Spent $50 here for wings and tots, including an order of 10 “boneless wings” that were $13 for basically breading with little to no chicken. It was insulting. The tots were the “highlight” and they were just ok. The kitchen won’t let you split an order of wings with 2 sauces, but you can order 2 side sauces - which makes no sense. You can only split sauces on orders of 50 wings or more. Jokes on me. But I will sooner eat Taco Bell than come back here.

Nope! Do not waste your time going to this (what appears to be soon out of business) place. Food tasted like it was cooked in the microwave after being frozen. French fries were cold and tasted like they sat in the window while the rest of the food cooked. Beer was good! But you can’t screw that up

Nice smaller size Hooters right off the highway. Plenty of parking. Good food but way overpriced on the wings. Double of what most places are asking for the same number. If you know Hooters then Id recommend this one.

Waited 20 minutes for a beer that never came. My waitress was on her phone and would check on the status of my beer every 5+ minutes just to tell me they didnt have it, take another request and restart the process. She didnt even notice that I walked out for 10 minutes. My first and last time at a hooters.

Disgusting service is not even the word. Wish I could give this review a negative 5 stars. Waited 15 min before I walked out. No one acknowledged us sitting there to even ask us if we wanted drinks. I was with my husband and two little kids. 4 waitresses were sitting in the front having a drink, got up went to the kitchen, brought fries to one table, back in the kitchen walks out to bring another table Tupperware. All while passing us by with no acknowledgment, all 4 of them. One passes us by, looks at us and walks straight to the bar. Then another gets up has a drink then grabs a napkin and sits back down. Mind you there was only 4 other tables with people in it so it was absolutely NOT busy. As we decide to get up, I said to one of the girls in the front “thank you for your service” and she smiled and said “your welcome guys” Smiling, I said “really you didnt even ask us if we wanted drinks, you suck” and walked out.

I thought I liked Hooters Wings, but these tasted like something you would get out of the freezer section of your local supermarket. The breading was thick and hard. The sauces were terrible. The food was slow. The bartender was on the ball, and they had Kane on tap, so that gets them a star. However, I probably wouldnt go back for Wings.

Manager is very weird and creepy, just sits there and stares. Also the service is terrible. Brianna misheard what my friends and I ordered and had an attitude for the rest of the time we were there. Rolling her eyes and sucking her teeth. Enjoy the message and the penny tip.

I was there yesterday and im part of the group that got terrible service by brianna. She rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth at us because of HER mistake, get a hearing aid fr. Anyway, now im on Ron Daking’s asş. Obviously Tim is gonna have more bad reviews than good ones. No normal person likes glazing every establishment that they go to. Hello? If you have a bad experience, it leaves more of a reason for you to leave a review? It’s normal for people to remember negative experiences more vividly than positive ones. I was very disappointed about order shrimp Tacos and end up getting 1 shrimp on each Tacos ( total 3 ) and 3 Tacos was no sign of shrimp they put fish . The texture was not good . I was staying at the Clarion Hotel same location so I did take out . The service was good but kitchen need to focus .

I love wings but unfortunately not these. There was something about the flavor I did not like. However, the nachos were surprisingly good.

ME and my wife and cousin were in hooters. The service was awful. Very slow and the women managing this place doesnt care about the customer. When We ordered food they didnt bring it out for over 20 minutes. We can see that it was sitting ready for pickup and the cook was hitting the bell for pickup and nobody cares and nobody here helps each other. Please let me know when they change management. Its a shame. We been going to different hooters through the country and this is the worst 👎 this place sucks Big time. I called the restaurant and asked if they have gotten new management and they said no .so I said I guess this place still sucks. Please please get New management soon

We mostly pick up wings from here. We love Buffalo Wild Wings, but in the last 6 months, Hooters have become our Go-to when we want to do casual evenings of wings, movies and games. Our best flavor is the spicy garlic. It is located below the Clarion hotel, which I find odd, as it doesnt seem to be a buzzing neighborhood to me. The place is nice, with lots of TVs; and friendly staff.They are currently running happy hour Monday to Friday 4-7 pm, during which time you can get 20 wings for the price of 10!

Ive tried other dishes, and wasnt too impressed. i usually just stick to the mozzarella sticks for lunch. ive been told the wings are good!

Let me preface this review by stating that Gianna was a pretty good server. She was bouncing between the bar and tables and still kept a good eye on us.Now, onto the three-star review... How can you justify charging $18 for 10 of these wings pictured? I mean... these might be the smallest wings Ive ever been served, and the fact that they were dunked in minimal sauce was insult to injury...Biggest takeaway; the prices on the menu are nuts, and I cant justify giving this place more than 3 stars. Spent $36 on a drink, 10 wings, fries, and a shared appetizer. Cant recommend that.

