My first experience was great with Hana she did my wedding nails- only artist I would recommend. Last week I brought my friend with me. It was a long wait with no appt but I didn’t mind. They finally started my pedicure and the lady was using the scrubber and not paying attention looking towards the door when the customers were walking in and cut me so bad! I had to tell her to stop scraping me so hard! I told the manager and they gave me $5 off. But I will not be going back here after this experience. My heel hurts days later and is scabbed.

I have a great experience at this nail salon every time I go. No appointment necessary and they’re always very accommodating. Hannah did my nails the last time I went and she recommended a rose gold metallic polish that I’ve never tried before. I absolutely love the color and she did them with perfect precision. I recommend this nail salon and ask for Hannah! Thank you!

Patricia Fazzari, you are very much lying. This business has NEVER used equipment that isnt taken out of fresh clean packageswhen doing a service for you. My family and I have been coming here for 5 years now. Mainly because of how clean they are. They have aways had the best hospitality and loving energy towards everyone who comes through the door. Prices have adjusted to inflation. Theyre a family business, dont blame them. If you cant afford the service dont have it done. Take responsibility as well and ask the price if price is an issue. Dont complain after the fact. They do amazing work...every single time Ive gone.Love Kelly and we miss you Lynn! The whole family is amazing 🥰

Ive been coming here for two years for various services such as eyebrows and nails.This time I did my nails with a young boy I dont know his name who from the beginning I saw that he was somewhat upset I dont know why. He did my acrylic very 👎, i didnt say anything at the moment because I thought he knew what he was doing but I also thought he just wanted to finish it fast which caused this bad job. I will not come back. The other girls are good and nice ( photo 6 days later )

It’s a shame to see a great place get bad reviews when they provide excellent service. I noticed a bad review here from a Patricia Fazzari. Ms. Fazzari was being a total Karen the moment she walked into the salon. She started bad mouthing the poor workers. Which ruined the environment in the salon. It was a childish for an elderly woman to be behaving in this way in public, but it did not go unnoticed. You are a bully Ms. Fazzari. It’s a shame you are bringing down a local business. We are supposed to support each other. That behavior you displayed was not appreciated. Not from me and especially from those poor workers. They were tolerating your rude and disrespectful attitude as they did your nails and that is why they deserve 5 stars.

Probably the best manicure I’ve ever gotten. My nail artist paid close attention to detail, really took her time and it was obvious she really cared. She took the time to help me find the perfect color combo, the shape of my nail is amazing and the dip is the perfect thickness. So happy I went here

Let me start by saying if there were a higher rating than 5 stars, I would have given them the highest ratings across the board! I came here with my nieces (4 and 5) and my son (10) and we felt right at home. Amanda was amazing and very engaging with the children. They even have little vibrating pedicure chairs. The establishment is immaculately clean. All of their staff and owners are friendly and knowledgeable. Great prices. I highly recommend this nail salon and spa.

$80 for a mani pedi!!!! It was done by a very nice young boy. Highly doubt he is certified…. I feel bad for even writing this review because it’s not his fault. It was worth $45 tops. The service was a 6. NEVER in my 50 years have I paid over $55. No signs posted w prices.

This place sucks ! I was quoted one price and told to pay another ! The nail clippers the tech tried to use on me were dirty and rusted , I will be contacting the BBB about this business ...

We are here, in Fort Myers, FL visiting our granddaughter and I decided to get a basic pedicure. Over the years I have had a lot of pedicures but non has been as good as the young man who did mine today! He did a superb job. His attention to detail was fabulous! Don’t overlook this place!

Amazing place I cant say enough, father did my Pedi and daughter did my french Mani both very awesome jobs. I came in from San Antonio and was treated as if I was a regular valued customer. Price was a great value and I will come back when Im in Florida.

First time was AMAZING! One of my favorite things is how clean they are and they ask everyone to wash their hands when they are ready to do their nails! I got a full set by a nice young man and they are gorgeous and my pedicure is perfect too! Will be back!

Super friendly! Very clean and cute salon. Helped me make my color decisions and had some fun conversation with me. Felt like they really cared! I live in Naples but will come here because they are so great and worth every moment of the drive! I got the dip manicure, which Ive never gotten before, and my nails look great and it was really easy. Plus it was only $35!!!! Give them a try! You wont be disappointed!!!

