Downtown Social House

SoHo has a lot of potential. The setup is really nice outside. Theres plenty of comfortable lounge seating, and there are lawn games. The venue is perfect for hanging out and talking, but you can sit in the section with the DJ if you want more of a lively vibe.Ive never had their food as the kitchen is always closed when I go. The one thing that always misses the mark is their service. The many times I have been, Ive had different staff take care of me, and it often feels like youre forgotten. We end up going up to the bar to get drinks when we have been waiting too long.They have happy hour deals and free drinks for ladies night. I always tip on ladies night, as you should. I feel like the service is worse on these nights. I can imagine the staff has a long night serving free drinks and barely getting tips, I assume, because of the service you get.

Finished a photo shoot downtown and as it was sort of late, decided to pick up dinner and take it home rather than have it at a restaurant. Picked this place because it was close and not busy. Sat for nearly 10 minutes without seeing an employee, and when I approached the bar to see if they could put in a to-go order for me, I was told I had to wait for my waitress. The bar must have finally alerted someone because 2 minutes later she finally showed up.I ordered our two meals to go, and then a drink to enjoy while I was waiting for them because I knew it would take a bit for them to cook. I also ordered a water because it was very hot and I had been shooting in the sun. She took my card which was fine, but then came back in another minute and said she was giving it to this other girl who asked what it was I had ordered to drink and they told me she would be taking over my check. Then they both disappeared for 25 minutes. Never saw either again, never got the drink or the water. Finally went back to the bar and asked if I could at least have the water because I was so thirsty. The guy behind the bar looked completely uninterested and inconvenienced even though he was literally leaning against the back counter so its not like I was keeping him from his own customers. The place was not busy.When she finally did pass me again, I told her to cancel my drink because the entire point of it was to enjoy it while I was waiting for the food. At this point the food had to be nearly close to finished and I wouldnt be able to drink it. She then asked me who took my drink order.... to which I replied you..... And then she said oh, no, the girl with the long brown hair took it first so she should have brought it to you. So I was like well regardless it doesnt matter, I dont need it anymore and she said Fine, Ill ring you out. She brings over the to-go food and receipt and I go to sign - the drink is still on there 🤦🏻‍♀️. Have to walk back up and get the amount adjusted, and she looks annoyed again, but at this point Im annoyed because its been 40+ minutes for me to essentially beg someone to give me water. Havent even gotten home to eat the food yet and based on the service alone Ill never try to come back here even if its the most delicious meal Ive ever had in my life.Giving it two stars instead of one because the front area was actually set up really nicely and had really cool ambiance and atmosphere. Its a shame because if they actually hired people who were halfway decent, it seems like it could be a cool place to spend an evening with dinner and drinks.

We shared tuna tacos (very delicious) and we had a $1 burger and hot dog.Burger top and hot dog ok.Music was a little bit too loud.But it was a great afternoon there.

We went there after the art festival on Saturday for a few beers and to listen to the live music, which was a really chill couple who also play on FMB. We had a great time and then headed upstairs to watch the sunset over the water.

Party of 6 went for happy hour. Outdoor music was wonderful! We had 2 orders of the spicy tuna roll, 2 orders of Ahi nacho, pork tacos and Mac and cheese bites. All were delicious and very reasonably priced. Drinks were 2 for 1. Outdoor space is very inviting. Our server Aston was awesome, She really made our visit special! Perfect way to finish our vacation.

Got in. Bar was packed with people that weren’t using the bar. Bartender skipped over us for 20 minutes. Grabbing people that walk up while we’ve been sitting there waiting. Got our drinks and sat down. Some girl brought by some $10 shots. Figured why not. It was JUICE. Nothing but JUICE. Was ridiculous. Go back to the bar. Same situation. When I tried to actually wave the lady down she CUSSED ME OUT and told me to leave. Blonde pale skinny girl with no chin if you need to know. We had an open tab ready to spend well over $200 on drinks alone for us 3 that were there. So when she decided to talk to us we closed out. Was 100% horrendous. The area is cool but it’s not cool if you can’t get a drink in. You can’t get drinks fast enough there to get a buzz unless you order a bottle. Simple as that.

Not impressed. We went there before ladies night and found the outdoor bar packed but no one inside. Despite that, the service was lackluster and disappointing. Not only did we always have to flag down the bartender, we were sitting at the bar…where service is typically the fastest. Both the bartender and everyone else always disappeared behind a curtain to a back room to do whatever they were doing back there (room clearly insight of us) without paying attention to your guests at the bar.Pricing was ok, didn’t fit the food and service though. Side of fries…look at the picture…that’s how they come (half empty). The boneless wings would be good if they were tossed enough to cover the entire serving. The flatbread was the only tasty part but again, service missing.Sadly, despite wanting to visit for our frequent trips to the Luminary and seeing SOHO, we won’t be back nor will we suggest SOHO to other friends but instead the multitude of other locations around Luminary.Plenty of other options around with service that will care and match the prices on the menu, SOHO is not one.

I had a Garden Bird while I was there and shared spinach and pretzel apps. The attempt at a Jungle Bird was poor. It tasted very watered down in flavor. The others with me felt similar about theirs. We had one drink and promptly left.Our server was excellent and attentive. We did not bring the drinks to his attention due to them all having that thinned out flavor, just figure thats how its made here.

Hannah killed it in the bar! On par recommendations that really hit the spot! Only here for drinks and it wasn’t super busy on a Monday, but regardless, amazing service. Would definitely recommend stopping in for a drink!

After leaving the sky bar we decided to sit and have a drink at SoHo. We bought two drinks and sat down. Unfortunately, not long after sitting down, we were kicked out of our seats so they could save them for customers who were buying bottles (250-500). Not for us

I visited Soho and was unexpectedly asked to leave, which was disappointing. The issue started with the bartender, who lost his temper after I jokingly asked for a drink. His disproportionate reaction, shouting at me to wait my turn, was unprofessional.A bartender should handle stress and not let emotions take over. His behavior was so inappropriate that security was called to remove me, even though they were unsure why. I wasnt causing any disturbance and was calmly waiting for my beer.Its alarming how a customers removal can be triggered by the bartenders poor emotional control. This approach is flawed and needs improvement.

We found this great place by accident. We are so glad we did. very good drinks, food, service and ambiance. Very close to the waterfront and other great restaurants.

Nice ambiance & Staff! but i was very disappointed with my cocktails and food. Charcuterie board didn’t have dry cured ham, Soppressata or Havarti cheese 😂 it was replaced by very thin lunch meat salami only and big cubes of smoked Gouda and sharp cheddar.