Dining outside only w no TV. Having called and inquired about indoor dining, it was very disappointing to find it was NOT indoor dining. We drove out of our way to come and watch a game. It was hot eating out, despite the tables under the tent. Staff was v slow and food was sub par to other Hooters.

Nice service , great food - slow service.I went to hooters on my friend’s birthday. We ordered 3 dishes and had to wait for an hour.Finally got the order and out of 3 orders 2 were wrong items we received. But the one who was taking care of us replaced these with right order without charging us. Food was delicious and definitely enjoyed. Recommend to people who are not super hungry.

So mind you I eat here a lot due to working out of town and staying in the hotel above. But I only leave one star not because of the service or the food or the atmosphere but because the MANAGER whistles at the bar tenders to indicate they’re food for their customers is complete and ready to be served or because he wants to talk to them. He is nothing but disrespectful when he talks to people including the general customer. That disrespectful pig should never be allowed to work with anyone. These ladies aren’t here to be disrespected or called like they’re animals on a farm. They’re people who deserve respect. The manager should be fired and never allowed to work in this industry ever again. I hope he is fired and banned from any service industry for life. He is the definition of trash. But that’s just my opinion. And if he ever wants to square up I’m always here.

Pretty chill place to watch college football. Food is pretty good too.Cant trust the hours on Google though. Im here on a Friday Night and theyre closing at 11PM instead of 1AM.Got here at 10:30pm thinking I would be able to order food, the only thing I could order was wings. #Disappointed

This is not the Hooters you are accustomed too. Its a hybrid, picture a Hooters menu and waitresses in a Dennys dining room probably because its located at a hotel. Food was okay and their bar is missing some major liquors like Kahlua. The $6 tiny cup of chili was ridiculous! My bro-in-law loves their wings, and with so few Hooters in NJ, I guess we cant be that picky!

The food used to be better. I orderes the smoke wings and they were over smoked, kind of hard. The used to be one of the best things on the menu. There were no happy hour specials and no Corona Premier on tap.

Had a bad experience. We were the only ones in the restaurant, yet we waited 10 minutes for drinks, the food was not hot when it came out, so the waitress tried blaming the kitchen staff. I actually called the restaurant before we arrived to see when the kitchen closed. The person who answered the phone responded Hello, not the usual Thanks for calling Hooters. Stupid staff! I dont see this place making it unless they totally replace the entire staff, management included. Its a total reversal of how the Atlantic City is run. Corporate headquarters should inspect this place, and pull their franchise.

You cannot go wrong with Hooters wings. I always get the Daytona wings.

This location didnt know if Hooters all you can eat promotion of $19.83 on Wednesdays. I chose this location as the are open until 12 midnight. Service was lousy as the waitresses couldnt see me as Im 64 at 270 lbs. They were occupied by other guests in loud laughing. I had a waitress get the manager. The manager had no clue about the promotion that I showed him from Hooters email club. I left very disappointed

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. the bartender Catalina was great though. She came up to my group of friends with an issue because a teenager was sitting at the high tops with by the bar. We were there for 2 hours and spent a ton of money. It was brought to our attention while we were all about to leave about the issue. We asked to speak to the manager on duty who was sitting at the booth the whole entire time. When we were speaking to him, my friend and I both women, he didnt like what we had to say and said we were screaming at him. His name was Franko. He also blamed his bartender for not telling us. As a manager, if your bartender doesnt feel comfortable, thats when it is your job to say something. He then continued to ban us and kick us out and would not speak to us. He also was putting his hands in my friends face when she was trying to ask questions. I WILL never come back here. I also asked for the owner and GM and he said he owns the place, which he does not! It is a shame that those three girls were working with a manager that didnt even have their back and blame his bartender for the incident while he sat at the corner booth the whole time. Such a shame.

Lesly served me and she was very friendly...my food arrived at around the time it should be ready and I ate with gusto...Lesly deserves high marks for her service to me...I really appreciate her very much

This was my first Hooters experience and it was amazing. Our server Gabi was very attentive and got us everything we needed and the wings were delicious! Their reputation precedes them!

Ill put a negative star if that is an option. We went here after walking out of another hooters nearby due to a not so good experience not knowingly we will experience worse on this branch. Imagine sitting in the table without a waitress coming to check on you. The manager is in the floor, waitress walking by, and here you are just sitting waiting for somebody to ask for your order. We even took the menu from the other table. After about 30mins waiting, we then wave to any waitress who would walk by afar hoping they would come an see us and that worked. Asking for another round of beer took the waitress to come back after 5 to 7 minutes when the bar is just right beside us. I still left a tip because I appreciate people working even though I feel bad with the service. We are not going back to this branch ever. Me and my friend thought that it would have been much better if we just walked out after 30mins of without a waitress and go to the nearby McDonalds instead

Called once: 6 wings for $15 bucks. Called twice: person picked up and just placed the phone down. Not a word and never came back! A dead and forgotten restaurant that needs to die already! No need for a 3rd strike!

