Beyond Smoke & Vape

Well if I could give zero star I would. I bought a grape pen and two cartridges. The girl was very nice and helpful. However not even two weeks after barely using it, it died and won’t hold a charge. Go in to get help and nope no return policy. Seriously?? I get not taking back used stuff but man products can be defective. Obviously they buy bad products. Won’t be back and be sure it works before you leave. I would have returned it earlier however I was out of town.

I was there yesterday and a young man, named Alex, assisted me. He was so helpful. I was looking for something new...a new flavor. He picked out the perfect one for me and a better ecig than I was using before (at the same price)! 5 stars for Alex!

Maddie was awesome! She was very transparent and communicative with me and my friend. She walked us through flavors and specifications of the available products, plus the store was very clean! Showed up just to kill some time and the staff was very helpful knowledgeable and pleasant. Most smoke shops dont like when people coming just to look but not this one she let me slowly browse the glass and some other unique items I havent seem before. Also very cool stickers

Best smoke shop in ft myers, forget purple ringer and any other competitors. This is the best experience I’ve had with a headshop in my life. They may not be cheap, but you get what you pay for, the best quality service you can receive from a business near lil Pakistan.

Extremely helpful staff, pretty good selection of disposable vapes and Delta 8 products, its a fantastic place for any of your vaping or smoking needs, Id recommend them to anybody!