We went because we like the band Flora. We ordered Captain and coke. The coke was flat! She came out and said the co2 was out and they only had diet coke. We sent them back and just got water.. they have an awning that says speciality cocktails and scratch kitchen.So we ordered a Buffalo chicken flatbtread... poor waitress had to come out and tell us it was taking so long because they had to shred the cheese...so a lit bit later she brings it out, and it looked like they put pieces of cheese over Buffalo sauce...allot. barely hot. Dont think it was a scratch kitchen

This place is FREAKING AMAZING!!! Adam was a AMAZING mixologist!!! We had called earlier in the week to find out if we needed reservations or not. Adam gave us all the details we needed he even told us about the band that plays there. He said they were amazing.....THEY ARE AMAZING!!!! They have so much talent it is unbelievable!!The whole experience even the food was AMAZING!!I have never been to a bar that has so many people who are so nice, like the vibe was spot on. (Everyone who works there)Amazing is all I can say, they made my daughters 25th birthday so special!! Since she had never been to a bar due to a medical condition and she cant drink. Adam made her feel like she was kicking it like everyone else.Adam again was AMAZING!!! The band was AMAZING!! LIKE I have to repeat myself because this experience was all amazing!!If you are looking for a place to chill, a place to have a special event, a great mixologist who will make you a drink based off his questions. Came out here for the first time with some friends on Friday, January 5th, and was really surprised by how unique this place was in comparison to the rest of downtown. Ive visited Seattle, and Denver, and this establishment would fit in nicely in either of those places. Very chill atmosphere, and the specials were awesome!Friday, my friends and I planned on staying for a just a drink and to get a feel for the place. We were pleasantly surprised. The service was great, it was a waitress-in-training, and there wasnt a downside to our experience. The free appetizers were delicious--genius method to get your food recognized, in my opinion, because...Monday, January 8th, I had to be back in downtown Ft. Myers against my will, and since I was in the area, I decided to come back! Samantha, the bartender, was exceptional at her job and easy to talk to. I didnt expect much other than a relaxing meal when I came back today, but here I was meeting three or four staff members who were all equally pleasant and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. They were busy working, but stopped long enough to introduce themselves. The staff here is phenomenal.After sitting down at the bar, Samantha told me that today was Moscow Mule Monday. She asked if I liked them, and set me up within 3 minutes of arriving. The first one was free!? Who gives away alcohol!? SoHo does, thats who (between 4-6)! Half off of the food items as well? This place far and away exceeded my expectations. 2 Moscow Mules and a Margarita Flatbread later, and I left with a bill of $10.50. Boom!Thank you for setting up shop in Downtown Fort Myers, and breathing a little fresh air into the area. Even if the deals werent so fantastic--the staff, atmosphere, and the food quality would have me revisiting this establishment again.

Lets first start with the atmosphere is great! Staff is friendly as well!Came here for the first time for the Thursday ramen special. Started with a Brisket Poutine appetizer and its delicous!!! Only downfall Ill give is the portion sauce. Very small, but the taste is amazing!Now for the main reason we came here, the Thursday special $5 ramen bowl. Another small portion size bowl, very tasteful broth but disappointed on the temperature of it. Luke warm at best. Needs more noodles and more broth, little less onions. Just my opinion.Wasnt full at all, so I ordered a BBQ Brisket flatbread as well. Fantastic! Perfect 10/10! Love it!Definitely will be coming back in the near future to check out other daily specials.

I hosted a corporate anniversary party at the Downtown Social House. Management & staff were phenomenal from the minute I started setup through cleanup. The vibe was perfect, the space is clean the live music was great. I could go on and on. 10 out of 10 recommend!

The bartender server was really helpful and friendly. Nachos were ok but cheese sauce could be more favorable. Location and outdoor bar and eating area is great.

Enjoyed hanging out on the patio and meeting new friends. Good food, nice beer and cocktail selection, and great service. Really enjoyed the DJ who had very eclectic taste and didnt play too loud.

James and Tiana are incredible bartenders. Couldn’t ask for better. Grayson is a great manager and upholds a great standard throughout the building. Couldn’t think of a better place to be on a Friday afternoon for happy hour. Will definitely be back

Only visited on the evening and the drink prices are always different. Ive paid from below $10 and up to $17 for the same drink. Service is fast even when busy and the relaxed atmosphere is great when sitting outside.

Edit: went back last wknd and they were out of so many options for drinks. They rattled off a list of basic options like cucumber, pineapple, watermelon, and strawberries that they didnt have. 3 of Their 5 craft cocktails use those ingredients. How does that happen?Love the outdoor seating area and that theyre dog friendly. Not their fault for being so popular, but it can be hard to get a servers attention sometimes. But they do have a lot of tables with multiple separate checks. If youre a fan of Mac n cheese bites, skip it. Kinda greasy and way too cheesy.

My wife and I loved this place. The band was GREAT and plays every Sunday weve heard. The atmosphere was super cool like a comfy backyard get together with a nice fence and couches, high top tables, and park tables, lined with lights and neon. The food was very tasty. We had one of the Poké bowls, and the buffalo chix dip. Both were very flavorful and tasty where the bowl was pretty filling. Well definitely be back to try some more food and vibe out with the bands top pop music and original songs playlist. Easy recommend!

Drinks werent as fabulous as I thought theyd be, but was a visiting bartender. Daytime crowd was too rambunctious for what I was looking for, but Id def return with a group of friends at night.

My go to spot for Happy Hour or anytime I get a night out. Their Gimlet is my favorite cocktail in Ft. Myers... go get one!

It was pretty dead on Tuesday but no complaints! Always have a great time at SoHo and they have reasonable bottle service.

Eric was on of the bartenders that served us and he was amazing. He created drinks just based on one flavor we mentioned we like. They were DELICIOUS. He’s the best bartender I’ve ever had. Thank you Eric you really helped make out Halloween night.

Good location almost right across from the Luminare Hotel in DT Ft Myers. Went there to watch the Superbowl last night. The service was bad; the place wasnt that crowded , but we had to flag down the bartender for everything. The drinks were also watered down. We we were told that they were CLOSING early on Superbowl Sunday and that we should probably leave soon if we wanted to catch the end of the game on TV. Also the fryer was broken and they couldnt serve fried food. What type of place is closed early on SB Sunday and is not prepared to serve fried food on SB Sunday? I will not be coming back here, nor do I recommend this place to anyone.

Not a fan of their Bloody Mary and I had have better shrimp dumplings, but they have good attitude and music, Im willing to try again. And I did! Way better! Keep it up! 👍🏼

One of the most hype places in Downtown Fort Myers. I recommend starting here for the fellow drunksters looking to bar hop. It’s the atmosphere that’ll draw you in and it has a great outdoor area. #1

Loved it! Service was great even with a full house during Tuesday Triva. The Tuna sushi and tacos were tasty and fresh. Trivia guy was entertaining! Im from out of town, but if I lived here this would be my regular stop!!