The Waitresses were nice and hot, and the food was delicious. But I only got a pic with 2 waitresses, it would’ve been better to get a whole group, but they didn’t want to and I completely understand that, they were nice about it. But who cares IM GETTING A PICTURE WITH “ BIG TIME RUSH” the 5 of us.

Kat is the only good server in there. A new server might be good if she doesnt learn from the lazy bunch. Ladies think they are super models in there, they are lucky to be 4s. Horribly lazy crew!

As a lover of hooters and a former hooters girl I can say that this establishment is one of those that gives hooters a bad name. Got there early dinner at 5:30. Took 20 minutes to get our drinks. When there were only 4 tables occupied and 2 bar seats. Not busy at all. 3 girls and a bartender on. Got our fried pickle app, it had been sitting under the lamps for a minute. 5 minutes later our drinks arrived. Ordered a double and got a single. Entrees were hot. The smoked wings were over cooked to the point the bones were snapping in half. The girls did do a 3 bite table check. But had to flag down our server for another round later on. I could go on but I’m over this review. Needless to say the girls had no energy, the food subpar. I don’t know if it’s a franchise or what but they need to up their game.

Smoked wings were amazing. I would highly recommend them if you don’t want something spicy or fried. Waitress was fast to serve us as well on a Friday around 6. Not many people either.

Terrible service? Caroline the bartender was the worst! She didnt listen when I ordered, spoke to another man at the bar the whole time like I wasnt there. Got my order wrong, got my take-out order wrong? Who is running this place? Im not going back, thats a loss of revenue and I love Hooters! I have been here numerous times now and everything has been consistently great. The wings are awesome. I get the original breaded with 911 sauce and traditional hot. Their fried pickles are awesome. Buffalo shrimp are great as well. Sunday’s you get half off seafood so it’s worth going. Plus during the week it’s good for happy hour and other specials. The beer is always cold with a large selection to choose from. Service is good and friendly.

First time, last time. My daughter and I went there to grab a quick bite after her practice. Her wings and mozzarella sticks came out within 10 minutes. Dont laugh but I ordered a salad and tater tots, and was told it was coming. At least they brought my beer. After 40 minutes of waiting and being told it was coming, I asked the manager to bring me he check and forget about my meal. She said sorry and that was it. I have no idea how the food was because it never came. The worst part is that they were not overly busy, and there were plenty of empty tables. Just frustrating.

The bartender piyusha has no idea what she’s doing. She leaves the place unsanitary and disgusting. I don’t even want to drink from the mugs when she works. The only two bartenders that are worth seeing are the sisters gianna and Christina. Fix the bar it used to be fun and much busier, but since these shift changes I can’t even go to my local bar that was my favorite place to be. Your customers will not tolerate poor service it’s becoming ridiculous. Hope the owner sees this.

We were ignored for 15 minutes before our server (who either just came in for her shift or was on break and the other waitresses never covered her table) came to ask us for our drink order.The other waitresses would ignore us trying to get their attention. It was a slow Wednesday and no reason not to get quick service.Our server was very good once we were served but we will not be going back.

Great place, but the manager is a weirdo

My waitress walked up to my table with her mask lowered. She then didnt know how to make the drink that I order, which was a whiskey and a mixer. I had to wait 30 minutes for her to take my order. While waiting for her to take my order, I noticed that she had been fraternizing with someone in the front of the store, and I had to ask her to come to my table so that my order could be taken. I informed her 3 times that I wanted a sandwich without lettuce and tomatoes, and I wanted a sandwich made the same way to go. When I received my order, my sandwich had lettuce and tomatoes. When I informed the waitress she took order back to kitchen, and told me that she would fix it. When I got my sandwich back, there were still pieces of lettuce stuck to the cheese. When I got home, I realized that my to order also had pieces of lettuce stuck to the cheese. The manager appeared to be trying to run a good restaurant, but my waitress made that impossible.

I have driven past this place dozens of times and never went inside. Assuming the only Hooters I knew of, inside an average hotel, right off the highway, would not be a place I wanted to eat. I was wrong. It was spacious, clean, well lit and the staff was friendly and well dressed. (wink) The food was good, the beer was cold and I will likely stop in again for lunch the next time Im nearby.

Waitress was really good. Pretzel with cheese appitizer was really stale like it was left out or something. I got the sliders with fries, 2 chicken sliders and 2 cheese burger ones. The fries were undercooked, the cheese burger sliders were ok but the chicken were just chicken tenders on a bun and they tasted kind of weird. My first beer I asked for was a Stella draft and it was definitely skunked so they brought me a Coors light instead and it tasted normal but was warm.

I was surprised that the food was actually good... I havent been to a Hooters in a very long time... Our waitress Lila was very nice & accommodating... I will definitely go back...