Walk in today on a whim looking for a new nail salon and I asked for a full set. Friendly service and an experienced nail tech took care of me better than I had been at other top nail lounges. I dropped in on a whim because it was in a location close to my everyday route.I will be recommending and bringing others here with me going forward.Thank you for your excellence in customer service and for sharing your skills. I live in Minnesota but was in fort Myers visiting my sister and I saw the reviews for Glorious nails and decided to check it out. I was given the honor of having Lee do my nails and I have never had my nails done better. He not only fixed what the previous tech had butchered but also made sure I loved the length and shape and I loved the communication. The salon is also modernly designed and clean with kid chairs for pedicures! Whenever I’m in town I will be getting my nails done here and recommending it to my peers.

Today was my second time coming in and I love this salon so far. The first time I got a full set of pink and white and today I got a pink fill. Lana did my nails today and they honestly look better than my nails have ever looked before! Their prices are reasonable and their service is the best, they actually care about their customers it seems. I’ve been needing a new salon to go to for a while now so I’m so glad that they’ve opened up. THANK YOU!!!

Having recently moved here I have been searching for a new nail salon. I have definitely found my new spot! Absolutely gorgeous, clean, and affordable! Natalie did my pedicure, was so friendly, and did a great job! Lee did my nails and he really took great care fixing the last place I went to mistakes! Nails came out really short and blocky, I used to love this place but idk anymore. Tech also initiated an uncomfortable, inappropriate conversation I wasn’t all too interested in.

The Greatest Nail and Spa shop in Fort Myers. The mother does a great job on my feet,my eye brows are just perfectly shape the way I like them. Kelly is does great nails. They are all great workers.

This was AMAZING. The nail color variety is also amazing. The customer service is SO good. When I accidentally messed up my nail, the woman fixed it without any faces or complaints. They atmosphere is so positive and I really love this place!

Great place to get your nails done. Staff is super friendly and Lana does an amazing job on my nails. She takes her time to make sure they look great and they do. I’m never disappointed when I leave that’s for sure. My mother gets her nails done too with Lana and she refuses to have anyone else touch her nails. Would definitely recommend.

We are in town from Kentucky visiting a family member in the hospital and luckily found this place. The employees are all so sweet, the prices Are very reasonable, got a spa pedicure and it was the best pedicure Ive ever had. Also my coffin shaped nails have never been shaped so perfectly. Very clean shop as well. Highly recommend, too bad they arent in my home town!

I love this place compared to other places I have been to. My nails have not lifted since Labor Day when I had them done. I have had them filled in with awesome results. The technician are friendly and knowledgeable. They offer other services as well. Eyebrows,facial,and awesome pedicures. I encourage you to try Glorious Nails. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.

Most places are slow, huge wait time, and rude. NOT HERE!I was in and out in about an hour for full set, and full pedi. They were nice, the guy that did mine spoke good English too. He did a really good job, and prices were fair. I paid $50 for full set, and full pedi. I will returnLoved it here!!

Lee is my favorite tech. He does the best coffin shape nails I’ve had in the area. Lee and his wife Lana do an amazing job. They make you feel right at home while getting your nails done. Lana is amazing with my eyebrows. By far this is the best nail salon around fort Myers/cape Coral for me.😬

This place is amazing...staff is super friendly...place is super clean and most importantly my nails are perfect every time I leave. I literally go every 3 weeks and I get asked the last day before I go...if I just had my nails done. Idk what they do differently...but they are amazing! Please give them a try.... I highly doubt that youll go anywhere else after!

Paid $40 for a dip manicure and almost all of my nails were messed up and had polish on the finger around the nail (see picture).Not worth the price

I absolutely LOVE this place, and so does my whole family. They have very courteous, attentive staff, and strive to provide quality customer service. My daughter loves the small pedicure chairs they have available for kids, and this is the only place shell go to have one done.We went for mothers day and the whole family was once again treated like royalty.

Made an appointment early because I knew I had a busy weekend and I showed up and they were taking walk-ins in front of me. When I asked how much longer I would need to wait they said they needed to eat first. Think this company needs to work on scheduling, and customer service - And probably schedule proper lunch breaks for their employees so they don’t have to tell customers that!