Adam is a FANTASTIC bartender! He made my friend and I some of the best drinks and helped us get to know the area better and even showed us some fun bar tricks! Great atmosphere at the bar and everyone makes you feel welcomed! Highly recommend if you’re in the area!

I recently visited Social House and, regrettably, I must share my disappointing experience with others. The entire evening was marred by a combination of subpar food, lackluster service, and a general lack of ambiance. I had high hopes for this place, but it fell woefully short of expectations.First and foremost, the food was nothing short of a culinary catastrophe. My expectations were dashed as soon as I took my first bite of a dish that was, quite frankly, inedible. The ingredients seemed to be of low quality, and the presentation left much to be desired. Its disheartening to see a menu with such potential fail to deliver on taste and execution.The service was equally lackluster. The staff seemed disorganized, inattentive, and unaware of basic customer service principles. Our waiter took forever to acknowledge our presence, and it felt like an eternity before we could place our order. We had to request simple things like water refills repeatedly, which made us feel neglected and undervalued as customers.To add insult to injury, it appeared as though the staff was more interested in their own conversations than attending to diners needs. This lack of professionalism only exacerbated my frustration and added to the overall disappointment. Would highly not recommend coming here.

Food is quite tasty and we enjoy the atmosphere but the rap music knocks the vibe down. Unfortunate.Revision: they are now up charging for Velveeta cheese sauce on their pretzel. No more beer cheese (which was amazing). I would have paid more $ for the beer cheese.

Stopped in on Friday after work to have some Happy Hour drinks with some co-workers. Turns out there is no Happy Hour all drinks full price. There was also some guy singing & playing guitar. He was singing some of the most depressing music. Some of the saddest happy hour music ever, such a buzzkill. We ended up bailing on this place for someplace a bit more upbeat.

Havent been in this for 6 months. But they have made look better. They extended and made it more welcoming. You have to love to sit with strangers in your table. Its a shared sitting. If you want to make friends this is the place to be. Love the music and atmosphere.

Awesome outdoor place. This place is great for drinks and elevated appetizers. Service was good and great bartenders. If your looking for a full dinner menu this isnt the place but if looking to share appetizers and drinks this is your place.

AWFUL experience. Do not recommend this bar at ALL, refused to let me in with a completely legal & verified ID. Excuse was my “nose and chin” were different as if people do not gain/lose weight since their 16 year old ID photo. The head of security came around to the side and decided to scream at me “I SAID NO!” After i was calmly asking the other bouncers what the issue was…they refused to give me a manager or the head of security’s name, …very unprofessional and nasty security. Would have called the cops to come and verify my ID to head of security had I had the time or cared enough. Do not waste your time here, every other bar downtown had no question or issue with my ID and were very respectful. Could not say the same about this security staff. Don’t waste your time at this bar, indigo room or any other bar downtown is 10x nicer & more worth the time than this one.

My wife and I went their yesterday, They had a big sign blocking the side walk saying happy hour till 8pm it clearly states $1.00 of Drafts, $6.00 call drinks with Titos after it, I had a draft for which I was charged $5.00 the full price My wife had a Titos for which she was charged $10.00. number one that is false advertising, number 2 these people are a bunch of lying crooks and my wife and I or our friends will not visit there again.Jan Player. Outdoor patio is very comfortable and quaint. Good live music. The menu is limited. Food quality is okay. Great service.

Great place to relax with friends or a date. There are plenty of lounge chairs. Food was good. Service took way long too long, and food took forever to be served, but the servers were very pleasant.

Drinks are ok, music is so loud I can’t hear people talking, ambiance ain’t bad.

I love this place, great happy hour and a great use of space outdoors. You can sit at a large community firepit or get a table just for you. They are the only place that plays live music at the right volume so you can actually have a conversation at the same time. We go there a lot, five stars.

Craft cocktails were on point. I had the blackberry smash. Food looked and smelled excellent but we did not eat. Outside patio was very comfortable, servers were attentive.

There was not a single redeeming part of this entire experience. Me and my partner showed up and found an open table outside. Unfortunately, we ended up right next to the live music. Imagine if Jason Mraz was even more insufferable, and also beat-boxed. We order a couple drinks, and despite the cocktails looking delicious and complex on the menu, mine tasted essentially like bourbon and cheap lemonade. Hers was no better. We go to order food, and are informed the fryer is down. The server literally tells us it would be easier to go through what they DO have available. A lot of stuff that wasnt even fried was unavailable, basically 80% of the menu. You would think a corporation that owns 8 restaurants next to eachother would be able to make sure they all have food available. The kicker was, I asked if on a dinner that came with a side of fries I could substitute something else. The answer was only a bag of chips. We simply paid for our drinks and left.

Positives: Outdoor seating and drinks are decent.Negatives: Waitresses come out in fishnets and super short shorts at approximately 8/9pm. Drinks are served in disposable plastic cups. Aforementioned items definitely cheapen the place. This place has the potential to be a higher end/chill spot. Could spruce up outdoor seating and deco a little bit more. Poor communication, e.g. we had a large party (13 - 15 ppl) and they couldn’t split the check for us-it had to be split 3 ways. We at least could have been forewarned about this. I know it’s annoying to serve a large group, however other places can do this with ease. Maybe start by asking what name each drink order goes under?

We went there for burgers and drinks. The burgers were terrible mushy and raw . They couldn’t get it right either forgot the bacon mine was supposed to have lettuce tomato, I got a piece of tomato.Atmosphere was fun and beautiful. The staff was friendly. Probably would have loved this place, went with the family and some friends.There were 10 of us, the waitress came over took or drink order, then disappeared. Other tables were getting their drink then there food. We didnt see our waitress for awhile. My son in law went to the bar and talked to the bartender, she came over and explained it was our waitresses first night and she got flustered. The bartender took our order and got us our food. We werent to happy at first, but when she explained to us what was going on I felt bad for her. All in all, the rest of the night went very nice 👌.Would probably go back. Thanks too the bartender and she got a good tip.

I went from a customer to an employee ( Smokey d.j. ) and the atmosphere there is like being in Heaven , the employees at Social House and the clientele is beyond beautiful and in my 40 Yrs. of deejaying in South Beach I can honestly say that I’ve been Blessed to be able to perform my music skills at this most amazing establishment ! Shoutouts to Paul (general manager) and to J. P. (manager) for giving me this awesome opportunity , also the security team led by Eddy an amazing human being , they make you feel safe n comfortable to be able to socialize in this incredible environment at Social House ! Went to Social House today for the first time. We have had great experiences at the other Kearns Group restaurants in downtown Fort Meyers (Capones and Lodge) that we have been to. We sat in the bar area because there were no other tables available (thats a good thing). We waited almost 20 minutes to get a drink (which were good) but ordered 2 bento boxes. The Blackened steak tips for $3 more was unseasoned and well done. Salad in box came out with no dressing (if I wanted dressing it was $1 more). They didnt have any fries so I asked for veggies instead. It was dry cabbage and nothing else and corn was very cold. The other box had the driest chicken that we have ever had. I had to go and find silverware because the bartender was busy with a full bar. The drink was good but dont go there for the food because it will surely be a disappointment. We left almost all of the food and bartender gave us the bill and asked if we wanted another drink and then took the food away. We walked out through the couch area outside and noticed that people outside were able to get fries. So I guess fries were just not available to us. For as good as the other restaurants are they are lacking cooks and managers at this place.