The waitress was very nice but after she dropped off our food she dissapeared. We did not see her even after we finished our food and sat waiting for the check. Had to ask another waitress for our waitress to get our check. When she dropped off the check I noticed she came from the back on her phone on Facetime with Airpods in. She seemed more concerned with her facetime conversation than her job. Every single employee was on their phone sitting down. Even the manager. I would be fired for this as I am a waitress too. Usually I am sympathetic but I would never ever do this, very unprofessional.

Went here bc of the hotel was right next door. Worst customer service, after a long day my crew and I wanted to eat some food and have some drinks, well drinks came out so slow that other people who came in after us were getting their second and third before we even got our first. Waitress didnt know how to split tickets. In 3 hrs they only gave us 2 drinks it took over 20 mins per round of drinks to get to us and there were only 4 of us. Restaurant wasnt even busy maybe 15 people max. Never coming here again. I will spend my money where its appreciated

Been here several times over the past year while in the area for work. Service has been lacking each time but this time it was obvious none of the servers cared about doing their jobs. My server was too involved in eating her own meal to refresh my drink that sat empty for nearly 10 minutes. She never even looked up from her seat to check on her tables. Another waitress was in a booth with her boyfriend full on PDA. Two others sat at a table talking the entire time I was there. NONE of the servers smiled hardly at all. You would have thought they were being forced to work there against their will. The only girl tending to her customers was in over her head and didnt know what to do when one of her tables said their wings came out cold. I hesitate going here each time but I know I like whats on the menu. I return only because the bazillion pizza and sandwich shops around here get old fast.Good food. Poor service.

When I ordered my wing I told her to bring with sauce. and when she served me it she got no sauce and I said can I please have some sauce you forgot that and she said yes I know I’m going to get it. she came back spit on my food and gave me my sauce and said there I go and walked away I would never go back to this place disrespectful waitress 👎🏼

TV set up is perfect for watching the games. Food is always on point. Only issue is the temperature in there is always too warm or too cold. Probably have a bad AC/heating unit.

So today my coworker and I decided to go have lunch at Hooters when we walked in their wasnt no greeting or nothing. We decided to sit at the bar we say there for 10 minutes before someone came to take our order so I asked the waitress what she recommended the lady told me we have wings, taco, and salad. So I said ok but what do you recommend she repeated the samething. So I kindly said I dont think you understand the question so I repeated it again. As she continued to read me the menu I decided I didnt want nothing so my coworker was waiting for us to stop talking to place her order the waitress just walked away. We sat there for another 5 minutes as we sitting there we see all the waitress sitting at a table having lunch together not checking on the customer who are there I have video. They would never get my money rude disrespectful never have I experience such. Management need to hire new people

We went for lunch and the place was pretty dead.. Besides us there was one other table occupied. They had max 2 servers. I ordered boneless wings medium sauce and curly fries. I did not like the taste of the sauce and it had no flavor. The curly fries were strictly ok. The cost of 8 wings, fries and drinks was close to $20. My recommendation is to go to Buffalo Wild wings over this place.

Called and placed an order based of online pricing. When I arrive to pay for my order the price was different. The problem is when I bring it to the woman helping me, instead of making it right she would just rather talk in circles. She was NICE but In her explanation she said if you order online or on phone the prices Changes automatically in the computer. To me that’s sounds like Hooters is robbing it’s customers. If I had not looked before I signing I would not have noticed.

We went for a little birthday celebration for my son. Went on Thursday because their website listed endless wings for that day. Get there, the menu said Mon. for endless wings. The manager allowed it when he was shown the website. Took a half hour to get the first round and more than that for the second round. Spent almost three hours there. Place was only about 1/3 full. At least the wings were good.

Went for lunch the place was practically empty. Ordered 8 piece boneless wings with medium heat and some curly fries. The food was not very good, it was pretty bland. The fries were ok. The cost of this was close to $20 which included soda which is quite expensive. They charged for fries separately and my friends ordered celery with their wings and they were charged separately for that as well. I would not recommend this place.

Been here three times. The first time I went we waited almost an hour for our food, my mom ordered tacos which clearly states its topped with lettuce. We get the tacos and its topped with raw cabbage. They had the audacity to say thats how it comes. When are tacos served with raw cabbage? Giant pieces of raw cabbage even though the menu clearly states lettuce and they all stood there confused, even the manager. Apparently they had no idea the menu said lettuce. 2nd visit 45 minutes for our food, last visit 30 minutes for a chicken salad and 10 chicken wings. No sides, NOTHING ELSE. Neither one of these visits was it busy. Prepare to wait forever for your food whether theres 10 people there or 100. If my husband didnt love the wings I would never eat here! Food is mediocre.

The manager Franco is not someone that should be running this establishment. He was extremely rude to a group of friends there hanging out and even told one of the customers that she was just acting like an angry black girl with I found very racially motivated towards her and is very uncalled for . I don’t know how this place is run by someone like this . Then he proceeded to curse at the bartender and blame her for something that was not her fault at all. .she was working very hard behind the bar with no help and he was very disrespectful to her . I am in the process of contacting the corporate office because of the this very uncalled for for this establishment.