Horrible Gel Polish Manicurenail tech (Asian man) didnt grind my nails before putting on gel polish during a manicure and they lifted and peeled off the following day and I didnt have time to go in so I peeled all the polish off. I went back in to fix them and they wanted to charge me $12. The owner (red hair) said it had been two weeks since she saw me and wanted my receipt to prove my day. they literally charged my card 3 days ago and she said it takes a while to go through. ok fair but if you claim you saw me 2 weeks ago and they charged my card 3 days ago.. youre saying it takes 11 days to go through? no, its been a week or so maximum. She argued with me over it. I showed her the clean nail bed. tried to show her the bank statement.. shes been nice in the past to me I dont understand why they couldnt have just fixed it. $12 isnt reasonable to me when the tech did it wrong and they peeled so fast. very dissatisfied. My nails were even still shaped the way they were filed that day, too. Its still fresh man :( will go trash diving and see if I can locate my receipt which I threw away like a normal person does. Also, the owners son or husband was talking trash about me to the customers there while I was talking to the manager. So unprofessional, I am so sad and to boot, I only went there for Iris (I think thats her name) she was a Latina girl who exclusively did manicures and did excellent job. She even mentioned the treatment wasnt good. I understand her now. Cant find where we went but she left Glorious.

Service is amazing very friendly it was my first time trying powder dip for my nails i love it and reasonable pricing this for sure will be my go to for my nails and wax!!! Also they have spa chairs for little girls. My daughter loved it and they are so patient with her

Got a Mani today and they did great.

Made an appointment 2 weeks in advanced for Jan 22nd for 2 gel nail manicures for me & a girlfriend for her birthday. Drove 40 mins just for it to be closed! Extremely disappointed & will not give this place a try.

I read the reviews and had to see it for myself and its true! Its hard to find a nail salon that is friendly, professional, and clean ,most importantly takes time to do your nails. I dont mind traveling a distance for a pleasant one. I like the patience and attentiveness given to my request. I usually dont write reviews, however when it comes to good customer service I will. :)

I cannot stress how happy I am with this nail salon. I simply showed Lynn a quick picture and she did it better than I could have imagined. Never will I go to another nail place. Thank you for making my nails look beautiful again. Can’t wait to come back! :)

They are by far the best . Lana sat there and perfected my coffin nails and then put chrome on top of my gel which took forever. Poor Lana. Lol . Her prices are reasonable and her staff is sweet too . They are pretty new so I didnt even know the place was there my husband said he was going to pray for me, and they did an amazing job !!!! Im so happy with my nails usually I come out very unhappy but they just gained a new client !

I went in today 08/31/20 attended me quickly and they were really gentle i loved how my nails came out and the one doing them was very nice and communicated with me unlike other places i have been to. i would definitely recommend this place and will be coming back.

Lee was so careful to take his time and make sure my nails were shaped just the way I want them, and when he wasnt sure if he could get the color right he had me sit with his wife who is an expert with aora nail gel 😄 they were so sweet and I was amazed with how affordable it was. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend any day

Best shop in Fort Myers hands down! I like Kelly or Lynn to do my nails they always do a great shape and are very fast. I like the fact that they do cute designs and know what’s popular and current.

First time I let Mike do my nails. He did a very good job. My nail tech moved by home. I just started going there 2 months ago. Im very pleased with the service.

I have been to half a dozen nail salons, this is the first one that I can say is first rate. Shop is spotless, all utensils are sterile, staff is friendly and competent. Ask for Hannah for the best pedicure, and Timmy for dip powder nails.

This is the 3rd time that i have come here and í love it even more. From the time you come in to the time you leave the friendliness and professionalism from Lana and her staff is out standing.... I love nail polish so as soon as you enter the salon you can see 3 walls of colors.... A very clean, and chick salon.... Chairs are comfortable and everything looks amazing... I went because my mom discover this salon and decided to try it out. She left very happy with her nail and came to the house telling me all about this new deep powder polish (new to me) and how good of time she had at the salon. So í decided to go and explore it by my self.... Best desition, my nails look good they grow súper fast and strong.... Now 4 members of family goes and does her nails with Lana. I went in for a pedicure and full set, the gentleman that did my pedicure did a great job. When it came time to do my full set it was rushed, no details and I knew from the beginning that some of the nails were going to be messed up. Too thick and some of them crooked, I know it wasn’t my fingers because I have been getting acrylic full sets for years now. I would only go back for a pedicure but not for acrylics. I was quite disappointed, I was expecting more after reading the reviews.