Went to listen to our favorite singing duo Briz & Lady. The SOHO has expanded since last year, has a great outdoor seating patio for hanging out with friends. Aston was our server, she was friendly & courteous. Enjoyed music & met new friends over cocktails & flatbread.

Just not a great experience all around. My boyfriend and I went for Friday cocktails, and sat at the bar. The initial ambiance was great and we enjoyed the the garden area. That was where the good parts ended though: Bartenders were pretty rude, they messed up my boyfriends order and pretty much ignored us at the bar after that, and the food came out cold and just overall gross (10/10 do NOT recommend the chicken sliders). Came in feeling great but by the time we left, we decided this was a definite tourist trap, since there HAS to be better than bad service and cold sliders. ew.

The outside bar staff service was probably some of the worst service I received in a very long time. The music is good and up-to-date but that’s about it. The drinks are ehhhh and the food and is not satisfying. I think this should be more of an after hours stop and not the main event of your night.

Atmosphere is so good. Service is not that great. It feels slow. Food was good, but when we went there, oven was broken. So half of dishes were not available.

Well Id heard good things but nothing to brag about. Even though its called Social House, the waitress wasnt very social and the burger was basic at best with no fries. They said that the frier was down. So they gave us tortilla chips with no salsa or anything to dip them in. That was fun. There wasnt a big selection on the menu so I would think that the items that did make it on the menu would be outstanding. The place was a little loud and thats okay but I think thats due to the music being loud and the people were trying to talk over it. Did I mention no fries? Maybe it was just an off night.

If you are looking to book a private or holiday party look no further! We had our company Christmas party at SOHO this past Saturday and let me say it was hands down the best venue to have it at. The manager Colin was super accommodating and listened to all of my wants and needs. The food was amazing and my staff had a wonderful time. I can’t thank you enough for all that your staff did to make this a memorable event for everyone.

We hosted our wedding after party at the Downtown SOHO outdoor patio/garden and it was AMAZING! Amy set us up with the best late night food, buckets of beers/hard seltzers, plus they reserved tables so we had no problem getting in even during a busy Art Fest weekend! The staff was so accommodating and we couldnt have felt more welcomed. Thank you Amy & Paulie!!

The drinks and the entertainment may be good but this is now the 3rd time I ordered something simple to eat and its taken and hour plus to get food .. a cheese platter an hour really? And today loaded tots and mozzarella sticks .. that I never got because I walked out ... do better or stopServing food ..

Amazing! Had a casual wedding reception there, on 7/22. I cant say enough, about Paul, and how much he went above and beyond: from dealing with my calls, to putting the final touches, on the Wedding cake! Just phenomenal!Adam, our bartender, is the Tom Cruise in Cocktail, Ft Myers version! He literally set the bar on fire! Everything was perfect and everyone had a great time!Lest I forget...food was great! All staff were wonderful! Cant thank you, all, enough!

It’s a very comfortable lounge with indoor and outdoor seating. I don’t remember the bartenders name but they made the best Rum Runner I ever had. The paper games provided at the tables are a nice touch.

This place is awsome , love the vibes. Beautiful atmosphere, the music and the staff . My bartender was Bernice, she made me feel welcomed and made me amazing drinks 😁. Will definitely come back for my favorite bar tender.

Wow… is all I can say!! I’ve been living downtown Fort Myers for 2 months, been looking forward to trying it out, first time visiting the establishment was such disappoint!!! Servers were horrid. No personality, bartender expresionlist when he took my order, slammed my drink in front me as he was passing by. (Which was by the way a Margarita..he didn’t ask about salt and I forgot to mention so it came without) Pretty much the same with the person who served my food, dropped the food didn’t ask if I need napkins or utensils just walked away I Had to walk back up to the bar to ask for napkins🤷‍♀️ It was taco Tuesday so I ordered the special which were street tacos, Tasteless! Had chicken and pulled pork .. chicken taste like it was out of a can. Pork was slightly better but nothing I will try a second time. Such a extremely disappointing experience in these regards. Entertainment was good.. If you are NOT interested in friendly servers or good food (but good live acoustic music) then this is your place.

This was such a neat place! The atmosphere was wonderful as well as the service. By far one of the best soft pretzels Ive ever had. They had a great happy hour for 4+ people and live music starting at 7:30! Fun place to check out especially being from out of town!

The place feels like a modern club wrapped in a restaurant. I have to say that the staff seemed on point. The establishment opened at 4pm, which is when we arrived, and several employees were busily cleaning. One was digging the grime from between the slats in the table tops, another was picking up every little bit of trash on the ground. I’ve never seen that attention to detail in a restaurant. My compliments to the staff and management. Outdoor seating was great. We ordered a pretzel which was good. Limited wine selection for us. This place is really 4.5 stars. Service at the bar was great.

Horrible experience. Some one had vomited all over the floor near the rest rooms and someone slipped and fell in the vomit. The manager Paulie was very rude. When management was asked for he stated “I’m top of the line honey”. Staff was aware that vomit was on the floor but took no precautions to stop people from walking through it. A security guard was standing next to the vomit supposedly to make customers aware but failed miserably at the menial task. When asked why he didn’t say anything or attempt to help the person who fell Paulie stated “it’s not the guys fault it’s only his second day”. Very incompetent manager and staff.

This is an amazing place!Everyone is sooo friendly and fast.Food was outstanding.The bartenders, James and Bernice are wonderful and make good drinks, especially with it being ladies night!A fun and festive crowd!

Things started off good, nice waitress. We ordered only half the food came out, took 10 plus minutes for the rest, all food was cold. Manger Sophie, came over sort of rude and she got worse. I asked her how long to recook and she said I have no idea? Really you work in a restaurant and have no idea. They took good back and we sat with no one stopping for another 20 min, no water, drinks, nothing. Waitress must have come by 15 times, never stopped. I flagged her down for the check so we can go when the food comes. She brings the check and I go wheres are food, she says I thought you did not want it since you asked for the check, As for the GM to call gave number, never heard from anyone. Will never go back to many other places to spend money.

Very fun and nicely themed bar and patio. I enjoyed that the drinks were cheap, two blue moons for $10.25! I liked the live music too. However, if you go during the day there is limited shade and could use more tables to stand. Staff was nice, and they make lovely speciality drinks too!