We literally just left there for take out and below the hotel..my partner asked for extra tarter sauce..he didnt have cash but I did..I went in there to 2.17 for extra sauce I had to 30 minutes for that..then asked for untesils..the server stated they do not give takeout utensils even though they provide takeout..called to speak with a manager..who apologized and offered me utensils if I were to come back..I have reason to believe this was racially motivated..

This place is okay if you want to get salmonella from chicken thats not cooked all the way. Be careful when you ask for the blue cheese sauce is ranch dressing with blue cheese in it. I will never eat there again because I dont like it when the bartender is eating handling money and not washing their hands when they touching my food.

Very Nice inside. Almost 20bux for a regular burger and fries... fries were dry, Ketchup didnt help. Lettuce looked like an after thought ...not good 😐 my 16 year old son who loves burgers and after playing football was so hungry and couldnt finish it. Was dissatisfied and suprised.

First time at this Hooters location. Excellent service. Good wings. Tried the smoked wings for the first time and loved them. Must have hot the place at just the right time. It wasnt empty but had just enough clientele to be among people without being crowded and everything arrived quickly. First one Ive been to that was attached to a hotel. Good to know for the future.

We have eaten here 2 times with my coworkers and both times our food has been mixed up. They dont charge us but we end up waiting longer than we have to. Over all the girls try and make it easier on the oversights.

Takeout.I ordered with high expectations and they werent exceeded or met. You cant mess up a wing... you can apparently in a place with advertisements stating theyre famous.Famously bad.I regret the Daytona Beach Style Wings. I regret ordering 10. The description made it sound Delicious. I want my money back. Had I gotten these at the restaurant they would be returned and I would have stuck to beer.The chili... good flavor. What the F is up with your onions. I paid for onions. I get 1 strand of onion. Also, it spilled out of its container.When you pay for salad you get dressing. Its a given. The fact i have to pay for a single dressing 😑 and its a 1$ - the price of salad pays for that.Paid for celery and extra dressing. I got one. So you mean I HAVE to pay for one dressing for a wing order? For 15.99 for 10 wings it should include 2 sauces let alone 1 sauce.????I want my .99 for that blue chz.Salad... was a salad... it should include a dressing.Also, staff, napkins. Got the worst table near the kitchen. Every now and then someone was walking by our table. Drinks were served late, but staff was courteous and food and drink was good. I would recommend that they should offer customers corner cozy tables first if available.

The manager is so good and so perfect and she is always good with her customers, she is so nice to her people like I have never seen any manager like her before. Also the food is so good and so delicious. I really enjoyed the food, both inside and outside places are very nice, all the workers were also very welcoming!

Tried to call to place a To go order no answer 5 times decided to drive there to place order for my office it was open WOW place order at12:47pm and still sitting here waiting at 1:44pm order was pretty small 30 wings burger salad and mozzarella sticks horrible service only 10 groups of 2 people eating and most already eating. Foods good, atmosphere is ok. The staff is... I watched thewaitress crying and arguing with what I assumed was her manager boyfriend. She literally stood at our table and cried to us. I went back about two months later. Looks like all new staff. Hopefully my rating will go up on future visits.

If I could give zero stars I would. Me and my wife wanted to grab some drinks and some wings. We sat at our table for a half hour. Nobody acknowledged us, it wasn’t even busy. We just got up and left, this location definitely needs better management…

Sat at the bar for about 2 hours. Everything was great, drank yuengling the whole time. The girl behind the bar (who will remain nameless) bought me a shot of tequila as I was ready to leave, which I hate (tequila).. AND THEN CHARGED ME FOR HERS AND MY SHOT!!.. When I pulled her aside to ask her about it, she immediately got mad and asked me to leave... She ran my card without even giving me the itemized receipt.. YEAH $50 FOR YUENGLING is very expensive.. A good friend (and ex employee) used to tell me about this kind of stuff that would occur there.. Whats insane is that I was ready to tip the bartender an insane % until she tried to take advantage of me.. This is an UNPROFESSIONAL establishment. Go elsewhere for a few beers.

It took a very long time to get seated...there was no one ahead of us and plenty if open tables. We finally got seated and had to wait for a waitress. Then we waited a long time for our food and when it finally came out it was cold. This was my first Hooters experience and it wasnt enjoyable.

The place is so fabulous I really liked the place all the workers were wearing masks and they never take it off, I really like the food it was so delicious and good. The manager was so nice and friendly. All the workers were welcoming and I really appreciate it. Also the place is clean inside out. I really thank Neama the manager for the way she is talking to her costumers.

