Holy Smokes & Vape

Bought a vape, tastes burnt after 3 days. Called the store, they can’t do anything after 1 day, bad business practice. Also, this Geek Bar must be bought from a 3rd party because it looks different than any other geek bar I’ve bought, could be fake I’m not sure but I’ve never had a Geek Bar burn like this.

Excellent quality and value. Excellent customer service. Easy to get in and out of. Educated and informed employees. Small family owned type of business where you are treated accordingly! Highly recommend!

Really enjoyed coming here, walked in to see what they had, openly greeted by the two guys running the place, bought a cheech and chong pipe was a great gift, also got the platinum cbd cartridges loved this been using for over a week, definitely mellows you out.Also got the melatonin dry vape, my girlfriend said its definitely helped with sleeping better and longer. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Never a disappointment walking into Holy Smokes! All the staff is very kind, eager to help and patient. The owner is always around and takes care of his customers which is nice to see. In addition to all of them being knowledgeable! I love shopping there. They always have the next new thing from delta 8, vapes and all different sorts of smoking necessities. It’s always a pleasure. They also have a reward system too. To earn points towards money off your next purchases which is great just by giving your phone number.

Best shop hands down. Been an avid vape/smoker for a little over a decade now, by far the best treatment ever received as a consumer. Every single employee has a positive attitude every time I walk in. If there is an issue, they will handle it asap, if there is something wrong, they’ll take care of it immediately. Highly recommend, will always keep coming back to this shop as long as I live in Fort Myers!

Love this place, been to some dodgy shops around here, they are kind, knowledgeable and friendly! Had an issue with an item I bought and the owner stepped in and took care of us! I love this place for the price of their vapes and gummies! Elsewhere I was paying double the price! Trust this shop for your future needs!

Every time we go into Holy Smokes we are treated like family! I appreciate their customer service and the fact that they are willing to go above and beyond to educate their customer. I was gifted one of the mystery bags they have available and it was absolutely perfect for me. So many cool items for a low price.

There are better places to go and worse. Heres the pros and cons..Pros. Friendly customer service2. Good location3. Good amount of mods, disposables and liquid on hand.Cons: there prices are HIGH. THEY ARE ASKING 60 bucks for a mod that i got for 37 dollars at a different store. Anyone on here that says this place has the best prices hasnt been to different vape shops around town. It might be a friendly price FOR THEM.2. Brand name stuff for example naked 100 juice, elf bars, or geekvapes etc. they charge you higher than usual prices. I would say its a good vape store if you dont care about the fact that they arent the most knowledgable about there products and if you dont care about high prices. Very average place.

Holy Smokes and Vape is an awesome shop all around. The first time I walked in, everyone on staff made me feel welcomed, as if I had been there 100+ times. A year later, and I still feel the same way! Dominic & Rachael are well versed on product knowledgeable and super friendly. They always have exactly what I need, and in the very rare case they don’t, they are quick to provide alternative options. Can’t say enough about this place, go check it out for yourself!

Great deals on vapes and kratom

Maaannn I been shopping her for over 2 years and I have never been id by anyone except for the first couple times I shopped there? Defeats the whole purpose of having loyal customers. Over all great store wont stop my business employees are friendly and always have great buys. I guess my face card with the new employee hasnt registered yet lol

They are great they are so knowledgeable.If you have any questions they will happily answer them. I frequent this store a couple times a week. I will drive out of my way to go here.10 out of 10 recommend.

The girl in the shop is not knowledgeable on the devices or the components. I returned 2 times and still no resolve after I was sold the wrong thing. The girl was really nice but didnt offer any type of a solution to the problem as she seemed not to really understand their products and couldnt. Otherwise very clean and organized.

Bought a device, three days later it unfortunately stopped working. Stopped in and got helped in a nice professional way, and was told to stop by the next day. Next day I give a call, they still had remembered us (customers) from the previous day. Went in and they were able to fix the problem, but in a nice and professional way.

I moved here from California about a month ago and was hoping to find a good smoke shop. I got a recommendation from a friend that already lived here and they were right. Everything from kratom to extremely high and dab rigs to every type of nicotine buffer you can shake a stick at. Mikes the owner come down and see him and Dominic, theyll take care of all of your needs.

My first visit they didnt have what I wanted but I decided to go back the following week and not only did they have CBD disposables but in 5 flavors!!!My friends love the disposables so much I went in yesterday to get several for gifts. . .

Went to buy some wraps only to forget them. I was overwhelmed by the cool products etc.... I bought a vape and the juice as well and some other goodies that I couldnt find elsewhere . The guy set it up and showed me how to adjust it as others have not and very helpful. Ill go back and highly recommend the holy smoke for they have it all and nice peeps that helped me instead of just selling me crazy I dont need thank you

Purchased a vape at 7:55pm 8/8/21 right before close . Took two puffs vape started blinking & then stopped working. Wasnt able toTake it right back because it was 5 mins before close. I have business to run so I wasn’t able to make it back to holy smokes until about 8:20pm 8/9/21 the next day & said he couldn’t replace the king vape I paid $15 . Poor quality (counterfeit) vapes . Be very careful what you are buying .

Just got some of the 3 for $40 puff plus cool mint from here. Because of everything with them soon being gone, I’ve been using the puff official site to verify all puffs I’ve been purchasing. I attempted to verify all 3 of them, and all 3 came up as invalid. I called the store and told the man who answered what happened, to which he replied “But does it work?” I replied “I haven’t tried it because it doesn’t have anything safe inside, it’s a fake.” He replied to me, “Everything is fake now!” He was extremely rude about it all, and did not have a single care about my concerns.