Kids were in town and wanted to stop in for a drink. Mostly younger crowd, but very relaxed atmosphere. In my late 40s but actually really enjoyed myself here. Music and sound were also 5 stars. Service was friendly and attentive.

It took awhile for Social House to grow on me because I was a huge fan of Bacchus (the bar there before Social House). But I’ve finally been back a couple times in a row and I’m impressed! Their small plates are pretty good and $5 for happy hour. The atmosphere is pretty cool, too! I don’t like going on the weekends because it’s kinda crowded (not my thing). But I definitely think it’s a great place for happy hour!

They made me a caipirinha, a drink of Brasil which it wasn’t in the menu. Great staff, great cocktails. One of the best places to go on downtown

Ryan and Stephanie sure know how to keep the right flow!! They served us with great suggestions for food, followed up with a great service and attitude!!! We got some apps, they came out quick, hot and phenomenal!!! While there, we learned about their awesome happy hour schedule. It was a great experience and we will def be back for more!!

This place used to be good but its gone downhill recently. The staff have been very aggressive and the manager (I think shes new, I dont recognize her from years past) is incredibly rude. If you can avoid one of the bad employees youll have a good time, but if you look wrong at one whos in a bad mood theyll pick a fight with you. Look at the other reviews that mention the firepit, the cold food, and the birthday cake and youll see a pattern. Unfortunate, we used to love this place, but were not going back.

Our group will not return to this establishment. Poorly run management. Spent about 3 hours having cocktails and appetizers. Waitress was fantastic.We were there last week. We asked waitress early on during our visit if they would light the fire pit that was on the table. The seating area we were sitting in had 3 couches with large table in the center with the fire pit. She noted that it was not working.Around 8:50 pm (after being there 3 hrs) staff came to the table, added the colored stones to the fire pit; and lit the fire pit. We were then notified that this seating area was reserved at 9:30 pm (he placed a reserved sign on the table) and we would have to move by 9:30 pm. All the remaining outdoor seating was already taken.Management approached this situation poorly.

Stopped in for drinks last Saturday. Great service. Good choice of drinks. Good atmosphere. Loved the look of the Social House inside and outside. Plan on going back for dinner.

We falsely got accused of doing illegal activities when we were just sitting at our table and did not interact with anyone within our friend group. Did not check any cameras and just rushed us out.1 star experience just for time with friends.

Recently shared drinks and some appetizers with a co worker and was pleasantly surprised. This used to be Bacchus and theyve cleaned up and modernized the decor pretty extensively giving it a completely different look and feel which was appreciated. I was surprised by how slow it was from 5 - 8 pm but Im sure in season its coming.Really like their outdoor seating options. Highly recommend.

I was out with friends just trying to have a good time and bought a few drinks. The Blonde bartender cut me off even though I asked for drinks and she agreed to get those drinks for me yet 15-20minutes later she decided to tell not me but my friend that I was done. I was very upset I was not causing a scene at all. When I asked for an explanation she got upset with me and called for security. I have never been treated this way at a bar ever in my life not even at this place. I felt very disrespected I payed this bartender well in tips and now I regret it very much. I did go back and complain to her manager. I hope she is fired honestly all I was trying to do was understand why I was cut off in the first place and she just went off on me like a child yet I was left with no understanding of why I was kicked out. Maybe she was discriminating or maybe she didn’t like us I don’t knowbut it’s no way to treat a paying costumer especially somebody who did nothing wrong.

Service was good. Food was below average. Packed on a Saturday night around 8:30pm, we decided to stop there based on some reviews for Supper. Tried to Brisket Poutine for a starter and received it quite quickly. However, the brisket was cubed and all fat. Very little flavor. Feels like it was the last of the brisket they had left for the day. After that, we paid our bill and tried another place. Nice looking bar but food fell short.

Great ambiance outside and views of the water. Food was good... Had both sushi rolls, guac, BBQ chicken flatbread. Service was fast and friendly. Happy Hour prices were decent. Music was modern and upbeat. Definitely going back again!

Super cool place, great atmosphere, excellent drink selection. Not your standard fare!Food is mostly small bite size, appetizer style but you get a lot for your money. I love the giant board games like Jenga and Connect 4. Theres a lot of outdoor seating with a fire pit and indoor seating as well.

My boyfriend and I came with my daughter and our dog one night. Ashley was our server. She went above and beyond, making sure all of our needs were met. The food was okay but the service definitely made up for it. We’ve been back a few times and we always ask to be seated in Ashley’s section- if you go, make sure to do the same. You won’t regret it.

I went to SOHO Fort Myers last weekend and I had the worst experience. I am 22 years old and had 3 forms of valid ID and they denied my entrance into the bar, saying my ID was fake. The bouncer had a nasty tone with me when I was just trying to explain that my passport card, ID and credit card we’re in fact valid. The manager really should educate the bouncers and employees about real identification. I gladly took my money elsewhere. I go to college in Fort Myers and I will be spreading the word about how ridiculous this place was. Do not recommend.

Worst bar in downtown fort myers. Security guards make you stand in a long line while they let schmuks into the club that are “big shots”. All the door guys are tools and belong in Miami.

Such an enjoyable late afternnon stop. Samantha the bartender was amazing and so nice. Loved her and all the staff. The prices are good and the food is super. My sister is here for the holidays from Denver Co. and she was also impressed. We will definitely be back. Hugs Samantha

Outside seating is great for atmosphere and a view of the Caloosahatchee River, especially at night. Inside is a generous view of the fountain heading towards the shoreline. All.of your favorite drinks and spirits. Some appetizing items on their menu. Great for two, a few, or the whole crew. You can also bring the kids for an evening meal with the family. Was chill, super busy on a Saturday. They have board games and table service. The girl there rarely checked on us so we had to go to the bar to order our drinks. If it werent so crowded I think we wouldve had a better time but we still played Jenga and enjoyed a few drinks. Definitely is a social place.

Went here for Labor Day Luau event and loved it! There were free hot dogs and hamburgers from 12-2 and great unlimited mimosa and Froźe specials. Great ambiance however not a lot of seating. Will be returning as these specials also occur on regular weekends.

My family and I came here over the weekend for brunch and had the best time! We were all impressed with the service and atmosphere. Cant go wrong with bottomless Mimosas/Marys and free Bbq! The only thing I wish they had was more brunch items on the menu. Other than that, i cant wait to go back again!

Order from the bar from Neil. The serving staff outside walked by 4x and asked if we had been helped and never came back to our table but assisted a few other tables that already had a tab. Ordered from Neil at the bar, which is the only reason why we didn’t leave. The atmosphere is very chill and promotes being off your phone with a variety of games. Drinks are great as well. Neil even came by our table personally after we and others complained to him about the lack of service. Don’t know the servers names as they never helped us.