Ordered a simple 10 wings at 7:17 (receipt shows that). Waited patiently until 7:55 to finally ask the hostess who could not put her phone down, about my order. She brought it right out. The order has been sitting since 7:30 says the receipt. Now the wings are cold and she said, “I was busy”.She was on her phone for 20 mins.Done with this dump. Hire someone with a brain

Terrible Customer service!! I called to place an order for pick up and I was placed on hold for a good 10 minutes, all I heard was a girl in the background talking. Then I called again trying for a second time and somebody answered extremely rude. Thinking that I called the wrong number, I dialed a 3rd time and the so called “manager” gave us an attitude while trying to place an order. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE!! Will not order from this place again.

THE WORSE! The staff here is unprofessional and so rude. They were the one that got the order wrong and she tells me “there busy” yes I understand it’s Super Bowl, but I’m also a customer so why tell me that. Stopped in one evening to order out. Hostess promptly took order of wings, fries and salad. Took unusually long to receive order for not such a busy night for which the hostess apologized. The wings were a bit dry and not moist as other Hooters locations which is a disappointing as I would like to order frequently from this location.

Honestly the wings just arent that good, service was okay, beer was a good price though.Update: happy to say that I came here a third time and found a wing sauce I actually liked. The choice of sauce really determines how good the wings are there. Id go back for sure.

Eat something at home and go. Otherwise you have to wait more than 90 mins. Me and my friends went to this place yesterday around 7:30pm and gave order around 7:45. Two orders served around 8:45 and one order at 9 pm and last order at 9:15pm and fries are worst. Dont know why these people are taking so much time to serve food.

I had a great experience dining here! Marimar was courteous and friendly to my mother and I. Even though she was running around helping multiple tables and was under pressure she never let that show in her service. We will be back !

Place was ok. Not the best. Of course it was my 1st time back since pandemic hit & i got stuck wth a brand new waitress. And a manager that was all over the place. My daughter asked for a baja burger and SPECIFICALLY said do not put guac on it. Burger comes out WITH guac. Sent it back & 2 mins later it came back w/ some guac still on it. We had the new waitress and it back with special comments: customer allergic to guac please REDO burger. New burger comes out and it was meh. I used to love Hooters for their WHISKEY LIT. 👎👎👎 theyve gone down hill. Probably cuz it was a different location. But i wont b returning to the Somerset location. Use ur discretion.

Hooters is always what I expect it to be. Below average food and absolute terrible customer service. Good customer service isnt about saying what you have to say ie can I refill that drink for you? But rather making conversation about what you dont have to mention ie asking about the customers day or making small talk. Hooters waitresses are incapable of starting a conversation that doesnt start with HI, can I start you off with something to drink.

Went to watch the UFC fight on Saturday. The worst service ever!!! There were so many angry costumers since the service was so terrible. It was like a scene out of bar rescue. We finally got our food 2 1/2 hours later. Never going back.

I come regularly for the wings and drinks. I like most of the bartenders there, but Carolina is a very sociable and attentive bartender. Love it when she is working the bar.

This Hooters location is different from what a traditional Hooters is like. You dont feel like youre in a traditional Hooters. It has a modern look and feel to it. The plates you get are silver and made of metal (not the usual wood-looking ones) and the cups are neon orange and ugly as hell. If you come here expecting to sit at the bar to watch a game, try somewhere else. The bar is a tad small. If you dont care about that you can sit at any table to watch whatever. There are many TVs all over the walls.It was around 45-50 degrees the day I went so it was super nice out. But inside all the employees were wearing sweatshirts. It wasnt chilly nor cold inside. They should at least be wearing long sleeves underneath their uniform not hoodies.Now, the wings here are smaller than other Hooters locations and they could have been covered in more sauce. I think they just drizzled the sauce on top of the wings instead of tossing them in a bowl. When we asked our waitress about the grilled wings she stated that they didnt have them yet but outside on the windows they advertised grilled wings. That doesnt make sense. From a management point of view, that is misleading and they shouldnt have been advertised. We also got some appetizers which were as good as expected. I should also point out that my father ordered iced tea but it was more like water with a hint of tea flavor. When we told our waitress about it and she gladly brought out a new one but it was nothing different so we sent it back.Needless to say, we wont be back to this location.P.S. They didnt have Hooters pens!

Mid afternoon me and my buddy came in about 8 people inside. Seated waited a few minutes. Set clock on phone another seven minutes go by no one comes by. Five girls talking to themselves. Embarrassing. Never should have been given a franchise. Left went down the street. Get your stuff together. Worst experience ever.

Great wings and staff. Due to COVID, they were offering outdoor dining. Indoor dining has since resumed as of September 4th, 2020. I havent had Hooters in a decade ever since my father and I went to drop something off somewhere in New York and then we went to eat at Hooters for dinner.

During covid-times pickup only, but no one was up front for me to pick up, no one picked up phone. I had paid online, so i picked up and left. Food was hot which is great, but had VERY LITTLE TO NO SAUCE on 3 different sauces, so was a very unpleasant eating experience at home.