Beautiful and amazing!! Every time I went my nails always came out perfect. I give credit to Lee, he never messes up once on my nails. I would totally recommend going to this place.

I called and made an appt. They said I didn’t call. I even called and said I would be 5 min late. Yet they said I never called. They then got an attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I’ll never go back.

Loved this nail salon, the woman that did my feet did such a great job , took great care to make sure they were done right including scrapings and debriding my heels. Massage was also wonderfully done and with great care. Will be going again very soon

First of all, he pinched a piece of my skin off my toe and put that alcohol on it it burned like hell, secondly he cut my toenails way too short not even much left to paint, then I had to make them do them over, I wanted Gel nails and he did regular polish. Only went here because my usual place is closed on Sundays and Mondays will never go here again will never recommend nobody to go here!!!

I had the best 2 hours ever here. I had my feet nails and facial done. IRA is the best she takes her time and is passionate. I will make this my #1spot!! Oh and the massage chair ROCKS!!!

I never do these but I just had to let you all know. I went in 2 days ago to get my lashes done. I did all my research for over a week prior to getting them done. Today they fell out, they fell out within 2 days, went to get them done for vacation in 3 days and now I have to find the time in between work to go get them redone. Will not recommend to anyone.

So me and my bestie went in for a mani pedi, we told the gentleman at the desk he asked us to wait a few minutes. As we waited he was taking to another male employee and then he comes over to us and says Im sorry we cannot do your pedicure he was talking to me because there maximum weight was 250 pounds for there pedi chairs. Now Im a big woman but you dont have a scale to weigh me so just by looking at me you assumed Im over 250. You got no business at the moment and just let 140.00 walk out the door.. Big women dont waste your time going here.

Not sure how these people have a 4.7 star rating, when I called the night before to schedule a cut down and color, the girl told me I didn’t need an appointment. So I didn’t make one, I walk in the next day and the women at the first desk is extremely rude and tells me there will be a long wait... One employee is sitting on her phone doing nothing, a girl walked out from waiting to long and there are two other people waiting... Seems really lousy to me...

Loved this spot until I took a friend and they messed up her toes refused to correct it even after she offered to pay the additional $40 they said it would cost to fix it. They were very rude and made it seem as if they didnt do it right in the first place because they assumed she wouldnt want to pay for it . Everyone in the place was incredulous as too their attitude and reasoning

My grandma and I have been looking for a nail salon forever. Let me tell you Lee is amazing. Just got a coffin matte black done. Amazing. I think I found my forever salon

I have been so speechless in writing this review that I have been staring at the forum for over 5 minutes. The customer service was so horrendous that I could not even stay long enough to receive the service offered! The technician literally ORDERED me and my friend around. She was so incredibly rude. Do not come here!!! Its dirty, they were so rude. Just avoid at all costs.

Went in for a gel manicure.. place was empty on a rainy day.. I strayed from my usual salon because of driving distance and gave this one a try.I regret it, as one cuticle is scabbed and dried blood remains visible.. the polish is sloppy and uneven!!Don’t get me started on whatever “shaping” was done.. every nail is seemingly a different one. I am walking over to Sally’s now to get a nail file to try to salvage some of this!! Luckily this was super cheap and quick so I can just have it fixed in a few days.. will not return.* professionalism was also absent, as my tech answered numerous phone calls and seemed to be miserable throughout the manicure.* tools used were obviously not sanitized nor new, as one buffing tool had a giant chunk taken out of it.Once the cuticle tool was used, covered in dead skin, it was simply wiped off and then the cap was put back on.. doubtful if it’s cleansed ever.

They always have gave me excellent service and they are very great with their art work on your nails!!! Highly recommend

I would not recommend they cut me until I was bleeding and did not clean it right. It’s not the design I asked for and is patchy. I did go back and the only nice lady in the salon tried to clean it up

This has been my go to nail salon for the past 4yrs and they are amazing! Very friendly and attentive.

Worst Place, when they are busy. I arrived at 4 and they said 30 minutes and than 30 min later they say 30 min... after a while they should have told me over 2 hours I would have left. but dont drag me along making it seem like i am up faster then I actually am. Instead of wasting that long sitting there I could have just came back another time. if they just told me a longer time