Nice for close intimate social gathering of smaller group- 3 to 5 at a time - so not really big groups; was with large group from work, lack of seating and weird arrangement made drifting to different tables feel awkward. Hardly noticed outdoor area...Our waitress was nice and quick; glad I tipped well - even with ladies night and cost for NOT well drinks- since she looked slightly annoyed with those that did not tip well (or not at all).All in all I would try it again with a couple close friends.

Horrible overall experience. I will preface this by saying I never go out of my way to leave reviews yet when I do they are either really good or really bad, this one was horrible.This was the first time me and a group of friends were trying out this bar and it was the last for sure. We went on a Sunday while they were having their happy hour with endless mimosas etc. We were told by our hostess of the promotion and that the drinks were interchangeable. We proceeded to order drinks and switch between the 3 options as we were told that this was allowed. When it came time to pay I noticed I had been charged for 2 different drinks. After asking the bartender if this had been a mistake he quickly changed his demeanor and became defensive and hostile as he blamed us for ordering different drinks and expecting it to be the same price. I had to ask for a manager and explain the situation and he then still tried to charge us an additional $6 up charge knowing that we were not at fault for the situation. After this whole situation me and my party of 6 were left frustrated and just astounded by how hostile the bartender was all of a sudden for no reason and how threatened we felt. The manager also knew of the situation and I let him know how unsatisfied we were of our experience and everything that happened yet he seemed almost unfazed or used to this occurrence. If I were the manager I would have made sure I did everything in my power to make sure the customer was happy and came back yet this was not the case. Besides the horrible service the food was mediocre at best.

The food and drink selection is vast and yummy (with very fair pricing)! Bartenders are so friendly and helpful!Good music and a chill atmosphere for days!

Cool spot to get some apps and fun cocktails during the day. Ive been down a few times to have a beer when downtown with the family. Wish they had a changing table in either the men or womens restroom though. They say they dont have one because its a night club, but its open during the day and always lots of families here!

Cute environment, but was just served a drink with a dead fruit fly in it… which means dead fruit flies are probably in the liquor bottles. They offered me a new drink but I don’t trust it.

I brought my friend here for her birthday, no one was drinking or drunk yet it was maybe 10pm. We were with a group of 5 girls and the bathroom was very small and one of them stayed behind. There was no one waiting and we figured we would all just go in one stall (as girls do) to use the bathroom quickly so we dont take up both stalls and crowd the bathroom incase someone else wanted to come in. After about four minutes and everyone almost done- a MALE employee comes into the WOMENS bathroom and started screaming at us and heavily banging on the door consistently to the point that the door almost broke. One of the girls was in the middle of using the restroom so we were saying hold on please and they forced us to open the door and get out. I dont care who it is but if youre banging and screaming on the bathroom door ESPECIALLY a man I am terrified and not opening it until its a calm environment. It felt very scary and unsafe and not to mention they take any pepper spray/self defense items when you arrive at the door. That couldve been anyone we had no idea it was an employee which made it even scarier. We walked out and I stayed behind to ask whoever was waiting outside the bathroom what just happened and that same male employee and another women were standing outside with their arms crossed they immediately said ONE AT A TIME DO NOT EVER DO THAT AGAIN. and I politely said We have never been here before, there is no sign and we did not know. Im sorry but we had no idea and they dismissed it completely. I am just beyond belief at this encounter. I understand people get drunk and act a fool and there has to be rules implemented but also remember there are just people trying to have a good time and enjoy your establishment. You should probably train your employees to not have an absolute power trip with any little thing that goes out of alignment. It felt very violating, uncomfortable and scary and did not need to happen like that in the slightest. I suggest you find a different route to take next time or someones going to press charges and youll wish you had.

Celebrated my anniversary at social house last year and had a wonderful time. This year we made it a point to come back for nostalgia sake. When we entered there wasn’t a bouncer and we sat ourselves at a high top table. Bouncer came over and asked about our left over box from our dinner prior, we apologized and stated we just wanted to have a night cap and we would place the left over box on the chair. He understood and sent the waitress over to our table. She brought us water and we ordered two specialty drinks off the drink menu. Five or so minutes later the bouncer from before came back and asked for our ids. (I work in the service industry and more than understand) We handed over our IDs and the bouncer asked my partner her address, zip code, and height. He oked her ID and went to mine. He asked the date that my ID was issued. I laughed and stated that I honestly have no idea. I then offered to show him my credit/debit cards. He instead asked if I was an organ doner and I again giggled and said i honesty don’t know if I put it on my ID or not. I then took the liberty to pull out debt/credit cards and my insurance card. He oked us, but after the incident we decided to leave. Sad experience. Bouncer was absolutely on a power trip.Edit: the Oxbow house was wonderful and gladly took our money

If I can give them zero stars I would. Our group got a table and everything was fine, our waitress (Gianna) was great, this is not on her at all! One person of our party accidentally spilled their drink on a body guard (strawberry blonde bodyguard) and that was grounds to throw us out?? Easily spent over 400 dollars and we are surrounded by body guards forced to leave over a spilled drink? Not one person from our party were visibly drunk that they couldn’t stand, we were all just so confused! Absolute horrible service. Get thicker skinned body guards, I mean really an accidentally, spilled drink is grounds for someone to get kicked out after 1am when the club closes at 2am?? The manager had no choice but to take his soft employees sides, which is understandable. But as a group that paid for bottles service and we expected better overall service. I hope the strawberry blonde bodyguard is ok and recovered from a little spill.

I’m sure this would have been a cool place but the 16 year old bouncer wouldn’t let me in because he thought my ID was fake. Mind you, I’m 25 years old and was with my mother and sister. Just ridiculous. Wish I got to experience the bar but this isn’t how a bar should be run.

Being from a big city, I can say I absolutely love Social House. I went there for the first time on a Friday night when it was a little chilly out, so the outdoor fire pit and sofa gave such an amazing ambiance. The drinks arent expensive, the staff is always walking around if you need anything, and its a fun place to go and relax with a friend.

Ate a late lunch and decided to try SoHo and what a mistake that was. We were one of 3 tables eating and the bartender was also our waiter which meant we waited forever for our drinks and food. Placed our order and waited again only to have cold burgers and fries, no avocado deviled eggs brought to table because he forgot to tell us they were out of eggs. Requested hot fries (didn’t complain about the cheese on the burgers that would not melt due to the temp of the food) but hot fries never came. What a total disappointment. Save your money if your hunger.

Nice place for happy hour! Drinks week great plus it was buy one get one free witch was nice. We also had an appetizer witch was great and Service was pretty good. I would like to go back some time to try there food.

Met up with a group of friends for drink and small plates! The Moscow Mules are fantastic, and they have a great burger. That said the Poutine was a bit...odd? Not that it tasted bad, it just was not what I anticipated. I did enjoy my experience though!

