Best massages I’ve ever had. My sciatic nerve was killing and me had me walking like an old man. All I could think about was my back and leg hurting. I spent a couple hundred dollars going to the chiropractor with zero improvement, was rushed Every time and told to come back. Went to Melissa. her place was nice, clean and relaxing. she’s easy to talk to, very informed, knows what she’s talking about when it comes to massage therapy. In an hour she did what the chiropractor couldn’t do in six visits. The next day I was fully healed. Every once in a while my sciatic will start acting up again, make an appointment, get an amazing massage, feel like a million bucks, and walk out healed. Very much recommended.

Melissa is one of a kind. I knew right away during the first appointment with her that she was special. What makes her so unique to me is how gifted she is at feeling out the muscles and methodically approaching the areas that need the most attention. She’s not too rough, not too gentle and she will ease her way into the areas that are most tender and sore if need be. Melissa is very knowledgeable and experienced. She really understands where all the problems areas are and is very careful to apply the right pressure. She also communicates very well throughout the session if needed.My first massage I had a migraine headache and when I left it was gone. She took the time to massage my head and relieve the tension. My second massage I arrived with some upper back spasms and she did a great job relieving the knots in my back.I highly recommend Meraki Moon Massage. Visiting Melissa at Meraki Moon changed me. Like seeing the grand canyon or experiencing a meteor shower for the first time, I came away from the experience as a different person with a different outlook.I dont normally go to massage therapists, but I have had a few throughout my life. None of them really did it for me. I generally dont mind pain; Im constantly sore from lifting heavy at the gym. Its part of my life.But after driving a trailer the entire way from Pittsburgh to Fort Myers in a vehicle that wasnt my own, my back and shoulders were killing me. While laying sorely in bed that night, I started browsing Google Maps for massage therapists in the area when I came across Melissa.After a 90 minute deep tissue massage, I felt like I was floating. Every muscle in my body was loose and happy. It kind of felt like everything turned to jello when I would move too quickly.I wish that I lived in Fort Myers because I would 100% make these deep tissue massages part of my lifting routine.Even if you are not in any kind of pain, you owe it to yourself to experience a deep tissue massage. It could change your life.