My grandson ordered fish tacos, they sent shrimp instead which he is allergic to. His throat closed up immediately and when I called Hooters they wanted me to go into the app for a refund, no consideration that my grandson could have died. So Much For Customer Relations. I am very disappointed and extremely upset and this is unacceptable.

Somerset Hooters has quite a bit of room for improvement. Food comes from the kitchen undercooked sometimes and overcooked I received once. Restrooms are usually below average with respect to cleanliness. Told the manager and he seemed to not care. Servers are always friendly.

They have the best wings in town. Its a blessing to have a Hooter in Somerset. Lexi was our waitress, and she was above and beyond in serving the food. I would recommend this place to my friends and family!

Sat around for 15 minutes before being acknowledged. Once acknowledged, drink orders took another 20 minutes. Food? Try an hour later. Oh, and then I got my food but couldn’t eat it because I didn’t have silverware.... ranch please?

Im going to echo many of the other ratings, service was super slow. I went on a night that didnt have many customers. Went to have some wings after my sons soccer game down the block. Took us about an hour and a half , we were done with our food in about an hour, so 30 mins wasted time. My son left his water bottle that had his name written on it. We called the restaurant about 30 mins after we left when he realized. We were told they would check and call back if they find it . Kind of hard to believe it wasnt found considering there wasnt that many people there. My brother waited 10 mins for a beer refill. The waitress promptly told him that the beer he wanted was out , but she could get him another one... no problem here, but 10 mins later she said , oh they were changing the keg for the beer you wanted. She could of told him that right away. I honestly was just tired of waiting. The food was good though which is why I give 2 stars.

This was a great place if you are working late and are hungry when you are done. I finished working at about 1045 and they were the only place still open to eat.

Worst service that I have experience don’t go or try to show up at 9:45 pm or 10 if they are not busy they will turn you away and tell you that they are closing even tho it says that they are open until 12. Every time we finish playing soccer we try to go and drink some beer with wings we spend an average of $125 to $ 175 and is not that we don’t leave a good tip usually the normal 20% but I guess they don’t want the money or the owner is ok for them to take the decision for the to close very early .Because of that bad service I think your guys are empty all the time. I hope the owner sees this and change his staff at this location and put someone that wants to work and make money !!!!!!!

Place really sucks. Servers take FOREVER! Came with some co-workers, a group of guys. Thought they did something before to piss the waiters off. Came back with a different group of co-workers, servers took forever again. They didnt have a server in rotation.Food isnt bad. Not worth it for a lunch break place.

Food was ok butI recieved the worst service I have ever had at a Hooters the waitresses all sat played with their phones. One waitress had to see me waving an empty beer mug but turned her head away instead of telling my Waitress hey that guy may need another beer. We were there at about 5 pm on a Wednesday probably only 3 other tables in use at the time . Maybe a reason it was so slow.

Wings were dry not much sauce and for the price and after driving all day waiting to get my wings finally I was very disappointed but still ate them because thats who I am

So... Im currently sitting here and I am not pleased. We are the only table and the waitress dropped off the check and spent come back for 45 minutes. I was seriously debating just leaving without paying. Actually, I suggest you all do that. Come in, order food, eat, then just leave, they wont notice and wont be able to find you.

Absolutely horrible experience at lunchtime today. We called to place an order for over an hour and the phone was never picked up. Then we went there in person and called while there to see if the phone rings and the waitress said she don’t even know where the phone is. The. It took one hour to get food and the order was wrong both times. The place only had a few people in it and still couldn’t get a manager as he was busy out of sight. I would stay far away from this place!

I don’t know the managers name (Nina maybe? I came fri 9/20/19 around 1030pm). All I can say is UNPROFESSIONAL. I was made a drink that I didn’t like (it had a plastic taste to it maybe something was bad) so I asked Bria, the bartender if I could switch. Beer, wings, and more served by friendly babes proudly showing off their assets in tight tshirts and hotpants. This location is everything you expect of a Hooters dining establishment. Come here for the food, friendly and beautiful waitstaff and sports on the ever present large screen TVs. You will not be disappointed.

Prodigious appetite was left mouth watering. Clams are getting better as is the different breast selections are fabulous when combined with your favorite cub of soup. Ask the managwment to kindly turn up the air and they oblige.

Walked in no one acknowledged me for 5+ mins. Mind you, its empty besides this one couple.Then they forgot my sauce, and I had to wait an additional 10 mins for 1 cup of bleu cheese.Not cute to have a stank attitude. A nice personality takes you farther, especially if youre sub-par in looks. Sorry

One waiter running both bar and serving I was spectin more ladys but it was empty it felt strange well we ask for philly cheese stake and we get chicken cheese sandwich but it was ok

We go on Sundays for 1/2 price seafood. Great deal for those who love seafood and like us are on keto. The smoked jerk wings are really good and have no real spiciness just like jerk is supposed to be; flavored and cooked perfectly everytime. They have catered to our keto need by serving taco meals without the tortillas and carb-laden ingredients. Very friendly staff that always checks on us.