I went there last night and bought a round of drinks my tab was 56 dollars I gave the bartender 70 when I requested my change I was told by the bartender that was his tip and I could not have my change. I spoke with the manager he promised me a drink as repayment which the bartender then refused to give me. So I guess this place is awesome if you dont mind getting haven your money taken away from you. Makes me wonder who else they are stealing from.

Waited over an hour for tacos and a burger. We had to ask for a discount! Waitress was horrible! When she kept giving us excuses...all she said was she is just passing the message. And laughed when we walked out when the receipt had no tip and was noted horrible service. And we ALWAYS tip but service was that bad!!!!!!!

I went in at about 5:30 and ordered the steak tips I have never been so sick in my life I would never eat there again I dont know if they gave me food poisoning or what happened but I was sick for 2 days afterwards.

I left two messages for the General Manager, once even speaking to an employee who promsied the manager would call me back. I have never received a call back. Just a heads up for those of you trying to plan an event there.

Pretty cool spot to hang out and have a couple drinks. I honestly dont like to hang out somewhere where they allow dogs. I was trying to eat and dude kept walking by with the dirtiest lab Ive ever seen and his hair was bushy. Other than allowing dogs, pretty cool music and dope environment.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This was my first and last time going to soho. I went here with my friend and her boyfriend it wasn’t to busy here compared to sky bar so we took a seat at the bar. We sat there for about 10 minutes my friends boyfriend even went to the bathroom and came back. Long story short we got no service by the time the bartender came over she seemed extremely irritated no customer service skills at all. She asked for our ids and then slammed them on the bar when she handed them back she kept asking us what we wanted and my friends boyfriend was just confirming his order with my friend. She then went to the “security” at the front saying that we were being rude and got us kicked out we were all super confused because we had hardly said anything to her at all. I could understand if we were yelling and causing a scene or even just actually being rude to her but we hadn’t even placed our orders. This bartender has black hair I don’t know her name but beware. Very uncomfortable situation.

Great aesthetics but not good service. Closing the bar 30 minutes before close. Kicking everyone out 10 minutes early and closing the bathroom off to paying customers is subpar service.

Good atmosphere and a nice staff make the ambiance welcoming. The drinks are a tad on the pricey side but are well-crafted and they often run specials. The food can be hit or miss, but they do pass out mini popcorn snack bags to tables randomly which was a nice touch. Gives downtown a touch of class!

We bought bottle service for a bachelorette party and we were treated very poorly. The servers were great but the management and security was very poor. I would not recommend this to place if you’re looking to have a good time.

Social house is a really cool place to hang out on weekend nights. They have good music and chill atmosphere. Hard to find a place to sit (or stand) when its busy. The bar is amazing, they have unique shaped glasses for cocktails, baskets of fresh citrus, bar tools that you would never see at your average corner bar. Based on what I saw I assumed I would be getting a high quality cocktail. Came here on a busy Saturday night and asked the inside bartender for a mojito. I received an $11 pint glass of a brownish yellow mixture of what tasted like juices and tonic. It was horrible. Not even remotely close to a mojito. Fun place but i was disappointed in the lack of cocktail making knowledge.

Atmosphere, music and scenery was good. Food and service was horrible. I was with a party of 6, and it was a Saturday night (around 8pm) so I expected a bit of a wait. My mom and dad ordered chicken tacos and friends ordered nachos. After about 45mins they received their food , all cold and had it sent back. My boyfriend ordered the Bbq mac and cheese pulled pork and i ordered a Grilled cheese sandwich. He received his food an hour later (guess what, this was cold as well -_-) , and about 1hr and 15mins later the waitress brings me hoggie bread with cheese melted in the middle. She apologized stating that the kitchen ran out of bread. I cant even say i would go there for the night life because there was little to no dance floor. Cute place though.

This place is very enjoyable. We have gone several times now and havent had a bad experience yet. Cool and unique atmosphere along with great drinks and delicious food. I recommend this place all the time and look forward to going again.

The food is amazing and so is the atmosphere. We are very dissatisfied with the service. I was there about a month ago and thought it was a 1 time occurrence that the service was bad but I brought a group of friends there a second time and it was the same server and she had the same bad attitude.

Caylee and Lilli are the sweetest servers i’ve ever met in my life. Caylee takes such great care of me every time I come to Soho and they definitely both bring such great energy to the place

Came for Sunday Funday with friends and had bottomless mimosas and bbq, a wonderful experience that was facilitated and expedited by our server Maria. She was quick, kind and courteous. I’ll be returning soon :)

UPDATEThe GM Matt called me today and resolved the issue. He was very nice, apologized profusely for the issue, and rectified the situation by not only refunding the charges but also gave me a gift card to use on my next visit. The issue at hand was at fault of the server on duty not the establishment itself, and although it took a few days for a manger to return my call, they did a great job of resolving the matter promptly and making me want to come back as a customer.Lets see if a Google review will get their attention since they wont answer or return my phone calls. Beware using your credit card here, I ordered a drink on Saturday night that I waited over 20 minutes for and never received from my server. I proceeded to go to the bar let them know that I was canceling my drink order, since I still had yet to receive my drink, and that I was leaving. Only to look at my bank statement and see that I have not one but two separate charges from Soho. I called repeatedly but no one answered, left a voicemail asking to be called back by a manager and still have not received a phone call. It wouldnt be such a big deal if they acknowledged the the mistake and refunded the charges; however, it would appear they are ignoring the problem and engaging in shady business practices by trying to squeeze a few dollars out of anyone they can.

My boyfriend, a few of his veteran friends and I came here the day before thanksgiving and we started off the night here and ending back here at the end of the night. It was 25 minutes until closing and this heavy set gentleman came out rip roaring that if we didnt finish our drinks in the next few seconds we was literally going to take them out of our hands and started yelling and repeating himself over and over and over ... no one was rowdy , no one was making a scene and how rude he was actually put our jaws to the floor. If I were the owners I would not only fire him but whoop his ass because that was THE most rude interaction I have EVER had at a bar in my life. Beautiful atmosphere and outstanding mules but because of that I will never visit this establishment ever again.

Im really sad I dont live in this area, because Id be here all the time! Service was great and the live music was fantastic. We didnt eat, but the menu looked great and they have awesome daily specials!

Very nice atmosphere for drinks and live music, good service but food is bar food and it’s best to eat somewhere else.

Service staff was courteous, but the old drunks that frequent this place are ruder then the old hags that drink down in Naples. Never had my friend and I ever felt more ostracized by these people then when we went for drinks that night. We couldnt wait to leave and couldnt get out fast enough. Never will I come here again.

Love the environment. Very clean and professional staff even cooks are dressed nice. Really good food. And they have games like jumbo jinga,jumbo connect 4, tic tac toe hangman.. its a great place to be social. And they have live bands...

Great spot for a great time. Drinks are decent, musics good, vibe is great, patrons are great, staff is as well. Gotta try it at least once… ok, maybe much than once. Lol.

