyed my experience at Massage Heights. J was the one I had the pleasure of meeting that did my massage. He explained things that I didnt understand or know which was very helpful. This was my first visit but wont be my last visit.

Both my wife and I have the monthly subscription for Massage at this location (for more than a year). While the location is convenient and the front desk staff people are super nice, be warned that its not unusual to get a call from them on the day of your appointment to cancel your massage (the usual reasons claimed is that the therapist has a family emergency or is sick). This happens much more often than you would expect. BTW - theres never a cancellation or rescheduling for the monthly fee - they debit your account on time EVERY month. Painful......

She was professional and went above and beyond to make me comfortable .(Sprayed eucalyptus spray when I was getting stuffy from lying face down) I hope to be back soon!

Anjilique has been working on my right shoulder. She combines just the right depth of massage with alignment of my shoulder. I am seeing marked improvement with each visit. I have gone from near constant pain to pain free in just a few visits. I could not be more pleased with the progress. Highly recommend!

This place is GREAT! My boyfriend has a membership here and I tag along when I can. The MTs that we see are absolutely fabulous. Chance the manager is really outstanding and actually does care about the clients. He tries to make things right as he can. But yes, they do have to follow corporate rules and policies. The worst Deep massage I have ever received! They did not connect me with the correct technician and I wasted $180.00 I will NEVER use there Facilities Again. Thats Twice Now ….. Not a 3rd !!

I was greeted by a male receptionist and he is fantastic. Warming smile, very clean, nice etiquette. My facial was done by Stacy/Sara can’t remember which ‘S’. She was nice. Facial was ok…My massage was done by Jorge. That was the worst painful massage I experienced. He was waayyyy to rough & went waaayy to deep in my tissue. My body STILL hurts from the massage & I got it done Saturday & my husband apparently paid for hot stones & I was not given that. I am very very disappointed.

Sara knew just what to do with my skin. It looks fabulous today!She’s very professional and caring.Highly recommend

Update: I’m still going to Massage Heights but they’ve had a ton of turnover recently, and I’m always having to find a new therapist. It makes me wonder how they’re treating/paying their staff.Julius is one of the absolute best massage therapists I’ve experienced! He has a very thorough understanding of muscle groups, tissue, etc. and how it all fits together, and uses this knowledge to respond to problem areas in a very effective way. He also communicates clearly what to expect when he’s going to use a new technique.I also really appreciate Massage Heights’ commitment to masks and safety since they’ve reopened. It puts my mind at ease when I visit and allows me to relax during my massage.

This last Christmas I was gifted a one hour massage gift card. I was excited for this since I have been working hard and needed a well deserved break. I choose this place since I heard great things about it.Everything was wrong from the moment I called to make the appointment. The receptionist wanted me to give a credit card to reserve a spot, otherwise they wouldnt let me make a reservation. After I refuse to give my credit card since I had a gift card the receptionist told me that they cant guaranteed a reservation. When I arrived they offered me a complementary feet scrub, hot towels or hot stones. I choose the feet scrubs since that was the best option for me. At the end of the massage I went to pay with my gift card and the receptionist told me that I owed $6 dollars for the feet scrub, even though the other person told me that it was complementary. After I told the receptionist that it was supposed to be included with the massage, she told me with a nasty attitude that I owed her $6 because in my gift card the foot scrub wasnt included. Since I was in my lunch break and didnt want to be late I paid the $6. My problem was not about the money. It was the attitude of the receptionist about the whole situation and the way she was speaking to me.The massage was great but the treatment of the receptionist tarnish the whole experience. Its the first and last time a go here.

After reading some of the other reviews, it looks like it’s an ongoing problem that hasn’t been resolved for many people. My wife and I went in for a couples massage and told us that we would get the special rate at the end of the massage we came out and said only one of us gets a special rate and the other had to pay full price. Bait and switch not a good practice. Not sure if the receptionist or therapist keep that money but should be looked into from management.

So impressed with this place! Not your typical spa experience. I dont have time to get massages often so Im always nervous about the process and unexpected prices, and Ive often found the employees to be snobby. But from the moment I walked in they were so nice and friendly, and the process of making an appointment and telling them what I wanted was so easy. I was pleased to see how friendly everyone was, they made us very comfortable. I was ready to write a great review before even getting the massage! The massage was great as well. I had Alex, who made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. 10/10 great experience!

This location is by far my favorite Massage Heights. Its nice, clean and always smells good. The massage therapists are wonderful as well. I have yet to have a negative experience and I have had different providers each time. The front desk staff is very knowledgeable about pricing and always super friendly. Great location and great staff. Worth the money every time!

Maria does the BEST facials. She keeps my skin youthful and beautiful. She has the hands of an Angel. Her energy and her touch are so peaceful I always fall asleep for the entire hour and wake up feeling rejuvenated. I would recommend Maria if you need to be pampered. She’s amazing.

You should not advertise 1 hour massage when you only 45 minutes

Great massages but you never get the amount of time you pay for. If you pay for an hour expect 45 minutes. If you pay for 90 minutes expect about 75. My only complaint is you don’t really get the time you pay for

Called same day for an appointment and was able to get in within an hour. Front desk girls were awesome and very friendly and attentive. Complimentary aromatherapy options are a nice touch to a relaxing massage. My therapist yelsinia was great. She adjusting my massage accordingly and will definitely be back!

Massage Heights was such an amazing experience. Right when you walk in the door, the atmosphere is so relaxing and calming. The staff is all so knowledgeable of their products and make you feel so welcome as a new patient. I received a massage and a facial on separate occasions, both of which were equally enjoyable. I have received massages my whole life and Massage Heights in Gulf Coast Town Center provides an exceptional experience, I highly recommend it!

I have been getting monthly deep tissues massages for the last 9 months, and always look forward to a great experience! Staff is very friendly, and my massage therapist Jay is excellent at his craft. I am a new person when i walk out the door.

As soon as I walked in the door the place smelled wonderful, front desk staff was friendly. Got taken back about 5 minutes later for my massage and it was wonderful, you really do feel a difference afterwards. Next, I was taken to a different room for my facial and the esthetician was very nice... the bed was heated and so relaxing.

Despite the fact they dont have a prep/regroup quiet area to decompress before and after (had that in Houston & came to love it!), the staff here is wonderful and greets one in the door and out as well! Adonis has his work cut out for him with my travel knots but does a fabulous job working through them & checks in each time to see what areas need help. He always props my upper torso up once l turn over to keep the pressure off the lower back & places a WONderful neck pillow as well... makes ALL the difference for relaxation!! Sooo worth the $$ invested, thank you!

Have the monthly subscription but definitely would NOT recommend. Always canceling appointments due to employees having family emergencies. High turnover too, find someone you like they are gone the next time.