Friendly staff. Food came out quickly and correctly. Lots of tvs available to watch games. Only issue I have is that they share bathroom with the hotel next door.

I will start out by saying that I come here weekly. I never really understood why this location was always so empty, but I have an idea why now. We were seated promptly, however it took our African American server (Recia?) ten minutes to  greet us and take our order. During this time, she was on her cell phone. So after taking our order in a very unfriendly manner, it took another ten minutes to tell us that our beer was unavailable. Now, I normally would not have thought this a big deal, but after what I witnessed I felt compelled to inform the manager Alex. Two gentlemen were sitting in the middle of the restaurant. One of the gentlemen hands our server a wad of cash under the table. She exchanges some words and proceeds to go outside with different gentleman that just entered the restaurant. They both come back in after about 30 seconds. She proceeds back to the original table with something clearly in her servers pouch. She hesistates to show the gentlemen who originally gave her the money. She then walks around to the register and the man follows. They both observe whatever was in her pouch. They both go back to the gentlemans table. She hands back some cash to him. The other gentleman who met our server outside is now seated at a table with a friend. Our server then walks up to him and hands him a small plastic bag  and says, Keep this for later.. Drug deal? Very likely. Additionally, the other server working that night was continually chatting with these gentlemen and knew them by name. The man who received the bag was named Christian. I know this because the other waitress was flirting with him and his friend, even drawing pictures on the friends hand with a pen. Is this whole operation just a front for dealing drugs??? The two wait staff that was there did not speak English very well. Not a big issue, still able to order. Although I did seam like I was a bother. Same food different location.

I thought the other reviews were exadurated but unfortunately they were exact. Horrible service! Every waiter and waitress spent their time on the phone and didnt care about customers. Management came out and seen what was happening, didnt do anything. Just turned around and left.

The bartenders are just handingtge drinks out like its water they need to be told a cutting off point bc when people leave your place intoxicated zone people are driving your place can be geld responsible please be mindful management needs to pay attention to this please 🙏🙂

The service was great ..they place was immaculate..multiple sport ames going on ,great atmosphere and Yes! They do hold the fights PPV...Boxing,MMA,!! Don hesitate go !! Nothing to hoot about. No organization. No one in charge. All employees running in all directions. No table got any food at the same time. Some were served while others at the same table waited 30 minutes. Every item ordered was missing something that was described on the menu. Employees were friendly, at least, in spite of nobody in charge.

Food was blah, I couldve made the nachos plate better at home. Soggy nacho chips. How is this place still open?

Pitiful. Hooters is a dying franchise. Service here is abysmal. Restaurant was practically empty and it took almost 45 minutes for 20 wings to come out. Did I say 20? That is what we ordered but only *10* came out and those 10 were very overcooked. We werent even offered the other 10, the server just said oh Ill change it on the bill. Ill give it 2 stars as the restaurant was very clean and the beer was cold. So unless you just want beer, dont bother.

Asked for medium burger it came out well done waited 20 mins for check and it was only lunch and five customers

The food was not bad however the service was very very slow and not very attentive. They were clearly not ready for our size party so Ill give them a pass.

The food is very Very tasty and served with too good quality. The managers of the restaurant are Customer Friendly and professional.

PROS: This Hooters was cleaner than the usual hooters is. We had a nice waitress named Zianny who took really good care of us. The food came out on time, disposable CDC friendly menus, and USB outlets for each booth. Plenty of parking and nicely connected to the hotel next to us in order to help the thirsty men hotel stayers to come and drink.CONS: A lot of the wait staff would continuously take their masks off and when we looked in the kitchen we saw that the cooks did not have masks on as CDC guidelines mandate for covid.OVERALL: Nice hooters, great girls, but they have to stay safe. Otherwise I would go to a different Hooters

This place was not great. I have problem with the service plus I complain to the manager and wrote a letter to them. But I got phone tag and no results. I like the Hooters franchise but not this place. The funny thing I left my information for them to give them another chance. I guess not dont care on my comment.

They need to clean the feathers off there chicken more but the honey chipotle wings are good and the service is cool just make sure you tip the ladies there very appreciative of whatever you give

Wings are not that great, the girls are not good either. They gave you plates with a thin paper on top. The servers dont even come to your table after serving your food. They just sit and eat in the corner

Was in there about a few months ago with a buddy of mine. We were waiting for a waitress to get our drink orders, the waitress never took our drink orders. So we left and we are never going back there again.

You advertise 11am- 12 am. But your closed at 6pm. If your training,you need too post the different hrs so people dont waste time driving and your not open.

Few of my friends were bitten up at this location on 08/15/2020 and no one ever called the police. People do not care about their customers at all. It is very sad.