Nice atmosphere but the food was a disappointment.Three of us ordered the cheeseburgers which was a disappointment for all of us. The patties were small and all of us recieved our burgers in cold buns. Cutlery was not supplied with the meals and the ketchup bottle was empty.

If you are looking for hip.. This is the place. Sure its an older market area, but if you are younger or a hipper older person, this is the place.. Atmosphere is as fresh and trendy as it gets, yet very garden or grotto feeling. Great live music.. Young and sexy staff.. Future-forward food.. Nice drinks.. Luscious live music everyday. If you are in the area and feel like youre in a Jimmy Buffett nightmare, come over and grab some Florida meets Manhatten vibe at downtown social.

This is a cool place for cocktails and good food, it is a bit trendy, if that appeals to you youll love it, the outside seating area is MUCH bigger than the inside seating area, so if you want to sit in the AC and not sweat to death in the Florida heat go inside

Great atmosphere. Tastefully done within their decor! Friendly and happy staff.Also knowledgeable about not only about their duties but also very helpful about the area. Great service, good drinksand tasty appetizers.

My husband and I have just started coming to social house and found the food and service has been very good. We enjoy the outdoor seating will be back again.

Atmosphere is cute. Drinks were over priced and under liquoured. Looks like a trendy place but music selection is always Jimmy Buffet style when I walk by which makes it more touristy.

Ehhh... definitely true to its name. A pretty casual atmosphere where people can sit about, mingle, and socialize. I did not order any food, so cant vouch for that, but you can definitely get your drink on. Plays music like a club, but there is no dance floor, or at least I didnt see one. People were just standing around... socializing, hence the name. Maybe its because Im a little old school, but I found it to be such a strange sight...so many people congregating in one spot, and no dancing. Not even a head bop. Haha felt a little twilight zone lol. There is also an outside area for people to enjoy, drinks, food, the music, and apparently being social.

Well, if your in your 60s this is not a place for you!! Its trendy, but very loud. A certaim female bartender r was very rude to us. Found unexplainable particals in our appetizer. Manager/owner Ben was very nice and comp our beer. But,because of r we wont be back.

We enjoyed our first visit recently and were served graciously by Samantha & Peter. Location is MUCH more appealing now that construction barriers are down. Appreciate the choice of indoor and outdoor seating.

Saturday 2pm to 4pm is $1 hamburgers and hot dogs. Perfect amount of food for the cost and tasty!

We have been wanting to stop here because they have a DJ and on Saturdays they have mojitos for $5! We stopped here before a parade and so glad we did. Food was really good. Music was great and the mojitos were better than expected. I am a big mojito drinker and you cant find a place that makes them good. I would say if they muddled them they would be perfect. Mojitos are meant to be muddled. Great atmosphere. Will definitely bring back out of town guest as well as a date night.

Love their music and great atmosphere. And had an amazing bartender Eric. Definitely a must go if youre down town.

Great place to hang out with friends and family. Only thing is smoke from smokers are out. So if you dont mind the smoke perfect. Unlike myself I get sick from the smoke horribly. The drinks are amazing and the music is really layed back. Check it out if youre in town.

Pretty great spot downtown in all kinds of weather. Local beers and unique craft cocktails, lots of tapas level bites. Good atmosphere, and the location is a local staple for getting business done.

Loud overpriced sofitication air without the service to back it up. The bar surface is unkept and crowded with unnecessary acutraments that constrict the bartenders from serving your drinks . All for the sake of looking . What would. Be cool is for the bar to be wiped before you sit at it . I watched twice while was there where the patrons had ask for a napkin to wipe the sticky bar yuk. The dishes and silver wear are made of a paper like material with a woody pattina disposable plates for a 10$ appetizers. ? The silverware is not silver,, is also disposable . Very dissapointig experience . Oh the bartender hand it me my fork holding the part You eat with triple yuk . The place looks nice on paper .

Had a party of 13 ordering drinks and food. Management wouldnt let us open a small cake for our friends 56th birthday. Bad business practice... they lost a lot of money tonight... we wont be returning....

Awesome service. Good food. Great atmosphere. Im from out of town, but it looks like a great after-work bar to get a drink with colleagues.

Went for dinner and drinks on ladies night. It took 25 min for the waitress to come. Another 15 to get drinks and order food. It took forever to get refills and this was before ladies night even started. Lets just say it did not get better once it hit 8pm. Very disappointed in the inside staff.

Changed up menu, not as good for happy hour with food. Drinks are fine but their draft beer selection is weak, focuses on too many domestics with a few craft beers. Service can be slow. Still one of the better spots downtown.

I honestly dont know about the service, but the place was my salvation, when I was working an event downtown, and it started to lightning and rain, hard. I was able to get inside out of the storm.I had no money on me, or I would have spent it there.Thank you, Fort Myers Social House!!! You are awesome.

Its always a nice place for the weekend. Bar is fairly quick and music is good.

Extremely disappointed with my experience at Soho, I have been there multiple times with friends but this time was absolutely terrible. My friends and I have given so much service to this establishment but at 1:30am the bouncers brought it upon themselves to kick us out in the pouring rain and make us wait on the curb for our Uber when they were still open. This business closes at 2am and the bouncers kicked us out at 1:30 even though we stated we were calling an Uber and were waiting them. The bouncers threatened to call the cops on us if we did not leave the premises so we then had to wait in the pouring rain on the curb in front of Soho until our Uber arrived. Abuse of authority is an understatement and I am extremely disappointed in the way things were handled.

Pretty chill spot. Good vibes. Went on a Saturday and luckily we found a place to sit. Drinks are pretty good and avg price. Definitely like the place for the ambiance and patio.

So we came superbowl Sunday. It was not busy. Live music. We ordered drinks and an app. The atmosphere is fun and hip.Now to the important parts... My group had mostly beers. I ordered the special.. you make it mojito. Not so great. My drink came with out mint leaves. How do you make a mojito without mint. I had to call the waitress down to verify it was a mojito. She did offer to remake the drink. I passed. If you cant gwll its mojito before you wont be a left to tell now. Bottle beers were all out. My friend asked for bottled bud liggr and corona. Both were out.We tried getting the cheese board .. we were told it was out. We got the guac and hummus... Amazing how the avocado came out with brown chunks. The chips needed salt. And it was garnished with red pepper. Weird.Overall not impressed...

Happy hour prices not to bad. Small area in front of bar outside. Not much seating when busy. Service okay. People i was with said tacos good.

Great place for drinks and bar food. Place was clean and staff was excellent. Stop for a drink or bar food. I am sure evening crowd is better. We arrived at opening around 4pm.

Was having an OK time until staff came to kick me and my friends off the tables so they could sit empty for a half hour or so, dont feel appreciated as a customer, guess they dont like return business here. Dont see myself ever coming back.
